## Summary

The video shares 26 hard-won lessons from a YouTuber who has published over 100 videos and amassed 190,000 subscribers. It covers mindset shifts, content strategy, audience engagement, and practical tips for growing a successful channel, emphasizing creation over consumption, niche focus, and treating YouTube as a business.

### Key Points

- **Create More Than You Consume** [00:17] — 67% of rich people watch TV less than an hour a day, while 77% of poor people watch more. Start creating for 15 minutes a day instead of consuming cheap entertainment.
- **Block Negative People** [01:01] — Block friends and relatives who discourage your blogging. They slow you down at the start. Don't let others dictate your life.
- **Overcome Fear by Acting** [03:05] — Publish your first video despite fear. People don't care as much as you think. The fear goes away through action.
- **Loud Position Builds Personal Brand** [03:20] — Strong personal brands like Trump, Tate, Musk take bold positions, filtering their audience and gaining devoted fans. Don't try to please everyone.
- **Monetize Your Life** [04:30] — Use your personal life as content. Haters and fans are born from strong emotions. If someone hates you, someone else adores you.
- **Don't Experiment, You're Not Growing** [05:54] — If you're stuck, change your niche or format. The creator spent 4 years on life in Korea with 10k subs, then switched to money-making content and hit 100k in a year.
- **Treat YouTube Like a Business** [07:03] — Study the market, analyze competitors, test new things. Your blog is a business, content is your product, analytics are your sales report.
- **Being Copied Means You're Setting Trends** [08:14] — If someone steals your ideas, it's a compliment. There are no new ideas; everything is a combination of existing ones.
- **Views Don't Equal Money** [08:58] — Thomas Frank abandoned a 3M subscriber channel for a 264k one because the smaller had a targeted audience that bought products. Narrow niches convert better.
- **Long Videos Work Better Than Short** [11:33] — Long videos create deeper interaction. YouTube sells 12 times faster than Instagram. A few strong long videos can outperform daily short posts.
- **Never Buy Likes or Subscribers** [13:12] — Buying views can get your channel deleted. YouTube's AI detects fake engagement. It's not worth the risk.
- **Start Video with a Promise** [14:26] — Repeat the title and cover phrase at the start to meet viewer expectations and prevent drop-off. Mr. Beast uses this tactic.
- **Use Questions, Analogies, Numbers** [15:36] — These tricks keep audience engaged. Questions spark curiosity, analogies simplify, numbers add credibility.
- **Show, Don't Tell** [16:33] — Visual storytelling boosts retention. Use screenshots, inserts, and editing to demonstrate what you're saying.
- **Add Drama** [17:27] — Dramatic, captivating wording in titles and covers attracts clicks. People prefer exciting options over mundane ones.
- **Ideal Title Length** [18:11] — Titles should be short, ideally under 50 characters, for faster recognition and higher click-through rates.
- **Trends vs Evergreen Content** [18:24] — Trend videos give quick views but die in a week. Evergreen content provides long-term stability. Use both strategies.
- **Stop Blaming YouTube** [18:52] — Don't blame algorithms for low views. Accept that your content may be uninteresting and improve.
- **People Need Someone One Step Ahead** [19:23] — Beginners can gain an audience easier than experts. Share your journey; your audience is 1-2 years behind you.
- **Expensive Camera Won't Give Views** [21:26] — Views depend on content, not equipment. Sound is crucial; buy a cheap lavalier mic. Shoot on your phone until blog earns.
- **99% of Audience Doesn't Remember You** [23:05] — Viewers watch only 1-2 videos. Treat every viewer as a stranger and prove your value from scratch.
- **Don't Film About What You Want** [23:34] — Make content for viewers, not yourself. Study their interests and what they click on.
- **Use Name Dropping** [24:16] — Put a famous face in the thumbnail to attract attention. But ensure the person appears in the video to avoid baiting.
