## Summary

The host demonstrates a live, step-by-step method for finding a winning dropshipping product using Claude AI, moving from problem identification to validation and creative angle development. He shows proof of success, including a store doing over $1k/day with 20% profit, and walks through using Claude Desktop with a custom skill to research products, then validates findings with Winning Hunter. The session emphasizes solving real problems over chasing fads, tracking evidence in a structured sheet, and creating unique ad angles to avoid price wars.

### Key Points

- **Method credibility** [00:15] — The same method helped a student take a store from $0 to $7 million; the host claims it's a proven approach.
- **Find the problem first** [01:12] — Look for problems people complain about repeatedly; copy exact words from reviews to make ads speak like buyers. The product is just the connector; the problem is the winning solution.
- **Find proof, not clones** [02:10] — Check advertisers are still testing/spending; read reviews for objections. Don't copy brands; instead, build better angles by targeting different customer moments while keeping the product's factual job honest.
- **Check money first** [03:07] — Calculate shipping, returns, fees, and costs before advertising. Set a maximum CPA and use a tracker (like the provided Google Sheet) instead of gut feeling. Example: $69 per order, 20% profit margin, can spend $20 on ads and still profit.
- **Using Claude Desktop with 'Cowork'** [03:45] — Use Opus 5 High (most intelligent and cost-effective model; avoid Fable 5 unless building a SaaS). Add a custom skill 'e-com product evidence research' via the sidebar. It uses connectors like Meta Ad Library, TikTok, Reddit, and Google Trends.
- **Prompting Claude for products** [05:05] — Ask for 10 winning products in beauty/kids niches, price band 29-59 euros, full evidence. Task takes 10-15 minutes. The tracker (Econ King Product Validator) has sheets: live case study, candidate tracker, evidence import, test economics, AI prompts, definitions.
- **Evidence score example** [07:35] — The 'fur-free home kit' scored 71/100 (high) in the candidate tracker. Evidence import ensures factual data, not fabrication.
- **USA Drop supplier recommendation** [08:14] — Long-standing supplier with fast shipping (5-15 days via FedEx/UPS), good refunds, and private agent access if you get 5+ orders/day. Free to sign up.
- **Overcoming Claude's access limitations** [10:54] — Claude can't access Reddit, Amazon, or Meta Ad Library without API. Download the Claude Chrome extension to let it control your browser; this significantly boosts productivity but increases task time by 10-20 minutes.
- **Validating shortlist (example)** [13:16] — Top 3 candidates (scores 81, 79, and 70+) are worth extra research. Products below 70% are deprioritized. The host manually checks products that seem overdone or underpriced, e.g., a heartless satin curler set is viral but selling too cheap.
- **Claude's verdict after deep dive** [15:05] — After additional prompts, Claude labels the curler set 'amber' and advises not to advertise it. The host notes it may take several attempts to get a green light, but this protects from bad products.
- **Using ad library to confirm demand** [16:39] — The fur-free home kit has 180 active ads (high impressions), confirming it's a proven product. The host stresses moving to 'customer attention' to find new angles rather than copying generic ads.
- **Creating New Angles with Claude** [18:16] — Paste the ad library URL and website link into Claude to generate fresh ideas for consumers and reasons to buy, avoiding direct competition.
- **Expected outcomes with 10 products** [19:13] — With 10 validated products (scores >70), at least one should do decent numbers (breaking even or $1k/day with 20% profit) as the failure risks are minimized.
- **Validation with Winning Hunter** [19:40] — Winning Hunter shows factual data: the store generates $30k-$59k, has 1000 active ads, and a top-performing ad has made $39k (top 1%). A competing brand (Magic Brush) has made $95k-$180k, proving product demand, though they may have scaled down.
- **Winning Hunter MCP integration** [22:57] — Claude can connect to Winning Hunter via MCP for reliable, factual data (no guesstimates). The free method is good but scores average 80-95% with Winning Hunter. The host demonstrates a query for 5 new beauty products with active ads.
- **New angle framework** [24:24] — Claude identifies that competitors all say 'pulls out embedded hair your vacuum can't'. It suggests a bold claim, e.g., 'All the fur is going to come out of your couch with this product,' and recommends focusing on specific niches rather than everyone.

