[00:03] this is my gaming PC. This is I I downloaded OBS this morning. I just I background. I've set up what would appear to be a a a stream setup, right? [00:15] appear to be a a a stream setup, right? So, the goal from today's video is So, the goal from today's video is we want to we want you guys to be able we want to we want you guys to be able to take literally a moment from stream [00:27] that's already in a vertical layout by the click of a button by just one click of a button. So, and then we'll get into like the the settings and whatnot as well. Actually, should probably do that first. [00:43] We should probably do that first. So let Yeah, let's actually do that first because the thing about the ADOM plugin when we download that is it will go by when we download that is it will go by your your output settings as is. All [00:56] right. So I have this let me go to advanced mode uh recording. Okay. Uh custom audio replay buffer. Okay. [01:13] autodefault to that? So, if you Oh yeah, [ __ ] I forgot about that. about is coming from the standpoint of Nvidia GPU. What's up, Bruce? [01:29] episode one. I did a thumbnail tutorial in episode one. I I went over how I used AI to make thumbnails. So, make sure you uh go check out episode one after this if you want to see that segment. [01:43] want to see that segment. Yeah. So, just a heads up, I'm using uh things that we're going to be using today is chat GBT cuz you you just [ __ ] just sleep on this way too much. Way too much. [01:58] much. Way too much. So, let's let's start off with that. So, what I would want to do is I wonder if I should do the whole thing through what I would do. Okay, if you are curious about your rig, what I would [02:12] do in this situation is I would say uh I am streaming Oops. This is how I would figure out exactly the settings that I would want. Uh I am I am streaming to OBS [02:27] to OBS uh using uh using one PC. So, gaming and uh using uh using one PC. So, gaming and streaming from my main gaming PC. I have [02:39] a GTX 5080 and it's it's with a [ __ ] I can't remember, guys. Any any tech nerds in here? What's guys. Any any tech nerds in here? What's the a the crazy AMD? Um the crazy AMD [02:54] processor. What is that, guys? It it really doesn't matter which one you use. I'm just using Chat GBT. This is what I use. I use chat GBT for everything. [03:08] now? Yeah, it's like I have like the X93. Does that sound right? 9300 Ryzen 995. Oh, wait. Maybe there's a new one or is there is there one that's like [03:22] one or is there is there one that's like a 9800 or something? Sync. outdated now already. What the [ __ ] boys? That That's what it is. With a uh [03:39] AMD 9800 X3D processor. Okay. Um I'm like I I just showing you set this up. So you would set this up with whatever your rig is and whatever [03:55] your goals are. So, my goals would be um uh I want to stream to YouTube at I'll just say 1080p because if I was running a single PC setup, that's what I would be doing. stream to YouTube at 1080p and record [04:11] 1080p and record um from from the same uh PC in OBS using the cuz the newer I think it's 40 [04:23] series and above GPUs they have a dual encoding uh using the dual encoding encoding uh using the dual encoding from my graphics card. [04:36] For example, uh I think it's Envink. I want to you I want to use I believe Envink H264. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I want to use Envink H.264 for streaming and I want to use [04:53] for recording. Uh where is it? Where is it? Where is it? it? Where is it? Video encoder. Wait, why did that [05:11] video encoder. I want to use uh H H E VC, which I think is 265, right? VC, which I think is 265, right? Technically, that's 265, right? [05:23] I'm pretty it I want to use [05:46] BC for recording. And what this does is it doesn't Okay, I'm not too techsavvy to actually explain the exact the exact, but the way [05:58] Fire broke this down to me is the GPUs, the newer GPUs, does AMD have this, by the way, have two ways uh to encode built into the GPU. So I that's what [06:10] I've set up in my OBS is instead of using 264 for both streaming and recording, I use 264 for streaming. I use I think it's 265 [06:22] for recording. I think that's what HEVC is. I thought there was a 265 option for some reason for recording. Um so I am [06:34] gaming and streaming from my main gaming PC of a GTX uh uh RTX. Why did I say GTX? What the [ __ ] Oh, is that what you meant by that? Is that what you meant by that? And an AMD 9800 X3D processor. I [06:49] want to stream to YouTube at 1080 and record to the same PC and OBS. Again, you guys just want to set that up to just be a general recording because when you do ADOM, it's going to use your encoding software. Um, using the dual [07:02] example, I want to use uh for streaming and recording. What are the best and recording. What are the best settings for OBS to do this without [07:14] settings for OBS to do this without lagging and without causing stutter and lag from my game? You do that, it will [07:26] literally Okay, I that's what I thought. So, HEVC is 265. So, that is how I have it set up on my end with the newer cards. So, somebody says, "I got a 3070 uh TI. I got to upgrade." Nanny, the the point the point from this is is go use [07:43] point the point from this is is go use AI and and [ __ ] say that like talk to AI like you're talking to a person just like this scenario here. So, you so in the moment you feel like [ __ ] man, I I can't do this because I don't have uh a [07:56] dual encoder. No, like go in to an AI and literally say what your build is and say what you want to accomplish and it will give you a straight up rundown the line. Now you might have you might not be able to [08:10] you might have you might not be able to record your verticals for example in 1080p or you might have to lower some of the bit rate down like it it will tell you if certain things Yeah. like high quality conservative. So like in those [08:25] conservative route so that way you don't experience, you know, buffer and experience, you know, buffer and whatnot. Um, same thing same thing if you're