## Summary

This video is a comprehensive Arabic-language tutorial on Twitter (X) advertising, presenting a six-part framework for setting up, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns on the platform. The creator shares personal experience of achieving over 100 sales at $5 per sale, emphasizing the importance of platform diversification, the three-stage ROI model, and practical step-by-step guidance for campaign creation, pixel setup, and retargeting.

### Key Points

- **Why Twitter Ads matter** [00:19] — Twitter is an overlooked platform with 17 million users in Saudi Arabia and similar numbers in other Arab countries. Expanding beyond one or two platforms captures new market share.
- **Three stages of advertising ROI** [01:17] — Any ad campaign goes through three ROI stages: minimum return (learning phase with lowest conversion), maximal return zone (highest conversion), and declining returns when scaling past a platform's ad spend limit.
- **Don't close campaigns too early** [02:15] — Many advertisers mistakenly shut down campaigns after 3-4 days with 0.5-1.5% conversion rates, not realizing they are in the learning phase. Patience is needed until the algorithm optimizes.
- **Maximum ad spend limit per platform** [03:45] — Each platform (Twitter, Google, etc.) has a specific cap on ad spend that maximizes returns. Beyond that cap, conversion rates decline. Smart marketers distribute budgets across multiple platforms to hit each platform's sweet spot.
- **Setting up Twitter Ads account and pixel** [04:46] — Demonstrates how to create an ad account (select country, currency, add payment card), access the Event Manager to copy the pixel, and integrate it with platforms like Salla or a custom store.
- **Three pre-launch essentials** [07:07] — Warm up the pixel with awareness/traffic campaigns first, optimize your store (payment gateways, photography, descriptions, speed), and create a strong offer to improve conversion rates.
- **Creating a campaign (advanced mode)** [09:32] — Select advanced mode, then choose objective (awareness, reach, traffic, or sales). For new accounts, start with awareness; for old accounts with data, go directly to sales. Name campaign, select conversion action (e.g., purchase), set budget and bidding.
- **Bidding strategy and targeting** [12:38] — Use auto-bid for new campaigns, set max bid or target cost. Create ad groups with keywords, similar follower targeting, interests. Initially let the platform optimize, then refine based on results.
- **Importance of multiple ad creatives** [15:41] — Never launch just one ad. Create multiple images and videos, mix formats, and refresh them periodically to avoid 'ad churn' where users skip after the first second. Testing is essential.
- **Retargeting campaigns** [17:16] — Retargeting outperforms new audience targeting. Create custom audiences based on website activity (add to cart, visit, purchase) and built a detailed audience to exclude buyers, achieving better results.

## Transcript

in e-commerce is promoting your products and targeting multiple platforms. Don't rely on just one or two, even if your sales are excellent on those platforms. Expanding to other platforms will reach new audiences who weren't present on the initial platforms. This way, you'll gain a significant
market share that wasn't available on the previous platforms. One of the most important and powerful platforms I've used, and which many people overlook, is Twitter Ads. Today, I'm going to share the secrets of the trade and my five years of experience without hiding anything. This is the same strategy that enabled me to achieve
over 100 sales at $5 per sale. Believe me, you'll find the same explanation in other paid courses, and I'll give you even more because I'll support you with any questions or problems you encounter in your advertising campaign. This will, God willing, open new opportunities for you on a platform with
17 million users in Saudi Arabia alone, and I'm sure the same number in other Arab countries. This is a very large topic, so we'll discuss six main points. First, why is it important to use Twitter? Second, how to create an account and link the pixel? Third, what types of advertising campaigns exist? Fourth, how to create a
