these eight different steps that you need to know if you're someone that's thinking about starting a YouTube automation business. Now, for anyone out this, but maybe you're not sure what's going to be involved or exactly what it
is, YouTube automation simply comes down to producing YouTube videos that could be monetized in a number of different ways where you don't need to do the heavy lifting yourself when it comes to producing the content. The way that this
year ago, is that you would need to go onto a website like Fiverr or Upwork, find multiple different freelancers to put a video together, and you'll need to pay each and every single one of them. I would say that this isn't a reliable way
to do it in this day and age because we now have the power of artificial factors that goes into producing a video. We've got the ideation stage, we've got the actual production stage, and we've also got the editing stage as
well. So yeah, I'm going to show you exactly how you can use AI when it comes to creating an entire YouTube automation business. My goal is to simplify video, you're going to know exactly what you need to do step by step. So we're
going to start off with step number one, which is that you need to decide on your niche. So what exactly is a niche? Well, this is what your content is going to be about. My recommendation is to avoid starting a channel where you're going to
You want to make sure that it's centered on a specific topic and then as you start to grow, you get to 5,000, 10,000, 20,000 subscribers, that's when you can start to branch out. But initially, it's always good to focus on one specific

able to put the best information in your content. If I was to start a channel today that was going to make videos about something I know nothing about, to compete to the best of my ability. So yeah, the first P is to make sure that
you actually know a lot of the information within it. You don't need to be Einstein, but you just need to have more knowledge than the common person. The next P is popularity. You want to make sure that the type of videos that
care about them. And there's a very simple way that you can do free research. I'm going to show you exactly how to do that in a moment using some of Google's AI tools. And the last P is profit. You want to make sure that if
you also know that people are actively there's money to be made. And one of the factors that you can look at to know if it's a high-paying niche or not is going to be the CPM rates. CPM stands for cost
per mill. And this is the amount that YouTube or Google pays per every single So, I'm just going to put these different topics on the screen so that you guys can see it. So, you don't necessarily need to start a channel

video, which is going to be investing, I'm going to move on to the second step, which is going to be the channel branding. Channel branding consists of coming up with the name of your channel, as well as the profile image, the
banner, and any other images that you're going to need to get set up. It's going going to decide on what type of format you're going to use for your videos. YouTube videos, there's different formats out there. We've got highquality
animation videos. We've also got image-based videos. We've got still images. There's so many different options and it's going to be your job to forward with. Now, just taking a look at
this, I can see that there's a few different animation style channels. So, this one. There's also this one. You know, there's a few different channels that have an animated character. And from my research, I would say that this
is a style of video that's been taken off quite recently. And just generally is very easy to do. And I'm going to show you exactly how you can do it in a moment. If I just click into a few of them. Let's click into this one, this
one, and this one. Right here, as you guys can see, it's got this animated character, and the style of videos are basically all of these different image slideshows. If I go over to the next channel, it's the exact same thing. It's
got this animated character. And being able to make these style of videos again isn't a difficult thing to do. We've also got this channel over here. Let's click into videos. We can see that all of these different videos are doing
well, gaining hundreds of thousands of views. And being able to create one of these animated characters is not a difficult thing to do. If I just go over where I'm going to be able to do so. So, if I go over here to the last one, as
you can see, it says faceless channel character. All I need to do is just go through all of the steps, select all of my options, the ethnicity, how I want it to look, how I want it to be dressed. I can also say that I want to generate up
to four different images so that I can choose the best one possible. So, I'm for that to load. Okay, perfect. There we go. It's come back with these four different animated characters that I can use. So, I'm going to go with this one
download. It's going to be during this step when setting up your channel that you also need to get your channel assets as well. This is going to be the profile picture as well as the banner. And the way that you can get both of them at the
exact same time is to go back over to the image maker and you're going to see this option that says YouTube channel images. All you need to do is enter the name of your channel with this one that I'm going to be doing. It's going to be
called Sam Invests cuz it's all about investing. It's then going to ask you going to enter all of this information. Follow through with all of your selections, whatever you want your images to look like, the style of them.
And as you can see, it's come back with the profile picture as well as the banner that I can download and use straight away. It's going to be from to youtube.com. You're going to set up your account. As long as you've got a
Gmail email address, you're going to be able to access the YouTube studio. It's that you're going to manage your account. Once over there, you're just going to click on customize. Upload the profile picture as well as the banner.
Enter your name. Choose your channel handle. You're going to manage everything within here. If you want to make any changes to the customization of your channel, you can always come back. But yeah, here we go. This is what I've
to be from this point where I'm now going to be able to move over to the along, step number three is going to be to come up with your first official video idea. Now, I do want to say that thinking about your first video idea
much pressure on because at the end of the day, this is going to be a marathon. overnight. But my rule with all of the channels that I always start is that I want to come out the gate strong. I want to make sure that YouTube knows exactly
what I intend to do, how serious I am, and the way that you can indicate to YouTube that you're taking this serious is to pick the best YouTube idea based for. One thing that you need to remember is that YouTube is a search engine. It's

of videos that you want to make. So, I'm going to select this one over here, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, and this one right here. And then what I'm going to do is to scroll up to the top, click on copy. I'm going to say
that I only want to copy the URLs. I'm going to go back over to Notebook LM, click on the YouTube logo, and paste everything in there like that. As you can see, I've now got a list of all of these different faceless channels. So,
what's going to happen is that Notebook LM is going to use all of these whenever I enter my prompt. So, I'm just going to close down the studio on the that I'm going to enter is going to be this. I'm just going to say from these
different YouTube channels, give me 10 video ideas for my first YouTube video that have a high chance of doing well in the YouTube search results. You can pause the screen right here, take a look at exactly what I've entered and enter
what it's then going to do is that it's going to scan all of the different channels that I entered. It's going to scan the database. And it's also going to look at Google Trends and come back with 10 different ideas. So, it's going
going to break down the search term that people are searching for. And it's also works based on these different channels. So, I'm going to pick one at random. Let's go with number four, the illusion of wealth. This is the title that I'm
the search term that people are searching for on YouTube. So, what I can now do is go over to Google Trends. I can paste the keyword in there like that. Click on explore and then make sure that I select YouTube search over
here so that it's focused on what people are searching for specifically on YouTube. And right there we can see that earlier this year, just a couple months ago, this particular search term reached an all-time high. And what that
indicates is that people actively care about this topic. And if I was to make it, there's a slight chance it's going to do well. It's not guaranteed. It may might need to make three, [snorts] five different videos on this topic. But this
is definitely a good place to start. But once you've got your video idea, one of the next things you're going to need to think about is going to be scripting. necessarily saying that you need to write word for word what's going to go
is that you need to decide on what your video is going to be focused on. But to living in right now, you don't need to stress yourself out too much with this to automate exactly what's going to be said in the video to a high quality. But
exactly how you can do that in a moment. Let's move on to step number five, which because I already know the format that I'm going to be using and the style of video creation process is probably one of the most simplistic ones, whereas a