## Transcript

So, you can't sleep because you're too busy thinking about finding your first winning dropshipping product. That's perfect. I'm actually going to show you live, step-by-step, how I'm about to find my next winning product that I'm going to take from $0 to $100,000.
It's the same method that I use and my student Nick use to take his store from $0 to $7 million. And I actually made a case study about that just a few weeks ago. All of that is being traded into a comprehensive Myroboard that you're all going to get access to once you hit 500 likes.
So the first thing that I want to do is show you guys the proof that this method actually works when it comes to finding winnings option products using Cloud AI. So as you guys can see on my screen, we're inside one of the Shopify dashboards. Now this is a new store that we launched a few months ago, and you can see today's date is the 12th of August.
And you can see yesterday on the 11th of August, this store did 1.3k. So this store has been doing just over 1k a day for the last month. which is really good because it's also 20% profit. And you can see the average order value is $64,
which means we're able to make good profit on this store because you've got the margins to spend on Facebook ads. So now we've got the proof out of the way. So let's now get into the step-by-step guide. Now, the first thing that we need to do is understand the problem.
You guys need to understand this before we do the product research, because if you don't understand this, when you start coming across products, you're not going to know whether or not they're good or they're bad. So the first thing we have to do is start with the problem. Find the problem people complain about repeatedly so you know the product fixes something real.
So we're not trying to fix a fad. Copy the exact words from the reviews and the comments so your ad speaks like the buyer. So this is the bit that most beginners fail to do. And essentially what you're going to realize from this is that the product isn't the winning product.
It's the problem that we solve that's the winning solution. The product is just the connecting piece. Then find the moment it happens so your creative can show a believable scene. So anything that's a fad, you're going to want to stop and move on.
Now, the next thing is find proof, not clones. So you know that the advertisers are still testing or spending. Read reviews and comments. You see the actual objections from the brands that are running ads. Save a source link and date so you can check every signal later.
Do not copy the brand because what we're doing is we're finding brands that are running ads making money, but we're looking at their bad reviews or complaints in their ads. And then we're creating our ads to fix these solutions. So in the end, our ads are going to be better than the original company selling the product.
And that ties into step number three, build a better angle. Ask who else has the same problem. Change the customer moment so the product feels relevant to a new audience. Keep the factual product job the same so the message stays honest.
For example, do not sell a product as for everyone. Give one specific person one specific moment. That is really important, guys. We have to make sure we do this. This is actually one of the most important parts that most beginners overlook.
And this is why beginners are actually able to make money with dropshipping in terms of revenue, but they're never profitable, which is they don't check the money first. You need to think about product shipping, returns, fees, and the cost overall.
Decide the maximum cost to acquire a customer for the CPA, and use a tracker, not a gut feeling, to mark, pass, or pause, or stop. So basically with this step, what we're doing is we're making sure that before we even put it on Facebook ads,
We know what our margins are, what our cost per acquisition is, so that we can still be profitable. So in my example, I generated $69 per order. Now, I know that my profit margin is around about $39.
That means that I can spend $20 and still make profit. So this part's really important. So now we've gone over the basic fundamentals, guys, which is crucial. So from step four to step one, this is crucial that you understand.
Now what we're going to do is we're going to open up Core Desktop on our computer. Now the reason why we're going to be using Claude Desktop is we're going to get the option to use something called Cowork, which is only available on the desktop. Now Cowork is where multiple agents can do one task at a time.
Now you're going to want to filter this to Opus 5 High. Now Opus is the most intelligent model that Claude has, which is the most cost effective. Now you do have Fable 5, but it's overkill and you're only going to be using that if you're creating like a SaaS business.
