## Summary

This live Q&A session features Brian Johnson (Blueprint) and his family—father Richard, son Tage, and partner Kate—answering questions about the Netflix documentary 'Don't Die.' They discuss the documentary's creation, personal transformations, health protocols, and the philosophical mission behind the movement.

### Key Points

- **No Creative Control** [04:06] — Brian explains that they gave filmmaker Chris Smith total creative freedom, with no say in the final narrative of the documentary.
- **Father's Vulnerability** [05:33] — Richard describes the filming process as terrifying but ultimately healing, leading to a reconciliation with Brian.
- **Scientific Criticism and Mission** [08:34] — Brian addresses criticism by saying scientists don't understand the mission: to transition humanity from inevitable death to extended lifespan, rather than just publishing papers.
- **Tage's Blueprint Experience** [11:48] — Tage has been on Blueprint for 3 years; he feels euphoric from proper sleep and exercise, which he says provides 90% of benefits.
- **Kate's Journey** [14:37] — Kate struggled initially, facing existential crises, but now finds a healthy lifestyle second nature; Blueprint forced her to prioritize self-care.
- **Ethical Plant-Based Choice** [16:30] — Brian explains his plant-based diet is an ethical choice, anticipating future AI may judge humanity's treatment of other intelligent species.
- **Plasma Exchange Results** [18:12] — Brian shares that his father's biological age slowed by 25 years (from 71 to 46) after receiving his plasma, reversing cognitive decline.
- **Missing Documentary Elements** [26:00] — Brian wishes the documentary had shown more of the 'fiery spirit' and the epic, existential crusade against death.
- **Hearing Loss Prevention** [30:18] — Brian recommends using a decibel meter app and wearing earplugs when sound levels exceed 80 dB, as hearing loss is irreversible.
- **Hair Loss Protocol** [31:45] — Start early with 5% minoxidil once daily, and use growth factors plus red light therapy hat to maintain and regrow hair.
- **Air Quality Awareness** [34:00] — Monitor PM2.5 levels; WHO standard is 5. Use masks and air filters to reduce exposure, especially in areas with high pollution.
- **Stem Cell Therapy Outcomes** [36:04] — After 6 months, stem cell therapy showed no detectable changes on MRI; next assessment at 12 months.
- **Business vs. Mission Conflict** [38:16] — Kate and Brian are torn between building the Blueprint business and spreading the 'Don't Die' philosophy, which they are truly passionate about.

### Conclusion

The Q&A underscores the human stories behind the 'Don't Die' movement: family reconciliation, personal health transformations, and a unified philosophy to tackle death. The documentary and lifestyle are tools for a larger mission to extend life and foster global cooperation.

you give people the have how you how did you log into people there hi people sorry sorry is that still alive yeah good so maybe just
take a second to come up people are saying hey hi y hey Rich is this your first live stream yeah it is it is I'm paralyzed with fear over here it's going be fun the YouTube audience is so friendly everyone this is
audience is so friendly everyone this is Richard AKA Grandpa Johnson aka the the the main guy in main character main character in The of transfusion
main character in The of transfusion yeah can you guys hear is the audio okay yeah we we're we're struggling so what we want to do is we want to look at your comments and there's some technical
loopholes we have to jump through here I can't open it maybe refresh the here I can't open it maybe refresh the yeah like it's also it's not streaming Nick would you mind how you quick look at that and see um it says
that people can hear usse oh wait audio is myth oh there we go buzz in the
really far away oh cool all right now what's up there we are okay yes we couldn't hear you before and you were also Frozen hi
we have a special guest today so we wanted to do this for the documentary wanted to do this for the documentary and we have Richard and
stream right it it is it is I don't know how to act do you do you have any do you have a question that you want to ask that people watching yeah um yeah let's like do a Q&A with them
yeah yeah why you watching [Music] [Music] me no no so guys we're all here to hang out and answer any of your questions the
documentary has been out for a couple days now and we've received quite a few have something on your mind do you have a feed CH much yes I do yeah you want I can for uh dad you're getting some love that's nice you guys oh thank you guys
you know it's it's so tough uh being with with Bri and it's so intimidating someone's like I just wanted to hide behind them so I appreciate it thank you someone's
like dad's like WTF is going on what should I what should I do yeah exactly exactly yeah the The Thing YouTube comments are always correct they always
see the situation I want to solve this audio issue for everyone what do you it could go so far away um and so let me try to hear it or someone if you share with someone else that can be the audio no
terrible Sho yeah I think we got this though I think we we just use the audio on my phone why don't we just do this look I think all right um can you do a voice check on my phone yeah no just talk Che audio check you
better let's see guys what do you think better better all good it's fine much better the buzz is gone okay so good enough you guys we to do this we get thumbs up in the chat we good or heart or