sales campaign and an awareness campaign? Fifth, advertising content? And sixth, retargeting campaigns? To understand why it's important to use Twitter, there's a fundamental principle in digital marketing campaigns that you must know: the maximum return digital marketing campaigns that you must know: the maximum return
advertising campaign goes through three stages. By ROI, I mean if you spend 1000 riyals, how much sales will you get back? If you spend, for example, 100,000 riyals, you'll get, for example, 200,000 or 300,000 riyals, and so on. So, if 100,000 riyals brings you 200,000 riyals, that's ROI two. If 100 riyals brings you 400 riyals,
that's ROI four. Any digital marketer will aim to increase this number and also increase their profitability during the advertising campaign. The return on investment (ROI) figure we're aiming to increase will go through three main stages. The first stage, the minimum stage,
first stage, the minimum stage, will see the conversion rate at its lowest possible. will see the conversion rate at its lowest possible. testing different audiences. The campaign will be in the learning phase, learning which
audiences are most likely to buy and what your campaign's objective is. The platform will try to improve its algorithms as much as possible during this learning phase, but the conversion rate will be the lowest possible. Many people make the mistake of closing their campaigns after three or four days with a conversion rate of
campaigns after three or four days with a conversion rate of 0.5 or 1.5, claiming they're losing money, not realizing they're in the minimum zone. It's perfectly normal for the conversion rate to be the lowest possible. But after the campaign finishes the learning phase and
you've optimized your settings and everything, you'll see what works best than others. Your conversion rate will start to rise, and you'll reach a region called the maximal return zone. In
this zone, you'll have the highest possible conversion rate. What's unique about the maximal return zone is that it has a limit on advertising spending—a limit on the amount you're spending on the advertising campaign. For example, if you spend 10,000 and get 100,000, the
conversion rate is 10. This doesn't mean that if you spend 200,000, you'll get 200,000, or if you spend [unclear], you'll get 500,000. And if you spend 100,000, the rate will still be 10, so it won't get you a million. No, as you increase the budget, it will start entering the next curve, which is the decline in returns curve. So, if
my initial conversion rate was 10, 10,000 got me 100,000, but 200,000 won't get me 200,000. If you get a conversion rate of 10, it will be slightly lower, maybe 8, 9, or 7.5. And as you increase it, for example, to 50,000, it won't get you 500,000; it might get you 5. But the
conversion rate in the maximum return area has a specific limit on ad spend. If you exceed it, your conversion rate will start to drop immediately. This maximum ad spend varies from platform to platform. For
conversion rate will start to drop. But on Google, the number might not be 10,000; it could be 20,000, or even 3,000. This is because you might be targeting a very large segment of your Google audience, so Google might reach a point where spending 3,000 will get you a certain conversion rate. 300,000 is the same. Twitter has a
specific ad spend limit, for example, 5,000. You could even get 500,000. Every platform has a maximum ad spend limit, and you'll be in the maximum return zone. That's why a smart marketer always targets the maximum return zone on all platforms. I have a
budget of 100,000. I spend 20 on Snapchat, 25 on Google, 15 on Instagram, and, for example, 10 on Twitter, distributing it like this because I know this distribution will, God willing, guarantee me the highest conversion rate across all platforms. If I took the 10,000 Twitter budget and put it on Google
or Snapchat, the conversion rate would be lower. So always play across all platforms, even if you only spend 2,000. You don't have a problem spending 2,000 on a new platform; you can reach the maximum return zone. Just keep playing and don't increase your spending. The 2000 is your right, so it's
essential to include Twitter in our advertising campaigns to capture a new share not available how to create an ad account on Twitter and how to link the pixel correctly. We'll go to Twitter Ads or X Ads and click the first one. We'll then create a launch campaign directly from here.
