[03:28] We continue.  After eating, my favorite part begins, and also the most chaotic: recording.  I don't have a dedicated studio yet, so every time I record I have to set up the whole thing.  Lights, camera, microphone.  Basically,
[03:41] I transform a corner of my office into that beautiful recording set you've think, "Wow, how professional Almich is, how ingenious."  But the truth is that to make an 8-minute video I have to record 40 damn minutes
[03:55] because I don't know how to speak and I stumble over my words a lot. Sometimes the takes come out quickly, other times I repeat the same line 15 times because I'm not convinced by the tone or because the cat decided to jump just when it was coming along, and sometimes I don't care and I
[04:07] leave the take with the cat.  But even though it may seem tedious, this moment has its magic.  That's when everything in my head starts to take real shape, because you don't need a thousands of dollars' worth of equipment to start recording.  All
[04:20] you need is creativity, good lighting, and patience when something goes wrong.  Once I finish recording, the longest part begins: editing.  I open Premiere, get awkwardly positioned as usual, and start cutting, moving, and adjusting every part of the
[04:34] video.  But something many don't know is that I edit in two parts.  In the video cuts, removing repeated phrases, unnecessary silences and final cut.  Basically, I clean all the material down to the bare essentials.
[04:48] This part is more about concentration than creativity.  It's just me, the timeline, and an absurd number of words that I can't pronounce properly.  Seriously, kids, sometimes because I can't pronounce a word correctly I have to change
[05:01] the whole sentence.  Once I finish that first cleanup, I close Premiere and editing into two parts helps me stay fresh and not hate the project halfway through, especially since sometimes editing is my least favorite part of the
[05:15] proceed in stages rather than trying to do everything in one sitting, because good editing is not about speed, but about clarity.  The next day.  I'm returning to the project, but now with a clearer head.  In this second part of
[05:30] the editing I add what brings the video to life: effects, sounds, images, subtitles and those little details that make something good look professional.  Once I finish, I export the video, and no, the work isn't over yet because here comes
[05:45] a key part for any creator: vertical clips.  I dedicate the rest of the day to my other social media accounts: TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.  I make at least seven clips in a single session, one for each day of the week so I don't have to rush
[05:58] afterwards.  Many creators see clips as an extra task, but in reality they are the bridge that connects your work with new people.  Each clip is an opportunity for someone to discover you and then go on to see your
[06:10] full content.  Don't underestimate the power of paper clips.  Then I spend my time checking videos, notifications from my other networks, checking news about the industry to see if there's material for a new video, and even looking for a meme to
[06:24] post.  And so Wednesday arrives, the day of the premiere.  The video is published, I check that everything is okay, thumbnails ready, description ready, links ready.  And then all that's left is to wait for the algorithm to decide whether it loves me or ignores me today
[06:37] .  There are days when the video takes off quickly and others when it seems like I uploaded it in invisible mode, but I was already learning to obsess over it, because in the end this work is not just about numbers, it's about building something
