about where we where we are right now uh with with the companies and and what we're doing uh right now to grow yeah well um xy7 has you know been a an amazing journey for us you know ever since uh i think 2015's has been seven years now running uh it's literally been such a such an amazing ride because as you know alex for us it was literally a lifestyle business i mean like we're just nomading you know uh going here here and there we just had our laptops you know and some internet sometimes without internet we had to make do um but we definitely had the um a ton of changes in you know how we do business and how we operate as a team and you know the exact way in which we we do stuff so in the past year um we've shifted a lot into perfecting the way we deliver and perfecting our our products in a way that allows us to scale much much more we've had amazing success with that thus far we've had some issues with some employees or things of that nature but that's business you know so uh that never goes away anyone that believes that that goes away at one point has not been in business long enough no in fact it seems like it's just more and more of uh yeah it just gets worse i guess internal politics hiring firing um i'm talking to patrol today the first time he had to make a fire was three months ago and he was so sad for the person that we had to fire and he actually put it off we paid probably an extra month of salary but this time he had somebody to make a fire he's like i'm just gonna do it today yeah it's uh it's like the first time you know you don't know what to do like you you're you're confused you're torn you know you really like the people because that's that's the truth you don't hire people you don't want to work with right you hire them because you like them and then they end up not being competent or you know not having a good dynamic and you just literally need to you know go your separate ways and uh we had to do a bunch of that stuff at the latter half of last year you know but um we're we're back in good positions now we're delivering for clients we're literally caught up on all of our accounts which is super cool because it's not easy you know marketing isn't easy and we've been told so many times by you know our audience that we make it look easy and we're happy about that you know like we're very happy to that that's that's the vibe that we're giving but um you we're literally on every account every single week you know our team is looking at okay how do we generate more leads how do we generate more leads how do we generate more leads right we do that every single week for each one of our clients and when you have dozens of clients at the same time in parallel different industries different targets different messaging different case studies you know everything everything changes it's not like doing it for yourself it's definitely some totally different game but we're succeeding so um we've been growing steadily and we're investing in software a lot so that we do what we do even better and the software looks amazing so i i think we're going to talk about it maybe later so yeah when we um when we have our ops guy when we hug open here i want to talk about specific niches things that are working now for agencies all those different things i would love to talk about the ecosystem we've built because a lot of people watching this stream a lot of a lot of you out there don't understand what we've been building in the last 12 months because it's not just x27 that we have uh so robert if you want to kind of talk about what is a r ventures what are we building like what yeah what business is what do we even do if someone's like what business how would you describe it so i think um the easiest way to describe it is anr ventures as we built it is a company focused on building companies that help businesses thrive right so that's what we do from a revenue standpoint right we're not we're not talking about anything other than growing your business if you're at half a million how do we get that to 2 million if you're at 5 million how do we get you to 20 million and so on and so forth so that is the main um let's say deciding criteria whenever we invest in a company or you know we build one from scratch or we start new courses or stuff like that so right now what's an ar venture so we obviously have x27 which is our lead gen firm we've been very very successful at that for over seven years now um all in all across all of the businesses uh we're going to talk about today we've generated over 200 million in revenue closed business for our clients in the last seven seven to eight years um which is fantastic right and you can see it just now one of our clients that signed up i think two months ago hagop can tell us exactly but i'll just say this one example and i'll let him speak about other things if not but they're very niche very very very niche they're like we only work with this type of client they say okay well let's try guess what first month they closed a huge partnership deal right that might make them millions right so immediately they got you know like a 100x return on good you know like clients used to tell us oh once we get on the call 50 close rate no problem bs that's not true that's true if they were introduced if they get the warm intro if like there's some trust built already there or things of that nature but when it's 100 cold right i don't know you exist i don't know what you do i don't know if i need your services and so on and so forth like if that's the context that you're going into you need to be really good at sales and only then can you win so that's why we created the institute of sales to literally level up all of the companies that me first start by i heard you you are telling the audience here that the hagop will talk about the niches that are working right well i was thinking to share another part of it which is like imagine last month we had an industry that we had a client that works in the transportation and relocation industry right which if you think about it like outreach is not an amazing fit for it guess what after just after 20 days of running campaigns they already closed their first deal and that deal was enough to cover the entire investment imagine and guess what they do transportation relocation in the u.s so like crazy you know when when the sales team brought this client i was you know a little bit nervous i was talking with robert like what are we going to do it's a new industry guess what our secret sauce worked on this industry too so then when we're having our weekly calls we analyze that what we actually have right now is the experience enough experience and tools to kind of work in all industries right we also have another client who's working in the medical industry which is super tough again in the cold calling and the cold emailing and all that stuff guess what he's been working with us for almost a year now and definitely successful campaigns so i already gave you a couple of examples that usually are super hard industries to target and imagine about the rest like