adding multireaming. So like in multiream situations, I say this is this [08:37] platforms and then when it gives me the options for the other platforms like options for the other platforms like kick or Facebook and Twitch, I I use these smaller options because I want the best quality to be YouTube. So [08:50] these settings here. This is just an example of like in your situation with your build to figure out the best thing for you to do in the in setting this up. that way you can get your recording options yada yada yada. Now I I know [09:06] that with streaming for me, if I was streaming from one PC, I'm going to I'm going to do uh constant bit rate for streaming. I'm going to do 10,000. I probably actually do 9,000 just to lower [09:19] that a little bit. I'm going to do two second. I'm gonna do P5 because I want the YouTube stream to be high quality. Um, uh, I think it's, uh, yeah, two passes, quarter resolution, disable, look ahead, [09:32] and that's what I'm doing for streaming. And then recording when I'm to get my best quality. I'm going to do constant QP. And I think it's the lower the number, the better. I'm pretty sure. I think it's 18 is actually higher [09:46] quality, but again, it's like two two second yada yada yada. So, this is this is how I would set up my streaming and recording at the same time because again, higher highers. No, I think yeah, I was going to say I [09:58] think lower is better. I think like 17 is like literally lossless quality. Honestly, it might even it might have even told me in here. it might have even told me in here. Yeah, 18 to 20. 18 is near lossless. [10:14] 20 is is good quality, but it's it's smaller files. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. See, dude, guys, I I had to ask that, but then I'm like, AI literally gave it but then I'm like, AI literally gave it to me right there. Okay. So, so now I've [10:29] had now I have OBS set up to be able to stream and record from one PC. So, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to ADOM. When you go to ADOM, here's the we've been talking about ADOM. This is where they're going wrong. Look, I don't [10:44] know who made ADOM. I don't know who manages it. This [ __ ] right here is dog manages it. This [ __ ] right here is dog [ __ ] Do not install this. Do not install the stream suite. And what this does is it's it's like their version of [10:56] does is it's it's like their version of like a stream elements overlay. Like it downside from this is I don't know if they put out an update. You can't backtrack your vertical successfully. It's like super muddy and weird. It's [11:10] like very confusing. and and backtrack for those wondering is what we want to do today. That's replay buffer or shadow our opportunity to where if I click a button right now, everything I just [11:25] rambled off for the last 90 seconds, it's boom, vertical format clip ready to go. Done. So that that's what we want. And if you go to the ADOM TV and you scroll down, you download the vertical plugin. So, [11:42] you download that. Uh, where where's it at? There it goes. Uh, where where's it at? There it goes. Do I have to close OBS for this? [11:59] automatically? Yeah, I'm I'm going to close OBS. close OBS. Try it. [12:13] vertical. Chat out of the way. So, now he I have it vertical. Uh I don't think for the sake of like the video right now, we I we don't need to do the multistream whatnot. But this this [12:26] is where like you get the multiream plugin as well. This is this is what I use for mine um for me to be able to multi stream. So anyways, so now you have this vertical box over here. I've used replay buffer not live before [12:40] and it works perfect, but when live it tanks my OBS for you bingo. You need to adjust your settings. That's where what I just did with AI comes in handy. And this is where like guys, this is where in these situations [12:56] I say that some of you guys need to sacrifice [ __ ] And and there's got to be a give or take somewhere. Everybody like some people have, you know, old PCs. You somebody said they had the 3070 Ti. That's still a great GPU. You maybe [13:10] you have a good processor in there. But the reality is in this day and age be takes a lot. and games nowadays too, especially if you're playing a dog [ __ ] optimized game like Call of Duty, like it's going to cause some load. This is [13:23] where you need to seriously sit down and say, is it worth the performance to do X, Y, and Z? This is where you you could use AI, for example, to say, I want to use AI, for example, to say, I want to stream at 900p, not 1080p, to save a a [13:36] little bit, and you want to record at 720p. And when I say record at 720p, you no way I can do that. That's going to be horrible quality. Guys, you you have no [13:48] horrible quality. Guys, you you have no idea how many clips on the internet go viral that are in the most dog [ __ ] resolution. You guys have no idea. Some of the biggest clips from the biggest creators are just people literally [14:02] creators are just people literally taking a clip from Twitch or or YouTube or kick and they're cutting it down on their PC. So, it's a horrible clip. It's already a lower bit rate, lower encoded clip from the website in itself to where [14:17] they chop it up, they put it online and then those clips blow up. You you you guys don't have to have 1440p, you don't have to have 1080p, you don't have to those situations when you when you say like you can't use replay buffer when [14:30] you're live, which is kind of it defeats the purpose to not use it when you're be able to get it in the moment so you can control getting the clips yourself people. It's probably best that maybe you you [14:43] best that maybe you you you lower the quality and the resolution of the stream so that way you can just get [ __ ] out in 2025 you're competing for ease and time, man. [14:58] Like everybody makes everything seem like it's so hard it's impossible. yada just render it out higher. Yeah, you could do that too. But even still, even if you just render it at 720p and post it to Tik Tok, brother, 98% of people [15:13] difference. As