or broccoli broccoli or melting face that's my emoy okay yeah drop a melting face if you can hear us okay all right you guys uh the first question on influence we had on the documentary none so when
blueprint went viral a couple years ago from the Bloomberg article we had almost every Hollywood group reach out to us oh here's the camera over here and uh they you know they'd have these conversations like they
they'd enter the conversation say we are a an Emily award winning blah blah blah understand any this language and then Chris Smith pulled up and uh he's like a oneman show and he said I make viral docs and I can start shooting Tuesday
and we said that's good so the deal was though that we were would be at arms length we would have zero creative control he would tell whatever story he and it could be terrible it could be okay it could be great and so we just
said let's do it and so we gave him access to all the footage I had and then he just followed us everywhere so he had access to everything my calendar was just made available and he could show up whenever he wanted to so that was the
he didn't come in with a story about my dad and and talage and Kate but he just kind of naturally found his way there so no we had no say in this whatsoever
yeah and so for those who don't know this is Richard Brian's dad Rich how did you feel filming the documentary like you were so vulnerable it was it was it you were so vulnerable it was it was it was terrifying because um you know I
mean the the short story is you know I was divorced from his mom and and Brian was like hit with an atomic bomb and it lasted for years through my Pro well through my problems and everything and it created such guilt on my part that I
didn't see a way forward and Brian has always been so nice that he just didn't want to confront me so Brian and I reached that precipice in the filming of this thing and it was my gosh you know we start filming about talking about
incidental things and then this stuff would come up man it tears me apart and luckily as a result of that we had a really great reconciliation at least the start where I could talk about it and take the take the guilt on and do
something with it and and listen to him so it it has been so Blood Sweat in tears for me all the filming and then to be able to share with Kate and a grandson like to me holy holy heck you know it's been amazing how have your
like friends back in Utah reacted they're amazed and and basically they're not happy that I'm going to live longer they they wanted to tell Brian what cancel that stuff that guy's been around enough but no everybody everybody back
knows about Brian's character and I think everyone is really really happy that I've had this chance with not only him but like I say with Tage and now okay it's all good yeah it's cool it's like the
experiences that have got us closer are like the tri generational plasma exchange like things that you wouldn't think would bring people closer together it just does so it seems like the doc did that well like it allowed for this
vulnerability that may have felt difficult to achieve you hit a state where you could finally get to it what a great comment yeah there's there's as as much fun as everyone's made of the plasma exchange it it was it
was lifechanging for me you know when the idea that your son actually gives you his plasma yeah I'm watching with t Bri yeah pretty
on your mind we actually so we're actually getting a blood draw tomorrow at the Red Cross for doing a donation and I was on the phone with them and I wanted to schedule both I want to schedule myself and my dad and they were
like eat healthy before make sure he hydrates enough I'm like you don't know who you're talking to so it'll be cool if he shows up I'm like wait a minute you stole your some blood that'll be
opinion on the negative criticism that many of the scientists gave your movement I'm a medical doctor from the UK and a proponent of your movement but I feel they make some valid points yeah I think the don't die in Blueprint it's
not without it's not immune to criticism and the points they're making are great I don't even actually see them as criticisms they're making a a reasonable observation that scientific progress is primarily done through these controlled
studies which I agree like that's that's how we've made progress ourselves is we scoured the scientific evidence we isolated all the things we thought met a a threshold and that's what we've done so we are you know as pure evidence
practitioners as anybody in the entire world so we come from that I agree and so what what they don't understand is they don't comprehend the mission what we're trying to do is so like hang with me for a minute on
this thought process so imagine you travel in time to the year 2500 and you're hanging out with whoever exists in that time frame and they're talking amongst themselves about what Homo sapiens did now in the early
2020s what did we do that allowed intelligence to thrive in this part of the Galaxy I thought about that question for years I was trying to let it inform me on what I do next after selling my company and I think they make two
observations one is they say this is the moment when Homo sapiens gave birth to Super intelligence and the second thing they say is they they say that's when Homo sapiens realized they were transitioning from Death being
inevitable to be able to extend their lifespans to some unknown Horizon but basically on its way to solving death I think they say those two things and so we know from looking back to history time compresses reality we look back to
