[00:03] last month. It's called Personal Finance Consultation, and it's a consultation for those who feel their financial situation is n't good. We work to improve it for them. Keep in mind that this consultation isn't for people who are broke; on the contrary, it's for people who are either [00:16] employed, own businesses, or have a personal income. Their income ranges from 50,000 to 200,000 Egyptian pounds, and some even earn much more. These figures are very high compared to the Egyptian market. What shocked me was that when we analyzed their financial situations, we [00:30] found them to be in dire straits. Some were in debt, some couldn't afford food, and some went the whole month without any money. I'll explain now why they're facing this problem and why you might be facing it too. So, if you're a person... You have an income, and it's a good income, [00:44] but your financial situation is still problematic, whether you 're in debt, the month is ending and you still have no money, or you simply don't know how to save money. Please watch this video to the end because we'll try to address all of this for you. Before we begin, I want you to know that [00:58] I've included an announcement at the end of the video. If you're interested in improving your financial situation, you'll want to listen to the last part. So, welcome to a new video with you, Walid Al- Saluki. Let's start by praying for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Before we begin with the content, I want you to understand that this isn't a [01:10] practical video. It's a video where I'll explain the root of the problem and the solutions we're implementing. If this video were to become practical, it would be six or seven hours long because creating a plan to improve your financial situation takes time. Furthermore, everyone watching [01:23] has a different financial problem, so we can't create something that will satisfy everyone. Okay, let me tell you quickly from the start, in case you did n't know, I was just like these people. I had a lot of financial problems, and on the contrary, I didn't have any income at all. Thank God, now [01:35] I own three companies and I'm a certified Kaid Figure Soloperin. Today, what I'm trying to do is offer consultations to other people to try and improve their financial situation. This is exactly what made me notice the trend among people: I talk about [01:48] business and create content. This puts me in a field where most of the people who contact me or ask for my consultations are either people who own companies or people who create content. You know how it is when you look at certain content creators and see that they're dressed stylishly, have the [02:01] latest phones, travel every month, and so on—God bless them, of course. The strange thing is, when I consult with most of these people, I discover that their financial situation is dire. lot of work, and the problem here, contrary to what you might expect, isn't that people don't know how to make money. On [02:16] the contrary, their incomes are very high, thank God. The problem is that they don't know how to manage the money they receive or the money they leave. Unfortunately, if these people, who have opportunities to make a very high income, are facing these problems, then I'm sure that most people with [02:28] low incomes also have this problem. So let me analyze the problem for you and explain where it actually comes from. There are five main reasons why these people, and you too, are facing this financial problem. The first problem is that these people don't know how to differentiate between their personal money [02:41] and their business money. If you're currently employed and have an income, and you're trying to do something else on the side, whether it's creating content, running ads, or anything else that brings in a second income, you must understand very well that this income you receive initially... The other thing is that it's a business, even if you do it [02:55] freelance, even if it's through advertising. It's still a business as long as you treat it like it's just a quick buck. " I did this, so this amount of money came in, and I'm going to spend this amount," you'll never succeed. Every business in the world needs money to operate and money to reinvest in [03:09] that business to grow it and make it generate more money. Even if you're convinced, "Wael, I'm just a company that contacts me, I make a video ad for them, and then I get paid," believe me, that's still a business, and you have to reinvest. Whether you buy a new, better camera or hire a crew [03:22] to work with you and make better videos, this business has to generate its own revenue. So the idea that you take the money from this ad and immediately spend it on your personal life is completely wrong. And if you're not a content creator and you're just watching this video, this applies to [03:35] everything in the world. I actually believe that as an employee earning a salary, you also need that money. You invest it in yourself because in this case, today you are the business that needs to invest in yourself to generate a second, and even a fourth, income stream. Another problem—and I'm surprised it exists among young [03:49] entrepreneurs—is that people think about revenue, not profit. Revenue is all the money coming into the company before we deduct our expenses. Profit is the net amount, the final amount that goes into your pocket. So, before the consultation, I give them a [04:03] long form to gather information. I ask them, "How much money do you make per month?" They say, " Yes, we make, say, 200,000 pounds." For me, that's great, almost a quarter of a million pounds, a lot! But when I ask them, " What's the profit margin?"