[00:02] apps on the App Store and they're making $10,000 a month, $100,000 a month. Some of them are even making $500,000 a month. And the other crazy thing is they're not building the apps themselves. They're using AI and Claude. [00:17] good to be true, so let me show you. And the other crazy thing is I was also able the other crazy thing is I was also able to make AI video ads promoting the app that I will run on Facebook ads. Now, the great news for you guys is I found [00:30] an AI agent that is completely beginner-friendly that will allow you to now drop-ship and create AI apps. So, the first thing that I want to do is simple apps out there that are generating hundreds of thousands of [00:44] my computer screen, I'm on a website called Sensor Tower. You guys are going to need to use this because it does show you apps that are making money and it shows you their revenue. Now, this app is called Shadowrocket and it's [00:57] essentially a proxy website app and you can see here the app's description is rule-based proxy utility for iPhones and iPads. You can see the UI is very simple and AI really would not have an issue remaking this. And you can see the [01:11] revenue in the last month was $200,000. So, a simple app has just made $200,000. So, this is what we use to find proven apps. Now, like I said, you're going to on Sensor Tower, you can head over to top of charts. You can change the date [01:27] to which day is the best performing app. Now, you can also filter this by different niches, but I just leave it on US overall and then I just change the date in the last 7 days. So, today's the 20th, I could choose the 19th, 18th, [01:40] 17th, and then I go to where it says paid downloads in the middle and I'll just scroll through these. So, for example, I've just found this app here called HeartWatch. Now, if I open up this app, now this app is only [01:53] this app, now this app is only generating $7,000, which is not crazy, but this is where the hidden trick lies. Now, if you go over to the company that This is the name of the company that [02:05] other apps that they're making that are making more money. So, if you click on their name, you can now see all of the apps that they've developed. And you can see their actual most making money app is not Heart Watch. It's actually Auto [02:18] Sleep Watch Sleep Tracker. This app has generated them in the last 30 days $30,000, which is very, very good. And if we click on that app, you can see now it's loaded up what the app looks like and [02:31] what it does. And again, this is fairly a easy app to remake. You can see with the UI, it's nothing fancy. If I'm going to be honest with you, this also looks like it's been vibe coded or AI made. So, for example, that's how you find the [02:46] app that you want to remake. It's very similar to drop shipping. You're here to find what works and you're there to remake it and make it better. Now, the app that I'm going to remake on this YouTube video is in the health and [02:59] fitness. It's to do with basically helping you keep your streaks at the gym. So, when people start the gym, they usually only go for a day and then quit, three days and then quit. So, my app is going to keep your streaks going and [03:11] motivate you. And this app is based on one of them on Sensor Tower that is already making good money. It's making between $500,000 and a million dollars a month. Now, once you've got your app idea and you know which app that you're [03:25] going to want to remake and make better, we can now get AI to make it for us. Now, the AI platform that we're going to be using to do all of the building is called Abacus AI, as you can see on my screen. Now, Abacus AI is a powerhouse [03:40] when it comes to AI workflows and agentic AI agents. Now, I've actually been using Abacus AI on this YouTube channel since in They were one of the first leading AI [03:53] agent platforms that I started to use. And now they've just become a crazy apps. Now, what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to sign up to Abacus AI, and you're going to want to go on one of their paid plans. Now, they [04:07] have two paid plans. They have a $10 plan, and they have a $20 plan. Now, I'd actually recommend that you guys go to the $20 plan, which is the pro plan, because that's what's going to give you all the power and resources and tools to [04:21] be able to build all of the AI apps. Now, $20 for the power that you're going to be getting with Abacus AI is crazy. And it's cheaper than what you would pay for other AI agents at their pro plan. So, it's a crazy deal to be able to get [04:35] it for just $20. Now, once you've signed up to Abacus AI, you're going to want to then going to want to come over to the chat, so make sure it's on the chat function. Make sure you're using Claude Opus 4.7, as that is the smartest LLM [04:51] right now. And we're going to be using this to plan our app. And then you're You're going to want to turn thinking on. You're going to want to change the effort level to high, and you're also going to want web search turned on, so [05:04] that Claude Opus can use all of these. You're then going to give it a simple prompt like this. So, the prompt that you're going to want to put is I want to plan an MVP for a fitness streak app. I need you to research the apps already, [05:17] how we can make it better, the features. And then you're going to put the link to the Sensor Tower and the Apple listing for the app. And then that way, Abacus going to click send. And now you can see it's