# How I Filter Meme Coins to Make $41K in 30 Days

> Source: [How I Filter Meme Coins to Make $41K in 30 Days](https://youtube.com/watch?v=dGSEADX2Gxc)

## Summary

The video presents a systematic filtering process for trading meme coins, emphasizing the importance of following influential traders for learning rather than copy trading, using the trending tab to find high-liquidity tokens, and applying technical analysis strategies like Fibonacci pullbacks. The creator claims to have made over $41,000 in the past 30 days by consistently executing these methods.

### Key Points

- **Filtering Process Overview** [00:00] — The creator ignores 99% of new meme coins and uses a filtering process to select trades, having earned over $41,000 in the past 30 days.
- **Platform Promotion and Credibility** [00:12] — Promotes FOMO platform, claims to be in top 800 all-time traders with $46,000 P&L, and up $38K in 38 days.
- **Avoid Copy Trading** [00:51] — Copy trading is a red flag; instead, follow traders to learn techniques. Example: Incentos, a famous meme coin trader, is followed to observe his sizing into volume plays.
- **Using Influencers as Filters** [02:15] — Follows traders like Solstice to see what they discuss or hold, using their influence as a signal for potential bag work on positions.
- **Avoiding Certain Influencers** [03:01] — Uses Frank as a filter to avoid tokens because his copy traders cause immediate pumps, which is a red flag; waits for the hype to settle before re-entering.
- **Trading Strategies and Trending Tab** [04:09] — Uses the trending tab to find tokens with strong liquidity and volume, essential for trading with size, avoiding low-cap 'shitters'.
- **Example Trade: Delta** [05:06] — Entered Delta early around $1M market cap, analyzed sideways price action and fundamentals (revenue growth), and sized in more when it held support.
- **Fibonacci Pullback Strategy** [07:05] — Uses Fibonacci retracements to enter on pullbacks, as seen with OTC, a Solana RWA token, waiting for the 786 level to trade breakouts.
- **Managing Losses** [09:19] — Emphasizes knowing when to invalidate a trade; example of taking a managed loss to avoid a further 20% drop.
- **Building a Framework** [10:09] — Combines consistent strategies like wallet tracking, volume analysis, and technical analysis to build a framework for consistent execution.