—that is, what is the profit margin—I [04:16] find people completely silent. They're even embarrassed to tell me because, while they may have earned, say, 200,000 pounds, they spent 180,000 to generate it. So, no matter what, they say, "I earn." A lot of money a month? You're also making a lot of money, and ultimately, your [04:30] financial success is measured by your profit, not your margin, especially in a time of economic problems and very high inflation. A profit margin is a problem if it's very small. Thirdly, and I'm sure 99% of the people watching this video have this, including myself, it's [04:45] something called lifestyle inflation. For example, you earn 30,000 pounds today and spend a maximum of 25,000 pounds a month, saving 5,000 pounds. 5,000 pounds is a very small amount because you're saving barely 600,000 pounds a year. So you keep telling [05:00] yourself, "If I get promoted and start earning more, I'll still be spending the 25,000 pounds, so I'll be saving more than a quarter of a million pounds a year." This sounds perfectly logical on paper, no problem. The real problem is... The first thing you do when you get your raise and receive that extra salary is spend it all [05:14] immediately. The first month it's "Sweetie, we have to treat the whole gang!" The second month it's " the phone you want!" The third month someone from the real estate agency calls and gives you an extra 5000 pounds per month. Month after month you discover that your income is indeed increasing, but your [05:31] social status is also increasing. Keep in mind that this is a personal choice you made, and unfortunately, it's something in human nature and very difficult to control. I agree with you on this point; I've personally fallen into it several times and still do. But the idea that every time your salary increases, you try to [05:44] increase your living expenses even more is also wrong. The fourth problem, and this is the most important thing we tell people, even those without an income, is that you don't have an emergency fund. An emergency fund is money you've saved aside in case, God forbid, something bad happens. Imagine I agree with you that if your [05:58] income suddenly stops for any reason, and just so you don't get confused, I'm not saying you quit your job and are looking for another one. You're sitting at home, unable to move for three years. Do you have any savings? Is that enough to last you for a certain period until you find a [06:12] new source of income? This is a very important dilemma. I can never arrange your financial future for you, or even tell you what to invest your money in, unless you actually have money saved up in case of an emergency. And also, money saved up in case of an emergency. And also, 99% of the people I meet do [06:25] n't have this emergency plan. Look, faith in God is the best thing in the world, but without the necessary means, it's not faith. I personally don't understand this. Are you people really that detached from life? May God be with you, honestly. And the fifth and final point, and believe me, this is what summarizes the [06:39] whole video, is that everyone is looking for the money coming in. Revenue is good, but they're not money coming in. Revenue is good, but they're not looking to build a system to bring in revenue. For example, I'm trying to make lots of viral videos so that [06:52] lots of companies will come and advertise for me. This makes perfect sense. The problem is that there's no system to get companies to advertise for me. I'm relying on the idea that if I'm viral, companies will definitely contact me. But what happens if I'm not viral in a month? What happens if [07:05] I am viral in a month and companies still don't come? This means that as long as there's no system that can bring me this money, I'll hit a wall in the months when, unfortunately, the income stops. This is the biggest problem everyone faces: they've managed to make money before, but in certain months, [07:19] unfortunately, things are slow. And as a freelancer, this is the biggest challenge you face. I know this; I used to live like this, no problem at all. All of what I've said is very important and obvious, but you still don't know how to solve it. In other words, you I know you have these problems, but you're still falling into the [07:34] same traps. The dilemma preventing you from solving them is that you're not trying to solve just one problem; you're dealing with a multitude of interconnected issues. It's like trying to plug one leak only to [07:46] You're trying to separate your personal money from your business money, but the problem is that sometimes the business doesn't generate enough revenue, so you're forced to pocket all that money just to survive. You want to make an [07:59] emergency fund, but you're already in debt and paying installments, so there's really nothing you can do. You're already in a state of emergency. You want to build a system for your business that generates consistent revenue, but you don't know where to start or what that system looks like. So, stop discouraging me and let's get started. [08:13] we do in the consultation to try and sort everything out? Keep in mind that the problem isn't solved in the consultation; the consultation begins by offering a solution to the problem, and then you take your time to figure out how to get everything in order. We do [08:28] exactly six things; this is what's required of you to do to get your financial situation in order. Our first step is financial analysis. We do a complete analysis of your finances, or your money, your financial situation. In short, we need to know how much money you're receiving, [08:42] where it's coming