So at the moment, we don't need to be using it. Then what you're going to do is you're going to come to the sidebar. You're going to come down to where it says Customize. customize you're going to go to skills and you're going to go to add skill then you're going to upload this skill that I've given you guys in the cheat sheet which is called Claude e-commerce
product researcher then you're going to open the skill once you've updated this skill you're going to see here that it's been added so it's called e-com product evidence research now if we click on the skill it will tell you guys exactly what's in it so this is a command that Claude gets given
to basically find the product so you can see here we can read all of this so use the skill to find the testable product hypothesis. So it goes over everything it has to use to basically find the
product. So you can see it goes over absolutely everything that I mentioned in the start and even more. So it even goes over the connectors that it should use to find the product. So MetaAd Library, TikTok, Create Center, Reddit, Google Trends. So then once we've got that added in guys,
we can simply go back to the chat, go to access skill and then go to Econ Product Evidence Researcher. I need you to find 10 winnings option products based on the skill file. I want them to be in the beauty or kids niche would be ideal that way it will then niche it down to these niches
and then you can just click send then you can see it now says which market are you interested in i'm going to put us what price band should the candidates land in we're going to do 29 to 59 we can do rate in beauty and then it says here full evidence we're going to be recommended now
after we set the prompt guys this task will take called around about 10 to 15 minutes as it is a big task and it's going to use loads of different data sets to find these products now in the mean time whilst we wait for Claude to do this I've given you guys a google sheet that contains some
insane information as you can now see on the screen and it's called the Econ King product validator tracker. So this is basically the overview so it goes over what's included in the tracker and it goes over the workflow and all the different sheets that you've got. So in the bottom
you're going to see live case study, candidate tracker, evidence import, test economics, AI prompts and definitions. Now remember guys this is only the overview so if you go over to live case study this just shows you one that I done just to show you what it would look like So you can see here we go over the evidence score So this is the demand signal the market gap the supplier the compliance and the creative proof We go over the test economics which is the pricing
Then we go over the angle and then the next action. Then once we filled this out, we've got something called the evidence score by date. This gives us an overall score from one to five. And then it also gives us an average.
Then if we go over to candidate tracker, this is where we're gonna start to fill in the products. Once we get Claude to finish that task, we're going to get it to basically fill out this tracker. So you've got product solution, niche, target country, target customer, customer attention,
AI evidence summary, demand. So you can see this is some serious amount of information. Now, I don't want this to overwhelm you guys, but it's important that we do import all the data here because we need to track it.
Now, we're not going to import the data here. We can simply give it to Claude to fill out. So I don't want you guys to panic. You just got to create your own copy of this. This is the master copy. to download your version, create it in a new sheet, and then we can give it access to Claude.
And then it can start filling out all of these columns. Once it's essentially done the research, but here's an example of the fur free home kit that it found as an example product. You can see it's filled out all the top row and you can see here that the overall evidence score is 71,
which is really, really high because the score is out of 100. Then in the bottom, we've got the evidence import. So this pulls out all of the evidence. So all the evidence that Claude was able to find you can see that it's added it all here that way we're not fabricating anything and
we're actually looking at factual data all right so before we move on with this crazy case study there is one crucial thing when you're scaling to these types of numbers you need a drop shipping supplier that you can trust because when you're giving thousands and thousands of orders there is
a massive amount of risk and that's exactly why we use USA drop USA drop's been around for 11 years and it's completely free for you guys to sign up using the link in the description and in the pinned comment.
You can go to where it says products, find products. You can reverse search for your product or you can type in the name. So I might want to type in Clipper. And then you can see here it comes up with all the relevant products. Then what you can do is you can click on the product and then you can see here it says ships to.
You can choose the country and then you can go here to where it says check USA drop quote. And then what you can also do is order a sample product and then you can connect it straight to your Shopify store. Now the amazing thing about USA Drop is they have super fast shipping lines because they have access to all the different shipping vendors, FedEx, Union Express, so they can get your product to your customer within 5 to 15 days.
They also have an amazing refund policy just in case things go wrong and they have the best payment methods to pay them as a supplier. Once you've clicked check USA Drop, you can go to sourcing and then you can see here it gives you the quotes.
Once you've quoted a product, you can click view details and you can see all the information about the quotes. And then if you come over to here where it says my store, you can see all of your stores that are connected through Shopify. So you can see there's loads here.
And then you can click add another store and you can add it. And you can also add your TikTok store as well. Then the other thing that I really like is the private agent feature. So as long as you get five plus orders a day, you unlock a private agent.
