## Summary

This video provides step-by-step troubleshooting instructions for the Bissell Floormate Deluxe, covering two common issues: reduced suction and solution not dispensing. It offers clear, actionable steps to resolve clogs and ensure proper operation.

### Key Points

- **Reduced Suction Troubleshooting** [00:00] — If suction is low, check if the dirty water tank is full or if there is a clog. Remove the tank, empty and rinse it, clean the foam filter, remove and rinse the nozzle cover, clear debris, then reassemble.
- **Solution Not Dispensing Troubleshooting** [00:00] — Ensure the knob control is set to 'Wash' mode (not 'Dry'), and the cleaner is on and not upright. Unplug, remove nozzle cover, rinse and clear debris. Remove brushes by pressing two buttons, rinse them, reinsert by aligning post with hole, and snap into place.

### Conclusion

Regular maintenance and proper mode selection are key to optimal performance. For further assistance, contact customer support.