Of course, you must already have a Twitter account. If you already have one, it will be Twitter account. If you already have one, it will be linked directly. It will ask you to select the country ( linked directly. It will ask you to select the country (
currency (dollars). Create a Facebook Ads account. That's it, the ad account is set up directly because it was already linked to a primary Twitter account. I don't want to create an ad right now, so I'll just add the bank account or credit card details
here. If it's a business account, I'll type "business" and add the company details
You can do it, but it will immediately ask if you're a marketing company that creates ads for others, or if you're the same company that creates ads for itself. I want to create ads specifically for myself, and it will ask if I
create ads in France or something like that. I'll say no, I don't have ads in France. So, just no, I don't have ads in France. So, just click Next. Here, I add my bank card, and it will immediately save and connect me directly. After linking my bank account and activating it, the
first thing I'll do is add the pixel. I'll go to Tools here, and click on Event Manager. Then, if this is the pixel, it's the
pixel that's already there. I'll copy it from here. If it's not there, it probably is. from here. If it's not there, it probably is. If your account is new, you'll add it from here. Okay, the pixel will go directly to you. It's the same pixel I created, so you'll save it
I created, so you'll save it immediately, and it will appear directly in the same place from here. Then, you 'll copy it from here and go to your platform, whether it's in Salla. Whether it's in Z, or in a custom program, or anything else, we'll click here and go to the
and go to the Twitter app. First, I'll click here. Browse the app store, click on " Activate App," copy the code from here, and activate the link. That's how it connects directly. Before we talk about the types of advertising campaigns, there are
three things you need to know before launching your campaign. First, you must follow the marketing funnel. If your store is new and there haven't been previous campaigns, and the pixel hasn't even been installed yet, before you launched the campaign, you need to work on warming up
the pixel and the ad account. Let this platform know who your customers are, who buys from you, who adds items to their cart, and who will complete the purchase. To do these things, you need to run awareness campaigns or traffic campaigns. It's difficult to tell someone on day one to create a sales campaign when they don't even
know who buys from you, what their interests are, or what their characteristics are. What are their characteristics? Where are they from? There's nothing to worry about, so you need to warm up the pixels a little so the platform can recognize you. After that, it will give you the best results from its artificial intelligence. The second important point is to take care of
your store. There's an example I always tell people: before you bring guests to your house, what will you do? You'll probably have to bring guests to your house, what will you do? You'll probably have to heat up the house. Will it be useful? Will you make sure the air conditioner is heat up the house. Will it be useful? Will you make sure the air conditioner is
for example, and the weather is very hot? Of course, the dinner you brought won't be enough for them, nor the juices, nor anything else. So, the same thing applies before you bring visitors to your store through advertising campaigns: optimize your store. Make sure all the payment gateways are complete. Make sure your photography is professional. Write
product descriptions and make sure you have a means of contact via WhatsApp. Make sure your store is fast and everything is in order. All of these things are crucial because if you don't do them, your store will be slow, the images will be because if you don't do them, your store will be slow, the images will be poor, there will be many problems with the website, and
payment methods won't be available. Then, if you run an advertising campaign and get around 100,000 visitors to your store, the conversion rate might be 1%, meaning only 1,000 out of 100,000 will buy. But if you fix these things, the conversion rate will increase to maybe 1.5%. That means that the same 100,000 you
attracted will see 1,500 people buy, not just 1,000. So, see how these simple steps brought you 500 extra sales with the same costs and the same advertising campaign. That's why it's so important to optimize the store before
running an advertising campaign. Thirdly, invest in a strong offer. Make your advertising campaign in a strong offer. Make your advertising campaign focused on a strong offer, like three items for 99, for example, one item plus one. Try to create an offer. Look at the market, look at your competitors, look at what previous offers you have. Your
target audience, just try to come up with a really strong offer because the stronger your offer, the higher your conversion rate will be, and the more purchases you'll make. Sure, your profit might decrease a little, but your sales will increase significantly. So, to create a new campaign, I'll go to Create Campaign from here. It will ask me if I want the advanced or basic mode. The basic mode doesn't have
from here. It will ask me if I want the advanced or basic mode. The basic mode doesn't have many features, so always go for the advanced mode. We 'll click Next from here. Here, we'll choose the campaign objective. Here, we have the awareness objective. The first thing is reach.