using the web search and the search [05:33] results. Claude Opus has now built us the full MVP ideas. You can see it all here. Now, I'd recommend that you read all of this first before you carry on. Now, what we can do is we can now reply saying, "I now need you to make me a [05:47] prompt to give to an AI agent to build this app." So, now you can see we've got our prompt given back to us. All you guys now need to do is copy this here, the prompt, and then you're going to go over to where it says apps in the top. [06:01] Now, app LLM by Abacus AI is their special in-house feature that is designed for building apps. So, they've literally just built a feature for you're going to see agent mode. You're also going to want to make sure your [06:16] you're going to want to make sure apps is turned on as you can see here. Then you can see you've got this chat box here, and this is where you're going to want to paste your prompt, and then you're going to want to click send. And [06:29] now you can see that the Abacus AI agent has put "I'll get to build this plan Here, you can see it says "This is a very detailed and ambitious specification. Before I proceed, I just need a few clarifications." Now, what [06:42] you can do is you can actually give all of these questions that it's asked you for clarification back to the chat. So, you can see here I've gone back to the from, and I've given it those clarification questions for it to [06:55] can see all the chats that we've got already open, which makes it easy to switch between. So, now that's all been answered, I can copy that prompt again, and now I can go back here to the actual AI agent chat for the app LLM, and I can [07:09] send it that new prompt. So, now what you can see the AI agent has done is for us, the tech stack. It's even come up with the branding colors, so the color palette, absolutely everything. It's even coming up with the data model, [07:22] so like the core tables, what it's going to build, and how it's going to work. now, and it says planning. Now, it's really important for you guys to read what the agent's doing. Although you're not doing the work, it's incredibly [07:35] so that when it gives you the work later, you know exactly what work it it's missed something out, if it didn't say it was working on it, then you know it hasn't actually missed it out, it just never knew about it. Now, this will [07:49] just never knew about it. Now, this will take around about 15 to 25 minutes for the AI agent from App LLM to do the work. Now, throughout that process, it's running commands here. You can see all these Python commands that it's [08:03] code base for us, and you're going to see that it generates all the images. Then, you're going to see here building the Nest backend with the endpoints, the Stripe and the street logic. That way you can add your payment details to it, [08:15] so you can accept payments. And you're going to see all of these green icons of check marks. This is just the agent checking off all the work that it's done. Then, once it's delivered the first version, you're going to see that [08:28] it shows the screens built, the key architecture, and then you're going to see here the preview button, the deploy and the restore. And also on the right-hand side of your window, you're going to see app files. And what you're [08:40] want to click the app icon, and then you're going to want to click start. And what this will do is this will start up the app for you. So, this is going to be a live preview of what your app will look like. So, as you guys can see, the [08:54] app is now loaded up on the right-hand side of the panel. So, you've got the chat here on the left, and you've got the viewable panel. click on parts of the app, and it's all [09:06] working correctly, as you can see. Now, don't expect your app to be flawless the first time round. You are going to get some bugs or some issues. Now, if that is the case, you can always go back to the canvas. And the second prompt that I [09:20] give you is the polish prompt. So, this prompt tells the AI if there's anything broken or not working, essentially fix it. And you can also go back to that chat you had originally that made you all the prompts and say, "This is [09:33] currently what the app is built." You can ask the AI agent here to tell you what the app is built. I'm going to show you an example of this. You can see here I put make me a breakdown of what the app does in the features and it gave me [09:45] all of this information. Then you can give that back to the chat that gave you the original prompt and say this is what the app's currently built, what is it missing and what should be added? So if you feel like the app hasn't got enough [09:57] or it's quite empty or simple, you can get the original Claude chat to give you the upgrades. Now I went back and forth around about three or four times and then eventually I got an app that was very polished that I can use. [10:11] actually scan this QR code and run the app on your phone or your Android but you will need to install extra support drivers to use it so I don't it here. And what you guys can see here is you can see my app. So you can see [10:26] here protein hit, I can toggle it on and off. You can see the calendar for your workouts so I can click on the calendar. You can see I got my PRs, my personal records so for squats, I can add in my squat record here and click save. So for [10:38] example, I put 225, one rep. You can see that's now been added in. I can do a bench press, a deadlift. You can