video that divides their life into before and after.  I had a video like that too.  And here it is.  I made this video about 4 months after I quit my job and decided to try building a life online.  If someone had told me at that
time that in a few years I would be earning consistently more than $10,000 every month and living the high life, I would have had a heart attack.  Today, 3 years later, I want to replay that video and
share what happened after it, because sometimes just one because sometimes just one decision can change your life. Three years ago I made a very difficult decision for myself to leave my job, although from the
outside everything looked absolutely perfect.  My family was super proud of me.  And the parents told relatives that their daughter works in Korea's Silicon Valley and earns $50,000 a year.  And indeed, the
company I worked for was great.  The benefits were great, the great.  The benefits were great, the office was great, but inside I was just miserable because I couldn't stand office life, when you're forced to sit there from morning
until evening, regardless of whether you have a job or not.  And besides, I only had 14 days off a year.  Can you imagine, for 14 a year.  Can you imagine, for 14 weekends a year I just lived from Friday

weeks when I simply didn’t see the sun, and on the weekends I simply slept because I went on for quite a long time, and at some point it really hit my mentality hard.  I felt like I was depressed, I just had no strength.  I did

constantly live in stress, in depression. And this competitive life constantly puts pressure on them.  And uh, I started to feel that I was also merging into this and this was also becoming my norm, and I was accepting this life.  And it was just, ah,
downright depressing.  And then I started quietly thinking about online earnings without any specific plans, just as an idea that it would be cool to earn money an idea that it would be cool to earn money online, and so that you could live in

Of course, without any ulterior motives, I made this video, sent it to them, and received my measly 80 dollars, and then I found out that this video, it turns out, was an advertisement for some scammer casino.  And my friends in Korea
sent it, my colleagues there even sent this advertisement, like, you’re the one advertising this scam.  And I can’t even describe the shame I felt then. It was just such a huge blow to my reputation.  And there
live in fear mode, in survival mode.  The money was slowly running out.  That's why I don't recommend going nowhere.  When you work with us, leaving for nowhere is incredibly stressful.  And I
always worked very hard because I was afraid to go straight back into employment.  This was my fear.  But I remember that nothing worked out so well that I even went back to the company for a couple of interviews. They hired me there, but offered me a

that someone is succeeding, but you are not .  But when the first money comes, and even a small one, it works as proof, as proof that everything you built, everything you believed in, is real, and this gives
incredible motivation to move on. about 10,000 subscribers on YouTube.  The videos were released irregularly.  The niche was vague, lifestyle in Korea. I didn't receive any money from there.  Although
at that time I had an agency, which began to bring me really good money.  But still, the agency was not, you know, my life’s work.  I've actually always been drawn to YouTube.  I've always wanted to
express myself, share my life, educate people.  I watched YouTube all the time and knew all the creators.  YouTube has always been , yes, for as long as I can , yes, for as long as I can remember, my passion.  And this time I
decided to approach this matter seriously. The first time I took a YouTube course, it cost me $900, almost $1,000, and back then it was a huge investment for me. I listened to all the podcasts of top creators, like Mr. B, Abdal,
basically, all the content that was about YouTube in the English-speaking market, I watched it all, even bought some really expensive equipment.  I tested all my money there.  And then I shot the first video in a new way.  I filmed it differently
in a new niche, according to a pre- written script.  I fussed over the packaging and edited the video myself for 3 days. And you know, the most interesting thing is that this whole process was super difficult for me. I really didn't want to film this video.
I was cringing because it seemed to me that I was bragging in it, that I was sort of opening up in it.  And I thought, damn, what will my colleagues, relatives, friends think?  Not only do they condemn me for leaving my job, but
they will also condemn me for telling the whole world about it.  And I probably put off uploading this video for about a week, because inside I confrontation.  But I still uploaded it, and in the first 5 days it got about
2,000 views.  Basically, the same as all other videos on the channel.  And all other videos on the channel.  And then something happened that I will never forget.  And for the first time in the YouTube studio, I saw YouTubers calling videos
hockey sticks when they get views like this .  Well, they look like hockey sticks.   It's like when a video goes viral, the graph flies up, resembling hockey sticks.  In 2 weeks, this video has received more than 100,000
views.  There were hundreds of comments, and the video brought in about 5,000 new subscribers .  And it was that very video after which my life was divided into before and after.  And the most interesting thing is that at that moment I already understood this,
because before that I had heard the same idea many times from different YouTubers: that you can struggle for a long, long time, posting video after video, and works, and this can go on for months or even years, but at the same time,
ah, it’s imperceptible, but with each video you post you develop this skill.  It may seem like you're wasting your time , but this skill works as a cumulative effect.  You don't see it right away, but it folds and folds
and then at some point it fires. And for those who are now starting YouTube, I would like to highlight two super important points from my experience.  First, please don't do what I did, because for the first 4 years on YouTube, while I was working
for hire, I filmed based on the principle of "I post whatever I want," without a system, without analysis.  That's how I knew, how I thought, and that's how I made videos without understanding how the platform works at all.  I didn't understand that
on YouTube you need to sell your idea, retain your viewer, and treat it like a business, yes.  It was only when I started studying that I figured out how to analyze videos, how to build hypotheses, and how to create content consciously.

probably inspired by her, I opened a YouTube channel.  And imagine my surprise when this company, which advertises with one of my favorite bloggers, writes to me about advertising integration.  Here.  And in the end they
sent me $400, I remember, for my first ad.  These emotions are simply indescribable.  It was a great honor for me .  I have a channel on YouTube, and I even sell advertising there from cool brands.  It was just an unreal
feeling.  Then people started buying UGC consultations from me, because I was consulting three people a day there. This was $90, which came out to $270.  I was very happy because for me it was a significant amount of money,
but I was very tired because working one-on-one is really exhausting.  At some point, I got tired of repeating the same thing during consultations.  And then an idea came to me: “Why not record a course where I answer all the questions?”
Because during consultations the same questions come up, and I, ah, constantly repeat the same thing.  That's how I launched a course on making money through UGC.  This is my very first launch, and I made $5,000.   Can

my treasured button, with shaking hands, I carry it home.  I don't believe this even happened.  Overall, this is probably one of the happiest moments in my life. By then I already felt super comfortable
on YouTube.  There were already dozens of expert videos released under my belt. Skill Factory bought advertising from me six months in advance, as well as advertising contracts with YandexPracticum and other companies.  And then I decided to launch the YouTube Academy project
, where we teach other people how to run YouTube channels and make money from them.  At that time, I was an absolute zero in the infobusiness.  Funnels, sales, landing pages, warm-ups, I didn’t understand any of this at all.

in the course, but we went further and transferred this knowledge to AI, to artificial intelligence, trained agents, built multi-step agents, and