- **Don't Waste Time on New Ideas** [25:10] — Repeat what has already worked. Big bloggers milk successful formats. Viewers need to hear ideas 5-10 times.
- **Covers and Titles First** [26:21] — Start with title and cover, not the video. Test covers; changing a cover can revive a dead video.
- **Growth Through Like-minded Bloggers** [27:33] — Find a community of bloggers. Mr. Beast's growth accelerated 10x due to his environment. Join a free community.
- **YouTube is the Heart of the System** [28:45] — Reformat long videos into short ones for other platforms. One long video can become 20 shorts, maximizing reach.

### Conclusion

The video emphasizes that success on YouTube comes from a combination of mindset, strategic content creation, and understanding the platform's mechanics. By applying these 26 lessons, creators can accelerate their growth and build a profitable channel.

## Transcript

I've made more than 100 videos, gained 190,000 subscribers, millions of views, and it wasn't easy, but if I'd known these things earlier, I would have achieved these results 10 times faster. That's why I want to share them with you. So, lesson number
one: create more than you consume. Did you know that 67% of rich people watch TV less than an hour a day, and now compare: 77% of poor people watch TV more than an hour a day only in 2025? TV
is social media, endless TikToks, reals. We live in the best era for getting rich because of the abundance and easy access to information, but at the same time, in the worst because of the abundance of cheap entertainment that distracts us from our goals.
Therefore, stop being a consumer. Start small. Spend 15 minutes a day on some kind of creation. Write a post. Record a video on YouTube. Understand some new topic. And don't forget to maintain a balance. Create more than
you consume. Again, let's reinforce this idea. We live in an era of incredible opportunities, but not for those who waste time on cheap entertainment. Lesson number two: block all your friends and relatives and don't tell anyone that you're
starting a blog. Especially those who tell you that you've decided to become a blogger. You're disgracing us all. Why are you posting such things? Such people should be banned immediately. Whoever it is, there's a friend, a mother, no regrets whatsoever. Ban. Why?
Because such people slow you down at the start, they hinder your development, they drag you down. And for you, especially at the beginning, this is so important. They get sick of being cold.
to understand how it's done. Without this, there's simply no way. You know, I would never have become a blogger if I hadn't gone through this hell of the first mistakes, through all this cringe, if I hadn't been there, I hadn't been stupid, I hadn't made cringe videos, which later
grew into such normal videos. And in general, you need to remember that this is your life and you only have one. You want to post absolutely anything. If you do n't like it, don't let others dictate it to you. How to live your life Here, your rules, your
content, and your growth. When I was just thinking about creating a YouTube channel, I was paralyzed by the fear of what they would say about me. Relatives, friends, or colleagues would suddenly start laughing. These thoughts really pulled me back, and I almost gave
YouTube channel, but now the channel has 190,000 subscribers, and I know exactly how to overcome this fear. You know, the most effective way is to simply publish the first video, go straight
into fear, straight into cringe. When I did this, my first video got 300 views, and I realized that in fact, people don't really care. People are focused purely on themselves and quickly forget about everything. So
remember, this fear of the first action will go away through action. Just take the first step, and then you will later realize that those who condemned are behind you, and you continue to move forward. Lesson number three: a loud position equals a
strong personal brand. Trump, Andrew Tate, Elon Musk, Ani Mouth. They all became super popular thanks to this quality. They are not afraid to express their position, even If she infuriates half the world, for example, Tate says that women there are
weaker than men. Yes, to put it mildly, and should stay at home. Elon Musk is fiercely against abortion, Trump is harshly against immigrants and trans people. I'm not saying that I support their views, but here it's super obvious that everyone who has a strong personal
brand, you know, they don't sit on two chairs and don't huddle in a corner. Yes, afraid to express their opinion, afraid to say something unnecessary, and thus, by increasingly social issues, they filter their audience, weed out those who don't suit them,
and gather an army of super devoted fans, and that's why they are respected, for this they are adored. But they certainly aren't ignored. Yes, even though they hate for it, but they aren't ignored, and therefore if you, too, are afraid to hurt someone's feelings, if you try to
please everyone, you simply won't be noticed. Unfortunately, this is the truth. If you want to be a gray mass, please everyone, you want a powerful, strong personal brand, take a position and hold it to the end. Lesson number four, life is possible. You can hide it or
you can Monetize while you tremble over every post, afraid of condemnation. every post, afraid of condemnation. Others have long understood that
