[0:00] So, within the last two weeks, I [0:02] recently came across some videos where [0:03] each one will go around explaining seven [0:05] levels of whatever topic they are most [0:06] focused on. So, just for the heck of it, [0:09] I'm going to be doing the same thing. [0:10] But in my case, I'll be going over seven [0:13] levels of the power scaling system or [0:15] tier system in anime. That means as I go [0:17] through each set of the power tier list, [0:19] I'll be measuring them based on the feat [0:21] and destructive capabilities done by [0:23] various anime and or manga related [0:24] characters. Now, while keeping this [0:26] intro as short as possible, welcome to [0:28] Any Mano 9000, a channel where we talk [0:30] about content related to anime, manga, [0:32] and media. And in this video, I'll be [0:35] explaining seven levels of the power [0:37] scaling system in anime. Also, please, [0:39] if you want to hear more of the contents [0:41] I mentioned earlier, just subscribe to [0:42] my channel and hit the noty bell. [0:45] Starting at level one is street tier [0:46] level. While relatively the lowest in [0:48] this tier list, characters who are in [0:50] this category aren't necessarily weak [0:52] since their own physical stats are well [0:54] within peak level and beyond, thus [0:55] making them much stronger than the [0:57] average human being, such as Spike [0:59] Bugle, a hand-to-hand combat master and [1:01] martial arts fighter who single-handedly [1:03] took down an entire syndicate of [1:04] assassins or Lloyd Forger, Spy X [1:07] family's best secret agent, which is [1:08] pretty evident when he soloed a castle [1:10] full of other highly trained wise [1:12] agents. Hemorra Kenchin will also fit in [1:14] this category due to his mastery of [1:16] swordsmanship as well as how he took [1:18] down a large group of samuris on his own [1:20] and fought evenly against his era's most [1:21] toughest warriors. Even Tandro's own [1:23] sword skills has allowed him to cut a [1:25] piece of a train and briefly fought off [1:27] some of the series most dangerous demons [1:28] on his own. But for the most part, some [1:31] of these feats are still within or [1:32] slightly above the realm of human [1:34] strength in anime. So they have limits. [1:36] For level two is building level. This [1:38] category is filled with characters who [1:40] are considered to be superhuman. Whether [1:42] it be physically or supernaturally, they [1:44] have enough power to destroy, bring [1:46] down, or hold on to objects that are the [1:48] size of a large building or multiple [1:49] city blocks like Okaroon, who fought and [1:51] beat the evil eye twice, and the latter [1:53] was strong enough to take down a giant [1:55] wormlike monster. Plus, later in the [1:57] series, after gaining a sort of power [1:59] up, the former alone was able to nearly [2:01] solo a group of powerful alien invaders [2:03] with almost no trouble at all. Above him [2:06] is Jottoro using his standstar platinum [2:08] and with it he could break materials [2:10] that as hard as diamond and was able to [2:12] defeat the king of memes Dio. Another [2:14] good example is Shihiro from the recent [2:16] hit series Kakurabachi as he was able to [2:18] fight against two opponents who were [2:20] both able to respectively destroy and [2:22] restore an entire large building within [2:24] seconds or so. One more in this category [2:26] is Taro Sakamoto who despite being [2:29] somewhat out of shape was still strong [2:31] enough to prevent a tower from [2:32] completely falling apart. And a few [2:34] episodes later, he was able to catapult [2:36] his opponent into the air by jumping [2:38] onto a plane's opposite wing and then [2:40] hits the opponent using the plane's [2:41] wheels, which is insane. However, that's [2:44] nothing compared to level three, which [2:45] is city level. And characters who belong [2:47] here are regarded to be equal to a [2:49] nuclear explosion. As such, said [2:51] characters could easily destroy an [2:53] entire city or something of similar size [2:55] like a mountain. For instance, Eloquart [2:58] from Helsing Ultimate was able to flood [3:00] the entire streets of London in a sea of [3:01] blood after releasing all the swords [3:03] that he acquired over the years. Then [3:05] there's Sukuna treating the entire area [3:07] of Shabuya as his playground and [3:09] destroying a large portion of Tokyo more [3:11] than once thanks to the full might of [3:12] his domain expansion and his other [3:14] ability divine flame. And crazy part is [3:17] Sukuna technically wasn't at full power [3:19] when doing all of this. Of course, such [3:20] feats are only surpassed by those like [3:22] Goon, who after sacrificing all of his [3:24] potential to use Nen was able to gain [3:26] such a massive power boost that he would [3:28] pose a threat to Mirrorum. And he just [3:30] barely survived the nuclear blast caused [3:31] by Nitro. Lastly, for a bit of [3:33] nostalgia, we got Hero from the series [3:35] Gundam Wing. And with his mech, Gundam [3:38] Wing Zero, they can destroy a fairly [3:39] large city after firing a single shot of [3:41] the Twin Buster rifle, among other [3:43] things. Moving up to level four is [3:45] island level. And compared to characters [3:47] in previous levels, the one in this [3:49] category would pose a threat to an [3:50] entire nation or two, which means it can [3:53] just as well destroy islands to [3:54] countries to eventually multiple [3:56] continents, as was the case for Erin [3:58] Jagger, which was only possible after he [4:00] awakened the full power of the founding [4:02] titan and uses to start the rumbling so [4:04] he can stop out his enemies. But if we [4:06] are talking about someone who could [4:07] potentially