So, within the last two weeks, I
recently came across some videos where
each one will go around explaining seven
levels of whatever topic they are most
focused on. So, just for the heck of it,
I'm going to be doing the same thing.
But in my case, I'll be going over seven
levels of the power scaling system or
tier system in anime. That means as I go
through each set of the power tier list,
I'll be measuring them based on the feat
and destructive capabilities done by
various anime and or manga related
characters. Now, while keeping this
intro as short as possible, welcome to
Any Mano 9000, a channel where we talk
about content related to anime, manga,
and media. And in this video, I'll be
explaining seven levels of the power
scaling system in anime. Also, please,
if you want to hear more of the contents
I mentioned earlier, just subscribe to
my channel and hit the noty bell.
Starting at level one is street tier
level. While relatively the lowest in
this tier list, characters who are in
this category aren't necessarily weak
since their own physical stats are well
within peak level and beyond, thus
making them much stronger than the
average human being, such as Spike
Bugle, a hand-to-hand combat master and
martial arts fighter who single-handedly
took down an entire syndicate of
assassins or Lloyd Forger, Spy X
family's best secret agent, which is
pretty evident when he soloed a castle
full of other highly trained wise
agents. Hemorra Kenchin will also fit in
this category due to his mastery of
swordsmanship as well as how he took
down a large group of samuris on his own
and fought evenly against his era's most
toughest warriors. Even Tandro's own
sword skills has allowed him to cut a
piece of a train and briefly fought off
some of the series most dangerous demons
on his own. But for the most part, some
of these feats are still within or
slightly above the realm of human
strength in anime. So they have limits.
For level two is building level. This
category is filled with characters who
are considered to be superhuman. Whether
it be physically or supernaturally, they
have enough power to destroy, bring
down, or hold on to objects that are the
size of a large building or multiple
city blocks like Okaroon, who fought and
beat the evil eye twice, and the latter
was strong enough to take down a giant
wormlike monster. Plus, later in the
series, after gaining a sort of power
up, the former alone was able to nearly
solo a group of powerful alien invaders
with almost no trouble at all. Above him
is Jottoro using his standstar platinum
and with it he could break materials
that as hard as diamond and was able to
defeat the king of memes Dio. Another
good example is Shihiro from the recent
hit series Kakurabachi as he was able to
fight against two opponents who were
both able to respectively destroy and
restore an entire large building within
seconds or so. One more in this category
is Taro Sakamoto who despite being
somewhat out of shape was still strong
enough to prevent a tower from
completely falling apart. And a few
episodes later, he was able to catapult
his opponent into the air by jumping
onto a plane's opposite wing and then
hits the opponent using the plane's
wheels, which is insane. However, that's
nothing compared to level three, which
is city level. And characters who belong
here are regarded to be equal to a
nuclear explosion. As such, said
characters could easily destroy an
entire city or something of similar size
like a mountain. For instance, Eloquart
from Helsing Ultimate was able to flood
the entire streets of London in a sea of
blood after releasing all the swords
that he acquired over the years. Then
there's Sukuna treating the entire area
of Shabuya as his playground and
destroying a large portion of Tokyo more
than once thanks to the full might of
his domain expansion and his other
ability divine flame. And crazy part is
Sukuna technically wasn't at full power
when doing all of this. Of course, such
feats are only surpassed by those like
Goon, who after sacrificing all of his
potential to use Nen was able to gain
such a massive power boost that he would
pose a threat to Mirrorum. And he just
barely survived the nuclear blast caused
by Nitro. Lastly, for a bit of
nostalgia, we got Hero from the series
Gundam Wing. And with his mech, Gundam
Wing Zero, they can destroy a fairly
large city after firing a single shot of
the Twin Buster rifle, among other
things. Moving up to level four is
island level. And compared to characters
in previous levels, the one in this
category would pose a threat to an
entire nation or two, which means it can
just as well destroy islands to
countries to eventually multiple
continents, as was the case for Erin
Jagger, which was only possible after he
awakened the full power of the founding
titan and uses to start the rumbling so
he can stop out his enemies. But if we
are talking about someone who could
potentially destroy a country, it would
be Saber from the Fate series,
especially when unleashing her noble
fantasm. Same thing with Kafka from
Kaiju number eight as he can use the
powers of a kaiju to kill other powerful
kaijus whose 42 levels are above nine.
