## Summary

The video presents a strategy for monetizing YouTube channels from day one, bypassing traditional AdSense requirements. It introduces the concept of indirect monetization through affiliate marketing, courses, and memberships, and provides practical examples and tips for implementation.

### Key Points

- **The Frustration of Starting Out** [00:01] — New creators face a daunting wall of 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours to join the YouTube Partner Program, which can be frustrating.
- **Monetize from Day One** [00:29] — The video promises a new model to earn money from day one, even with few subscribers and views, without waiting for YouTube Partner requirements.
- **Indirect Monetization** [00:56] — Monetization doesn't have to rely solely on AdSense. Complementary models allow earning income from day one through tools, products, or training that provide value to the audience.
- **Two Monetization Methods** [02:30] — Direct monetization (from YouTube: views, memberships, super chats) and indirect monetization (external: affiliates, training, products, services) can be combined for stronger channels.
- **Case Study: Masculinity Channel** [03:12] — An example channel uses external monetization: redirects to Discord, Twitter, and a product, with memberships from €4.99 to €500 per month, generating significant income from a large audience.
- **Tip 1: Choose a Niche with Demand** [05:06] — Select a topic with real demand, not just virality. Profitable niches include money, health, technology, relationships, and personal development.
- **Tip 2: Create a Main Value Video** [05:33] — Make a 15-30 minute video that fully explains the solution and mentions a useful resource (affiliate, course, software, membership). Focus on solving the audience's problems.
- **Tip 3: Measure Conversions, Not Just Visits** [05:59] — Analyze how many people view the link and take action. 1000 well-targeted visits are better than 10,000 meaningless ones.
- **Personal Success Story** [06:29] — The creator scaled a trading channel to €12,000/month by understanding the audience, using English, and promoting a €3,000 course. Only four sales were needed.

### Conclusion

The key takeaway is that creators can start earning money immediately by focusing on indirect monetization, solving audience problems, and combining it with direct monetization once eligible.

## Transcript

the most frustrating stages for any [musician] who is starting out. 1000 subscribers, 4000 hours of viewing time on your videos seems like an impossible wall to overcome. And I know, I understand you, because I've been through
that process too. But what if I told you that you can start earning money from day one without having to wait to meet those YouTube partner requirements ? Today I'm going to show you the new model, how you can monetize a channel
from day one, even with few subscribers and few views. If you don't know me, I'm Erica Lanis and I manage more than 10 automated channels that together generate between € 10,000 and €20,000 for me every month. And not
only that, but I also help other people achieve those same results. In fact, with the tip I'm going to tell you in today's video, I was able to make over €12,000 in a single month with an automated channel.
Most new creators associate the word monetize with the moment YouTube approves you into the partner program. And yes, that's obviously a big step, but it doesn't have to be the only one. There are complementary models
that allow you to earn income from day one without depending on AdSense. And that's not to say it's replacing ads, it's simply another way to earn money with our own YouTube channels. And why does this
alternative exist? Ultimately, YouTube is a discovery platform. Millions of people access the platform every day with the intention of finding a solution to their problems. And if your videos manage to solve those
problems for a specific audience, you can connect much more with your audience through tools, products, or training that provide them with value. And that's called indirect monetization. You don't need to meet
monetization requirements to do so. You just need to know what problems your audience has and what solution you can offer to those problems. I'm going to give you a practical example. Imagine you have a productivity channel. Instead of
waiting for YouTube to pay you for those 1000 views, [music] you can include a recommendation for a tool or course that helps those people get more organized with their time, and in the end, each person who buys that course will
generate a commission for you for each sale. And the best part is that this type of content adding viewing hours and building greater loyalty with your audience. Now we're going to talk about the two ways to monetize your channel and how you can
combine them. The first is direct monetization, the income that comes from YouTube, whether from views, memberships or super chats. And the second is indirect monetization, income that
comes from external sources, whether affiliates, training, products or services. And it's not a matter of choosing one or the other. Ultimately, the strongest channels combine both monetization methods. While you begin to meet the
program requirements, you can start building that external part. So, , you'll already have two active income streams. I want you to look at this channel you're seeing on the screen. This channel is a masculinity channel
sources that I just told you about below. One is the source of Google AdSense, that is, the visits, and two is external monetization. We see that if we go, for example, to their most popular video from 2 years ago, if we go down here
we see that it redirects us to other videos, even to other channels, and also, first of all, it directs us to a Discord, which you can join here, [music] and then they make you the apps that basically what they are doing here
is that you join a free group and then that group hits your pain points so that you pay a higher price to access another site. Then, if we go to the channel description here, we see that it redirects us to Twitter, okay?
A X [music] and here it takes us directly to a [ __ ] product, okay? If we look around here, it's not active right now, but I'm sure this channel has made a lot of money before selling that
product. And not only that, but when you enter the channel, the members' information appears. We see that they have subscriptions, okay?, from €4.99 per month, €14.99 per month, €39.99, €100 [music] and €500 per month. So,
simply from those 300,000, 500,000, 1 million visits that you generate per month, even if someone pays you the top ticket, which is €500 per month, you would already be making €500 per month plus all the visits, all the money you
're making from Adsens. And I've given you very low numbers, but imagine you get 1 million views with your channel and monetize this €500 per month ticket, you can really put 10 people on board perfectly if the product is good and
if the funnel is good. So, if you generate a million visits, 1 million people's traffic, if you manage to get 10 people on board, that's already €5,000 a month, plus all that money we would be earning from the visits. Once you've
seen this reference channel, I'd like to give you some tips so you can get started from day one. So the first piece of advice I recommend is that you choose a niche, a topic with real demand. Don't just aim for virality,
aim to solve a problem. As I mentioned before, the most profitable niches for this are usually in money, health, technology, [music], relationships, and personal development. The second piece of advice is to create a
main video of value, a video of between 15 and 30 minutes that fully explains the solution you give to that audience and obviously in that video mention the useful resource, whether it is an affiliation to a program, a course, a
software, a membership, etc. Your goal doesn't have to be just to sell and that's it . Your goal has to be to find a solution for that audience, for the problems they have. And in the end, it's about really understanding the avatar of the people you're
addressing from that very audience. The third piece of advice is to measure conversations, not just visits. Analyze how many people view the link and how many people take action. Sometimes 1000 well-targeted visits to that
external monetization [music] are much better than 10,000 meaningless ones. I, for example, want to talk to you about a channel, the channel that I scaled to more than €12,000 in monthly revenue. What I did on that channel was spend two months beforehand
understanding what that person wanted, what that audience wanted. And so you understand, it was in the trading niche. I saw that there was a great demand and that the trading really had high purchasing power. Apart from that, I did it
in English. What I did was sign up for a course that was being sold for over €3,000. So, I really only had to make four sales to reach that €12,000 in revenue. And believe me, it's not that difficult to generate half a million
visits or 100,000 visits and actually have four people buy from you. With just four people buying from me, scale. here that you're seeing on screen now. And if you look closely, I didn't generate many visits.
In fact, the most viral video here has 10,000 views, but they are 10,000 qualified views. So now that you've made it this far and would like to know how you can make money on YouTube without showing your face, we have many
success stories in our academy of people who are already literally living off this. So if you too want to take action and want to be the next to achieve those results, write me the word "action" on Instagram, this
screen, on this Instagram you're seeing on the screen, and I'll get in touch with you to see if you too can be the next person to can be the next person to achieve those results. Yeah.