make millions on it. Some even have children and get married for the sake of reach. It's harsh. But it works. I studied how major bloggers took off and they studied how major bloggers took off and they all have one thing in common:
Remember anyone there, I don't know Litvin Margenstern, Kardashian. They were never shy about using their lives as content. I recently posted a humorous reel here. I made Coming Out after a trip with a friend. There was a sea of hate in the comments. The reach
exploded. Someone unsubscribed. But those who remained became even more loyal. They even admitted that they used to watch it for some benefit. And now they're interested in you more. I'm an individual, and here's the main insight: if someone
hates you, it means someone else adores you. No one remains indifferent. And fans are born from strong emotions. Lesson number five: don't experiment, it means you're not growing. As Einstein said, or someone famous I don't know stupidity is
doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results and I spent expecting different results and I spent 4 years to finally understand this 4 years I filmed about life in Korea the result is 10,000 subscribers 4 years I was hitting the
wall until I realized that this is a road to nowhere then I decided to change the niche I made a video about making money online one video in a new niche and in a week it got 100,000 views I jumped at the chance continued filming in this topic and in a
year my channel grew to 100,000 subscribers Alexandra, a student of our YouTube academy, went the same way before she came to us she made videos about life in Canada but could not break through the ceiling of 2-3,000
views Although she published videos regularly once a week at the academy we immediately advised her to change the format she mastered a completely new format without a face, something that was not on her channel before the result is 100,000 views on the First
video in a new format and 180,000 on the next one, just one experiment and her channel took off. So if you're stuck, stop repeating the same thing, break chances, try new ones, experiment with niches and formats. And
if you don't know where to start, watch the webinar at the link below and get the right strategy for launching your channel. Lesson number six: you need to treat YouTube like a business. You know what distinguishes those who still can't
develop their channel or blog on social networks from those who are growing quickly. The latter treat blogging as a full-fledged business. They study the market, analyze competitors, look for unoccupied niches, test all sorts of new
things, and don't get depressed if there are no views. You won't see stores closing the next day after poor sales. Instead, they change their product range, test them, and so on. Therefore, if your goal is to make money
and have a real impact, it's time to think like an entrepreneur. Your blog is a business. Content is your product. Covers and titles are your showcase, and analytics are your sales report. If you don't If you treat your social media account
like a business, then your blog is like a store with backlogs of goods, no one comes in, no one buys, no one needs it, so it's up to you to choose: it's either your hobby or a source of stable income. Lesson number seven: if
you're copied, it means you're setting trends. Vlad Kozyra constantly steals my ideas and covers. Here are examples with real upload dates. I constantly forward these videos and they say, "Look, he stole your idea." And how I react to this, for me, it's a
compliment. This means that I'm recognized as one of the leading creators in this niche. And in general, I believe that there are no new ideas a priori. Everything new is a combination and the result of observing what already exists, so
I steal ideas myself as an artist. I highly recommend reading this book, by the way, so don't be afraid to take and give. We are all interconnected and we move towards progress together. Lesson number eight: views don't equal money. Why do you think a
abandons his channel and focuses on an account with An audience 12 times smaller sounds crazy. But that's exactly what Thomas Frank did. He has two channels. One has 3 million subscribers where he films about everything. Yes, fitness, self-development, life
about everything. Yes, fitness, self-development, life hacks. The second has 264,000 subscribers, and this channel is dedicated only to the nouveau digital product. And despite the impressive size of Channel One, he still abandons it because it has
gathered an inappropriate audience. Subscribers there with different people came who simply watched the video but did not buy anything. Yes, let's say the second channel brings him much more money because it has a super-
targeted audience. People come to learn purely about and are willing to pay for templates, courses, affiliate products. And the main lesson here is that if your channel is a hodgepodge
of different topics, you lose money. A narrow niche equals a high-quality audience that pays better than writers, but with high commercial potential. Let's reinforce this idea with a real example. Watch How you can make
$22,000 with a video that has only 3,000 views. look at this channel in the programming niche, his videos only get 3,000 views, but here, every viewer is a hot client, not a random subscriber.
