## Summary

This video presents a five-step framework called the 'throwaway method' for e-commerce success, leveraging AI tools like Claude and AutoDS to rapidly test and discard products until a winner is found. The method emphasizes speed, low-cost testing, and scaling only after clear market signals, with the goal of condensing months of product testing into days.

### Key Points

- **The Secret Behind the Method** [00:02] — The method's success isn't due to a genius product or fancy store, but because AI makes testing products effortless, allowing testing of 10, 20, or even 100 stores with almost no time or money.
- **The Three-Gate Filter** [00:42] — Every product is run through a three-gate filter: Gate 1 – does it stop the scroll? Gate 2 – is there proven demand without the niche being a bloodbath? Gate 3 – does the margin leave enough room to profit? If it misses any gate, it's killed immediately.
- **Using Claude and AutoDS** [01:33] — Claude is wired into AutoDS, pulling live TikTok product data. A single prompt runs the three-gate filter on the top 10 products in a niche, returning a winning product with an image.
- **Winning Product Example** [02:53] — The facial LED mask with seven colors passed all three gates, with a 12x markup, $14 pure profit per unit, and a 90 engagement score. Claude also flagged compliance issues (avoid medical claims) and portfolio overlap.
- **Building a Shopify Store Skeleton** [04:13] — Instead of manually building a store, Claude generates a full skeleton store in Horizon, including brand name (Lumira), sections, reviews, comparison table, and a custom color guide. The creator then refines it with real product photos and copy tweaks.
- **Legal Protection with LLC** [06:36] — Once a store proves profitable, the creator forms an LLC using Bizee to protect personal assets. This separates the business from personal finances and is a key step in running a legitimate business.
- **The Mirror Method for Ads** [07:43] — Instead of inventing ads from scratch, the creator decodes winning ads in the same niche using EcomBoss. The tool rebuilds the same structure (hook, beats, script) around the new product, generating multiple UGC ad variations quickly.
- **Testing and Killing Fast** [09:44] — The core rule: by day three, if an asset hasn't cracked a 2% add-to-cart rate or is under 0.8 ROAS, kill it. No emotion, no waiting. The break-even ROAS is calculated as selling price divided by (selling price minus cost of goods).
- **Scaling the Winner (The Blitz)** [11:44] — Once a clear signal is found (above break-even ROAS), the creator duplicates the winning creative across multiple angles, opens a CBO, expands placements, and scales budget by 25% every 48 hours as long as ROAS holds.

### Conclusion

The throwaway method condenses months of product testing into days by using AI to rapidly find, build, and test products, then scaling only the winners. The key is to kill fast, protect your business legally, and use proven ad patterns to generate traffic.