## Transcript

There are thousands of new meme coins every single day, but I ignore about 99% of them. I'm up over $41,000 in just the past 30 days, and I use this same filtering process for basically all the trades that I take.
So I'm going to show you exactly what stops me scrolling, some of the filtering processes I use to make sure I'm executing consistently when trading in the meme coin trenches. So I've got fun all up. If you're looking to follow me and trade on this platform, then the link is down below.
I highly recommend it because there's a lot of great traders on this platform that are up millions and millions of dollars. Me, myself, I've dropped into the top 800 all-time traders with 46,000 P&L. I'm up around 38K in just the past 38 days.
Now, if you do come have a look here, I'm currently in a range of different trades. So what I said before is the filtering process I like to use. So I'm going to start at the top in the left-hand corner. Basically, what I like to do is follow a range of different people.
Now, a lot of people like to copy trade. For me, that's a massive red flag. I've seen, and I've done it myself, multiple people lose thousands of dollars trying to copy trade some of your favorite influencers, some of your favorite streamers, and the best recommendation that I actually use is to follow what these traders are doing to learn
from their techniques. Now, you can obviously come and click follow on my profile here on FOMO, and again, I would never suggest you should copy trade me or anybody else there, and particularly, this is not financial advice, but you can learn from the strategies that different traders like
to have. Now, for example, if I just scroll on some of the top people right now, Incentos is one of the most famous people in the meme coin world across TikTok and Instagram. I do follow him just to see if he ever sizes into a volume play. A really good example of a recent trade that he
has executed on is actually Cash Cat. He's up about six, seven figs. He's up seven figs now on this trade. And it's a good indication of when someone with size or someone with momentum or someone with influence is looking to size into a trade. That's something I like to consider.
Now, if I come and have a look, would I blindly trade this guy? Absolutely not. Because if I go and have a look at his closed P&Ls, a lot of his recent trades will actually be not any significant. And again, you've got to remember, this guy has nearly 100k on the
platform. So, if I go and have a look at the next person, I'm not going to tell you that person is off the radar, but Solstice is another good example of someone who's extremely early to mean coins, but has a significant follow. Now, for someone like this, using my filtering
process, again, I'm just seeing what they're talking about, or if they're in position. For example, a Stonk trade. Now, I was actually looking at Stonk around this similar pullback as well, and I got in around the 4-5 million range. When you start to see an influencer
of someone this size with around 200,000 followers on Twitter, with 100,000 followers on FOMO, essentially what they going to do is bag work your positions if you like the coin Now obviously Falsys loves to trade a range of tokens some of the memetic tokens some of the RWA tokens like we seeing here with Stonk But ultimately again I using this as a filter
I'm using this as an indication that if I have confidence with someone like this, well, then they're going to bad work for me anyway. And that sometimes is the best thing that I like to do as a trader. Now, as you can see, I follow arrangers out of people. Frankly, God, arguably, I don't really follow him.
I actually use him as a filter to avoid tokens, okay? because the amount of times he buys a token and it immediately pumps because he has that many copy traders is a big red flag. So I actually use him as a joint trade that token for the time being.
Let that settle down and then look to get back into some of those tokens. So again, I scroll through here and I don't follow many people on the platform. We do come to my page. I only follow about 34 people. So you can come and have a look at some of the people that I follow.
Some are friends, some are other influences in the space, some are really good traders that I've just discovered on the FOMO app or across Twitter. but ultimately it's a range of friends, okay, such as Craig, such as Easy, Market Watcher, a friend from Twitter as well, but a range of these sort of people trade in different ways,
okay, mine for example is up nearly six figures this month as well, if you have a look here, $80,000, okay, another trader that I've just connected with on Twitter, so again, I like to follow a range of traders to learn how they like to trade or to see what they're trading, because
as always, you can't filter everything, you can't be on top of every single narrative or every single meta. So why not use other people to your advantage? So that was filter number one. The
second filter I like to use is just trading strategies. Okay, so if I come and have a look down here, I've always got the trending tab up. Now, a lot of people in the comment section agree, why are you chasing million dollar tokens when you can go to the graduated tab here and chase
tokens that are 10k, 50k or 100k. I will say it's about building a consistent process. And my consistent process is locked in 16 grand today, has locked in 25 grand this week, and locked in $41,000 in the past month. So yeah, I definitely have an edge. So why I use the trending tab is
because when you are trading with more size, okay, so hundreds of dollars, thousands of dollars, potentially tens of thousands of dollars, what you actually need is stronger liquidity and stronger volume, okay? Therefore, you can't be trading some of these low-cap shitters. And anybody that is
actually doing that and potentially using you or random retail participants out there has exit liquidity isn't someone that has a consistent trading approach. They're essentially using their influence to dump on other people. You know me, I'm an educator, I'm a trader, and I'm proving that
right now in this video. So what I like to do is to use this to find some of the best trending players when they're vibing. So sometimes, for example, like let's just talk about my biggest trade right now and that Delta Now I dived into this quite early I got in around the million dollar range Now would I ever go and buy a chart like this Absolutely not okay It is very rare for me to top blast a token although I have
