## Summary

In this video, a dropshipping mentor shares the exact system he used to go from broke college student to his first $1,000 day, and explains why that milestone creates lasting momentum. He breaks down three pillars: selecting products with a strong problem-solving angle, raising average order value with bundle offers, and producing native UGC-style ads that don't feel like advertising.

### Key Points

- **Context** [00:01] — Viewers either tried dropshipping and failed or wonder if it's still possible in 2025; the creator was once a broke college student.
- **First $1,000 day** [00:29] — Hitting $1,000 in a day felt massive; the realization was that the milestone creates momentum, not just money.
- **Early failures** [01:13] — The creator watched every YouTube video, built a store, spent saved money on Facebook ads, and got only one sale.
- **Products vs. markets** [02:03] — Chasing products fails; you need to understand markets and match the product to a specific problem.
- **The math** [02:29] — $1,000/day means 25 sales at $40 or 20 sales at $50 — not an impossible number.
- **Angles beat products** [03:35] — Products that scale aren't necessarily better; they have better angles.
- **Lark example** [04:02] — Lark sells a $95–$125 self-cleaning water bottle with UVC light in the cap, solving germ anxiety rather than just holding water.
- **Research method** [04:58] — Look in Reddit communities, Instagram hashtags, and Facebook groups for problems people already spend money on.
- **More money per customer** [05:39] — A customer who bought a $30 item might have spent $60–$70 if given the option.
- **Bundle offers** [06:20] — Add bundle offers: 1 pack $29, 2 pack $49.30 (save 15%), 3 pack $87 with free gift.
- **Offer psychology** [09:15] — Multiple options shift the customer's decision from 'should I buy?' to 'which option should I buy?'
- **AOV and acquisition** [09:42] — Higher AOV raises allowable acquisition cost, so you can outspend competitors in ad auctions.
- **Manual fulfillment problem** [10:40] — Placing 20+ AliExpress orders manually took 3 hours a day and burned out the creator.
- **Creative is the key** [11:48] — Even with the best product and systems, poor ads won't scale; polished ad-style content gets mentally filtered out.
- **Scale by problem variants** [14:00] — Find a winning angle, then make 10+ versions of the same product with different specific problems.
- **UGC creator approach** [14:29] — Send UGC creators the product, not a script, and let them show how it solves a specific problem.

### Conclusion

The path to $1,000 days isn't about finding a magic product; it's about pairing the right product with the right problem, engineering offers that increase order value, and creating native content that converts. Stop chasing shortcuts and start building the system.