month, and the secret behind it isn't a genius product or fancy store, but And it works because of one simple thing. AI made testing products so effortless that trying 10, 20, or even 100 different stores now costs you
almost no time or money. See, right now, everybody else is out there betting everything on one single product and praying that it hits, which is why they lose. But with this method, I was able to leverage AI to do something that has
never been possible in e-commerce before. So in this video, I'm handing you my exact five-step framework to the throwaway method. And if you watch this to the end and apply it, you can condense months of testing into just
days and start making sales as [music] fast as humanly possible. Let's go ahead and jump in. Now, the old way of finding products is dead. You scroll AliExpress, you screenshot something that looks cool, you throw a bunch of money at it,
people are still doing, and it's exactly what's going to leave them behind in 2026. So what we do instead is we run every single product through what I call the three-gate filter. And it's harsh on purpose because most products just die
right here. They don't get a store, they don't get a single dollar of ad spend, they get killed on the spot. Now, there's three gates. Gate one, does it stops the scroll? [music] Gate two, is there proven demand without
the niche being a total bloodbath? And gate three, does the margin leave you enough room to profit? And if it even misses one of those three, it's out and And real quick, before we continue, every tool that I'll be mentioning today
with a free prompt pack that includes every prompt that I use to run my along without pausing and copying them separately. With that said, let me hop runs in practice. So we're running this on Claude, and I've got it wired
straight into AutoDS, which means that it's pulling live TikTok product up. Now, if you haven't heard of AutoDS before, it's my go-to product research tool that I use to find every single one of my products. They have a catalog of
like over 800 million products with filters and live analytics, which tells me the exact winners that are performing right now in whatever niche that I'm connector's already hooked up here in my workspace. Now, here's a trigger and
it's only just one line. All I do is just type, "Run the three gate filter on the top 10 products in the TikTok analytics tab on AutoDS and provide me one winning product between the beauty and the health and wellness niche. And
for the winner, give me an image at the end." And watch what it does. So, Claude database. It's pulling 10 trending beauty products and it starts running three gates I just mentioned, showing me what's working and what's not. So, let
come. So, first up, we have the eyebrow trimmer scissors. So, gate one flags it grooming tool with zero wow factor to stop the scroll. So, basically, it's not this product. So, we had 10 products go in, several of them did get killed, but
survivors, it actually handed me one clear undisputed winner, which is the facial LED mask with seven colors. It passes all three gates perfectly and the we're talking the highest profit in the entire beauty set by a wide margin. I
mean, this has a massive 12x markup, yielding an extra 14 bucks of pure profit per unit. Plus, it's tied to the highest engagement score at a 90, meaning the scroll-stopping visual power it's already proven with this product.
part out. Claude also handed me a massive warning right here under the compliance tab that saves our ad accounts before we even launch. Where it's flagging that we need to drop any repair language in our copy and refocus
daily routine. So, if you go out there screaming with your marketing medical ads, you're basically going to get banned on day one. It also drops a note to watch out for portfolio overlap so we don't kill our existing stores. But,
gave me the exact playbook, it handles the risk management, and it even hands around, which I will explain why that's important in a second. But, this product we're going to go ahead and move forward with. Now, to get the best results here,
I would strongly advise starting from AutoDS, just like I did, to have the place. And right now, they're currently running 3 days of full access for only $1 if you use the link that I left right below this video, which is plenty of
products to get started with. So, now that we got our winning product, the next step from here is to build a Shopify store that supports it. Except, it. We're going to be generating the skeleton, which is a lot more efficient
sitting there dragging sections around a theme for 3 hours trying to make the to be doing instead is we're going to have Claude generate the entire bone then, I will just come in after and add the taste on top of that. Generate it
judgment. And of course, you first need to sign up for Shopify to host the store if you haven't already. So, pause this video and go sign up so you can follow 3-month for $1 discount from the link I left in the description. So, I would
have a store already. So, now that I'm back in Claude, I'm just going to go ahead and type, "Now, generate the skeleton store in Horizon for the facial see, it's getting to work. So, now after only a couple moments, it's now came
even gone ahead and gave me a brand name called Lumira, where you can see that page sections. And here's a part that I honestly really love, is that it pulled in really important reviews instead of just dropping in some random placeholder
comparison table. And then, the one piece that matters most for this specific product is a custom color guide section. A seven-swatch mood grid showing violet, blue, teal, green, yellow, amber, and coral. And that's
important because for an LED mask, the color grid is the signature demo moment. So, it built it out as its own section. And check out how smart it's being here. It just repositioned the whole story away from treatment and repair language,
away from anything that sounds like a medical claim and it now moved it into a much calmer angle instead. Stuff like your evening deserves 10 minutes. Turn part of your day into a slow glowing ritual. And that's not just nicer copy
talked about earlier of it solving. That's the stuff that keeps us out of go to run this. Now, I'm not going to just leave it like this. I do want to I'm going to swap out the hero image. I'm going to tighten up this one
the real product photo where again, I'm not sitting here rebuilding anything. I'm just adding a bit of taste on top of what it already gave me. So, there's the raw skeleton on the left and the refined page on the right. Same bones, it just
has a way sharper finish. And that right there is a real store from literally one prompt in about 5 minutes of tweaking. Now, real quick cuz this is the exact point where I got to say something that most people completely skip past. The
