[0:20] talk about the initial post and what's
[0:21] going on here. So basically a few days
[0:23] ago if you are aware of Fortnite, you
[0:25] play Fortnite or you browse or anything
[0:27] when it comes to the amazing digital
[0:29] circus, you will know that Pomni, you
[0:31] know, was introduced into Fortnite. You
[0:33] can get her as a character skin within
[0:34] Fortnite. A really nice model design and
[0:37] everything about it. And obviously in
[0:38] typical internet fashion, you had the
[0:41] entirety of Rule 34 getting overwhelmed
[0:43] thanks to that. But uh the point of the
[0:45] matter is is that um a lot of people
[0:47] started calling out the hypocrisy that
[0:49] they started noticing that a lot of
[0:50] people that were completely fine with
[0:52] Pomni and uh the way Pomi was depicted,
[0:55] her design and everything, they started
[0:57] noticing that the same people that were
[0:58] really happy about Pomni were the same
[1:01] individuals that were saying you're a
[1:03] weirdo creep in a PDF for daring to like
[1:06] Eevee's design from Stellar Blade Blood
[1:08] Rain. Now, I want to just say this point
[1:10] blank before I go any further. I don't
[1:12] care at all if you like Palmy's design
[1:14] or anything like that. She is a
[1:16] fictional character. I don't care. And
[1:18] also, flatchested women exist. Women can
[1:21] be short. Women can be flatchested. They
[1:23] exist. And the fact that there is this
[1:25] like push to assume that they can't be
[1:28] honestly is sexist. But I'm I'm getting
[1:30] away from the point. The point is is
[1:32] that the same individuals that were
[1:34] calling you a weirdo creeper PDF for
[1:36] even liking Eevee's design last week are
[1:38] now trying to justify and defend Pomney.
[1:42] And they're using, I'm not even joking,
[1:45] the exact same logic that people that
[1:48] tried to defend lollycons and lollies
[1:51] use. Like let's let's just show
[1:53] Rockolid's post here. So, basically,
[1:55] Rock Solid, he made this post that I'm
[1:58] just I'm just gonna say it is probably
[2:00] one of the best posts I've seen, not
[2:02] just in this month, but probably for
[2:04] this year, because it really just shuts
[2:06] down the entire debate around this
[2:09] conversation and showcases pretty much
[2:11] how hypocritical people are. And so,
[2:14] let's kind of explain this. I'm going to
[2:15] break this down in the best I can for
[2:17] those that are not terminally online.
[2:19] So, basically, we know this is Eevee.
[2:21] This is this is Eevee from Starblade
[2:22] Blood Reign. And you you've seen the
[2:24] drama, you've seen the controversy.
[2:25] People are saying that she was too
[2:26] childlike despite her assets fully on
[2:29] display. And obviously, it doesn't just
[2:31] stop there. We also have characters like
[2:32] Fen. Free. She is someone that has
[2:35] gotten into a lot of controversy and
[2:36] also even defend it as well. But
[2:38] controversy because obviously she's
[2:40] short, she's an elf, she's flat, and
[2:41] she's a thousand years. And that
[2:43] argument that people like to use when
[2:44] they come after fictional content to try
[2:46] to censor it or say it's weird or
[2:47] creepy. They like to say just because a
[2:49] character is a thousand years old
[2:50] doesn't mean it's okay. And they they
[2:52] always exclusively say this about like
[2:55] Japanese characters like anything from
[2:56] Japan or anything like that. This is
[2:58] their argument. And so basically you had
[3:01] Pomni the same logic that people trying
[3:04] to defend let's say characters like
[3:05] Ferrer or Eevee or whatever that you
[3:07] have the same logic from these people
[3:08] are aunties now using it to defend
[3:10] Pomney. Literally saying I'm not joking.
[3:13] Well you see she is actually 25 and she
[3:15] does not act childlike and she is you
[3:17] know it keeps going on. They use the
[3:19] exact same playbook in defense. And I I
[3:23] just it's so funny because it is such a
[3:25] mask off moment showcasing just how
[3:29] hypocritical this entire discussion is.
[3:32] And also it goes back to what I've been
[3:34] talking about for a while. Racism like
[3:36] this. You're not going to tell me when
[3:38] you take a hard look at this. This isn't
[3:39] just pure racism towards the Japanese,
[3:42] but also to just Japanese art style
[3:44] anime and manga art style in general, or
[3:46] honestly anything when it comes from
[3:47] Asia, Korea as well, cuz Eevee is from
[3:50] Korea. So, it just like it's very clear
[3:52] there is a very targeted nature when it
[3:54] comes to designs of different characters
[3:56] and stuff, especially flatchested women,
[3:58] you know, from Asia. But when it's like
[4:01] in the West, if it's a cartoon, a okay,
[4:03] completely fine. Like I said, it's just
[4:06] insane to me how this has escalated.
[4:08] It's garnered millions of views at this
[4:11] point. Like I mean I've seen posts with
[4:12] like 10 million views talking about
[4:14] this. Another one with 5 million. I've
[4:16] actually seen I'm not joking. I was on
[4:17] my phone. I saw YouTube shorts even
[4:19] talking about this situation and just
[4:21] bragging about Palmy's design. So this
[4:23] is definitely this is definitely
[4:25] escalated. But I just I think it's so
[4:27] funny to me because it's like I have
[4:29] seen actual individuals that hate me for
[4:32] defending fictional content that think I
[4:34] am a weirdo or some form of criminal
[4:37] defending Pomi's design. Once again, I
[4:41] don't care. Okay, if people like Pomney
[4:43] and you want to, you know, you want to
[4:44] make art of her or whatever, I don't
[4:46] care. I don't. Okay, I like Pomny's
[4:48] design, too. Not even going to lie about
[4:50] that. I'm just saying it's funny. It's
[4:52] it's just it's hilarious how you could
[4:55] see the just uh hypocrisy. I will leave