the third century and even though there were humans with very rich lives there's all kinds of political drama economic drama there was like King and whatever happen in the third Century we compress it over time the same is going to be
true with our time and place and so what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to solve for what matters in this moment as a species I'm not trying to solve how to get a nature paper and so I'm saying
away from death into this new era of Being Human so just say they don't get it they don't understand and but then also on on the other side I it's so that's like a very um high-minded thought experiment also very practically
practices on going to sleep going to bed on time and how you actually uh structure your day to get proper sleep and how to actually do a blood draw and nutritionally and how to understand those things so it's like the most basic
health advice that humans can have and also this thought experiment but I don't less than the value of this endeavor they're legitimate and it's fine so they they're legitimate and it's fine so they can both coexist how's that
yeah yeah what questions do you guys have we we are here to answer
people doing this publicly talage is doing blueprint publicly you've been doing blueprint for how long now I've been doing blueprint for 3 years years exercise which accounts for
which accounts for 90% of the benefits most most of the time for any age and how's it been yeah people people often ask me if I have fomo like you're missing out from being on blueprint but
the ironic part is that when you get good sleep and you get the feeling of eating well and working out well I feel euphoric and I think other people must have fomo for not feeling this euphoric all the time because of
happy all the time but your emotional state is much more stable and it's much harder to achieve that if you are all harder to achieve that if you are all over the place yeah I've so talage was
here two years ago living full-time and now it's back and I feel like your change across that time is like night and day like when you first came I feel like you really struggled with eating healthy not eating too much and now it's
messages in the morning he's like screenshots like another 100% sleep score and it's like amazing stats and I'm like trying to keep up with him so it's been really really impressive to see your like full Evolution definitely
takes a lot of time yeah yeah yeah you're dedicated like with enough it's like just small baby steps and you do consistently though yeah Kate you're the first you're the second person to do blueprint post me and the first female
what been your experience oh it was really hard as you multiple exential crises where I had to like restructure my identity in my life
last maybe like six months have have I been able to get like true stability where it feels second nature to eat healthy and to exercise and actually like look after my sleep for example so yeah now it's like it was kind of cool I
with a friend the other day because they wanted to do the new uh journey and themselves and I was walking through an aisle and I was like no you don't want all of a sudden I'm like who Am I who have I become you know like I used to be
and now I'm like walking to the grocery Island and just like pointing out simple added sugars are in here or like you want to avoid you know foods that have been fried or here's why like they're kind of sneakily putting something
addictive into this like packaging so it's pretty cool big change I think it's also probably especially harder for Kate because Kate does so much for others and does very little for herself so actually taking the time to care for herself is
is even harder so the fact that you've done it is like doubly impressive yeah yeah it's it's been like a 10 year Journey on how to take better care of myself and then blueprint has been actually like forced me to come face to
face with that and really like tackle the last couple of years yeah and like arguably blueprint makes you able to take care of others more MH or makes you take care of others more MH or makes you able to be a better family
say bran fix your posture your posture is pretty good fix my posture it's pretty good yeah what's wrong with it maybe because the wrong with it maybe because the F or maybe the angle as well mhm this is
a yeah my posture is good Tage people are saying you need to speak up thanks Kate what is your role with
blueprint who knows one did you just say who knows knows one did you just say who knows yeah yeah how would you answer that
everything marketing strategy design um like everything like anything that had an experience in a startup you realize that you're always taking on 10
to 20 different roles depending on the day and Kate is a really good person really really skilled at startup like environments where any task that comes alive she is competent and can take can handle it so everything yeah like
adjusting the live stream right now that's a great example yeah yeah a lot of you asked um why I'm plant-based uh it's an ethical choice and it's very simple it's you know when I think about
artificial intelligence a lot uh it's primarily where my brain's at and I feel like when uh as we give rise to AI at some point AI may become aware to some degree and it may make observations like how do you
humans take care of other forms of intelligence and I think we want to have a clean record that I think we want to be seen as compassionate towards other forms of intelligence and right now now I don't think it reflects well on us how
