[00:00] Most people don't fail dropshipping because their ads are bad. They fail because they chose products that would never work in the first place. I've seen people spend $1,000, $5,000, even $10,000 testing products that would have zero chance of becoming a winner. [00:14] Then they fail dropshipping instead, they quit, wondering, why did it not work for me? But here's the truth. It's just that you choose the wrong products. It took me from South America, $0 in my bank, [00:26] till today living in Dubai making doctor's salaries in a month. In this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to find and validate products before even spending a dollar on ads. And make sure to stay till the end because I'll show you my exact validation tool that I use. [00:41] So let's get into it. One of the biggest mistakes that designers make is confusing a viral product with a winning product. Just because something is making millions of views, it doesn't mean that people are actually buying it. Let me show you what I mean. [00:56] This portable fan right here is very trendy. It's viral, it has gotten 59,000 likes and hundreds of thousands of views. It gets attention but it doesn't solve a meaningful problem. There isn't enough urgency for someone to pull out their credit card and buy it. [01:13] Then we have this second product, this massage ankle that you put inside your shoe to walk pain-free, clinically tested. As you can see right here, it looks very comfortable honestly. So this isn't the trendiest TikTok product. [01:26] In fact, that's exactly why I like it. It's an evergreen product. It solves the problem that people are experiencing every single day. It addresses discomfort, health concerns, and it improves someone's quality of life. [01:39] Which started with the new test. With the information I just gave you, you should already know what the right answer is. Before I consider testing any product, I ask myself these three questions. One, is this a serious problem that people are willing to spend money to solve? [01:53] Two, does this genuinely improve someone's life? And three, can I build a strong marketing around emotional pain points? If the answer is no to these questions, it's usually not worth discussing. Now let's talk about where and how to actually find these products. [02:08] Most people search for products. I think that's backwards. Instead, search for problems. One of my favorite ways to do this is by using AI. You can use Tagity 2, Cloud, or any AI tool you prefer. [02:20] And ask it something like, What are common problems or pain points that customers are actively willing to spend money to solve? You'll instantly get dozens of market ideas that you probably wouldn't have thought of yourself. So let me show you. [02:32] Here I have asked, Can I take you to this question? And it gave me a lot of examples. Health is the highest spending one. Everyone wants to improve their health. Health is the one thing that most people spend money on So here it gave me some examples Weight loss hair loss acne wrinkles and aging poor sleep joint pain Like the example I can show you digestion anxiety stress low energy [02:54] snoring, fertility. This is one that I would have never thought of, but I think it's a really, really good one. People that are trying to conceive would do anything to make sure that that happens. Puberty, looking older, yellow teeth, cellulite, dry skin, stretch marks. So once you have those ideas [03:10] that AI just gave you. Next step is to see whether businesses are already selling products before these sell ones. This is where the Facebook ad library comes in. It's completely free and it lets you see active ads currently running on all metal platforms. Instead of searching random products, [03:25] we're going to search the pain points. So let's just go to the ad library. Make sure to go with all countries and all ads and you're going to look once you work here. For example, I'm looking up fertility. Okay so here we have a fertility monitor that measures estrogen. I don't know [03:41] it's like this is necessarily a drop shipping product but it's definitely a good idea in terms of brand building. Yeah, let me ask about this fertility monitor. It would be a really good idea to sell something. Well just because of the standpoint, here's another fertility tool. [03:56] Not many competitors. I would top fertility men because the obvious customer to sell fertility products too would be women but you can also sell it to men. So for example here I found a fertility supplement for men. I would say very untapped market and really good product to sell solves [04:13] the problem and this is something that would change people's lives. So if we look at this product and we ask ourselves the questions that I mentioned before, is this a serious problem that people are willing to spend money on to solve? 100%. Does this genuinely improve someone's life? [04:29] yes can you build a strong marketing around emotional pain points 100 so this would be a great product to sell and it's a product that you can build a long-term brand on and by the way i also want to say i teach this so if you want to learn from me one-on-one you can message me on my [04:46] instagram that i'm going to leave right here i have open spots on my one-on-one mentorship for the summer so if instead of just wasting time scrolling all day getting drunk you just want to get to work and build a business that can change your life forever then you can message me one on [05:00] instagram to join my one-on-one mentorship or you can also learn for free on this channel okay so once you've found a product and it checks all the points you don't just stop there just because the product exists doesn't mean that people are going to buy it this is where i personally like to use [05:14] product research tools so you don't have to guess which product has potential so i recently started using trend track