[00:00] Because most of the trainers cannot get themselves in shape. Scott, who's that guy? And if they do, it's for a moment, but they could teach all of you how to get in shape. Well, where do we start with this? [00:14] The cynical thing to say is you lie about using drugs. It's evidently obvious to everyone who's been around the block. And you have such unbelievable genetics that you were already jacked when you were 13 or 14, which means the probability that we'll learn a lot from you exists, [00:27] but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Other folks have had to work really hard at their fitness and may actually not be in amazing shape But they're in way better shape than they were before they started [00:39] It is the weak man, the not muscular man, the person with not so great genetics That tries and tries and tries to get their best result going And on their way up is going to learn a ton about it [00:53] Otherwise, the equivalent of asking Michael Hearn for advice It's maybe like asking a millionaire kid who just inherited millions of dollars from his trust fund and just didn't spend it all in Mexico in one night. Whereas if you ask someone who has hundreds of thousands of dollars but came from grinding [01:08] poverty, they might know a lot about how to make money, and they might take their advice and become a millionaire because of it. It's a good picture of me though, Scott, isn't it?
