[00:13] Now the question is, did he know something we didn't know? Mark tells us he just liked the stock. It's weird to expect that somebody would buy a ship that is burning and on fire.
[00:26] And it's weird to put up to 30% of your net worth, Mark, right before this acquisition was announced. On July 13th, Mark crossed a 5% ownership in this company. It took him about six to seven weeks to actually make the filing that was due within five business days.
[00:43] Then on August 27th, he makes a video on GoPro and does not mention that he owns shares in the company. On August 30th, there's a Bloomberg story about his ownership. And two days later, a merger is announced.
[00:57] And the stock goes from about 70 cents, roughly where Mark bought it, and just runs every single day up to about 100. So you're up over 2.4x, which is pretty impressive.