Yes, that's why such narrowly focused channels show conversions that are several times higher than those where there is a hodgepodge of different topics. According to statistics, the conversion rate on YouTube is 5%, and for such channels, it reaches 10%, which is 300 clicks. Following links from
one video, the standard conversion rate of a site into a sale is 2.5%, but due to the narrow audience, here it can reach 5%. And that's 15 sales. Now, in addition to prices, programming courses cost about $1,500. Now, on the market, 15
about $1,500. Now, on the market, 15 sales for $1,500 is $22,500 from one video that has only 3,000 views. All thanks to the narrow niche and high conversions. And here's the main lesson: yes, money is actually made not by
millions of subscribers, but by micro- personal brands. I know bloggers who have 10,000-15,000 subscribers who They earn hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is because they have gained an audience that doesn't just
watch, but buys something. So, stop chasing millions of views. It's better to have 3,000 targeted viewers that will bring you $22,000 than a million subscribers that will bring you nothing. I talked about how to choose a niche with
high commercial value at a free webinar. The link is below. Lesson number nine: Long videos work more effectively than short videos. Why YouTube sells 12 times faster than Instagram. It's all about the depth of
interaction. Short videos - you know, this myth about an easy start. You've probably been told that they are easier to shoot, they are better for beginners, easier to start, but this is not true. A short format requires much more effort before it starts
bringing in money. Since sales depend on the time of interaction, and according to research, a person must encounter you at least seven times for someone to decide to buy something from you on Instagram. This is about a year a person must
watch you before they decide to buy something from you on YouTube. Everything else, my customers watch me for an average of one month. We know this from the questionnaires before the course. And that's all. Because the long format is just a
warm-up machine, you know, one video can replace months of interaction on Instagram, where the average viewing duration is 15 seconds. My channel averages 11,000 hours of viewing per month. With all this, I publish only two videos a
results on TikTok or Reals, you need to shoot 269 Reals, each of which must also gain 10,000 views, which is nine hp. I achieve this every day with just two
videos, two a month. So, you choose a few strong videos that will work for you for months or even years, or a daily marathon of short videos that simply burn up your resources. The long format is not only
smarter but also more profitable. The next lesson is never buy likes, subscribers, and comments. I currently have 190,000 subscribers on my channel. This is my source of income, and because of one very risky experiment, YouTube almost deleted
my channel. In general, one day I decided to boost views from America, since there is a high RPM and the scheme is really The bot started working, boosting views and the income from monetization reached 50 dollars a day, and I was shocked, thinking I had
hacked the system, money is easy. Yes, as they say. But about 2 weeks later, I go to the creative studio and see how earnings from boosted views were stupidly earnings from boosted views were stupidly written off, and then I realized that YouTube is not
their AI in identifying boosted views, so it is so far ahead and is constantly updating, so never buy likes, comments, subscribers, the system, firstly, is very difficult to fool, and secondly, as a punishment, your account can simply
be deleted forever and it's not worth it. Lesson number 11: Start the video with a promise and you will keep the viewer. Do you know the most important secret to keeping the attention of the audience on YouTube, on which 50% of the success of your video depends?