from, and how often it's coming in. We also need to know how much money you're spending, what it's going on, and how often it's going out. We need to know how much saved, where you've saved it, and how it's stored. I want to tell you that most people [08:54] see this as easy, obvious, and well-known—they know what they receive every day. But honestly, after... When understand this aspect. For example, someone might say, "I earn around 100,000 Egyptian pounds," and when we analyze the numbers, we find out that they only earned 100,000 pounds in one month of the entire year. However, when [09:08] we calculate the average, which they're too embarrassed to calculate or don't even know how to, we discover they only make between 30 and 400,000 pounds. And that's not all. I'm going to say something that might upset some people, but it's true: men, in general, tend to inflate their figures. I do n't know why; it's something we have. Maybe it's just a habit, [09:21] but generally, when someone asks us how much we earn, we add 10 or 20% on our own. I consider it an inferiority complex among us men. I don't know, honestly. Another problem with financial analysis is that some people don't even know how much they owe. What does "how much" [09:34] mean? He means, for example, an apartment for 5,000 pounds a month, which is great. So he's considering that he's paying 600,000 pounds a year, which is 5,000 multiplied by 12. He just doesn't realize that there's an installment at the end of the year and another at the beginning of the new year, and this installment could be, say, half a million pounds or something. [09:49] So when he got into this and calculated based on 5,000, of course, his calculation was completely wrong. The second step, after we sort out all these figures, is to start differentiating between personal money and business money. How much of your income was personal, and we start returning that to you so you can spend it on yourself, and how much of [10:02] that income was from the business, and we'll reinvest it back in the business so we can grow it. Keep in mind that you receive a salary from your business, so you'll still get some income from it, don't worry. The third thing, and this is the most important thing, is to start looking at how to increase your profit as much as possible. [10:18] How can we increase your sales or revenue in a very vague way, and how can we significantly reduce your expenses and costs? In short, we create a plan to greatly increase your income from your business. Fourthly, if you are in debt and have a loan with installments, we create a plan to [10:34] solve this issue in the fastest and easiest way possible. Keep in mind that you think the only way to deal with your debts is to pay them off, but actually, depending on the debts, their size, and their amounts, there are different ways to pay off debts so that we can get rid of them [10:49] faster. Yes, there is a faster way to get rid of the debts we have? Oh, of course, the fifth thing, and this is debts we have? Oh, of course, the fifth thing, and this is the best part, is building a system that makes you money without you having to worry. You have to find what's generating income for you and [11:01] find what's generating income for you and start analyzing why it's not generating revenue every month. For example, if I'm selling on FreelanceX now, if I don't post any content for a whole month, no one buys anything. I discovered that when I post content almost every day, I sell [11:15] the system I developed is that, for example, I post three times a week promoting my platform. This system I created ensures that, God willing, I'll receive a steady income from the platform every month because I'm posting consistent content. I also started using media [11:30] sponsored ads, so I started receiving a steady income instead of having to run ads in some months and not in others, so sometimes I'd earn money and of having to run ads in some months and not in others, so sometimes I'd earn money and to explain this to you. It can be applied to anything in the world. If you're convinced it can't work, it can. [11:44] Even you, as a freelancer who goes and finds clients yourself, can apply this system. After we get everything sorted out, then we start thinking about ideas like, "I want to invest my money," or "I want to become incredibly rich," and all that stuff you're still far from. And again, I want to emphasize [11:58] this point: in consultations, we start with the solution step and create the complete plan. This plan might take you six months to a year to get everything sorted out. No problem, one year, God willing, we'll get your financial situation 100% fixed, God willing. And one last [12:11] thing I want to tell you is that I have exactly 10 chairs open for personal financial consultations. If you're someone facing the problems we've discussed and the solutions I've mentioned, and you don't know... Do it for any reason. Thank God, I'm free these days, so I've opened 10 seats. [12:25] Maybe 10 people can book a consultation with me. The consultation is an hour long, and in that hour, God willing, we'll 100% paid. I'm not saying you need to do it to solve your problems; you can something. I'm just saying if you want help, you're welcome. We offer this service. You [12:39] can click on the link in the description of this video and book a consultation, and God willing, we'll try to I hope you understood the point of this video, so you understand that even if you have a high income, it does n't mean your financial situation is as good as usual. I have delivered the message, God is my witness. See you [12:53] delivered the message, God is my witness. See you in the next video.