situations. Either you've already tried drop shipping and it didn't work, or even possible to build something real with this in 2025. And honestly, I get it because 5 years ago, I was exactly where you are right now. I was a broke
college student who blown through literally every single dollar that I had something happened. I hit my first thousand day. And I know that might not sound crazy to most people, but for me, that was everything. two. He's about to
hit 1K. He's $3 away. Hey, dude. Come on. Literally, >> That was the moment that I realized that this wasn't just some side hustle. This I'd have been chasing. See, that first $1,000 day, it's not about the money.
It's about what happens after. It's about the momentum. It's about finally about knowing that you can help your family travel whenever you want. difference between never hitting that milestone and consistently building
specific things that nobody really talks about. And once you understand these three things, that first $1,000 day becomes inevitable and then the momentum takes over. So, let me show you exactly what I mean. Now, before I show you the
honest with my journey because if I don't, you're going to make the same expensive mistakes that I did. Now, when I first started drop shipping, I had that I'd be making thousands within weeks buying super cars, living this
crazy lifestyle that you see all over social media. Here's the thing. I was a student loans. And I was convinced that drop shipping was going to be my ticket out. So, I did what everyone does. I watched every single YouTube video that
thought was a winning product and I built my first store. And then I spent nearly all the money that I'd saved on Facebook ads and I got one sale. I was doing like this free plus shipping offer where you get the product for free and
the second store filled. Then the third. I wasted so much time and I didn't want money that they'd given me for food. I was like literally not spending money on
food and just saving it eating ramen and spending it on Facebook ads. But here's me. I realized that I was approaching products instead of understanding markets. I was trying to get rich quick
once I stopped following what everyone else was doing and started focusing on what actually works, that is when everything clicked. You guys, my first $1,000 day happened 2 months later. And once you hit that milestone, that is
when things really start to compound. But here's what's crazy. When you break down the math, $1,000 a day in revenue isn't an impossible number. If you're selling a product for $40, you need 25 sales. That's it. 25 sales a day. you're
selling something for $50, you only need 20 sales. Now, look, I'm not going to lie, that does in fact take work. But once you understand the system and you're serving the right market, those numbers become more and more achievable.
Now, the problem is most people mess up from the very start. They think that product that's going to get them there overnight. Now, the system that I'm simpler than what most people are trying to do. It's just completely different
let's start with the first one. And honestly, this is the one that changed everything for me. So, look, you guys know exactly how frustrating it is to find a product that's working, you make some sales, and then it just dies. That
used to happen to me all the time. Like, I'd find something, test it, get some god, this is the next big thing." And then absolutely nothing. Back to square one. And I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong until I noticed
lasted weren't necessarily better products. They just had way better angles. So, let me show you guys a real example. There's a company called Lark and they sell water bottles. But here's what's crazy. If you go on Amazon right
now and you buy a reusable water bottle for like 15 to 20 bucks, it works fine. It holds water, does whatever you need it to do. But lark, they looked at this market and they noticed something. There's all these crazy healthconscious
people who are constantly worried about the germs in their water bottles. worried about the bacteria that builds up. Some people even throw them out that they're gross. So, check out what they did. They took a regular water
bottle and they added a UVC light into the cap that purifies the water and cleans the bottle. Now, it is not just a water bottle. It's a self-cleaning smart bottle. Same basic function that it holds water, but they're charging $95 to
$125 for these things. and people are gladly paying it because it solves their specific anxiety about germs and fits their whole tech forward, healthconscious lifestyle, whatever. That's when it clicked for me. You got
to match that product to the person's specific problem, not just find a quote stuff, I'm always thinking, who specifically needs this? What's their actual problem? Can I position this in different ways? Does the price make
spending money on the product? So, when I'm researching now, I'm looking at Reddit communities, Instagram hashtags, Facebook groups, anywhere people are spending money on solutions. And honestly, most products that fail,
they're not bad products. They just haven't found the right angle yet. And difference between products that fizzle out and ones that actually scale. Now, what separates people that are doing $100 to $200 days from ones that are
hitting four figures consistently. When I first started, I was obsessed with just getting more sales. Like, I'd get a $30 sale, for example, and I'd another customer?" But here's what I didn't realize. I was literally leaving
money on the table for every single sale or every single order that I was getting. See, that customer who just bought that $30 item, they probably would have spent $60 to $70 if I just given them the option to do that. So,
think about it. What is easier? finding 30 customers to hit $1,000 or getting your existing 15 customers to just spend more. So, let me show you exactly what I mean with a real example. So, here is a typical product page. As you can see
Everything's in place. Everything seems perfect, but there is no bundle offer, and that is a huge missed opportunity. Now, most customers would have added a second or third item if there was just a clear offer to do so, right? So, watch
what happens when we do add bundles just like this. It's the same exact page, but now with bundles installs. Look at the difference. Now, customers, what they difference. Now, customers, what they see is they buy one pack at $29. You buy
a two pack at $4930. So, you're saving 15%. You buy three items, a threeack at $87, so you have an even bigger discount plus a free gift. And this literally takes me 2 minutes to set up and immediately people will start adding
there. there. So, if you go to the description of this video and install should look something like this where you can create multiple bundles. You can see that this is a store that we've used WPY bundles with. It's generated us an
Now, if I want to go in and create a new bundle, it's super simple. I just press see that there's options between volume discounts and then combo products right to go with the volume discounts. You can build it from scratch or you can use one
of the pre-existing templates. I'm going to show you uh the one that I created and you can see pretty straightforward for the most part, but you choose your to create the bundle for. You then choose the templates that you can like.
These are just various customizations, but you can choose the various template. Here I've chosen prestige. And then what's cool are these color swatches. So you can see that on this item specifically, there are different um
colors, right? So you have the option to add in those color swatches at the then if we edit here, if you know there's a pink variation or if there's a there so that it's really easy for the customer to simply toggle between that.
