i tried mobility training every day for 30 days i wanted to see if I could start to undo some of my sedentary lifestyle the first thing I learned is that mobility isn't just about stretching it's about strengthening your joints increasing flexibility and unlocking movements you didn't even know you lost i worked on my knees hips shoulders and spine with drills that felt suspiciously easy until I woke up sore the next day by the end my range of motion had improved a bit my body felt looser and I even moved better in the gym it wasn't some insane transformation after all it was just 30 days but for the first time my joints started to feel a little bit more like butter less snap less crackle less pop if you want to keep your movements fluid as you get older mobility training is a really great way to do