we treat other animals so that is my personal opinion from a health perspective you do you I don't engage in the Warfare like the moment you start talking about plant-based and meat people just kind of go crazy lose their
minds so I just don't step into that Warfare at all so if you eat meat great do you I would encourage you to measure your biomarkers and just follow the data so that's why and tal you're not plant-based yeah yeah same thing so Tom
did do he was eating meat some uh fish and chicken every once in a while and and chicken every once in a while and now he's plant-based M yeah I love reading these comments yeah what what do you it's like a what's a good comment
it's like a an endless supply of intrusive thoughts true oh my God you guys hear that that was a banger what did he say endless supply of intrusive thoughts it's like all the things that you think
or like other people think and then yeah like you never hear this stuff IRL yeah so people are just like letting loose which one is standing out to loose which one is standing out to you yeah well one says can I have plasma
daddy which is actually a about question yeah yeah I haven't had any of Tal's plasma because Tales my my biomarkers are very similar so I don't get any benefit however I'm very willing to give Dad more plasma and he uh his okay
Aging which is the clock inside your body on how fast you age slowed down by the equivalent of 25 years so he went aging at the rate of a 71y old down to a
aging at the rate of a 71y old down to a 46y old and that maintained for 6 months and this was because he was experiencing a precipitous decline of his cognitive abilities and he has bounced back so you know it's got to be pretty terrifying I
that state of your life but you can imagine if you were in that situation it'd be a pretty bad spot so it was a pretty big deal for my dad to be able to bounce back that that well yep so kids take care of your
parents yes thanks toage that's you thanks and like make sure you speak up because this is little yeah uh like what parts
this is little yeah uh like what parts about him now yeah would people like what were parts of about a kid that people don't see in him now people don't see in him now maybe well he was cute little a cute
little kid but U he had a he had a what would you say rambunctious a rambunctious rambunctious he uh he had the ability when he got when he got really uh tired
we used to encourage that to keep him up because in that like half hour hour when maybe he should have taken a nap he would just go crazy I mean just so energetic and Not Just Energy thought things I mean I remember being on the
boat and uh there's there's this little five six seven year old trying on water skis and I mean it's just yeah he he's always had that always had that gear he's still pretty R function just a
different ways yeah J tell me someone else what are you studying right now the plan is to study computer science and math I've always found it easier to understand the world through numbers and those are the only classes I
ever enjoyed in high school but at the same time it's very hard to know what to be valued so even though I'm saying I'm studying math in computer science I also don't know what's going to be valued so it
just seems like a a valuable skill set to build right now documentary that you remember the most I actually want to ask each of you
that question you want to go first Dad no you go first you go first oh man I'll go first I'll go first I want to go first I actually go I want to go first no goes first all first we can go like down the line that works y it was um
down the line that works y it was um rock paper scissors no I'll give you go first um it was after the crying scene in Target that whole that whole scene in Target
and then when you walk outside and you're standing there with a trolley and you're in like an all black outfit I think you maybe are too and talage goes up into the distance or you both of you go on the trolley and it's like it was
their future and after such an emotional future and after such an emotional roller coaster as well yeah that whole scene okay I actually don't want to go second I need you have to okay it's a
false function yep yep yep there's one that keeps coming to mind and it was the the interview with you actually yeah when they were asking you about your
when they were asking you about your specific relationship with him and I I [Music] seen uh like I understand the relationship that he and I have but sometimes it's very difficult to
understand what his role would feel like in a father son relationship and it felt like you talking about it shed some light on that subject because I'm always around him I always ask him questions and there are also some questions that I
haven't asked him and so it felt like your answer definitely probed that part that I haven't seen on him before so I got to see new out of him which I've got to see new out of him which I've never
you were talking about uh gel and you said that no one else had come seeing you and I had just so much empathy for
you like what what it's like to be you what it must have felt like to be in that circumstance and to feel like where is everybody so I had very deep
empathy yeah I'd have to say the same thing it uh it was it was a great summary of of like the whole thing is ver has always known better than anyone all my problems and yet even as a kid a teenager and as