Right? Then you can see that there is a progression. So there's actually an upsell that's in this offer that's backed into this offer. You can see that if you add the Nova Cream, you get it for $10. though that you can either
the one pack to the two pack, you automatically save 15%. And then as you higher of a discount. So, we're encouraging the customer to spend more money while at the same time gamifying this offer. You can see from the one
shipping. If you go to two, you get free shipping plus a free item. And then if you go to the three, you get all the discounts plus the three free items. So, the free shipping, the wrap pouch, and then the Nova Cream. So, it's just
making this whole process so much easier because when you reduce the amount of friction on the product page, you end up making more money because you're going off because they're either confused or you're just getting them to spend more
money in general. So, you can also see that if you want to go in for each offer, you can specifically change the title, right? So, if I want to change this from a one pack to a two pack, three-pack, whatever, I can add another
offer. I can do a fourack. Uh, but it's pretty easily customizable. I don't think it's anything like rocket science, but it will make you more money and that's a guarantee. Now, here's why this works so well. When people see that
there are multiple options, they don't think, should I buy or not? They think, which option should I buy? And that is a massive psychological shift. Now, look, because you absolutely need to. But here's the key. when your AOV or your
average order value is higher, you can afford to pay more per customer than your competitors because if they're stuck at $40 AOV and you're at $71, you win that auction every single time again because you can afford to spend more.
And you can just think about it. When your average order value goes up, your allowable acquisition cost that goes up as well. So, if you're making more per customer, you can essentially spend more to get the next customer. That's just
math. And this is what actually lets you scale because when ad costs go up, and you know they always do, I guess, you have enough margin to handle that thinking, "Okay, cool. Well, what happens now when I'm starting to get
these bundle orders?" So, if someone orders three units, am I placing three separate AliExpress orders? Yeah, I used to do exactly that. I'd be sitting there copying and pasting multiple addresses multiple times, placing separate orders,
which obviously is such a waste of time. And honestly, this manual approach that almost killed my business because I'd be getting 20 plus orders a day and I'd spend 3 hours just placing the orders themselves. So, by the time that I was
done, I was way too burnt out to actually work on growing the business. So, now for any store that I start up, I use AutoDS for fulfillment. Basically, fulfillment app, any order that comes in, whether it's a bundle or not, it
just automatically gets fulfilled. And because they have actual warehouses in the US and China, the shipping is going to be much faster. And they're also going to be more quality checks on what you're actually shipping out. Then, if
you want to add any product onto your store, it's super simple. Whether it's from AliExpress or another Shopy store, all you have to do is copy that link just like this. Go back onto AutoDS, add products, add single product, and simply
copy and paste just like this. And then we can edit it directly right now. Or we can edit it once we have it imported onto our product page. But choose which variants you want to import on. And then you simply press save and import. And
then it's going to be populated onto your Shopify store. So long as you have your Shopify store linked to uh AutoDS. All right. So we've got the right products and angles. We've got the systems that multiply profit, but none
of that matters if people don't actually click onto our ads in the first place. is probably the most important part, and that's your creative. You guys could have the perfect product, the best systems, the higher AOV than everybody
else, but if your ads suck, you're not going to scale anything. And here's what's crazy. Most people are still doing this completely backwards in 2025. They think that they need this super polished professional ad like agency
level production, perfect lighting, scripts, the whole nine yards. But converting. See, when people are scrolling through Tik Tok or Instagram literally filters out anything that looks like an ad, it's like we've
developed this um automatic ad blocker in our head that says as soon as we see So, what's actually worked, that's content that doesn't feel like an ad at all. And I want you guys to look at this ad. It's the perfect example. So, let's
>> My man kept cutting his face up whenever Chairman Pro. >> If the lawn mower is for your family jewels, and the Handyman is a great all round travel companion, the Chairman Pro
is the face specialist >> and comes with two interchangeable blade pivot point to help you get under that jawline and keep it nice and crisp. But you're good to go. >> And yes, it's waterproof. So, if you're
routine, the Chairman Pro is the ultimate tool for the job. That is such a good hook. She's not trying to sell you anything. She's boyfriend's problem. My man kept cutting up his face as if it was something that
you would hear over a friend that you were meeting for coffee. And here is why this content absolutely crushes it. So, the opening, it's straight to the problem, which was my man kept cutting his face. The bridge, it's natural.
Well, it's not forced. It's that solution. So, I got him this. The rest is just showing how the product works, and it's not being salesy or overpolished. It's not hyping anything up. There's no countdown timer or fake
urgency for buying the product. It's just here's what is annoying us. Here is what I use to fix it. So, it's not about being salesy. It's about being helpful. convert. So, here's what separates people that are doing $100 a day from
those that are doing $1,000 plus per day. when they find an angle that works, let's just say that you're selling the same product. You don't make just one. My man cut up his face. You make my dad complains about razor burns every single
morning. So, I was tired of buying new razors every month. Then I found my husband's bathroom counter was a mess until the same product, the same structure, just different problems. That is how you scale creatives. And you
guys, you do not need to film these yourself. You can go out, find UGC creators who already make content like this, but the key is not to send them a script. Send them the product and say, "Show how this solves the specific
content that actually is going to feel real. Because here's the thing, people don't buy products. They buy solutions to problems that they already thinking about. So look, the creative is a lot of it. So, you want to be testing a lot of
angles. Find what resonates. Then make 10 more versions of what works and right. So, now that we've covered all three foundations, here is what I want you to do right now. I want you to stop looking for magic bullets. Stop jumping
from product to product. Stop trying to copy what everyone else is doing. Instead, focus on finding products that create customers, not just sales. Build systems that multiply your profit per order. Create content that actually
it. That's literally the difference between people stuck at zero and people consistently hitting $1,000 plus per day. Now, look, you guys can take everything that I just showed you and go figure it out yourself. And honestly, if
you implement it properly, you're probably going to get results, but if you want to shortcut the whole process and work directly with me and my team of 8igure entrepreneurs, I've got a few spots left in my one-on-one mentorship