destroy a country, it would [4:09] be Saber from the Fate series, [4:11] especially when unleashing her noble [4:12] fantasm. Same thing with Kafka from [4:14] Kaiju number eight as he can use the [4:16] powers of a kaiju to kill other powerful [4:18] kaijus whose 42 levels are above nine. [4:21] Although it is a bit unclear at how 42 [4:23] level can be measured in strength, let's [4:25] assume they are equivalent to some of [4:26] the most deadliest earthquakes. Finally, [4:28] we got Isizuku Madora aka Deku. And when [4:31] unleashing the full extent of one for [4:33] all, he not only becomes powerful, he [4:35] also became the strongest hero in the [4:37] world, taking down two of the most [4:38] dangerous villains in the process. Heck, [4:40] even using just the embers of the quirk, [4:42] one single punch from Deku was able to [4:44] affect the weather in Japan as well as [4:46] places as far as America. Reaching level [4:48] five is planetary level. Characters who [4:50] go under here are better known as planet [4:52] busters. Of course, in much broader [4:54] term, said characters could just have [4:56] enough power to destroy a small moon to [4:58] a large planet. One, for example, is [5:00] Riyoko Matoy from Killer Kill, as she [5:02] was able to punch through what might be [5:04] a moonsized hole after the Earth was [5:06] engulfed in billions of life fibers. [5:08] Let's also not forget how she casually [5:09] lift the gigantic scissor blaze and use [5:11] him to literally cut a building apart. [5:13] Then there's Asta, who at one point did [5:16] cut down a giant magic based meteor and [5:18] could likely do more after learning the [5:19] advanced level of key. Essenor is [5:21] another who is potentially a planet [5:23] buster, especially since his powers were [5:25] strong enough to beat three of the demon [5:26] and goddess rac's most powerful warriors [5:28] and even briefly take on the demon king [5:30] once he enters the one ultimate. A [5:33] similar case can be almost said for [5:34] Luffy, at least when he uses Conqueror's [5:36] Haki to split the sky and transform into [5:38] gear fifth, which allows him to [5:40] basically have low tier tune force. Last [5:42] but not least is Naruto, who alongside [5:45] Kuruma could be a moonle opponent with [5:47] just a single punch and at his very peak [5:49] can overpower Ishiki, a godlike alien [5:51] who had enough power to destroy the [5:53] world. Coming in at level six is cosmic [5:55] level. Although they don't show it too [5:57] much, the characters in this category do [5:59] have the potency to destroy an entire [6:00] star system to that of a whole galaxy. [6:03] As is the case for Sonic after obtaining [6:05] all seven Chaos Emeralds, plus Ichigo, [6:07] as he fought evenly against base form [6:09] Yuabok, who fought evenly against the [6:11] leader of squad zero, Ichibet, who also [6:13] happens to be stronger than any member [6:15] of said squad. And one of them was able [6:17] to shake the entirety of all three [6:18] worlds just by releasing her bonkai. [6:21] Also, FYI, Ichigo did all of this in his [6:23] Shikai form. So imagine his true bonai [6:26] in the anime later on. Now the one who [6:28] best represent this category is Saitama. [6:31] Granted the character rarely gets [6:32] serious in most situations, but when he [6:34] does, a single punch at max level can [6:37] create a noticeably large hole in the [6:38] universe and destroy Jupiter with just a [6:40] sneeze. What's more, thanks to Saitama's [6:43] unlimited potential, he can get stronger [6:45] as the fight drags on. At last, we made [6:47] it to level seven, universal level. The [6:49] characters at this stage are well known [6:51] to have immeasurable strength. Or to be [6:53] more accurate, they are so strong that [6:55] there's no exact upper limit of how far [6:57] their powers have reached. As far as we [6:59] know, while their powers are considered [7:00] universal, they could also be [7:02] multiversal or aliversal. For instance, [7:05] Sailor Moon's powers could be within or [7:06] above universal level. Of course, in [7:09] terms of multiversal, obviously we have [7:11] to mention Goku as he is one of the [7:13] strongest fighters in Dragon Ball's 12 [7:15] universes, especially with his Ultra [7:17] Instinct form, which allows him to fight [7:19] off those who are equal or stronger than [7:21] a god of destruction. We should also [7:23] include Joker from Persona 5 since he [7:25] did kill an actual god once. As for [7:27] outversal, that will be Sunjun Wu from [7:29] solo leveling. Considering his constant [7:31] time of oral farming has allowed him to [7:33] grow to the point that he can now take [7:35] on other versal gods and could still be [7:37] getting stronger with his shadow army. [7:39] Finally, the character who reached the [7:40] highest level and be considered the [7:42] strongest in all of anime is Simon from [7:44] G Logon. Not even a debate, Simon's [7:47] power is every sense of the word [7:48] infinite. I mean, he can actually summon [7:50] a giant robot that's about the size of a [7:52] universe and summon an even bigger one [7:54] that overshadows multiple universes. Not [7:57] to mention, Simo can also somehow attack [7:59] in all directions throughout time and [8:01] space, as well as having the ability to [8:03] continuously evolve in order to overcome [8:05] any challenges. Simply put, if there is [8:08] one anime character who can take on the [8:09] strongest fictional characters in Marvel [8:11] and DC comics, it'd be Simon. Okay, [8:14] that's all seven levels of the power [8:15] scaling system in anime. If you guys [8:18] have any thoughts regarding the [8:19] characters that have been placed in each [8:20] power set, just leave a comment down [8:22] below.