see all the options here. Then I've got my progress so what my current weight is, I can log in today's weight. I can add in [10:52] progressional photos of what I look like. I can then go over to my profile so you can see here I've got my name, my account. You can see what my goal is, it's to cut. You can see here I can add partners. So if I want to add a friend [11:05] we're doing some challenge stuff, we can add our friends to the challenges. And these are like beginner friendly programs, intermediate. So you can see I see here it shows beginner program started. Then it shows me my AI insights [11:22] for consistencies, my streaks and then my AI coach is telling me what I've And then I can also go to the settings here and I can see See account is on pro and active. I can manage my subscription. I can see notifications. I [11:35] can even sync this to my Apple Health if I want to. So you can see here guys, this is a full-fledged app that is working completely fine and it has everything that it needs. My weekly stats, my protein levels, my average [11:49] sleep recommendations all being logged there. So I've got a full-fledged app using the app LLM by Abacus AI within around about 25 minutes. Now obviously I can add way more to this if I really want to. You could spend a whole day or [12:04] few days building the app out. I'm just showing you what's achievable in just 25 mind guys when you're using this is you've got in the top the code so you can view all your code base here. You can see all the APIs and all that I'm [12:18] using. You can also see in the settings the database so this is where we're collecting the database. You can see our storage, our secrets, our notifications, our domains and you can also see all the different versions that we've run. So [12:32] everything can be controlled all in Abacus AI. Then you've also got your everything's working, if there's any bugs and then you've also got app you click on this you can manage the full app. So you can see here your [12:48] mobile app. You can view it. You can see everything to do with your app here. click deploy and what you can do is you can deploy your mobile app on Android or you can deploy it on iOS. So it even gives you [13:03] the features to be able to deploy your app directly onto the Android app directly onto the Android marketplace and the iOS marketplace. So app LLM by Abacus AI is the all-in-one suite for building all of your apps. You [13:16] don't need to use anything third party to do anything. So guys, before we move on to marketing the app you want to make sure that you have a free option. So So you're going to want to make sure you've got a paid option. Now with the original [13:30] have already told it to build a free option and a paid option, so just make sure you've got them. Also, just make sure that before we go live, the app is working correctly. There's no bugs, all the functions work, signing in, signing [13:43] the functions work, signing in, signing out. You can even get Abacus AI's agent to test the app to see if it's working. So you can give it a prompt saying, "Test the full app to see if there's any bugs or any issues." and it can test it. [13:55] Make sure that you're happy with the app and it gives you enough value on the paid version and make sure there's enough value in the paid version to be able to use it and be happy with spending money. Now for the paid [14:09] version, you can do a $9 a month or $19 a month or you can have two different a month or you can have two different tiers, $9 and $19. Now the realistic app out there and running within the first day. It could take you around [14:22] about two to five days to get a full-fledged app that you're happy with. I wouldn't rush this, guys. I'd spend good time and effort making sure the app is solid and always remembering to go back to the original chat with Claude [14:35] that we used to generate the MVP prompt to build the app to give you help if you ever get stuck. So if you ever get worried about the app not working, not being able to get it to be fixed, features not being able to be done, that [14:47] agent to be able to do it. The reason why you're going to want to use the Claude Opus 4.7 is because it is the smartest and best agent at generating apps and prompts. Now once you've done that, guys, and your app is ready, now [15:02] actually have to pay a $99 subscription for the year to be allowed to add apps to Apple. Now with Android, there isn't that, but I will leave a full step-by-step guide on how to add them to [15:14] Store, although Abacus AI makes it very of work. So guys, if you want to get access to app LLM by Abacus AI, you'll find a link in the description and in [15:26] the pinned comment. Now, although app LLM by Abacus AI has just built us our there, guys. So, if you go over here, you're going to see video in the top, so here, if we go to video, then you can change it to whatever video model that [15:41] you're wanting to use. Then you can change the duration, the aspect ratio, advanced prompting turned on. You can also add a start frame and an end frame. can do them here for the app. You've [15:56] tools, so you can go to where it says connect external services. If you ever want to add a connector, so for example, your Gmail, your Google Drive, anything effective, you can add it here. Now, let's say for example, I wanted to add [16:11] my Google Drive here because it has access to all the images made for the app, I can click Google Drive, I can then click connect to Google Drive, and it will add it to