Now you don't need to pay a monthly subscription for this like most companies try and do. The barrier to entry for private agent in the USA drop is very low. and that opens up to better pricing better shipping quotes so you basically get the best
quality drop shipping supplier service as a beginner if you're looking for the best partner in your drop shipping business for fulfillment USA Drop is that so you'll find a link in the description and in the pinned comment then we've got test economics like I said this one is just
about pricing then we've got the AI prompts now this is really important because these are the prompts that we can follow up with once we've got the product so once Todd's given us a list of products we can use these follow-up prompts to basically analyze if the product is worth it. So
out of those 10 products that it's going to give us we're going to run out of all of those 10 all of these commands or if one of the products comes back that you really like over all the rest of them we can just add one product to this list of prompts. Then you've got the definitions which is
basically the scoring so if you're not sure how my scoreboard works guys this basically goes over how I do the scoring. For beginners this can come across very high level but this is the type of quality of work that you have to do when it comes to product research especially if we're using free
tools like Claude and we're not using product research tools this is the quality of tracking and evidence research that we have to do to ensure that we're giving ourselves the best quality of a chance of a winning product once Claude's doing the research it's going to get to a point where
it says both research passes are back but before I write up the final report I cannot access Reddit Amazon or the meta ad library so it's going to basically tell you that it can't access these three data points and these are the three most important now what you're going to do is
you're going to download the chrome extension because if you download the cloud chrome extension it can then access your web browser and use your browser to do the research now it says here cloud.id blog in this browser and you can see in the top here this is cloud controlling my web
browser. So once you've done the Claude Chrome extension or browser extension, you're going to put for the Reddit reviews, Amazon page, use my Chrome extension to access it. Then it's going to say it fills in the biggest gap by doing that. And it says now Reddit is accessible. The ad library
is both accessible and you can see now that it's actually going off and doing the research. Everything you can see in the highlighted browser is essentially Claude reading the screen. Now, Now, this is a massive boost in productivity for product research because usually for Cloud to access that data,
it would either need API access, which for meta ad library, you have to be on a corporate account so you can't access it, or you have to use a paid product research tool. So by giving it your Chrome extension browser, essentially you're giving it all access that it needs.
Now, because it is a Chrome extension browser that it's using, it does take a lot longer to do the work. So now for it to finish off these tasks it will probably take another 10 to 20 minutes. But this is a breakthrough method because now Claude can actually use our browser and gather up the last bit of information that it needs.
I do not want Claude to give me this research if it hasn't done this because this is technically the most important part. So once you given Claude access to the browser extension and you can use the browser extension in any browser that accepts it So for example I using Perplexity it works in Chrome It will then finish off the research documents You can see here it says BeautyKid product evidence report
You can open this up and you can see here it's given us the full report. So you can see it shows read this first, the MetaAd library was able to be checked, Reddit was able to be checked, the safety parameters on pricing was able to be checked.
These two don't really matter, mainly the top four that matter. Then it goes over the shortlist, so these are basically products that it shortlisted. So this one here is number one. You can see it gave it 81, so it's a pass. Then you've got the Heartless Satin Curl Set, which is a 79 in the pass.
And then the third one is the Cordless Body Bikini Trim, which has evidence, but it's a pause because it needs to do more research. So essentially, the top three are fine to do more research on. So any of the ones here that are at the bottom, I'd say below 70% score.
These are the ones that I'd say you should essentially not spend any more time on. So these top three, anything like I said above 70 in terms of score, it's fine to do extra research on. So all I've got to do is essentially copy the name of the product, go back to Google,
and now I can search for the product name and see what comes up. So now I know which product this is. It's the shaping tool. Now, I know this product's good, but it's a bit overdone now, so I'm going to be wasting my time with it.