whole throw away method works because you test cheap and you kill fast. But, the second one of those stores hit, the second you've got a real winner pulling real money like this Lumiere store just did, everything changes. Now, you're not
testing anymore. You're running a legitimate business. And listen, if that account under your own name with zero protection, then your savings, your car, everything that you own is exposed if anything ever goes sideways. So, the
moment a store proves itself, the first thing that I do is I form an LLC. And the tool that I use to do it without a lawyer and without an accountant is whole thing for you. Filing the LLC itself, getting your EIN, the operating
banking. So, that store that you just built is a real protected company instead of just cash hitting your personal account. Takes a couple minutes between running a risky little side hustle and running a real business. All
right now. You know how to use Claude to find a winning product. You know how to to have a legitimate business. Now, the traffic to this business with ads. And instead of trying to invent an ad from
is we're going to decode the ones that are already winning in the market and all the hard work of figuring out what converts. So, why on earth would you whole mirror method in a nutshell. You copy the pattern, not the product. So,
Here's an ad that is already running and of this exact niche. It's a real UGC creator video and it's a known winner in their ad obviously. I'm going to instead
the ad itself and just do it better than them. The hook, the beats, even the structure of what's making this convert. And the tool that I use for this is found that has this capability. Where all I have to do is I just have to feed
the winning ad into it and then I let it rebuild the exact same structure around and I pick my product, which is the facial LED mask. Then I pick a presenter from the AI models in here. And then the script, 15 seconds, hitting the same
my product in the frame this time. And here's what it writes. I'm 50. This is what 9 months of consistency looks like. Four to five times a week, 10 minutes a same hook as the original winner. It's just pointed straight at my product. So,
going to hit generate and the render's going to kick off. And within a couple notification just like this that says your ad is ready. I mean, it just spit out a full UGC ad with a actual creator holding my product, delivering that
content that you would see on your feed. And because this is a pattern and not three more variations of that same winning structure in only a couple minutes. So, that's three creatives all built off of a proven winner in the time
one. And right now, I'm using EcomBoss on every single store that I run. And honestly, I'm impressed of what it puts out. And they're also offering a 25% link, so make sure to go and grab that to follow along. So, we were just able
to accomplish what typically takes a week in under about 1 hour. The product, the store, the ads, I mean, the whole entire playbook. And now it's time to find out if the market actually cares. Now step four is where the mindset flips
me make something clear that you're not really testing products here. What you're doing is you're hunting for one single signal, one sign that the market all the other numbers that are flying around, that's just noise that you can
okay? For this, I just jumped inside of my ads manager. And here's the whole system boiled down to one rule that you just stick to no matter what. And the rule is by day three, if the asset hasn't cracked a 2% add to cart rate or
it's sitting under .8 ROAS, then it just gets killed. And the reason that those two numbers are the line is extremely simple. Three days is more than enough buyers. So if people still aren't adding your product to cart by then, well, it's
not bad luck. The market's just telling you that it doesn't want this. And if you're under .8 ROAS, it means for every single dollar that you're putting in, So you're just paying to lose money slower. So you just kill it. No emotion,
more days stuff because more days only means more money wasted on something dead. But the second one clears your break even ROAS, that's your signal and that one lives. Now if you don't know
extremely simple equation. Take your selling price and you divide it by your So for example, if I'm selling a product for $30 and the cost of goods is $10, I take 30 divided by 30 minus 10 and that's going to give me my break even
it means you're at least making your money back. And if you have cold traffic that is handing you that before you even market raising its hand and telling you
logic behind a campaign earning more budget is that it's proved the demand is real with its own money. So I'm not sitting here staring at 20 different looking at the one number that trips the rule and then I let it make the decision
right here. It's under the line, so it's gone, and I just killed it right now. But now, look at this one right here. This one is moving, and this one is whole entire throw away method in action, where you are throwing away
everything that doesn't signal fast, so you can find the one thing that does. signal. And now, for the last step, honestly, this is where a lot of people make it clear, we're not going to tiptoe here. We don't slowly nudge a budget up
for a few dollars and hope for the best. Once you got a real signal, you hit it everywhere all at once, which I like to call the blitz. So, I take the creative that signaled, and I just blitz it. I duplicate it across a bunch of different
angles. I mean, I push out these creatives. I open up a CBO, so the budget can flow to whatever is working. And I let the budget breathe instead of choking it, and I expand the placements, so it's showing up everywhere. And no,
that resets Meta's learning phase, and then you lose all your momentum. Instead, you scale it in steps. You push a budget up 25% every 48 hours, and then you just keep feeding it as long as the ROAS holds.
Where that winner stops being one little ad, and it becomes the foundation to all your success going forward. And that is how one signal turns into over $66,159 first try, but because I tested relentlessly, I threw away everything
one thing that did. So, that's the whole thing, the throw away method from start about the product and the ad side of things. The loop that finds you a winner. But if you want the full picture, how to build an entire
one-person business around this with AI running almost all of it after you found know I got you covered. Cuz I just put together a completely free course on perfect thing to watch right after this one, because it takes everything that
to build a whole business around it. And it should be popping up on your screen right now, so make sure you go and check it out right after this. So, as always, I'll see you in that next video. This is AC with Supreme Icon, and I'm out.