imagine if we have a client that he has in he's in the web design industry development says imagine the success that we're doing there right having like weekly meetings monthly sales like crazy crazy stuff honestly let's talk in detail so there's a video editing client that i think robert knows a lot about that i want to talk about in a second but first let's talk about the the transportation client so you said they signed and then they closed a deal first let's start with what was the offer and what's the deal size and then i would love to transition that into what did x27 do how did that campaigns and we also promised them nurturing now people out there that wonder like what does it mean in the nurturing nurturing means that we go one step further and we respond to the campaigns we take it personally and we try to book meetings for the client right so he had that offer with us uh we started the campaigns definitely at the beginning we go slow right there's a warm-up period and we're always honest with the clients as you said transparency so it starts slow and it ramps up so only after two i'm not sure if it was two or three weeks but let's say three weeks we were able to book a meeting with a huge company in the us right they jumped on the first call it was amazing they shared that news with us after a week they jumped on the second call which was a proposal call and they had such an amazing proposal for them that the client signed the contract there it was an 80k deal so imagine their investment with us is for 72k their yearly investment they covered their entire investment only with one deal and they made also 8k plus you know because like crazy by the time we need the 80k how much have they paid us six just for 6k okay so when you guys are talking about the doesn't happen but we're also open to that right so after that closer they automatically sign the yearly contract with us so yeah that's the way it is and it works a lot of pipes okay sizzle you're right that's the point let's sizzle it let's get you guys excited because i am really excited about x27 um what other company can you just come in and we just do they just do everything for you when it comes to sourcing the deal teaching you how to close the deal making sure that your case studies are aligned so that you can book cold emails and then at the end of the process handing everything but we're also doing um sales enablement so we were helping them it was part of institute of sales so we were helping them close their deals nurture their leads you know and so on and so forth after i think the first month they closed around 60k or something like that like they closed tens of thousands of dollars and then in month two or something like that they closed like 200 something thousand dollars right so they literally made like a quarter million dollars in deals in closed deals right more or less i can't remember the exact numbers but that's where it was in um three months quarter million like hundreds of thousands of dollars in three months and they paid us in that three months i think it was 8k a month um for the year because they were doing like 96k for 96 for the for the year and so for three months it was um 24 000. so they paid 24 000 and they made like 200 grand right and these are the kind of our life we're seeing across our our clients when when the offer works like we're saying when the offer works when it all aligns perfectly this is something that can happen over and over and over and over again yeah yeah and it does happen it's not it can happen like we've been doing this since 2015. every single year we're generating results for our clients right and this is without exception every year we've been generating much more than we were being paid right so it's just uh at the end of the day it's a return on investment but you need to make the investment if you're not going to make an investment you can't expect a return right um we've had people in the past coming to us hagope and i laugh our bots off at this like do you do commission contracts like i don't need to do commission contracts i've proven myself in this industry time and time and time again hundreds of times across years and years if you want commission only go get the student right like go work with someone you know that has something to prove we have nothing to prove we've already proven everything so if someone wants to work with us the only thing they need to do is say okay here's my money let's make this work and by the way you're going to spend the money or the time regardless right and we tell people this all the time and this has happened so many times people come to us and say oh you know what i can't afford 8 000 a month you know i need to do something else like okay fine guess what six months later they come back and like hey guys i want to work with you like okay you just wait wasted six months bravo right so that doesn't need to happen um we always do the best we can with the budgets we have and we're always super fair it has happened on occasion where let's say we said in three months we're going to do this and then what happens is that if we don't reach that for whatever reason it might be the client was delayed or on some stuff it might be you know it's christmas or it's like people are off for august i don't know like various things like that no worries we'll catch back up and guess what we catch up at no extra cost someone was asking about guarantees earlier in the um in the offer we guarantee 15 qualified meetings right it's that constantly how long does it take you to make a million dollars it was i took uh that was my first business the first million took i think uh four years or something for five years um well it wasn't easy then but this was started i think in 2012 right so this was a while ago and i was also much younger um however um since then we've been you know multi-million dollar company you know in ever since so it's it's something you don't really go back on you know like once you hit it once you know after that you just keep going and going and going and you know you you might stay at the million if again you have you know some mental blockages but you might also you know evolve and keep growing and then keep growing your agency um so x-27 got there in a little over a year um western uh has come down to trading up case studies so i got the job at the new york city agency that i became director of marketing at because i had worked and done cold calls for a funded startup right and then i got the junior sales guy job and then i got the director of marketing job because of the success in the junior sales guy job and then we started x27 because of the success in the director of marketing job and then we started growing the youtube channel because of the success with x27 so it all feeds together every every success you have or failure but every success you've had compounds and you get more and more successful the more successful you are yeah so it's uh it's very interesting that uh that you're mentioning that because when when you look at you know how things compound