long as it's a good clip that gets a good moment, like, it is that gets a good moment, like, it is what it is. Okay, so now we have the vertical scene here. I'm going to set up this to be less cluttered. I do scenes [15:28] and sources together and swap. So, vertical scene, vertical sources. So, I'm going to add the things that I've already done, which is create a game. So, like, let's say that that's [15:43] the game playing. That's your game capture. Then, I'm going to add what capture. Then, I'm going to add what would be my cam. Again, let's let's say that that's my my cam. I'm going to square it up the top up here. You guys [15:56] don't have to use overlays, too. You guys can just literally do just snap fill this, right click on the game, hit transform, you could you could honestly be done right there. You don't have to have an [16:11] overlay, which I think is pretty dope. Shout out to the uh the guys who made Shout out to the uh the guys who made this Fuzzy. Um, and then I do a media source Cambox. And then that's where I get uh my overlay in there. kind of line [16:24] get uh my overlay in there. kind of line that up to to look to look uh good up that up to to look to look uh good up there [16:36] Then boom, my vertical is automatically set up to go. Just like that. It's it's automatically set up. And then the key thing that you're going to be looking for in this is this guy right here. [16:50] either a just clicking that button or if you click this settings tab, this is where you can actually control the [ __ ] from this. So this is this is where you can um wow it starts off automatically at 5 seconds. I do 90 seconds. So what [17:05] at 5 seconds. I do 90 seconds. So what the what this is is this is backtrack uh exclamation point GFX if you guys want to see who made my graphic. So this is this is called backtrack. This is replay buffer. This is shadow play. This [17:18] replay buffer. This is shadow play. This is capturing X amount previous of of the what happened in stream. This is where you can just hit a button, capture something that just happened and boom, the clip's done. So I do I do 90 seconds [17:32] backtrack runs while streaming and recording. So that way it's automatic. Uh it's just going I think. Do you have to click I can't remember. Do you guys sure that's checked by the way. I'm pretty sure you have to make sure that's [17:45] checked, right? Yeah, settings. Um, output path is going to be going to my videos. Um, this is where you can going to use this vertical plugin to like stream to Tik Tok or or YouTube [18:00] vertically, this is where you would where where you would use that. Um, and then recording. This is where you can if you if you hit the record button, this the recording. So, if you want to capture moments in your stream that are [18:15] lower quality, so that way you you at least have a clip and you save time from having to take a clip from like Twitch, YouTube, kick, yada yada yada, and and vertical because it'll save you all that [18:28] quality to at least get a clip and do that. That's fine. And then like you actually like have content you want to record. This is where you can set up a higher quality record button. That right [18:40] there, I I don't ever use that personally. That's just me because if I'm going to record something, I just record it in the normal layout. Yeah. Uh, that's a good question. Why did I stop using Mel? I stopped using Mel and [18:53] eventually, here's the thing. I'm going to go to Mel at some point. Uh, I need to actually talk with those guys and see when these things are coming. Um, I want to be able to control resolutions specifically. Melt is a little bit more [19:07] automatic in the sense of things. So, like I want to specifically and and let me know if this has changed. So, when I was testing Mel, you couldn't even do 1440p or 1440p recording. You couldn't even do either [19:21] one of those things. So, I that's one thing right there. The second thing is when I went when I multistamed, I couldn't multi I couldn't go live to [19:33] I couldn't multi I couldn't go live to YouTube at 1440, kick at 1080 and some of the other ones at like 720 because if I if I was to multi stream to Twitch, for example, that's what I would do. I would give Twitch the 720p 3000 [19:46] bit rate stream, lowquality stream, and then I would I would I would do kick at like 1080 because, you know, it's adree over there and feel like it's a better I would give YouTube the highest quality because, you know, as I get pushed into [19:59] I want people to actually enjoy what they're watching. That's like the primary place because that VOD's going to stay up and I want people to watch the VOD. So, I stopped using Mel because I at the time I couldn't control those [20:12] things. Can't change quality and bit rate per platform. You can't do Yeah, right. That's why I stopped using it for the point that's all going to be available [20:24] in Mel. So, I will eventually be using Mel for sure. I I think I personally think Mel's the future. I like the company be I like the people in at the company behind it. I like their customer support. I like their updates. I think [20:38] best. And eventually what they're going to end up doing is Mel is going to be a ultimate they they want to be able to make it to [20:50] where when you clip something you could just edit it from Mel. You wouldn't even need to bring it into Premiere to edit it and cut it down. you would be able to it and cut it down. you would be able to remove like for example [21:03] eventually going to be is like if I if I clip this like if I clip like 30 seconds vertical format and I'm using Mel and I clip that from MEL I could say okay remove this overlay remove animations remove certain soundtracks and I could I [21:20] they essentially just want to end up becoming a cap cut version of a streaming software where you there's no need to use anything else. You wouldn't need to use anything else. You wouldn't have to download Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, [21:34] uh any of that [ __ ] Yeah. Yeah. Which is I mean I don't they got to be far away