Mr. Beast uses this tactic in 100% of his videos. The fact is that on YouTube, when someone clicks on the cover, he already has some expectations. If these expectations are not met in the first seconds at the beginning of the video, the viewer will simply leave. This mistake
is made by 99% of people. YouTube creators have a cover and title that say one thing, but the video is about something completely different. That's how they kill their videos. I'll tell you the simplest and most effective way to keep the viewer's attention and
get millions of views. How Mr. Beast does it. At the beginning of all his Mr. Beast does it. At the beginning of all his videos, he simply repeats word for word the exact same phrases that were in the title and cover of this
video. In this video, we will help 2,000 people walk again. This way, he convinces the viewer that yes, this is not a byte, the video will really be about what was promised in the title, and thereby
prevents the outflow of viewers. Lesson number 12: Use questions, analogies, and numbers to keep the audience engaged. Did you know that all successful bloggers use these three secret tricks in their speech? They are the ones that help them get hundreds of thousands of
views. I just used the first trick. You're still watching, so it works. This trick is asking a question that your viewers want to know the answer to. The second trick is constantly used by name gadgets. Because a
competent marketer knows that people are lazy and don't want to think, so he uses a ton. Analogies of real examples make it easier for viewers to perceive information. And the easier it is, the longer they watch the video. The third trick always greatly
boosts my views. Viewers float from it. Nothing strengthens your idea more powerfully than statistics and clear numbers. People immediately stop doubting and unconditionally believe in your words when they hear numbers or phrases like this.
Research has shown that this is how competent marketers convince people to buy. Lesson number 13. It is better to show than to tell. Let me show you a super-powerful life hack that helps me increase views on my videos. Here, here
and here. As we can see, viewer retention increases sharply. And what do all these points have in common? The correct demonstration of what is said in all these moments. I don’t just say something there, talk about a book or a celebrity,
but I directly show it clearly with screenshots, inserts, some kind of editing. This is a powerful amplifier of your video. This is visual storytelling. 50% of the success of Cleo’s channel,
for example, who gained millions of subscribers in a year, according to her own words, thanks to visual storytelling, that is, editing is better to show than to tell. And I described it in detail in the document that you will find at the link under the video or in the comments
at the link under the video or in the comments without the technical specifications. As they say, who knows. So, use this super underrated tool. Lesson number 14: Add drama and people will start clicking on you. What would you choose? In this hand is a pill that
will help you lose weight, and in this hand is a pill that, after taking it, will make you lose weight in 2 hours and stay thin forever. You can eat whatever you want for the rest of your life. When I realized that people click on dramatic, captivating
wording, it changed everything for me and my YouTube channel began to grow. Therefore, always use drama in your titles, covers, and even speeches because no one wants to take a regular pill when there are other, more
attractive options. Lesson number 15: 57: The ideal length of a title in one second. Tell me what this video is about. And this video is about what it is most important. YouTube rules: Your titles should be short, ideally no more than 50 characters,
because they are much faster recognized and absorbed, which helps your video. stand out from tons of competitors the shorter the name the greater the chance of clicks Lesson number 16 trends give a surge evergreen content
stability if you want to quickly and easily get a lot of views quickly shoot videos with a reaction to news and trends but know that views on such videos will die in a week If you want long-term views create videos
on evergreen topics but in fact of course you need to use both strategies in combination Lesson number 17 stop blaming YouTube do you know what the most toxic trait of pseudo bloggers is when they blame algorithms for the lack of
views I'm probably shadowbanned I made the same video Now his got into trouble But I don't and my video was better I myself used to think the same way but now I look at myself used to think the same way but now I look at my old videos and
because it reveals the truth uninteresting and bad and as soon as you accept this you will begin to improve and earn the attention of viewers Lesson number 18 people don't need gurus they need someone who is just one step ahead of you not It's infuriating
that we live in a time where a person with ten years of experience earns less than someone else, they just talk about themselves louder than anyone else on social networks, all because they have an audience. And you're still sitting and thinking, I'm not an
expert, I have nothing to blog about, I'll get my fifth diploma, then I'll start. But these are actually just excuses. When I started on YouTube or Instagram, I didn't have any expertise or certificates. I was
just sharing my path, and you know what's most interesting: it's actually easier for beginners to gain an audience than for overfed experts. People don't want to look at the Guru who's out there in space. Yes, they need a person who's just one step