So I know that one's no good. Then we can do the heartless satin curler set. Now this product on the other hand I know is a really good product right now because it's been going viral all over the place. The only issue with this product right now is the pricing which
is too low. Look they're selling for $12. There's one brand that's selling it as a really expensive set the rest of them are very cheap. So this one's actually pretty good because it meets that price that I need and I know it's a product just from the top of my head that is doing well at the
moment. So because this one is one that I like out of the top three just based on searching for the product, I'm actually going to ask Claude to do more research on this specific product. So what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to paste the name of the product in. So this is the
name of the product. You're going to go back to the sheet sheet. You're going to go back to the XR sheet and you're going to see the AI prompts. Now what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to copy prompt two and prompt three and put it inside the Claude box. So you can see
here, this is exactly what I've done. I've added those extra prompts in and the product name. And you can see now it's done more research on it. Now this took around about 15 minutes to finish as well. Now after doing that extra research it's come back and said it's an amber product
and it says I wouldn't advertise it. Then if we open up basically the research it just goes over all the research that it's done. You can see it's done all the research here and it goes over the risks involved, what it doesn't like and what it does like and there's more that it doesn't like
and it's okay with than it does like. So after doing even more in-depth research it's basically saying the product's mediocre and I wouldn't sell it. Now you can read all of this if you really want to that way you'll get better understanding how Claude's thinking on the process but based
on what it said I'm going to avoid it but essentially this is the method that you do now it might take you around about four goes of four different products till it gives you one that's a green light and it says everything's positive it might take you two goes but essentially
you want to stick to this method because it's going to protect you from selling any terrible product now just to show you the example that it did for me so the example is in the sheet for you guys all to see so if we go back to live case study and we go to candidate tracker you can see
the one that it found me was the fur free home kit now the demand is based here on this ad so this is the ad it found now the ad's from a company called pure path now if we click shop now this is
the product that they're selling these little gloves that they use and it basically gets all the fur off your sofa's off your bed etc now we can also see the competitor's facebook url as well But essentially, Claude did this one and gave me a green light and said all of the factors are good for this product.
Now, I also know that this product's good because the amount of active ads is 180. So there's 180 advertisers trying to sell this exact product. You can see them all here. And it's also filtered by impression high to low.
So these are impressions of the most views. So because there's that many active ads, that's a really positive sign. Now, if we go back to my research document, the thing that's most important to me, because now I know it's a winning product because of all of the active ads.
Claude's approved it. I've manually approved what it's showing me. We're going to want to go to where it says customer attention. Now, the customer attention is really important because this is the reason why they want the product. So we've got to basically find new ways to sell the product.
Now, if we go back to the ad library, these are the ads that are all performing really, really well. Now, we've just got to find a new way to advertise it to pet owners because it's dogs and cat owners that are buying this product.
Now, what I don't want to do, because by the looks of it, Pure Path is the biggest store running ads to this product. So they're the ones spending most money on the ads because I'm seeing their ads all over the shop here. Now, there are a few other brands that are running ads for it, but mainly it's Pure Path that are running the ads.
Now, all of these other stores that are running ads, they're all using the same methodology to try and sell the product, which is, are your sofas full of pet hair? It's a common stuff. Now, we know it's a winning product, but we've got to come up with a new winning angle.
And that's what will differentiate us to be able to sell the product. And this is where most beginners go wrong. They find a winning product like this and they just try and sell it the exact same way they're selling it. And then you just compete with each other based on price wars, Facebook choosing your ads on the bid on that day.
So there's no real reason why Facebook would actually choose you. Or even more importantly, a customer would choose you over the competitor. And that's where your offer and your ad angle and avatar is mostly important. So now what I can do is I can then copy the URL to the ad library.
and I can go back to Claude and I can say, I want to sell. Also give it the link to the website so you can click shop now. We can just copy the link. So you can see I've said I need to come up with some new ideas and angles for consumers and reasons for people to want to buy this instead of the ones that are already being used.
Then I've given it the Facebook ad link and I've also given it the website to get the context. So as soon as I send it that, it's now going to come up with new ideas for me to sell it. So it's going to come up with new ad angles, new ways to build tension.