from that, but it's going to be pretty big when they do that [ __ ] Pretty big. So anyways, so you got the backtrack option. Um, you can also [21:49] keybind [ __ ] too. I can't remember where that is. I just use my mouse. happen and you guys see me do this right here in stream, it's because I'm just I'm just literally clicking that button. Um, but yeah, you can save your [22:03] backtrack uh hotkey, your start backtrack hotkey and stop uh backtrack backtrack hotkey. Yeah. Yeah. Easy peasy. And that's it. Once you get that, [22:16] once this is once this is enabled, you do the settings, you do 90 seconds, you figure out where to go, you're using your recording for that for the backtrack. You're using this these settings that you did [22:32] earlier. And you and you're done. That's it. I I click something now. Backtrack it. I I click something now. Backtrack saved. I go to my videos. [22:46] clip ready to go. You don't edit it down. You don't move you you don't move it around. You take that. If you want to bring it into your editing software and cut it up, you do that. That's what I do. I add a little uh little title [23:00] something at the start. That's it. You're done. IT'S THAT IT'S LITERALLY THAT [ __ ] EASY. And any of you can do it at any PC sacrifice some things. You might have to do everything at 720p, but I can't [23:16] emphasize enough that as long as [ __ ] runs smoothly and you have good audio, runs smoothly and you have good audio, guys, 720p is still just fine. guys, 720p is still just fine. Just fine. [23:33] There's not there's not much to it, man. It there's there's not much thought process behind it. It's just that [ __ ] easy. [23:46] DOSS and MEL is Windows. Okay. Well, now you're getting way above my pay grade. Uh where the video using AI for thumbnails. It is uh it's the last YouTube workshop stream. So if you go to go to my YouTube channel. [24:07] Yeah. You Mel's UI is just so [ __ ] good, boys. So good. So if So if you go to my YouTube channel and you go to playlist where you're going to find the other the other stream. Yeah. Yeah. So playlist I [24:23] should what I should do is I should for a dollar that's on you. Shut the [ __ ] a dollar that's on you. Shut the [ __ ] up. [24:42] >> You blow up. >> Check in on your [ __ ] Um, but I definitely Let's knock this out. Let's knock this out. Let's knock this out. So, 211. I'll just [24:55] Let's knock this out. So, 211. I'll just say um I'll do this AI. Thumb nail oral at 211. [25:10] oral at 211. What was it? 211 What was it? 211 o. Oh 0 0. like so. Say you're watching this. [25:22] >> No edits, no fancy this out. So there you go. That way. Easy peasy. So, this probably just denied AI mode to get uh So, that's that's what we did in get uh So, that's that's what we did in the last one. We uh we did a video on um [25:37] like this this thumbnail right here is 100% AI look into it, it you can tell like there's certain things [music] that but [25:49] like when it's when it's a small version when it's on YouTube, you ain't going to be able to tell. You ain't gonna be able to [ __ ] tell. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, that video is in there. [26:07] appreciate you guys. One reason I'm still on Twitch at this point. Wait, still on Twitch at this point. Wait, why? What's up? [26:20] anything that you guys got? I I have to go do a a big gambler stream today over that? Make sure you guys head on over on over to kick here in a little bit. But any anything else while we're here? Anything that was confusing about this? [26:34] Anything? Any anything to to go over? Anything working for you guys? I didn't do that last time and I want to start doing that a little bit more. Any Have you guys found any like, "Oh, hey dude, I [ __ ] [26:48] did this on Facebook. I did this on TikTok and I'm like I got [ __ ] few if you use display capture or game capture?" So, I have a dual PC setup. So, I do a window capture. Uh, Miss Mother Lucker, [27:04] welcome to uh, welcome to kick. Appreciate you. Um, I use I use a thing called Moonlight, which I have tutorial on my channel, by the way, of how to set that up if you have dual PC. I don't There used to be a [27:19] time where like, yeah, you would want to use display capture over game capture with like, but guys, this was a long time ago. This was like my blackout days optimized. There was a time where you wanted to use display capture and not [27:32] the game capture because the game capture would would cause um stuttering or something, but I I I feel like we're out of that time time frame. Hey, I appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I I I want to say we've I [27:47] want to say we're in a different era. I really really do. I know how some people will read this. Uh, but hey, at least I can be honest. Uh, nowhere near fan funding on YouTube. Slowly getting there in my opinion. [28:00] Slowly getting there in my opinion. Wait, what? What do you mean? "Game capture [ __ ] up Riot Games so bad." So, again, guys, maybe it's like a a AI thing. Maybe it's an AI thing. Yeah. Yeah. Could be an AI thing. [28:18] By the way, guys, how's the cam looking today? notice anything a little different from usual. [28:30] Let me let me pull up a previous stream. Actually, notice anything a little different from here to here? It's a little wider of a shot, too. Huh? But it's a little sharper, a little [28:45] But it's a little sharper, a little cleaner. I'm not The stash is back, too. Yeah. I'm not saying I mean it would be it'd be unethical to say that I already have like a Sony A75 [29:02] right? That'd be un unethical. It would be possible because it doesn't come out to the 19th. But it would be pretty cool if like if I was testing an a Sony A75 on stream right now, wouldn't it? [29:16] All hypotheticals. All hypotheticals. Uh, with that being said, I will be getting the A75 and uh, I'm going to be doing some test stuff on it. Yeah. Yeah, I'm going to be doing some test [29:29] test stuff on it. Is YouTuber alert YouTuber alerts better now? I used to stream and alerts never came through like subs. It's a little delayed. Yeah, it's a little