which i really like because it gives me all the data which i'll show you in a So I think this is a really beautiful tool. [05:26] I gonna leave a link for TrendTrack in the description as well as the 20 discount if you wanna try it Not only that but I connect it to my cloud so I can do product research also with AI As you know AI is changing the game right now for e so I think this is a great tool to add [05:41] So as you can see right here, you can browse a bunch of shops. You can also browse on ads. This pretty much shows you all the ads that are being run on Meta, TikTok, Google, and you can find a lot of products that are being sold here. [05:54] And you can also track different brands so you get all the data. I was just showing you this brand, you know I showed you the massage insults. As you can see right here, this brand is killing it. They're getting 700,000 visitors a month. [06:07] If you go to live ads, as you can see, 421 live ads currently. These people are spending money on their brand and they would not be spending if they're not making topics. As you can see right here, we can see the top performing ads. [06:19] One of the top performing ads obviously shows the problem right there. read the leading cause of planter sass sass sass i don't even know how to say that but [06:31] you get the point anyone that has this problem would be very drawn to this ad and this only gives you a lot of data on which type of ads are working for your niche or your competitors but i [06:43] really like to use it for browsing products so what you can do is just go right here you can click on my dollar for tiktok ads google ads and you have all these filters right here to find specific products but what I like to do is connect it to my [06:56] quad so it's really simple you can add it right here as a connector there I have it so quad can basically do all the research for me here I said find on trend track source slash ads that sell products that help with [07:08] fertility either tools supplements etc the store must have a minimum of 10 active apps I put them right to the aspect of because they have a little amount of active apps and use that maybe they're not making that much money from it have been [07:21] running for at least 10 days. So it did all the research for me and here it gave me some fertility brands. Here we have another hormone tracking device like the one I was just showing you on Facebook ad library. At home insemination applicator kit. Wow that's crazy. Ovulation [07:36] test. All-in-one supplement. So what we can do is you can also ask it to link the brands for you. So you can just go to your shop and paste the url of the store and then you can see the shop analytics. Wow this shop has just skyrocketed recently. In the past month, Doc Seiji has [07:53] currently 49 active ads which is a good sign that they're making money but I don't understand anything of these ads because they are in German. They're mainly doing photo apps which is just really easy to do. These are really simple apps to manage with AI and you can look at the meta [08:10] They're currently running Meta and Google Ads. And yeah it seems to be some fertility supplements in German I don understand anything sadly So another thing you can tell quad is to find new apps that are in English only so that you understand them But here is all the [08:27] validation that you need. So by seeing the active ads that they have currently, it means that they're probably making money with this product. You can also click on most duplicated if they're duplicating ads it means that they're making money most likely. So let's try it again. I'm going to [08:41] try to find a product and make anxiety and stress out of the balcony for this problem so let's say now find products left for that so okay i have asked it now to find products for anxiety and [08:58] stress and saying this time i asked marketing in english uh run video apps mainly 10 active ads one duplicate and said very successful in the last three months so basically i find products that that have been blown up recently. [09:10] Okay, here has been the research for us. We found this one, vagus nerve stimulator device. It's out of sight of sight, lower cortical. This is interesting. We looked this up for sure. [09:23] Infrared therapy recovery bag. AEDC calming supplement. Let's look up this one. Well, this one has shots in different languages too. One million monthly visits, 800 live ads currently. [09:38] This one might be a bit too competitive, I think, but it's a really, really cool product. So we have another one, Grey Matter Last. This is a supplement for focus. This one could be a really, really good product to sell. [09:51] We can even check the store. So yeah, this is a really good brand. I'm going to give it support for no crash, energy, focus, clarity. You can see all of the ingredients. I think this is a really good product to sell because, again, this is a problem that everyone has. [10:07] people are willing to spend money on there it changes someone's life and as we can see from the data compared to the older store it has 163k monthly visits which i think it's fine [10:19] compared to the other one it has 1 million i think maybe that's a bit too competitive they have a lot of active apps which means that they're actively spending money on the product and it's also up and coming recently i feel like this whole wellness culture has just become bigger and bigger over [10:34] So I think this is a good niche to get into currently. So this is a perfect example and it took me just a couple of clicks to find a product like this just by finding the right strategies, searching for pain points instead of searching [10:48] for products. So I hope this video was valuable for you. Now it's your turn to instead of finding products, find pain points and let me know if this strategy works for you. I'm sure you're going to be able to find a winner this way.