ahead. Your audience is those who are 1-2 years behind you. If the gap is, say, 10 years, everything. Connectivity is lost, and they simply won't understand you. An expert isn't a diploma, it's just some kind of informational advantage,
even a small one. For example, let's say you want to enter the programming niche. You don't have to be a senior programmer to start a blog. You can, for example, just publicly put yourself The goal is to get an offer from Google and film a reality show. How do
you prepare for it, how do you polish your resume, pass an interview, and that's how people become experts. So now, stop this video and answer these questions. What do I know now, what do I wish I knew a year or two ago, what life hacks do I have
that could help others? Make a video about it. Let's say you've mastered freelancing and are earning $1,000 a month now, and a year ago you were banging your head against the wall from a lack of clients. Then you discovered a
powerful life hack there, and let's say instead of dry written offers, you started sending written offers, you started sending video resumes with your face on them, and it has doubled now at the same point where you were before. and how much you can
make their path easier with this simple advice, this is the purpose of my life and the mission of this channel. I am constantly experimenting, learning, looking for insights, and when something works, I am happy to share it with you. That's why you watch me. So be
sure to try new things, help others, and that's how you will become someone who is being watched. Lesson number 19: An expensive camera won't give you views. Do you know what the biggest mistake beginners make is buying a camera for
$2,000 and then being surprised that there are no views. They don't understand that views views. They don't understand that views depend on other, more subtle things, but not on expensive equipment. I have videos shot on an AFO and a lavalier for
$10 that have collected hundreds of thousands of views, even more than those recorded on a camera for how many thousands of dollars. Here is another example: Wizard L. She has almost 7 million subscribers and still shoots on an iPhone without an external microphone. In
addition, she has a strong accent in English, but her audience simply adores her. You know, what's really important is the sound. We can tolerate a bad picture. and there is no bad sound, so buy any lavalier microphone for 10 dollars, the
difference with expensive ones. There is almost no difference with such microphones. If you have the money, I advise you to buy a good softbox, since it will save a lot of time on editing. It is stabilizing, not like I shoot in daylight and you see. Yes, this is the
difference in light, so take any from Godex New, the difference is small. And regarding the camera, while the blog does not bring money, I advise you to shoot on your phone, and if you still want the most, here is all my equipment
that I use, save the screenshots and use them. But remember, the main thing is content, and use them. But remember, the main thing is content, not hardware. Lesson number 20. 99% of the audience does not remember you, so work on new viewers. Did you know that on average,
viewers watch only one or two videos on your channel, this is very little. And most bloggers do not know these statistics. And that is why they do not grow. They do not understand that for 99% of viewers, you are nobody, they have not heard you and do
the audience like with friends, but talk to them like with strangers who always have to prove something from scratch. Win their hearts, their trust by making quality content that will increase your authority.
Lesson number 21: Don't film about what you want. I always find it funny interesting to them and then get upset that there are no YouTube views - this is not about you, but about your viewers. And damn, you have to accept the fact
that not everyone is special. Like Emma Chamberlin or those with cool charisma who are watched simply for their personality. Most of us are not lucky, like them and we are watched for our benefits. Especially if this is expert content, so make
content for viewers, study their interests, what they click on, so you program the video for success in advance. Lesson number 22: Use the power of someone else's name. The hardest thing to grow, of course, for those who are just starting a blog. Algorithms
don't promote you. There are no views. Subscribers take months to gain, and it seems impossible to break through. But there is one shortcut that shortens this painful path. It explodes views and saves you a ton of time. This technique
is called namedropping. This is when you put some famous face in the preview to attract attention. It really works and helps. Break through to zero channels. How many videos have you already seen with the cover of Mr. Beast? A ton with a
ton of views because it works. But of course there are downsides. Firstly, in this video, if you use someone else's face, this person must appear, otherwise you will stupidly bait. And this will kill
retention and kill the video itself. And secondly, if you use this method too often, people will click not on you, but on famous personalities. And when you finally decide to show your beautiful face, it may turn out that you are
worry channels without a face. So, use this method wisely while it works. Lesson number 23: don't waste time on new ideas. Use what has already worked. Big bloggers don't waste time on an endless search for new ideas.