delayed. Um, Kyle, it's like one of those things where it's [29:43] like, man, so like when something happens, it's pretty fast. So, like if if you were to join the members club, if you guys were all to hit exclamation uh right now and you guys were to join the members club or if you guys were to [29:58] do a super chat, that's going to be almost just as fast as any anything almost just as fast as any anything else. The delay is is uh subs in the filters. Now, while we've been live, you guys might have seen multiple times a [30:12] sub animation came up. So, it's it's registering it on the alert, but like I don't see it like I just now on the list seen that Craig and Lupa subscribe to the YouTube channel. Um, but also too, [30:29] you get to a point follower alerts and sub alerts like YouTube sub, not like paying membership alerts, those they become less necessary to like acknowledge so [30:45] less necessary to like acknowledge so actively. connection to Tik Tok so you could stream without a stream key. So, let me of people [ __ ] on the platforms for this or uh the software. That's Tik Tok, [31:01] guys. Yep. So, let me explain this to you guys. That is because Tik Tok is a [ __ ] dog [ __ ] app. And what Tik Tok wants is they want to control everything. And this is why Gramps, even if [31:16] So, and by the way, maybe we should go over that one one time in one of these over that one one time in one of these videos. So Grant, you actually can stream directly to Tik Tok from OBS using ADOM. So what you would what you [31:31] multistream feature. You would create a vertical canvas. And then unfortunately have to use reream. But you don't actually have to use reream. What you do I don't know if I can do this without like having an account on here. Yeah, I [31:47] have to sign up and everything. So, when you sign up for reream, it it gives you have an overlay, yada yada yada. Well, hold on, Trey. Just let me explain this there's a long Okay. Well, this is just a fast process. So, what you do is you [32:01] go to Reream, you sign up an account, you go to the RTMP or RTMPS, whatever you go to the RTMP or RTMPS, whatever access, and you you click the Tik Tok option there, and you connect your reream account to Tik Tok. Now, [32:18] you're you're going to have to request access to do this. But once that access goes through, you can take the R that link and in the vertical, which uh why actually. There we go. So, I'm going to [32:32] download I got to close OBS again. Dude, OBS has been crashing like a [ __ ] [ __ ] lately. Uh download multi for free. Let's install this. Yeah, this is how a lot of us do it. But the thing is, Tik Tok is still dog [ __ ] [32:49] because running uh Why is this not downloading? [33:04] [ __ ] because Gramps, even if let's say Adam had a stream key access, Adam had a stream key access, okay? or if you use this. Tik Tok is so [ __ ] petty that because you don't use the Tik Tok live studio app, [33:26] actually restrict your reach. And I know I [ __ ] I hate that I have to say that because I I hate the cop out of like people saying like I'm shadowbanned and like you're you're essentially doing. But it is actually confirmed true. [33:42] But it is actually confirmed true. Yeah, Tik Tok Tik Tok actually restricts Yeah, Tik Tok Tik Tok actually restricts your reach by not using the studio app. your reach by not using the studio app. That is [ __ ] crazy. That's insane. [33:55] That is [ __ ] crazy. That's insane. Tik Tok wants to control the their [ __ ] and wants you downloading their app so they have their [ __ ] on your computer installed. Tik Tok is literally the only platform [34:09] that hasn't given Adam a stream key to use yet. Well, like you So OBS has a multiream output option, too, and you can't use it in that neither. [snorts] There used to be a time where you could just go to your live section on on [34:24] TikTok and you could just get a stream key made. And if you work with an agency, you can get one. I I got one. But again, it even if you just stream from OBS using that from ADOM using a stream key, it's it it does the same [34:37] stream key, it's it it does the same thing. So, but yeah, let's did I did I thing. So, but yeah, let's did I did I install that? Now, let's go to OBS. So, I'll just show you though like if you were if you were [34:51] to do that, like how that would how that would look look how that would work. Uh, would look look how that would work. Uh, why can I not click and drag this? why can I not click and drag this? Where's the uh [35:10] build this into let's just do this right here. Actually, let's put it right here you download the ADA multistream and once you go to Reream, sign up just just create a RTMS or guys, which one is it? RT [35:26] RT P RTMPS. What is that? Multiream. You guys know what I'm talking about? We create a a what I'm talking about? We create a a server. [35:42] do that and and Tik Tok says, "Yeah, here's a here's you're connected to Reream." And you'll have a link for that. You go to the the the multistream. You create a vertical canvas. You add an output and that's where you do another [35:57] service. And then on reream it will show you the server and the stream key. And you the server and the stream key. And then you just title that tick tick tock. And once once you create that like you literally go live from here. What up [36:11] peeps? Hello. Hello. I've been hitting leg day. Actually I do actually need to hit it more. I think the video bit rate right now if you switch between Rumble and YouTube. I [36:26] know nothing about Rumble. What up DJ? Hey, we got a Gambit stream coming today GJ. You're going to want to be around for that. We're going to do uh we're going to be doing 10v10 bonus uh bonus hunt battles uh uh big power hour [36:40] giveaways. Couple other things. So be ready to head over to kick here probably about I don't know like 20 minutes. So yeah, that's that's what you would do. You'd create that output right there. Yeah. Any any other things, guys? [36:59] think there are just so many funny [ __ ] creators, good creators out there that just think they don't have the time, they