an adult he never took shots it was never like dead clean up your actor what the what the hey you know it was always these subtle messages of I love you and you can do it you know and trying to reintroduce me into normal life you know
it's said it all I mean it's just been a constant for me in my life so yeah and it also showed that PIV time we were able to turn it was able to man up a little bit and uh get the thing back on the
been as energetic in your life like people yeah people like don't even recognize you yeah yeah it's it's like I'm the I'm that story I don't think Bri will say it with all kinds of disclaimers but you know I I don't have
any aches or pains at all uh I you know I work out six days a week I am losing weight weight's the weight's the thing but I've never I've never scored better with regard to what I'm lifting and my endurance and anything I am right now
endurance and anything I am right now and uh I'm I'm I'm genuinely happy so and uh I'm I'm I'm genuinely happy so happy I don't know what to
do real yeah was cool you're doing it uh even at your age like most people I think when they get to a certain point they're like oh what's the point but it's that you're basically saying no yeah a great point I'm just saying that
I I keep telling you guys you're missing the mark going for you know young people I mean nothing's more important to us right if there's anyone out there in my age group than living today without pain not being stuck on the couch or in the
chair it's more important I have that day than him you know he can have a bad day never has them so yeah if it if it tabulates and I get another year six months or whatever but I'm having a heck of a day today and if I can have that
of a day today and if I can have that day tomorrow pretty anything that you felt like was missing in the documentary that was not covered
that you wish was was yeah I mean the the larger objective of this like why I'm doing this it it did get over a little bit in terms of health and wellness it did touch also on the idea of an algorithm runs me better than I
can myself so it did touch on these philosophical principles but it probably could have done a lot more but like the doc you have to keep this the message very simple you can only hit so many topics so I thought it really did a
fantastic job getting in what it did but yeah the um like I think a lot of a lot of us humans we want to go work on Epic things we want to feel energized and like just go and I think don't die it does that
it's not just about going to bed on time it really is like the most epic thing we can do as a species yeah so like just a bit more Firepower so that people like felt that visceral burn that it it hits that like
if you want to if you want to go to war you know like this is the like we're you know like this is the like we're building an army to go uh go to war with uh death and its causes so that kind of fiery Spirit which is what I feel
fiery Spirit which is what I feel are you guys using AI um I feel like even the last couple days I am the more and more I use it the more and more I am and more I use it the more and more I am blown away at how much it can do MH with
blown away at how much it can do MH with the same level of competence as a fantastic human in a job and I think what we're working on is we're walking what we're working on is we're walking into a very intense potentially scary
future what do we do as a species there's nothing that galvanizes us as one big community and so don't die is our attempt to say in the face of all this uncertainty here is one philosophy that we think might be able to kind of
that we think might be able to kind of get us to like scrape by and stay alive as a species individually collectively on the planet and with AI and so yeah like have you guys been using AI it's um it's pretty amazing how C capable it
is yeah it it just constantly keeps yeah it it just constantly keeps surprising at how much it can
dye shirt on me when I die oh I mean that's pretty good that's a question I want to ask you I mean yes because uh at this because uh at this point um at this at this point Brian
Johnson is an idea like I'm no longer a person I'm just an idea so yeah also like what a cool headstone that would be don't die just a
headstone but there's death yeah yeah I mean like my entire existence is basically now two words yeah yep yeah right like it doesn't really matter like
with my life it does not matter whatever I do mhm it's it's happened it's insignificant yeah like my obituary is written yeah in two words basically written yeah in two words basically like yeah yeah I wonder if you will be
like yeah yeah I wonder if you will be able to one up don't I it's possible like give yourself you know another 80 years there might be another zero you can find another genius idea wouldn't that be amazing yeah you
know I love the idea when Brian says the only thing we can all agree on is don't die and I've challenged him several times isn't there one more thing we all can agree to we don't die and then like don't do this don't jump off a cliff go
to that next level no there's nothing we can all agree on other than don't die wouldn't it be amazing if we found that one thing so now that we haven't died one thing so now that we haven't died now let's do this a spe how would
first said don't die like barely anyone could understand what it was and now we're trying to think of like the next thing like even that is if don't die hard to understand then whatever's after is even harder you guys I'm drinking
water uh for those of you who are asking yeah we we should live in the comment yeah we we should live in the comment section for a bit