Abacus AI. Now, make sure you check out all of these features [16:23] your paid plans, so you might as well use them if you're paying for them. And to app LLM by Abacus AI in the description and in the pinned comment. Now, the first thing that we need to do is we need to create a mobile mockup of [16:38] what our app's going to look like on a phone. Now, to do this, guys, make sure that the UI design on your app looks good as that's the first thing people take some screenshots of your app in action. For example, the home page, the [16:52] progress page, whatever pages you've got, take a few snapshots of it. Then once you've done that, you're going to head back over to Abacus AI, but you're now going to use the Abacus Studio. So, we're going to be using this [17:04] to create all of the images. So, once you're in Abacus Studio, you're going to want to change it to image. You're going to want to use GBT image two. You're you're going to want the aspect ratio on here cuz that creates a 4K image. The [17:18] prompt you're going to put is make me an iPhone mock-up of the app like the example I added. And what you're going to do is you're going to upload your to upload the example, which I'll leave in the cheat sheet, which is just [17:30] basically an Apple App Store image of what it looks like. You're also going to your app. So, I'm going to go to my screenshots, and I'm going to add those Then once you've done that, guys, you're going to see that my five files have [17:44] been attached, and then we can click send as a prompt. Then once you've done that, guys, you should get your images back. So, you can see here I've got my like. So, this is what we're going to use for our video ads so that the AI [17:58] agent can use this in the video. So, you can see here we've got our phone mock-up. Now, it's good to get a few of these, but this is the one that I got here, guys. So, it's a mock-up of my app. And then what you're going to want [18:10] to do is study what ads are being run right now for AI apps or apps in your industry. The best way to do this, guys, to see what ads are being run right now by people for these apps and which ones has been spent on the most money and [18:26] making the most money. Because we only want to make ads that we know convert. tool. The one that I use is Winning Hunter, because this shows me ads, how much money they're making, and it has so many AI features built in that makes my [18:40] to want to do is you're going to want to go back to Sensor Tower and find your competitors. So, for example, Lazy Fit is one of mine. And what I can do is I can copy their name. I can go to the search bar and type in Lazy Fit. And you [18:53] can see here I'm going to look to see if they've got a page. I'm then going to going to change the countries to the US and the UK. And then I'm going to search for that phrase. Now, you can see based on searching for Lazy Fit, I've only [19:07] found four ads, which isn't correct. So, I know that that isn't good. So, I can go back here to Sensor Tower. I can change the category to health and fitness. I can go to top grossing. I can then find another app that's in the same [19:21] and Fitness. So, I can search for this one. Go back to Winning Hunter. I can trick that you can do if you're struggling to find the pages for the apps is you can just type in phrases like fitness app and you can see I've [19:36] showing me the top spending ads for this keyword and you can see I'm seeing loads of ads now for fitness apps. You can see fitness app after fitness app is being shown on my feed. You can see one here, [19:50] another one here, another one here. Like I said, it's completely packed with fitness ads for apps. So, what you're going to want to do now is you're going to want to find an ad that resonates with your audience. So, I [20:02] got one here called Chalk Performance Training. And if I watch this app, it's very similar to the kind of app that I'm trying to promote. And if I look at his ads, they're performing extremely well. So, this is how I would like my ad to be [20:16] remade but for my app. We've now found an ad example of what we can remake for our app. We can now go back to the original chat that we had open on Abacus original chat that we had open on Abacus AI that created the MVP for the app. We [20:30] can change the model over from Claude Opus to GPT 5.5 thinking as this is the best model when it comes to creating ads. So, just make going to want to say, you're now going [20:45] for my app. I'll be using Higgsville Marketing Studio. Make me the prompts and the shot ideas for the ads and then done that, guys, you're going to get a list of prompts that you're going to use [20:58] to create the ads. And like I said, you're going to use Higgsville. There'll description and in the pinned comment. I'm not sponsored by Higgsville. It's just the best beginner-friendly way to create ads. You're going to go to the [21:10] marketing studio and you're going to head over to where it says app. You're then going to go to where it says app with the plus symbol. You're then going Then you're going to add the name of your app, the description, and then a [21:24] that we made of the app, and you're going to add it here. And then once your app show up. So you can see my Gym Streak is now showing up and I can select it. And now I can choose UGC for the ad. [21:39] you're on mobile. And then you're going to want to make sure the duration is 15 seconds and 9 by 16. So now we've got all the presets done. What you're then going to want to do is