top blasted one token in the past week, and I am up 2x, and I'll talk about that towards the end of the video. But if I take a look at this chart right here, I'm not really interested in a play like this. I would much rather accumulate either when price is going sideways, okay, towards a
little bit of a correction move, and this did, okay? It didn't pull back as that deep, but it did pull back to some of your early fids. And if you have a look here, okay, it came back just before the golden pocket. So that shows me that the water strength here is going sideways. I also looked into the fundamentals of this program.
It's building a whole liquidity infrastructure on the Robinhood chain, and they've just locked in 100K of revenue in the past 24 hours after only having 200K of revenue yesterday. So that's an insane start. And I started to establish that around these $4 million ranges.
And what you'll actually know is sometimes a lot of people think that they've missed a train. I disagree with that. And the big strategy I've actually been learning more recently is sizing into a trade once you're already in profit. So if I turn on my swaps today, for example, I was trading into this consistent range here that I saw it happen.
Now, I did de-risk the other day because I was like, it looks like we're falling off here. I'm not sure Bitcoin could do back to 70K, but we didn't get that scenario. So what I did instead was actually wait to see what the chart did. And again, it was always trending in volume.
And what I started to note is that, okay, this is holding up quite strong here. We've got higher lows. It's ranging here. it probably looks like it's going to continue high, particularly on the back of that fundamental news where they made more revenue. And sure enough, I sized in quite a lot today.
I'm not exactly sure, a couple thousand dollars in today. And sure enough, I'm already up nearly 2x on those positions in just the past few hours. So again, a different strategy is using the trending tab to find some of the best plays.
Now, for example, if I have a look at a recent play, and let's go to my profile again, this is another way that I found some of these tokens. So OTC is currently a sort of beta to Stockbroker, but on Solana.
So it's not on Robinhood, it's actually on Solana. So it's an RWA play over on the Solana tap. Now, I found this initially on the trending tap, but what I decided to do was to use my Fibonacci experience, which I'll release in other videos very, very soon, or it might be already released, so go watch that video.
But what I like to do is to wait until I get that pullback, because a lot of people think you get the one pump and it's done. I love to enter with size around this vicinity. It has been a consistent strategy, as I said at the start of the video,
that has made me so much money, okay? Tens of thousands of dollars, turning my portfolio from four feet to seven feet in the past three years. A simple strategy where you wait, okay? You accumulate in this phase here
and then you get that breakout. Now, should I have taken profits up here? Perhaps okay But right now I sitting in this position up around which is around a 2X on this position again I want to see more holders coming in I want to see liquidity improve I want to see the dev continue to share but the token in the chart looks pretty good
Similarly, you actually had another similar breakout just before and came all the way back again and presented yet another opportunity Down at the lower fifth and why do you bid the lower fifth screening? Well, ultimately it's a trading strategy
It's a filtering process to find well if this is a macro higher low from here and it comes back to 786 from the swing fib, then ultimately I'm going to try and trade that breakout yet again. But again, this all comes from me scanning the filtering process over here at the moment.
Like, let's do it right now. Would I buy this token? Absolutely not. It's up, who even knows? 10, 100x in the past hour. Not interested. Delta, we've already looked at. Analyst, I know Frank already bought this by scanning up the top with my filtering process. I'm not really interested
unless this does something like this, okay? What about this one? I would go have a look at it, okay? This is trending sideways. I probably missed the dip. the dip would have been this opportunity, okay? Take your feet from the low to the current high, and that would have been the process. But why I'm using the trending tab is because volume is so important
when you're looking to trade with more size. The more volume something has, the more eyes are going to be on it. The more people are probably going to get into that token, the more profitability you start to have. Now, obviously, the last one is just using trading strategies,
as I've kind of alluded to in the past five minutes. This strategy alone is what really took my execution from trading consistently and knowing when to sell but also knowing when to invalidate the trade. There's been plenty of trades where I've taken a loss.
If I scroll just through here, I mean, I took a win on that trade. I think I took a loss on this trade. Yeah, here's a good example, okay? I decided to de-risk this play because it looked like it was breaking structure. So if I come and have a look, okay? I bought in this vicinity, okay? And I decided to sell here
because it was moving into slower hours of volume and the structure of price started to slow down. This is a great example where I took a loss on a trade but it was a managed loss because if I had still held my token, I would essentially be down another 20%
from when I actually sold the position. But for me, it's about using consistent strategies, consistent filtering processes like wallet tracking, like volume, like charting, like TA, to build a repertoire, to build a framework
that you can execute consistently and lock in tens of thousands of dollars of profit in the mean coins. But if you want more videos like this, like and subscribe down below. Comment some feedback. What are some of the skills that you like to use?
What filtering processes do you use in the mean coin trenches? As I said earlier, if you're looking to sign up to FOMO, The link is in the description down below. As always, thanks for tuning in, guys, and I'll see you in the next video.