no we've tried everything to fix hearing loss with zero success maybe others have we I've looked at a few Gene therapies they're too early so sadly so you guys here's a tip for you when you go to any kind of social
environment have an app on your phone which me measures the decb and if it's which me measures the decb and if it's above 80 put uh earplugs in so above 80 you're going to have hearing damage so I was at an event like a week ago inside a
room it was 105 DB you know people like yeah like you have to get next to the person and scream in their ear so don't do that so always know sound levels because once you lose your hearing you
because once you lose your hearing you can't get it back and that really
should we test that theory okay uh for hearing loss how much can you fix my broken heart heart yes what's your
someone went through break up think about it okay yeah wild to just think about this a few tips for you guys on hair loss so first uh answer yeah yeah yeah um are you getting enough
sleep that's that's a good idea yeah often times like when when people have issues in Life or they're just like emotionally all over the place the first line of defense is oh I need a medication or I need to sooth it through
some pleasurable lice ice cream in a tub yeah exactly and yeah exactly and so now that but often times sleep is the beginning like that's after sleep like once you get a good night of sleep it's
once you get a good night of sleep it's very hard to look at the world with uh a dim view mhm yeah okay your hair question go for it now yeah so you guys do not wait to begin losing your hair start early because your hair follicles
begin diminishing in your early 20s if not sooner so there's a few things you not sooner so there's a few things you can do one start 5% minoxidil and do it one time per day I was doing it twice per day and my DHT levels got very high
just measure your blood levels make sure it doesn't get too high so one time it doesn't get too high so one time today per day for 5% minoxidil and then uh we have now a blueprint hair serum coming out we've been working on this
for the past 18 months we've been using growth factors that we get out of South Korea so it's eight growth factors you apply on your head then you put a red light hat uh red light therapy hat on your head so with 312 laser Di for 6
minutes and I do those two things every day and yeah my hair is thicker now than I think it was in my early 20s so it's grow back substantially and I was I was like almost bald so we've tried a lot of things over the past couple years PRP
did not work very well which is that's true with what the literature says is it has mixed results but don't get behind start now do those two things so blueprint stuff will be out in like two months but um it's been my my favorite
months but um it's been my my favorite thing that think it's wored the best on pollution you guys just be very mindful so look up iqair.com and find
the the air quality in your area and be aware of pm2.5 that is a contaminant that lodges in the body very hard to get out so the WHL standard is five if it's above five be be wary and potentially wear a mask
when I I was in India uh it was really really bad like the PM 2.5 was like 130 and the thing is like nobody wore a mask they everyone was so normalized to it so be very mindful of your environment La has very bad air quality so we monitor
air quality in every room in the house and have filters everywhere so we try to maintain like an absolutely perfect environment is this helpful you guys or do you want other stuff dad what do you think about
this uh deing the headlights I mean this is new to me I I don't know yeah I with enhanced games I am an investor and I work very closely I just signed their declaration so yes I'm a big supporter of enhanced
comment it goes so quickly there's so many comments there's no way to keep up yeah uh it's on microplastics so we have a test at blueprint you can do at home microplastic levels are our colleague recently uh he did a microplastics test
for a baseline he went and gave blood at Red Cross and his microplastic levels reduced by 93% so we're building the world's best database I guess the biggest database in the world of microplastics and we're
microplastics so we are going to try to take the chart we're going to try to lead the world in microplastic work works and we're going to announce something the next week or two which I think will be deciding so we're on
that yeah what about information like what's the what's been the results yeah oh uh so so far no results from the stem cell therapy I measured my joints and with a six-month MRI and no
detectable results so inconclusive next measurement protocol is 12 months so it wasn't uh immediate and wasn't drastic if the if the changes are happening it's if the if the changes are happening it's very subtle so
don't die you want to take a few don't die says yes to it or don't die it's don't die as like an underlying framework for everything so politics is
an after thought of don't die so you first have don't die and then after that you can build on top of it but if you start with anything more than don't die billion different directions so don't die like we were talking about
earlier is the proposal for how we can band together as a species to get some level of cooperation to get us through this incredibly unpredictable in intense this incredibly unpredictable in intense time there's also a reality where like