thing is reach. conversion or sales objectives, and the most important thing is sales. Of course, as we said, it depends on your campaign or your account, whether it's
old or new. If it's new, you have to work on awareness first, then work on the account, or you can go straight to traffic. From here, you can't do sales if your account is... It's new, but if my account is old and I have previous data and the box is very large, I'll go here. For
very large, I'll go here. For these campaigns, I'll go directly to Sales. I'll probably do it from there. Here, I'll name the campaign, for example, I'll write "Sales" and " Today's Date." I'll do "Next"
from here. Here, I'll choose my conversion, the action I'll work on, whether it's a bribe, a card, adding to cart, or completing the checkout process. So, I'll probably go to "What bribe?" From here, I'll choose my budget, I'll set it to $100. I'll choose the
audience I'm targeting, whether men, women, or both. I'll specify the age range, for example, or both. I'll specify the age range, for example, 25 and up. Here, I'll choose the target country, for example, Saudi Arabia. I'll specify certain cities, like Riyadh
specify certain cities, like Riyadh only, for example, I'll include Jeddah. Of
ad group. We'll call it, as we said, "Sales" and " Today's Date." We'll leave it open indefinitely. I'll close it after a while when I like the campaign's objective. Bribes, as we said, are here. The
strategy, whether it's This is called bidding. How much do I want to pay per bid? Should I How much do I want to pay per bid? Should I leave it automatic, or do I have a maximum amount I want to pay per purchase? For example, if I spend more than $10 on a
single sale, I'll lose money. So, I can choose a maximum bid of, say, $10. I tell it, "I can't pay you more than that." I leave it at $10. And here, make sure I have my I leave it at $10. And here, make sure I have my conversion settings. Okay, fine. I can set it from here. If it's
more than $10, I can't activate it from here, or I can set it to a target cost. The difference with target cost is that it will give you a slightly closer amount. So, you tell it, "I want slightly closer amount. So, you tell it, "I want $10," but it might give you $12, $11, a little more,
a little less. You give it some permissions from here. But always, if you don't know how much this platform will charge you for a purchase at the beginning, leave it automatic. Leave it automatic. After that, it will suggest something to you. It will say, " One sale will cost you $15." So you can
say, "I want it for $14." You press it a little, but it's difficult without prior data. You say you want it for $14, and you don't know if the target will be paid for it or not. So or not. So the campaign might not even work for you. So, initially, for a new campaign,
we will work on auto-bid. Here, it will ask me what I want to pay for: options or links. I can leave it as a link for clicks. I'll leave it as standard. Let it work
normally as it is. Leave this as it is for tracking. Here, we also choose, as we said, gender. Here, we have age. Here, we had mobile numbers. Leave all of these as they are. Here, I can specify these things. Keywords: I can target
specific keywords. For example, I have perfume products. I can write the word "perfume." I can write the word "incense." I can write these words. Then, the word "perfume" has 23,000 visits, or... Search for this
specific keyword, and you can choose it directly from here. However, it's preferable not to choose more than one keyword. In my theory, we haven't seen what's best, but choosing more than one keyword in the same ad group allows you to test it later. For example, you could have one group for perfume, another for
incense, and a third for air fresheners—something like that. Then you can measure what generates the most sales. Here, I might say, "I want people whose followers are similar to the followers of a specific account." For example, let's write my account
account's audience to be the same category of people who follow this person, for example, Mohamed Amer. So, click on him here. I can target him in this way. Here, I can add interests, like beauty or something else. Here, I can add movies if he has any,
or something like that. All these things are possible, but it's always best to do this in the first campaign. Don't do anything with the ads; let the platform itself do the work. It will give you suggestions and tell you what's good and what's not. Then you can make decisions
based on the results you see. Everything is open; I won't have to do anything. Everything is open; I won't have to do anything. I'll just say "OK" from here.
post, whether it's a new tweet or a previous one. I'll use a "Use Ad" and choose any ad from my previous tweets. If I want a
new tweet, I'll use the general ad name, like we said, "Sales." I'll write like we said, "Sales." I'll write today's date. Okay, leave it as is. We can specify it, but we don't click on it. Here it asks me about the media, whether it's a
single image, or a carousel with multiple images in the same font. The collection, in terms of the images being placed below, has the main image here and the secondary image here. Many accounts do this, for example, to
promote their accounts. They might put their Snapchat account here, their TikTok account here, their Instagram account here, and so on, with Twitter in the middle. Or I could make it a media display, as we said, with one image, or I could make it a carousel with more than one image, but on the same line, not below it, so there won't be any images
below it. So keep it single-image, with images here and there in my tweet. For example, I write "Special offer for a limited time" and complete the full ad here. I add my image, add the media, add my ad or the image for my offer here, and that's it. When I'm done, I'll click "Next" here, and for a
When I'm done, I'll click "Next" here, and for a full review, I'll launch the campaign directly. One of the most important things that helps any advertising campaign succeed is the advertising content or the ad you create, whether it's an image or a video. It's absolutely essential not to create
just one ad and say, "Okay, I'll create another ad and hope it works." This is the biggest mistake you can make. Any digital marketer needs to create multiple ads, even multiple ad sets. Specifically, you need to use multiple ads, whether they're images or
videos. But you must experiment and test to measure the results. Then, you can increase what works best and stop what works least. Creating just one ad and leaving it as is is like throwing a net into the sea; if a fish comes, it comes. If not, the net is gone.