don't have the the uh software, hardware to do these things. They over complicate it. They're not [37:14] good editors, things like that. Guys, man. [music] Dude, you you you really Yeah, guys, you don't have to [ __ ] overthink [ __ ] You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Just look at some of the um [37:28] of the um like there's there's not >> Listen, I know a lot of people don't like this, but at some point you just got to understand people grow up. We age over time. Battlefield is made. [37:41] like how I showed you guys how to set all this up at the start. I put a a red because it's a controversial thing, but even still, you can use AI and say, I have this clip where I'm talking about Battlefield and and Call of Duty and how [37:56] Battlefield is and how Call of Duty is. Can you give me some title suggestions? And this is this is what they even did. They they gave me this Call of Duty verse Battlefield, the ultimate FPS, yada yada yada. And this is just a clip [38:08] from stream and on YouTube. It's like quarter million views on I think on Instagram it's like a million views on face like Facebook it's like I think this one got a million views and it's just it's literally I I I somebody said [38:21] just it's literally I I I somebody said something I said some [ __ ] and I hit the that [ __ ] clip button and at the end of the stream I took it into Premiere I cut it up like cut out the dead space and then boom I put it online. it like [38:35] guys, it doesn't have to be as difficult and overthought out as much as you make it seem. Once you set up that option, if a crazy moment happens on kick or or [38:47] like somebody brings up something and you maybe give them a little heat, if you know what, I I think that would make a good clip, you hit the [ __ ] button, you chop it up after the stream's over and you [ __ ] post it. It really like [39:01] and you [ __ ] post it. It really like you ju just do it. about this AI thumbnail situation though? Let me tell you guys this. There was a time on YouTube where people bitched that people put money into their [39:17] thumbnails. And what I mean by this is there was a time where like say you're an upand cominging creator, you would complain that thumbnails were even a thing because you would be like, "Well, it's not fair, Big E, because you either [39:32] afford to pay somebody to do a thumb." I'm not even I'm not even [ __ ] kidding, guys. I'm not even kidding. There was a time where people bitched about this. They were like, "Thumbnails aren't fair because I don't have the [39:45] time or I don't have the understanding to create a thumbnail." You, no matter what happens, you will always have a time. You will always have people that will just [ __ ] about [ __ ] So, there's no point of stressing about [39:58] it. At the end of the day, guys, I know this is very cynical, but this is the reality of the [ __ ] right? This is supposed to be fun. You're supposed to want to show you the tools to make you having a good time and turning it into [40:12] having a good time and turning it into content super easy. Uh in five years, redundant because the people that are aren't going to put any work into themselves over those five years. And it [40:24] time and being as active and learning and and improving and and utilizing the things that are there. So it you just let the people that [ __ ] about them worry about bitching and you guys take advantage of the [ __ ] [40:39] That's that's my take. Cuz at the end of the day, at some point in your life, everything that we're talking about isn't going to matter. These are going to be the littlest things that you're going to stress about in the end of your [40:51] days, in the end of your time. It's most likely just going to be looking back and reminiscing about memories of family and friends and [ __ ] and all this type of stuff won't even be in in the your thought process guys. Your thought [41:03] process. So when people [ __ ] about these things and what up them when people [ __ ] about these things because they don't want to utilize them, let them and just [ __ ] ignore them. Dude, can I guys mute [41:17] people on Twitter? Just just [ __ ] mute people on the internet. Block mute people on the internet. Block people on the internet. Just do it. Just [ __ ] do it. it it will help you exponentially. You don't have to address [41:29] everybody. You don't have to interact with everybody. Uh couple of my buddies, they're very big on what's up, John. They're very big like I listen, I'll just I'll just say I'll just say who they are. I love them to death. Like Rob [41:42] and Jay, they they're very active on interacting with their their comments and [ __ ] And I like they've they've always had these like talks like, "Man, E, you should you should get in your comments more." And I'm like, I love [41:55] that you guys do that. It's not me. I'm good, man. Posting ghost. Posting ghost. You ain't worth my [ __ ] time. And I know. I know. In stream, I give people a little too much attention than what they deserve. I know. And I need to do a [42:11] better job at that myself. I I really should. I I I hear you guys sometimes. I and then it drags it out because it it it invites the conversation. But it it [42:24] somebody dislikes you or somebody dislikes what you do or somebody dislikes a feature, if somebody dislikes a platform and that's what they have it to be that way. If somebody's a Twitch dick writer and they hate YouTube and [42:37] and kick and all these other platforms, you know, like no, you're never going to sell it to them. It it doesn't [ __ ] matter because it doesn't affect you. So energy built into that. Same thing with using the AI [ __ ] While all these [42:51] [ __ ] are yapping about about AI and and using AI for thumbnails and it's shouldn't be doing this [ __ ] yada yada yada. [43:07] day to create bomb ass [ __ ] thumbnails and get better at the thumbnails and learn what what gets clicks, what doesn't get clicks clicks. So that way my streams keep doing well and my community keeps [ __ ] growing. [43:22] don't want to use it. I'm not going to try to [ __ ] kick and drag drag you to use it. I'm not going to try to um I'm not going to try to justify why I use it. If I even have to explain it, I think it's the dumbest thing ever. Like [43:37] think it's the dumbest thing ever. Like using AI gives you the ability to when you're a upandcomer to have your own personal graphic design assistance. Those are mostly people intimidated by AI AI. Bingo. [43:57] new feature? Good question. You don't. The only way with the dual output The only way with the dual output feature to see your vertical version of your stream is you got to get on your phone from another account and scroll [44:11] the shorts feed and maybe you'll find it. And that's what people like miss on the point of that. It is it's not supposed to be a vertical version of your stream. It is supposed to take your [44:25] stream and advertise it in the vertical format. So like so people are looking for their page to have like you know a variation. I because I did uh yeah I I mean and guys don't get me wrong like look at [44:39] guys don't get me wrong like look at this 47,000 views but like nobody watches this [ __ ] Nobody goes back and watches this in the VOD you I tested the short [ __ ] too. I tested it. I know it it [ __ ] juices. [44:55] I get it. I'm telling you right now this 47,000 viewed stream. It doesn't even 47,000 viewed stream. It doesn't even compare to this 2.6,000 viewed stream. Wonder if we get any to look at analytics. [45:16] >> See, >> good morning YouTube >> good morning YouTube or something. Shut the [ __ ] or something. Shut the [ __ ] No, it doesn't work like that. Yeah. [45:28] No, it doesn't work like that. Yeah. Guys, guys. Guys, what are we [ __ ] talking about? What? What? What? What? What are we vertical stream. But Biggy, you don't understand. Like, I got I get 47,000 [45:42] views when I stream vertical. Average view duration 24 [ __ ] seconds. New subscribers. Sure, that's a lot of new subscribers. Okay, I get that. I get that. Horizontal stream, average view [45:58] Horizontal stream, average view duration, a minute or an hour and 13 minutes. an hour and 13 [ __ ] minutes. You guys realize how valuable that is? Th This doesn't even come remotely close [46:11] to how valuable that is. Even subs, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. I'll take no subs and that watch time. You guys have no idea. You have no [ __ ] guys have no idea. You have no [ __ ] idea. Let's see. [46:31] Can I do this analytics? Sure can. Guys, guys, guys. Guys, guys, guys. What are we [ __ ] talking about? [46:48] rev. That horizontal stream That horizontal stream only only like $15 of that is members. That's it. Now, imagine doing that day in day out. [47:03] You're just hanging out. That's all you're doing. You're just going live, hours. [snorts] I I get it, guys. I know that you get accustomed to like you do a short stream. It's like, okay, I can see it. [47:18] It's like, yes, you can see it because you've you're you're making a live stream. You're going live on your channel in a shorts format. The point of the new feature is you're not doing that. You're going live in a horizontal [47:32] that. You're going live in a horizontal format, a a standard format, and they're taking your horizontal stream and advertising it to the shorts feed. advertising it to the shorts feed. That's what you're doing with that. [47:47] Even after this weekend, Trey, they don't have the vertical option. they're doing is they're creating two streams. [48:02] Yeah. And the VODs live there. People wa people actually watch the VODs. Now, on my channel, it's I don't have that big of a gaming community yet on this on my main channel, so not a lot of people watch the uh watch the [48:14] >> the gaming streams. However, you know, I did the the last week I did um I did uh [48:27] stream. So, this is 738 views after published after published after the stream was done. So, like lifetime now it's at 1.5K [48:41] was at like 700 views, and since then, it's got another 700 views. [48:54] streaming just to get the new subs? Here's a caveat to that. A lot of people get like I showed you guys that that one stream got me 900 subs. You guys have to understand why subs [49:07] are just subs and followers are just such a [ __ ] annoying metric. You have to understand that those 900 people that subscribed in the shorts, people that subscribed in the shorts, most likely they consume shorts daily. [49:20] They're shorts viewers. So, wouldn't it be good to get more subs in a shorts feed? Not necessarily. You're just getting Shorts subscribers [49:34] stats were, but I think it was like there is like one to two billion monthly users who only watch shorts on YouTube. Now, YouTube. Now, I wonder if I can find that. [50:21] I'm I'm trying to ask chat GBT. Dude, you got My My wife hates how involved in in [ __ ] AI I am. [laughter] [gasps] doesn't either. Who cares? It's still [50:34] stream into the feed. You guys should be taking advantage of it now while it's here. Whatever. Your cam doesn't go into it. That's fine. That comp that's fine. it. That's fine. That comp that's fine. It's still going to get pushed. [50:49] shorts uh won't won't do anything if your focus is not vertical shorts. Right. Okay. That's the great point. That's very good point Echo just pointed out. If your whole entire thing and and channel is vertical content only then [51:03] sure getting vertical getting subs from the shorts feed is is pretty important because that's all you focus on. I have I have cryptic cryptic I that's what I used to so like for example I used the YouTube AI dashboard feature [51:19] when I first started streaming Battlefield here. I said, "Based on my "Based on my channel's history, what should I do right now to start streaming Battlefield to this channel?" And that's when it gave me a a rundown of any video [51:35] that isn't some way related to gaming and streaming, private, yeah, like anything bit like you want to have as much data. It it gave me a whole breakdown. I actually just checked into it last night and I said based off of [51:49] the performance on my channel, is me including the game