go back to Abacus AI that gave you [21:53] You're going to add your prompts here. Now before we add our prompts here, what we're going to do is we're actually going to go back to Winning Hunter, find our best-performing ads, find the ad that we want to reference as [22:07] an example. I'm going to click on this page, which is Chalk Performance. I'm going to filter this by top spending. So now I'm seeing his best ads And what I can do, guys, is I can actually go here to where it says view [22:22] details. I can go to transcribe. I can click transcribe ad. And now you can see that the ad has been fully transcribed and I can click copy full script. Now you can do this on as many ads as you want. But what you're trying to do here [22:36] transcribes from the best ads that you found. Go back to Abacus AI and feed the chat all of these transcribed ads and say, "These are the transcripts from the best-performing ads. You can use these to create better scripts and better ads [22:51] for me." And what you can also do is if you really like the way an ad's been made, you can take a print screen of each frame of the video, so one frame here, two frames here, and say, "This is an example of how the video scenes were [23:04] made. And then you can upload those screen grabs, and then it knows exactly what kind of ad to make you. And then once you've got your prompts, you can go back to the Higgs field, you can paste your prompt here, and then you can go to [23:17] where it says avatar. You can select the avatar that you want to use. Now, if the look of, you can actually go to my avatars and click create avatar, and you can simply do it by giving it a prompt. So, the prompt that we might want to do [23:31] is a male in his 30s that looks like he works out at the gym. And then it will create you an avatar that looks like that. And then once you've done that, guys, you select your avatar, and then you're going to click generate. [23:43] And then it will generate you the clip. Then once you've got all of your video clips back from Higgs field, like I just have, you want to open up CapCut. So, you got CapCut here, create new. You're going to want to do 9 by 16. You're then [23:57] You're going to go file upload, and you can see here I've got my three videos that I got made. So, I'm going to open these up. So, now my three videos have been added. I can add these in one by one. So, this is video one, this is [24:11] one. So, this is video one, this is video two, and this is video three. They should now equivalent to a 45-second ad. You can see 45 seconds. So, now I can play the video. I let an AI coach me for 30 days. And on [24:24] day seven, it told me, "Quote, you hit your protein every gym day, but you completely tank on rest days. That's why your recovery is mid." I never told it that. It just looked at the data. So, this is the profile screen. Streak, [24:39] best streak, total workouts. This number here, 15, that's my consistency score out of 100. It's red. That's bad, I know. And this paragraph at the bottom, that's the AI coach. It rewrites itself every week based on what I actually [24:52] Look, I've downloaded MyFitnessPal, Heavy, Fitbod, MacroFactor. Ghosted all of them in 30 days. The reason this one stuck is the Streak. Think, I'm not getting paid for this BTW. I just don't want to lose my 47. Free download, Pro [25:05] is the AI Coach part. Links in the bio. So, as you guys saw, that is the full ad there. Each clip rolls on really nicely. The only thing is the last clip, the guy's accent goes from a British accent to an American accent. I can fix that [25:18] clip, but you can see the ad there looks amazing. It shows them using the app on their phone, and it goes over the reason why you should use it, and you should download the app free. Now, when you're doing these app, it's best in the ad not [25:32] to tell people, "Oh, this app is $10. Download it for $10." It's best to get people to download the free app, and then the free app makes them want to buy the paid app. So, whenever you're doing these app ads, never run an ad where it [25:45] says, "Download the paid version." Always get it to say, "Download the free version." I let an AI coach me for 30 days, and on day seven, it told me, quote, "You hit your protein every gym day, but you completely tank on rest [25:58] days. That's why your recovery is mid." I never told it that, it just looked at the data. So, this is the profile screen. Streak, best streak, total workouts. This number here, 15, that's my consistency score [26:11] out of 100. It's red. That's bad, I know. And this paragraph at the bottom, that's the AI Coach. It rewrites itself every week based on what I actually logged. Look, I've downloaded MyFitnessPal, Heavy, Fitbit, [26:23] days. The reason this one stuck is the this BTW. I just don't want to lose my 47. Free download, Pro is the AI Coach part. Links in the bio. >> can see that, that's what the final ad [26:37] would look like, and you can see it was super easy to make. Now, I must admit, best, I'll probably change it, but you can see the full ad here. Now, as you guys just saw the full ad, that is now how we create our video ads to then use [26:51] on Facebook. Now, what we're going to do is we need three to five videos and then we're going to create our Facebook ads to run traffic to our app. And will be linked in the description with the best promo codes and the best deals. [27:05] you've enjoyed this video. Don't forget to destroy the like button so we hit 500 likes. I'll see you guys on the next video.