They milk what has already worked. This is a clever technique that brings millions of views and saves a lot of time. And newbies, instead, suffer constantly inventing something from scratch. Ali Abdal Denko Har Muzi. In general, all big
bloggers have it there. Three to five themes that they simply run in circles, changing only the presentation. Why? Because it works. Firstly, the viewer doesn't remember anything; he needs to hear the idea 5-10 times before it sticks in his head.
Secondly, our brain is drawn to the familiar and the proven. Therefore, if one video is successful, a similar one is almost guaranteed to gain popularity too. This saves a ton of time; you don't have to invent something new; just go ahead and repeat. That's
why big bloggers, if one format flies, immediately make a series of ten or even 100 videos out of it. Yes, Ryan, three, Mr. Beast. If something explodes, they do it again and again. Therefore, take what has
already worked and repeat. Lesson number 24: Covers and titles are, first of all, a mistake that kills your views on YouTube. Coming up with a title and cover for a video at the last moment when the video has already been filmed. YouTubers,
including Mr. Beast, start not with the video but with the title and preview because this is what decides whether the video will take off or not. Ali Abdal once said that when he's offered an idea, his first thought is "What will this video be called if he
can't come up with a strong, clickable title?" He doesn't even take on the video. Top bloggers don't think like " I'll film this, I'll film that." They immediately look at each video as a separate project through the prism of
clickability, and they constantly test covers because a simple cover change can revive even the oldest one. A dead video with no views at all remains the same; you just change the cover and bam, the
views start coming. That's exactly how I turned failed videos into successful ones on my channel and on my clients' channels. Lesson number 25: growth comes through like-minded bloggers. There are so many info-cygans out there, I'm sick of them, but you know
what the catch is? In fact, there's only one, and 2% of all social media users blog professionally. That's a drop in the ocean, and statistics show that being a blogger is incredibly lonely. Most people just don't understand
why you do it. For them, YouTube is entertainment. For you, it's work. They don't see how many hours they spend on scripts, editing, filming, they don't understand how difficult it is to fight for views. That's why it's important to find people who
share your obsession with blogging. Those who go it alone most often abandon their blogs. Even Mr. Bice constantly said that his growth accelerated 10 times thanks to his environment. From the very beginning, he gathered with people who were also obsessed with
YouTube, discussed mistakes, shared lessons learned. It turns out they learned not only from their own but also from others' mistakes, which saved them a ton of time. When you surround yourself with people like you, everything becomes easier. You no longer feel like a

Instagram are its arteries. You either work smart or your whole life. VPA. Iwaitens who make different videos for each platform are simply killing their
time. The same content can be reformatted for everything. Social media and even there are similar in Google if you know how to do it right. For example, this video you are watching now is on YouTube and TikTok, but it is not just
copy-paste, but a clear system. I start with a long video because it pays off best. Long content sells more strongly, immerses the viewer more deeply, makes them loyal, and this is the heart of this whole system. But inside this video there are
dozens of powerful thoughts that can be put into short formats, and I pre -write them so that each begins with a catchy hook and fits into 90 seconds. This way, one big topic turns into 20 or so
short videos, each of which can live independently and attract a new audience. This is how all smart experts work. They don’t shoot the same thing 10 times, but squeeze the maximum out of each idea. And this system helps me flicker
everywhere with less effort, and you need to be everywhere because the more touches, the more sales. And as a rule, it is correct to write scripts that retain the viewer. I talked about the power of hooks in a free lesson. This is our students’ favorite lesson.
