New Claude agent OS changes everything and I mean that. This is the best thing I've ever built. It's one big system where all my AI agents plug into each other and work as a team. One types a script, one edits the video, one makes the music, one remembers everything, and they all talk to each other. Let me walk you through it because once you see this, you'll want one, too. Let's start with the video editor. I type what I want and it edits the video for me. I'll show you a before and after. Here's the raw clip, no edits, kind of flat, and here's the after, cleaner, nicer, more polished, same clip. One is just done for you. Every business needs more content. More content means more people find you and this makes that content fast. I can make a full 10-minute video this way, faceless if I want. The system builds the look, adds the overlays, adds the little animations, and stitches it together. Now, here's where it gets good. Plugged into this whole thing is an open-source project called Open Montage. It's real, it's free, and it blew up on GitHub, thousands of people grabbing it in a single day. It turns a coding assistant like Claude Code into a full video studio. You type a plain sentence, it does the research, writes the script, finds adds the voice, adds the music, and renders the finished video. And it doesn't just wiggle a photo and call it a video. It pulls real footage from free places like NASA, Pexels, and Open Archives, then cuts it into something that actually looks like a film. Here's a quick example of how I'd use it. I could type, "Make a short cinematic video showing how AI Profit Boardroom members automate their work." One line, it goes and builds it, and that's the whole idea here. If I see something cool trending on GitHub, I can plug it into my system and my system gets better every single day. It's honestly a lot of fun. Quick pause here because I know what some of you are thinking. This must cost a fortune. It didn't cost me anything extra. I built the whole thing on the Claude subscription I already pay for. That's it. If you've already got Claude, you can build with Claude Code and Claude Co-work. If you've got another assistant, use that. You use what you're already paying for. So, when I say free, I mean it didn't cost me a penny on top. And look, if you want to actually do this in your own business, that's exactly what we do inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Not just videos about AI, we go step-by-step on building agent systems like this one using Open Montage and Claude code so you can pump out content, get in front of more people, and bring in more leads on autopilot. Four coaching calls every week where you can share your screen and ask about your exact setup. New tutorials every single day and 2,800 business owners in there right now doing this stuff. A lot of them building the same kind of content agents. Links in the comments and the description or just go to aiprofitboardroom.com. Okay, back to the system. Next up is the memory. I call it the memory galaxy. Picture a giant map of dots all connected by lines. Every dot is a piece of what I know, my brand, my voice, the people on my team, my projects. It's my whole knowledge vault turned into a living map that my agents update by themselves. Here's why that matters. When your agents share one memory, they stop working alone. They bounce ideas off each other. One agent can pick up where another one left off. They finish each other's work. So instead of 10 little tools that don't talk, you get one team that does. Then there's the board. Think of it like a to-do list for my agents. I drop a task on it and the system figures out who should do it and sends it to the right agent. One agent works on a content project, another works on a game, another works on something else. All at once. I just add the task and it gets sorted. Now let me show you the research and content side because this is where most of you will get the most value. I've got Notebook LM plugged in. It's a free research tool. You feed it what you want it to learn and it becomes a little expert on that topic and then in one click it can spin out a short video. For free. I've made a bunch this way already. Watch how simple this is. Say I want content about a new tool. I click new notebook. I type the topic. Done. Now I've got a research assistant that knows that subject cold. I can flip it to fast research if I'm in a hurry or deep research if I want it to dig through more sources. Then I can actually chat with it. Ask it anything about the topic. And in the studio one click makes the outputs. Want a podcast right now? I click the button and a nice little podcast starts pulling together. Want an infographic, a short video, a clean PDF research report? All right there. Here's how you'd point this at your own business. I could load it with everything about AI automation and ask it to make a short explainer on why business owners are automating their content right now. One click, free. The trick I use is this. I take one powerful tool and I split it into clean sections. A tab for my library, a tab for short videos, a tab for research, a tab for chat, a tab for the studio. It turns a free tool into something that feels like my own custom app. Then there's the thumbnail maker. This one's fun. I pick a topic and it makes me a bunch of thumbnails at once. Good ones, clean ones, and they're tuned to my style, the way I like my thumbnails to look. If I like one but want it sharper, I hit generate better versions and it improves them for me. And I can come back anytime and remix them. There's a game studio in there, too. A coding agent that builds little games when I want a break. And a music agent. I describe the style and it makes music. Two versions of every song. I asked for liquid drum and bass one day and it made these fun track names and the music actually sounded great. I've played some of it on my live streams. People ask for the playlist. It's AI made and it holds up. But the video agent might be my favorite. I type one line about what I want, hit enter, and it goes to work. It researches, it writes the script, it builds the B-roll, it makes the avatar, it picks the style, all in the background while I do other things. Then I come back to a finished video. Let me show you one. Here's a 5-minute one, completely faceless. It made the footage, the voiceover, the research, the script, and edited it all together like a little team. See the overlays, the animations? That's not me on screen, that's the AI version of me and it looks great. And here's the thing I want you to really hear. These aren't just random tools bolted together. These are workflows I designed. That's the difference. So if you're sitting there wondering where to even start, here's my honest advice. Look at what you do every day that eats your time, the boring repeat stuff. That's your first agent, start there. And you've got to be a little brave. You have to be willing to ask Claude for something big and risk it saying, "I can't do that." But honestly, for the last 3 to 6 months, I've barely seen it say no. Pretty much any idea I have, I can build. That's where we are now. So that's the Agent OS. That's the whole thing And it's the most fun I've ever had building anything. Now, I built mine from scratch, and you can, too. But, if you want mine ready to go, I've packaged the whole Agent OS into a zip file you can just install. It's inside the AI Profit Boardroom. You get the full guide, the video walkthrough, and the zip to drop straight in. And because tools like Open Montage and Claude Code keep getting better, we update the setups as new stuff drops, so yours keeps improving, too. Inside, we've got four coaching calls a week to help you set it up and pointed at your business, so you can save time, make more content, and pull in more leads without doing it all by hand. Daily tutorials, a prompt library, and a member map, so you can meet people near you building the exact same thing. Come join us. Link's in the comments and the description, or go to aiprofitboardroom.com. And if you want the full process, the SOPs, and 100+ AI use cases just like this one, come join the AI Success Lab.
