## Transcript

tell you about my experience. Hotmart is a platform that allows you to buy or sell information products. These can be guides, information products. These can be guides, manuals, workshops, masterclasses or
most famous, pre-recorded courses, that is, courses that you can courses that you can buy, access and consult as many times as you want. A great advantage of this platform is that it greatly simplifies things
for both users who purchase these information products and for those of us who purchase information products here. As with everything, there are very good courses, mediocre courses, and others that are really not worth it. But the
point is precisely how to generate profits from Hotmart. And yes, I can tell you that it does work. First, I want to tell you a little bit about why I started with Hotmart. First, I have already established, structured for more
than 2 years the flagship course of the channel and I call it flagship because it is the one that started this whole phenomenon of training, the course from zero to Platinum, a course intended, of course, so that we can all have
access to the knowledge of how to use credit cards as a credit cards as a financial tool. I gave several live sessions financial tool. I gave several live sessions during 2023 and 2024. However, the vast
majority of my students preferred to review the topics after the workshop during periods of time they had available. A large proportion of my students preferred to ask me questions later via WhatsApp and review the topics covered in the
video as structured in the recording. So I said, "Okay, I have to find a way that at this moment allows me to distribute this and that is a minimum viable product." In other words, something quite simple, structured, easy for
people to consult, and above all, accessible, since the costs of giving a live class, both for the presence, the dialogue, the extended time available, are much higher than those of a pre-recorded course that
is already structured, but I already had the community created here on YouTube and I put the first links on YouTube. The conversion rate was very good, but where I really managed to sell the most, and I have to be honest with you, was on TikTok. On
TikTok I usually do live streams on Mondays of each week when I have some TikTok if you want to see me live, and there I always answer questions, we have a dialogue with the community, and on many occasions they
the cards? How can I find out more about the cards?" And that's where I offer them the course at that moment, and it has a discount. Whenever you see me on TikTok, it might be a 20% discount, or even a 25% discount, that I've given
to some beneficiaries of this. So I was able to generate an income through Hotmart. I've also given my students from mentoring and masterclasses, as well as from other courses I've taught,
courses I've taught, a 90% discount on the course because they initially trusted us with another of our courses, so I was able to distribute it. But as I said, I had the advantage of already having the
community built, but it's not free. Hotmart is not free. How much does it cost to have a course on this platform? Look, Hotmart doesn't charge you to upload your course, and that's excellent because there are many platforms that, whether for the payment system or
also for course hosting, charge annual fees, and they are considerable amounts of $300 or $500 approximately, which you have to pay, but in less than 2 weeks in some cases. So, it's not usually a viable option to start with
. Hotmart offers you enormous benefits. Hotmart allows you to upload everything for free and will charge you for each course you sell. For example, from a sale of $27 for the course, I don't receive $27 in my Hotmart account. I receive a
$27 in my Hotmart account. I receive a little over 22 approximately. And when I offer discounts, it's not that Hotmart lowers the price for me, the price is the same. I receive less money. For example, for people who have a 26%
discount, I don't receive $22, I receive $15 or $16 at best. But I think it's excellent because Hotmart is charging you a transaction fee for using the payment platform
and also for hosting the video, for the right of the person to for the right of the person to constantly consult all that content. And come on, for a $27 course, charging you approximately $5,
including all those values, is manageable. Yes, proportionally they are high values because it is a high-cost service, but they are manageable because they allow you to charge according to your sales and that encourages you to
increase those sales even more. So that model where I only charge you for what you sell seems excellent to me. Instead of a monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription, which you may or may not use. It's excellent if you want to test whether
the platform works or not. Important point: I haven't tried this as an affiliate myself, the distribution and everything, because it seems to me that it would be a much more complex structure, and with the audience I've built, I think that
the option of directly offering a course created by me is more beneficial. But I have enabled it in this case for from zero to platinum in case someone wants to distribute it for me. But there is a situation, in this case
Hotmart requires you to create marketing campaigns so that those affiliates also only distribute it. And for each person who, let's say, becomes an affiliate of my course, I'm giving them between 30 and 40% approximately.
I earn less per course, but with the other one I would have only earned $22, hundreds of dollars. In other words, the idea is to add volume. In fact, that's the idea I have at the moment. The next step for me is to get good advice.
Now I can get advice and structure my plan, knowing that the minimum viable product is there. I have already, for example, registered the domain www.daplatinum.com from scratch and I am structuring how I will distribute this, advertising,
create marketing, but mainly to attract affiliates who will sell the course. The course, for example, is intended for people aged 25 to 34 who have their first credit card or want to be trained on how to use their
issue of returns is super important. CODMART requires you to offer the customer a return service within a specified period of
time. The minimum is 7 days. You have no option not to refund the money if the customer didn't like it or wants their money back. You have to give him that option. Obviously, the more accessible the course, the less time
will be given, and the more expensive it is, the more time will be given. In this case, the minimum time is 7 days. I have it set up so that people who either didn't like the course or prefer their money back
have just 7 days. But I'm the one who has to return the $27 because Hotmart isn't going to give it to me or refund the customer for the right to use the payment platform for the video platform. So you have to
take that into account. Your course should have the fewest possible returns. Fortunately, the customers of the "From Zero to Platinum" course have greatly appreciated the course, they liked it very much, and we have only had one
return. When will the balance be credited to you? For example, it's not that today balance be credited to you? For example, it's not that today is Monday, you get paid $27, you receive $22 and you can already withdraw that money. Not today. That balance will be credited to you 7 days after the
refund due date. For example, if the person made the purchase today, Monday, and did not request a refund, the following Monday, the next 7 days will begin counting down . In other words, it's not immediate; it can take at least 15 days
from when the person bought the course. And it's also automatic at Hotmart that if you accumulate a minimum of $100, they make the deposit, whether you want it or not. I wanted to put everything together to show you and say, "Wow, look, I have a deposit of 000 and I wanted to show you
this." But not. Hotmart forced me to upload my account, no matter what. As soon as the first $100 arrived, the payments were automatically made to my account. In conclusion, Hotmart is indeed possible, it is viable to do it, but it requires work.
Depending on whether you are a creator or an affiliate, you will have one way or another of doing this work, but you can really have an additional income or even a main one with Hotmart. I'll start working on structuring it as a
maximize revenue, and I'll let you know how it's going in another 6 months. Until how it's going in another 6 months. Until next time.