Po itics like there are certain politicians who want to have regions or districts that are more don't die like you could assign a score to that district and then people would vote based upon how don't
people would vote based upon how don't die that district is so it's really cool how you can build off of it Kate Brian what's on your mind in it Kate Brian what's on your mind in life
question no if you have one I'm I'm down to answer it um I mean Brian and I have pretty hands on building blueprint
constantly in my mind yeah like we've got so much to do all the time we're we're both kind of doing multiple jobs um so that's that's that takes up a lot of my mental energy yeah oh Ben it would be so I was thinking
about as I was going to sleep last night when we um have the capacity to truly push forward on like don't die as a philosophy like people think that we this business and that kind of stuff we're genuinely trying to make high
quality foods available for everyone like we have this problem where we test it's going to be healthy we test it it comes back unhealthy we're left with and so getting blueprint up and running like it's probably the first food
company on Market that is actually trustworthy where you can just like pick up something from it and know that you're getting nutrition and not the bad genuinely want people out there to have that at the same time it takes up so
much of our time and energy that it takes us away from talking about the which is actually what both of us are passionate about and how this whole this one big social experiment one big scientific experiment
and we're kind of like in the day-to-day trying to build a business and so I'm very eager to like push that forwards so that we can go out and like spread them that is very true you guys and I would add on what Kate said uh this is going
should probably share it the when I go to the grocery store now because you we spent last year in 2024 a few $100,000 testing Foods we've
tested everything Rod ingredients like offthe shelf ingredients uh packaging offthe shelf ingredients uh packaging and the food system is and the food system is terrifyingly uh toxic there's so many
uh like heavy metals and other things in the food so now when I go to the store like I I only want to eat blueprint I literally only trust the stuff we Source test and manufacture ourselves the same is true with toage like we we just don't
okay I think you're probably the same now yeah we've all seen the data yeah or something it's going to be toxic and that's like the hot part it's kind of has changed also because it's like now I know when I go out in the sun I'm
getting sun damage so I'm just very careful about my relationship with sun relationship with food so so guys don't worry we've got you yeah we are trying to because we're trying to get every calorie ourselves from our own sources
we're trying to make it available to you so like said we are doing this because we feel like it's important but honestly we'd much rather be doing don't die and building that movement so hopefully we get there soon but just so you know you
get there soon but just so you know you have context are pizza rolls okay uh so yeah if you buy pizza rolls the store it's probably like five layers of problems yeah yeah yeah I probably wouldn't do pizza rolls yeah if you're
if you're starting with pizza rolls the best next place to go would be try to avoid Foods heavy in oils if you can manage that so no fried foods no things cooked in oils like even things like sweet
potato if it's been drenched in oil and then put in the oven it's not it's great step after that would be avoid added sugars so check the back of the package usually most Foods it's like the second ingredient is cane sugar and so if you
a really good start and you can start to increase in good you guys I'm sorry there's so many questions here that we didn't get to and
I'm sorry Kate there's a lot of comments about you there's a lot a lot people like who is that is that Rich's
girlfriend in another world well was nice to meet you all appreciate yeah this is like the first like family stream yeah basically y yeah thanks for hanging out you guys and if you haven't
seen the documentary go check it out it's on Netflix it's Global we we filmed for a year and then we had to patiently wait for another year for it to finally get released and we didn't have any creative control and so for us it was a
ourselves our heart from the line and then to just sit and be like okay what story is going to get out there and so I think we're all really happy with how it think we're all really happy with how it turned out and um you know it's it's
about relationships and it's really beautiful and a lot of people are very us can relate to the experience of having loved ones the aging process and then how that trans interx with looking
after to yourselves and looking after to your loved ones so yeah it's pretty hot Ming Dad thanks for hanging out thank you thank you great being here with me yeah yeah go so I was going to say it's
like the TR generational plma exchange or the the documentary or the live stream like they're all like they're all just not typical ways to get closer it
just not typical ways to get closer it does it yeah new experience unlocked yes does it yeah new experience unlocked yes yes you guys uh go to don't die.com yes you guys uh go to don't die.com and become a don't die citizen pledge
that you're going to go to war with death with us so be a part of this movement go get your citizenship it's a permissionless permissionless nft we built it on salana so do that
