## Transcript

up with three different rice cake recipes and I definitely hit the cake, which starts with two cups of sushi rice, which I added to a pot and I added my water and cooked the rice on a low heat. To a small bowl, I added
rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and popped it in the microwave for 20 seconds to and incorporated the seasoning, then dumped it into a parchment line tray and cooled it in the fridge for a few hours so I could slice it up into little rice
cakes that then get airfried for 15 minutes until perfectly crispy. For rice cake one, I whipped up a Japanese egg salad, added that to the top, and made a which I sprinkled on top. For rice cake two, I seasoned up a piece of salmon and
threw it in my Tfel infrared air fryer on broil. And this basket has a very unique airflow design, giving you even cooking without having to stop the air right through this window into the action. And the infrared technology
keeps the inside of that salmon nice and juicy. I threw on a little miso glaze for rice cake three, I seasoned up some skirt steak, threw that in the air fryer sprayed them with some oil, and broiled them for 7 minutes. I drizzled on some
teriyak sauce, added the steak and grilled onions, and topped it with a little more teriyak for a delicious beef negamaki experience.
