[0:23] emotional mastery. Key types. There are
[0:25] three main types of key. Normal Key,
[0:27] standard energy used by people with no
[0:29] evil intent. Evil key, formed by
[0:31] corrupted hearts and often sensed as
[0:33] cold or overwhelming, and divine key, a
[0:36] far more refined and powerful form of
[0:38] energy. Other key types exist, but they
[0:40] aren't cannon. Key reserves and outputs.
[0:42] The more key you have, the higher your
[0:44] power level. A stronger body can hold
[0:46] more key. That's why fighters train to
[0:47] increase their key reserves. Another way
[0:49] to increase reserves is through fusion,
[0:51] which lets two individuals merge into
[0:53] one and combine their key pools.
[0:55] Everyone has a limiter on how much key
[0:56] they can access. It works similarly to
[0:58] the eight inner gates from Naruto which
[1:00] regulate chakra output. Opening these
[1:02] gates lets a person use more chakra than
[1:04] normal, but it puts extreme strain on
[1:06] the body. That's how techniques like
[1:07] Kaio-Ken and Super Saiyan
[1:09] transformations work. They let you
[1:10] override the limiter and output more key
[1:13] than your body is designed to handle.
[1:14] When Hit says Goku's power has been
[1:16] multiplied, it means Goku is outputting
[1:18] more energy at once. If his normal
[1:20] output is 100 key, then Kaio-Ken X times
[1:23] 2 lets him release 200 key. Going beyond
[1:25] this natural limiter is why Kaio-Ken
[1:27] puts Goku's body under so much strain.
[1:30] Also, the reason he gets stab buffs is
[1:31] that by increasing his key output, he's
[1:33] infusing more key into his muscles,
[1:35] making himself faster and stronger.
[1:37] Super Saiyan transformation works in a
[1:39] similar way. It also increases key
[1:41] output. But here's the key difference.
[1:42] It enhances the user's physiology, too.
[1:45] That means the user can not only output
[1:47] more key, but the reserves also increase
[1:49] and their body is built to handle the
[1:51] pressure. That's why Super Saiyan
[1:52] transformation doesn't destroy the body
[1:54] like Kaio-Ken does. If you still don't
[1:56] understand, think of it like this. Goku
[1:59] is a car and key is fuel. Normally, the
[2:02] engine burns fuel at a steady rate.
[2:03] That's Goku at base. Kaio-Ken is like
[2:06] slamming the gas pedal down. You go
[2:07] faster, harder, stronger, but you're
[2:09] also burning fuel way faster, and your
[2:11] engine might blow if you push too far.
[2:13] That's why Kaio-Ken wrecks your body if
[2:15] you're not durable enough. Sometimes a
[2:17] person doesn't realize how much key they
[2:19] actually have. Gohan had far more key
[2:21] than he was using, but a mental block
[2:23] prevented access. Elder Kai helped him
[2:25] remove that block. In other words, Gohan
[2:27] went to therapy to remove his mental
[2:29] block. Without help, intense emotions
[2:31] like rage can break mental blocks and
[2:33] unleash that hidden key. In conclusion,
[2:35] someone might have 200 key but only be
[2:37] able to use 100 because of the mental
[2:39] block. Key can also be shared for
[2:41] healing or to boost someone's power.

[2:44] be stolen. Can people see key? Key is
[2:47] normally invisible, but with enough
[2:48] concentration, it becomes visible. The
[2:50] color of key depends on intent,
[2:52] technique, and purity of heart. Key
[2:54] control is the ability to shape and
[2:56] direct your energy. Everything from
[2:57] flight to energy blast to
[2:59] transformations depends on it. Good
[3:01] control can often outperform raw power.
[3:03] In fact, a warrior with less key but
[3:05] perfect control can outmatch someone
[3:07] with huge reserves but poor control. But
[3:10] in the end, raw power still wins if the
[3:12] gap is too big. Even with 100% control,
[3:14] Krillin isn't beating Broly with just
[3:16] 10% control. Key sense allows a person
[3:19] to detect another's energy. Each
[3:21] individual has a unique key signature,
[3:23] like a fingerprint. Once you learn to
[3:24] read these signatures, you can track
[3:26] people across vast distances or hide
[3:28] your presence entirely. Key enhancement.
[3:31] Key can be used to enhance physical
[3:32] stats. Speed, strength, and durability
[3:35] all scale with your energy. That's why
[3:37] someone like Goku can move faster than
[3:38] Light and tank attacks that would
[3:40] obliterate planets. In other words, Ki
[3:42] is the real reason Dragon Ball
[3:44] characters are so absurdly strong. Let's
[3:46] say an average person has a power level
[3:48] of 10, while an average Saiyan sits at
[3:50] 500. With key enhancement, both of those
[3:53] numbers increase drastically. Sayans are
[3:55] also biologically stronger than humans,
[3:57] which is why Kid Goku was already
[3:58] superhuman even without using key. But
[4:01] with key enhancement, it's a whole
[4:02] different story. Key techniques. key can
[4:05] be used in four main ways. Energy type
[4:07] includes blasts, beams, and energy
[4:09] constructs. The stronger your focus, the
[4:11] more devastating the attack. Movement
[4:12] type includes techniques like flight,
[4:14] and instant transmission. Support type
[4:16] includes temporary power boosts like
[4:18] haoken. Ceiling type, specialized moves
[4:21] designed to trap or immobilize
[4:22] opponents. Biological traits. Some
[4:25] species have unique abilities. Sayans
[4:27] can transform and gain massive power
[4:29] boosts through forms like Super Saiyan.
[4:31] Neomechians can regenerate lost limbs
[4:33] and survive without food. Earthlings
[4:35] can't transform or regenerate, but they
[4:37] have high adaptability, and with enough
[4:39] training, they can develop precise key
[4:41] control that rival stronger species.
[4:43] Spirit control allows one to manipulate
[4:45] their key on a much deeper level by
[4:47] learning to shift, split, and grow their
[4:49] energy. They unlock powerful abilities
[4:50] that go beyond basic key control. It
[4:52] makes attacks more precise, reduces
[4:54] energy waste, and lets one sense key
[4:56] from much farther distances. Magic is a
[4:58] separate energy from key. It's usually
[5:00] used for conjuring, transmutation, and
[5:02] healing. While it isn't the same as key,
[5:04] it can be used for similar purposes,
[5:06] like flying or firing magical attacks
[5:08] that resemble key blasts. Some
[5:10] individuals can even combine both