gaming streams bad here? Should I should I keep the gaming streams public now? yada yada yada. And it broke down. It said, "Okay, based off the history of your channel, uh, a lot [52:03] of what your your content is focused on is more of your personality. Um, so no, you shouldn't do this. You should keep these up. And here's what you can, and it even gave me a breakdown of based off of some of your trends the last x amount [52:16] of days and the growth of your channel overall. What you could do to incorporate this new audience of battlefield streaming into what you've already grown your audience is you could start doing X, Y, and Z, which it gave [52:30] me like a list of good video ideas, which here over the next couple weeks which here over the next couple weeks I'll be doing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know why I said how many monthly users does YouTube shorts feed see alone [52:43] users does YouTube shorts feed see alone not including long form and not including long form and one's got chat GBT for a hizzy. [53:00] Yeah, the YouTube AI is awesome, man. Hell yeah, brother. Hell yeah. Hell yeah, brother. Hell yeah. I love that, man. Okay, maybe I should ask it something else. [53:45] in YouTube shorts now two billion monthly active users just just in shorts [53:57] with shorts. What's up Raph? So you you gota you got to think like statistically speaking how many of those two billion people don't watch long form content. As much as I hate the vertical content [54:12] your brain. You just keep scrolling for the next thing to give you that dopamine hit. As much as much as I dislike it, you also have to understand how it you also have to understand how it works. [54:30] wouldn't you want to use shorts to get more subs first?" Yes and no. Like, yeah, you can get more sh like where I would understand it is if you're trying to reach YouTube partner, it's a little bit of a hack to do that for sure. you [54:46] like you can if you're a new channel, you can leverage shorts only streams to get the subscriber version of that, but then as soon as you get your subscribers up, I would immediately switch to long form streams, like regular streams, [55:00] the watch time. Um, let's check like one of my recent streams, for example. didn't really like it didn't do the best. [55:20] make sure I do one that didn't uh Oh, hello boy. Make sure I do one that didn't like hit the algo. Okay, so like Okay. Um, [55:35] and this one was like a peak of 78 viewers do you have to do to hit uh to hit partner on YouTube? Two 250 hours watch [55:48] time on a 4 hour stream. Peak 78 viewers. 250 hours of watch time. What do you What do you have to do to get uh YouTube partner? Is it 4,000 hours of watch time? So, one stream alone eliminated 250 [56:04] hours of watch time that didn't really do the best. And then I I had like one of the recent streams that like So, let's say let's just say hypothetically you get a little bit of a push like you do your tag [56:17] titles correctly. You get a you get a little little emphasis. Uh thousand subs, three videos per year, 4,000 hours. That's how you get into the Cool. So, let's say you're you're streaming uh horizontals. You're long [56:30] streaming uh horizontals. You're long form and uh you get one stream push. Oh my [ __ ] god. This is one stream, boys. This is one This is one stream, boys. This is one stream. That's one stream. One 3,000 [56:45] stream. That's one stream. One 3,000 hours watch time from one stream. So, like, yeah, sure. You could probably Yeah, if you if you want to spoof getting into the partner program, maybe use shorts to do that. But please [57:00] understand the odd if you if you gain a thousand subs doing the short streams, like you start a channel, you get 1,000 subs, the odds of 80 to 90% of those [57:12] subs not being interested in your long form stuff is pretty high. But again, we're just talking this from the idea that you need to get 1,000 subs, three videos, and 4,000 hours to get into the partner program. So, you could spoof a [57:27] out when using live stream metrics to get into the partner program, you need to keep your streams public. So, if you're doing long form streams and if you're doing long form streams to YouTube and [57:44] the watch time, you have to keep them public, boys. Yeah, you have to keep public. Uh, all right, guys. I'm going to keep this one short and sweet today so that way it's uh it's consumable for people. Um, [57:58] again, guys, if you want to see how we did the AI thumbnail in the first YouTube workshop, make sure you stop by there. Um, uh, I'll probably try to sneak in another one of these, uh, midweek and we'll catch up to date on [58:12] some of the YouTube Premium members who, um, you know, we we we check in and we see like what you guys are doing, what what you're doing with your content, any any advice that you need on your [ __ ] Um, [58:25] Um, yeah. And, uh, use some of this [ __ ] episode. I love you, John. I miss you, Poppy. We have to uh John, we got to figure out a game that we'll both play. I don't care if it's for funsies. I I [58:39] won't probably play Battlefield because it actually takes skill. Um so, you know, I know I know how you are. Maybe we can find one of those wacky games to play with like the group of boys. Maybe we can find one of those wacky games. [58:52] But yeah, yeah. Yeah. I love you, Poppy. I I hope you and the doing well. Hope everybody's having a good uh little holiday season. Um, I been really, really fun. I know everything's been like a change of pace [59:07] lately. Um, there's just some things I want to to do in 2026 and moving landscape. Uh, to be able to do that, um, it's it's just it's been very nice lately. It's been very very very very nice. Um, yeah, I think it's going to be [59:23] a big year, not only for myself, but for for a lot of you guys, man. Let's uh keep [ __ ] giving as much information as back as possible. Keep learning with each other. Keep uh getting those schmey up, boys. [59:38] Appreciate y'all. I will see you guys in the next one. the kick side if you guys want to come hang out. Love y'all. Taste.