Although it is a bit unclear at how 42
level can be measured in strength, let's
assume they are equivalent to some of
the most deadliest earthquakes. Finally,
we got Isizuku Madora aka Deku. And when
unleashing the full extent of one for
all, he not only becomes powerful, he
also became the strongest hero in the
world, taking down two of the most
dangerous villains in the process. Heck,
even using just the embers of the quirk,
one single punch from Deku was able to
affect the weather in Japan as well as
places as far as America. Reaching level
five is planetary level. Characters who
go under here are better known as planet
busters. Of course, in much broader
term, said characters could just have
enough power to destroy a small moon to
a large planet. One, for example, is
Riyoko Matoy from Killer Kill, as she
was able to punch through what might be
a moonsized hole after the Earth was
engulfed in billions of life fibers.
Let's also not forget how she casually
lift the gigantic scissor blaze and use
him to literally cut a building apart.
Then there's Asta, who at one point did
cut down a giant magic based meteor and
could likely do more after learning the
advanced level of key. Essenor is
another who is potentially a planet
buster, especially since his powers were
strong enough to beat three of the demon
and goddess rac's most powerful warriors
and even briefly take on the demon king
once he enters the one ultimate. A
similar case can be almost said for
Luffy, at least when he uses Conqueror's
Haki to split the sky and transform into
gear fifth, which allows him to
basically have low tier tune force. Last
but not least is Naruto, who alongside
Kuruma could be a moonle opponent with
just a single punch and at his very peak
can overpower Ishiki, a godlike alien
who had enough power to destroy the
world. Coming in at level six is cosmic
level. Although they don't show it too
much, the characters in this category do
have the potency to destroy an entire
star system to that of a whole galaxy.
As is the case for Sonic after obtaining
all seven Chaos Emeralds, plus Ichigo,
as he fought evenly against base form
Yuabok, who fought evenly against the
leader of squad zero, Ichibet, who also
happens to be stronger than any member
of said squad. And one of them was able
to shake the entirety of all three
worlds just by releasing her bonkai.
Also, FYI, Ichigo did all of this in his
Shikai form. So imagine his true bonai
in the anime later on. Now the one who
best represent this category is Saitama.
Granted the character rarely gets
serious in most situations, but when he
does, a single punch at max level can
create a noticeably large hole in the
universe and destroy Jupiter with just a
sneeze. What's more, thanks to Saitama's
unlimited potential, he can get stronger
as the fight drags on. At last, we made
it to level seven, universal level. The
characters at this stage are well known
to have immeasurable strength. Or to be
more accurate, they are so strong that
there's no exact upper limit of how far
their powers have reached. As far as we
know, while their powers are considered
universal, they could also be
multiversal or aliversal. For instance,
Sailor Moon's powers could be within or
above universal level. Of course, in
terms of multiversal, obviously we have
to mention Goku as he is one of the
strongest fighters in Dragon Ball's 12
universes, especially with his Ultra
Instinct form, which allows him to fight
off those who are equal or stronger than
a god of destruction. We should also
include Joker from Persona 5 since he
did kill an actual god once. As for
outversal, that will be Sunjun Wu from
solo leveling. Considering his constant
time of oral farming has allowed him to
grow to the point that he can now take
on other versal gods and could still be
getting stronger with his shadow army.
Finally, the character who reached the
highest level and be considered the
strongest in all of anime is Simon from
G Logon. Not even a debate, Simon's
power is every sense of the word
infinite. I mean, he can actually summon
a giant robot that's about the size of a
universe and summon an even bigger one
that overshadows multiple universes. Not
to mention, Simo can also somehow attack
in all directions throughout time and
space, as well as having the ability to
continuously evolve in order to overcome
any challenges. Simply put, if there is
one anime character who can take on the
strongest fictional characters in Marvel
and DC comics, it'd be Simon. Okay,
that's all seven levels of the power
scaling system in anime. If you guys
have any thoughts regarding the
characters that have been placed in each
power set, just leave a comment down