The best approach is to mix images and videos. For example, create three images and two videos for each campaign. The best way to achieve this is to use video ads, which are tools that allow you to create an use video ads, which are tools that allow you to create an
experiment, change the colors, the text, the wording, everything. It's also crucial to change your ads periodically. Don't run the same ad for two, three, or even a month. A person might see it three or four times. In this case, your content will reach a point called "ad
your content will reach a point called "ad churn," where the person... If someone sees your ad three or four times a day, they'll reach a point where, after just the first second of your video or image, they'll immediately skip it because they're bored and there's nothing new. So, it's
essential to change your ad design—whether it's the same format, video, or image. Even if it's the same presentation, that's fine, but you need to refresh your content. The sixth and most important point we'll discuss is retargeting campaigns. It's crucial to run
retargeting campaigns, especially during payday and peak seasons. You'll notice that retargeting campaigns yield better results than targeting new audiences. This is because with retargeting, you're already targeting someone who knows your brand, someone who's already seen your ad and
was planning to buy something (like adding it to their cart or stopping at the last minute). This person is easier to target than someone completely new who knows nothing about you. To run a retargeting campaign, the first thing you need to know is... I'll do it by going to the Tools section here,
then to Audiences so I can create custom audiences for people who visited my store and did something, whether it was buying something, adding items to their cart, etc. Here I'll see the types of custom audiences I can work with. The most important are these two: Lists (if I have, for example, an email list
or a phone number list), I'll add them here and target them. If they have a Twitter account registered with that phone number, I can target them via Twitter. Or, for example, Website Activity (if this is the custom audience), if someone visits my store, for example, adds items to their cart or buys something, I can
target them from this option. So, click on Website Activity here and then click Next. Here it asks me to choose my who added items to their cart). I also choose today's date
so I don't get confused later. And that's it. As for the Description, I can write a description here, but it's not necessary. If the pixel is linked, you're good to go. Okay, it's clear here. This section tells you who you who these people are. They might not understand the word "add to cart," but we'll tell them we
have two options: either people who added items to their cart, or those who visited our online store (any page on the online store that they visited). We can target those who visited a specific page in the online store. So, if I want to add people, I want to target people who added items to their cart. What do I do? If
you always notice, anyone who adds items to their cart will have your domain link at the top, for example, ` your domain link at the top, for example, ` dddtttwitter.com`. `cart` means cart, so it has the word "cart" in it. dddtttwitter.com`. `cart` means cart, so it has the word "cart" in it.
their link at the top. So, don't remove them. Just write the word "cart" here and that's it. Then, create a box here, okay? And then create an inset right away. Now, if you want to target people who bought items, for example, anyone who buys will always go to a page called "Thank You Page." It's very important that they reach that page. This page
very important that they reach that page. This page has a "thank you" option, and it also targets people who have already bought. Of course, you can't target people who bought immediately, but you can target them later, for example. Okay, no problem. But right now, I'm focusing on what people added to their cart. I'll create an audience right
here. It's currently calculating the approximate audience size, and then it will give me a result that I can target directly. When we create the ad campaign, in the ad group, I'll be able to choose my audience. But there's something else I need to work on: create an audience again, create another
website activity, another custom audience, choose the target audience, choose "archives" from here, and custom audience, choose the target audience, choose "archives" from here, and then select the people who then select the people who bought from me. I'll choose "thank you" like this.
Okay? Why am I doing this? I'm doing this now so that later, when I create an ad group, the same people who added to their cart might buy later, right? So, I want to target people who didn't buy but added to my cart. The cart is just for creating an ad group. Then, for example, from
ad group. Then, for example, from Campaign, I'll go to Ads Manager, create a Campaign, I'll go to Ads Manager, create a new campaign, then Advance, then I'll create a sales campaign. I'll go to OK, then NX, then
to the where else can I go? To Custom Audience, OK, then
Brushes, for example. Okay, this is a language issue. to target the people I created a little while ago. It's not showing here; it should be here,
but it needs a little time to calculate this audience. So, I tell it to target the people who added to the cart. Then, I create another one and say, "Exclude the people who bought." It should show me under "People
Who Bought," so I count the people who bought, but I'll target the people who added to the cart. So, it shows me the people who actually added to the cart but didn't buy. Finally, for those interested in learning about other advertising platforms, here's a link to Snapchat Ads and here's a link to
Google Ads with a detailed explanation. You're taking a paid course, and as always, if you have any questions or inquiries, please write them in the comments section below.