So that's the most important thing. Now once I get the response from Claude that is technically me finding my winning product and me coming up with the new angles Now when you guys are doing this yourself You should have at least 10 products in this list because you should have 10 products that you can go back and forth with and test
And if you do have 10 products on this sheet and they are all with scores above 70 and Claude verified everything you also verified it at least one of them should do decent numbers I not about either
breaking even and doing a thousand dollars a day making 20 profit I genuinely mean out of those 10 I can't give you a guarantee but by using this formula it's the same formula that we use you
should be finding at least one product that does good numbers because you've really limited the reasons why you would fail. Now just to take this above and beyond and to see how well this system is, I'm going to use Winning Hunter to validate my work. So my work technically so far has been
using three methods, using Claude, which is why you guys love this method. But now I'm going to use Winning Hunter to validate if this method did work. Because Winning Hunter tells me factual data, like how much revenue they're generating, how many active ads do they run, what are their
best performing ads. So it tells me all this data that the ad library doesn't show me. Now based on Winning Hunter it says that this store is generating between $30,000 and $59,000 and it's relatively a new store. They've also got a thousand active ads. Then if we open up their ads which we can see here
and I've filtered it by highest reach and spend which means they're spending the most money. You can see here this ad has generated $39,000. Now it's also top one percent. Now top one percent means it's a really good performing ad. This ad obviously is showing all the different pet removal
products and then it shows the one that they've got which is a product that we're trying to sell and that is crazy. I can see why that ad's really performing well. Now if I also use the magic AI search feature which shows me all of the other ads that are being run that are similar to this,
there's so many ads being run from different pages. Now usually when you see the same ad but from a different page, usually it's the same company but they're just using a different page to get more views. So in my opinion I think it's the same brand but they're just running it off
different pages to get better exposure but there is tons and tons of these ads I've also found another brand running ads for the exact same product but they're called the magic brush now if we go over to where it says track brand in
brand tracker this is going to show me all the analytics for their brand how much money they're making let's check this out store info these guys are generating between 95 and 180 thousand dollars and this store started at the
start of the year now it does look like they've scaled the store completely down you can see here they've gone from making loads of money to scaling it down. The fact that these guys were able to generate $95,000 to $180,000 over this many months which is around about $500,000 shows that the product clearly
made money. So that isn't just one store that I found running loads of ads, that's two stores. Now the reason why I'm showing you this is like I said I'm validating that the Claude method that I used to find this product for completely free has been validated through Winning Hunter where it shows me
factual data based on statistics. And that's potentially the same reason why the magic brushes stopped running ads because they might have run out of angles and people to try and sell it to. And that's the exact same reason why we're going to be using Claude now to come up with those fresh
ideas. Because if I'm going to be honest with you guys, when I look at all of these ads, they're just generic ads. The generic general ads trying to sell to everybody in the customer. They're trying to sell this product to everyone that owns a pet. They're not trying to specifically
talk to certain pet owners because the message is just way too broad. Now whilst we're waiting for Claude to give us those new people to sell to and the new angles I want to cover Winning Hunter as an option. Now although I've shown you guys a really powerful Claude AI free method
it still isn't perfect because it still relies on data that isn't 100% accurate. Now what I mean by that is it's going based off what's regularly available for free online. So it's not putting
in any data that's specifically designed from powerhouses like Winning Hunter where it can actually find real data. So it's what we call a guesstimate and some of these guesstimates are really good but if you power cord with Winning Hunter instead of guessing you're going based
off factual data which means there's no guessing in there and it's actually giving you products that are proven based on ad art which is based on ad data and revenue data. So just to show you an example of that Winning Hunter currently now has an MCP you can go through as Claude and then it
gives you the MCP setup. Now I've actually got Claude already set up with Winning Hunter as an MCP so I can make it a lot simpler. I want you to find me five winning dropshipping products based on active ads in the beauty niche use Winning Hunter connected in the last 30 days. I also said
I want the store to be fairly new and you can find that out in the track brand feature and then I can click send. So now Claude's actually going to connect to Winning Hunter and use the Winning Hunter database to find all of these products. And once I've done that guys, you can see it's
running the command now in Winning Hunter to go and find those products based on active ads and the store being new and generating revenue. So now I've given Claude a really powerful asset to use to pull out data. Now I'm going to show you guys at the end what it will pull out and show me,
but I use this all the time to find my products because Winning Hunter has all the established data that I care about. But if you're doing that on a budget and you don't want to pay for Winning Hunter the method I showed you before is good but it's not as good like the score on average for
these products are above 80% so I'm hitting like 80 to 95% by using Winning Hunter all the time so you can see here the pet hair glove new angles and consumers reasons to buy the headline finding is the category has been documented failure mode and your product category is things that people

top three angles and then i need to test them but that's essentially guys how you find running drop shipping products you find products that are proven to be selling on Facebook ads then you come up with new angles and new methods to sell to a new audience

all the assets to do it I hope you're able to find your first winning adoption product using the new Claude AI method but that being said guys I'll
