[00:04] things that they are losing because of bad luck or because their algorithm eats them or because they think that their niche is too competitive. But after studying a lot of faceless channel, I realized something. Many creators are [00:19] not failing because of their videos. Instead, they are failing because of how they are uploading them. And the worst part is many don't even realize they are making these mistakes. I am Enigmatic and I help YouTube creators grow. In [00:33] this channel, we show people how to upload videos the right way, whether face or faceless videos. And with our tips and our teachings, we help your YouTube channel grow. Today, I will be showing you what successful channel do [00:49] differently. And changing one particular part of your upload process, what it can actually do to the growth of your channel. Just stay with me while I share let me share with you some of the greatest mistake or some of the greatest [01:04] challenge that people make in the faceless YouTube page. Number one, the video isn't the problem. Most creators actually think that success comes by actually think that success comes by making quality videos alone. See, making [01:19] quality videos is the one part of the equation. The other part of the equation is that you have to ensure that your video gives what the audience are looking for. One thing I want us to know is that YouTube actually recommends [01:32] videos and not channels. It is after the audience have watched your video, and if they like your video, that is when they subscribe to your channel. So, YouTube is not recommending your channel as it were. YouTube is only recommending your [01:46] video that suits the audience satisfaction. So, what does that tell you? It means that every upload is competing for attention. So, when you upload your video, your video is part of the millions of videos that was uploaded [02:01] that day competing for the same attention of the millions of viewers that will be coming on YouTube that day. So, if your video is not satisfactory [02:13] enough for your audience, trust me, the audience will not see your videos. So, in this video, I'm going to be talking about four major mistakes that creators make while uploading their videos. I mean, their faceless videos on YouTube. [02:28] Number one is the title mistake. What I found out is most creators upload their found out is most creators upload their video with descriptive title and not curiosity-driven title. So, there's a difference between the two. If you are [02:42] uploading your video, whether it's faceless or face video, you must be your title should able to drive curiosity and not just descriptive of what your video is all [02:56] about. That is what you are going to do in the video, right? So, you don't have to explain everything in the title. Just give a title that can drive curiosity from the audience. So, I'm going to give an example. Let's look at this one, the [03:10] bad title. How I started my history channel. Why a better title? The forgotten event that changed the entire world. You see? They are probably going to talk almost about the same thing, but different title that drive different [03:27] audience. So, let's look at another title. Example number one, AI is affecting jobs. Number two title, AI just replaced thousands of workers. Which one do you think will create more curiosity out of [03:41] these two titles? Let me know in the comment section. Now, as I let you know in the comment section, so you will notice that the second title creates a question in your head, right? And a question in your head means [03:54] curiosity. And curiosity will lead to clicks. And YouTube takes will lead to clicks. And YouTube takes note of clicks, people clicking on your video. And more clicks equals more [04:09] testing. And what does that tell you? More testing equals more views. And successful channels actually understand this psychology. So, take note of this [04:21] and do accordingly. But you know what? Titles are not even the biggest problems. Thumbnails are even the worst. So, our next mistake we're going to be talking about is [04:34] thumbnail mistakes. So, looking at thumbnails, I noticed that most creators overload their thumbnails. Many texts, many images, and too many distractions. [04:46] many images, and too many distractions. While on the other hand, most of the successful faceless YouTube creators do the opposite of what every other persons are doing. What did they do? They have [04:59] simple image, simple message, and clear emotion. And this trigger one curiosity. And that is it. Your thumbnail is not supposed to explain everything. It's [05:13] just supposed to make them want to click your video. See, if your thumbnail your video. See, if your thumbnail answers every questions, that means there is no need for them to click. Next, we look at the first 30 seconds [05:26] mistake. Now, this is where most creators make a lot of mistakes. See, most creators spend hours making videos and ignore the introduction of that [05:38] video. That could actually have make people want to continue watching the video. They waste the opening. They have long intros, channel logos, unnecessary greetings. Viewers don't care. Not yet. Not until they see what you can give. [05:56] Successful channels instead start with curiosity, a shocking facts, a bold curiosity, a shocking facts, a bold statement, a mystery, or it start with a promise. Something that makes viewers needs the answer. That is what they [06:10] start with. Because if viewers leaves early, YouTube takes note of that. And if enough viewers, I mean more than enough viewers leave early, YouTube stop enough viewers leave early, YouTube stop recommending that video. No matter how [06:24] well edited, how well structured the video is. And once YouTube stop recommending your video, it means that the view counts will stop. So, the first the view counts will stop. So, the first 30 seconds are not an introduction, but [06:37] they are a sales pitch to the rest of the video. Take note of this. Now, we are getting to the mistakes that kills channel even faster than any other mistakes. Which lead us to the biggest upload mistakes. Now, the [06:55] biggest mistake is that many creators, after they hit publish, they just start making the next video to upload again. While most successful creators will not start making next video. Instead, they observe this video, they analyze it, [07:11] they go to their YouTube studio to analyze the video to see how the video is retaining audience, check their retention graph, and observe the timing at which they upload. See how the video is performing. And you see, all these [07:26] things is what will determine what these successful channels do for the next uploads. Because if they don't observe all of this, they will not know where the issue is coming from and what's to do next. But by doing this, they know [07:41] what to do next and they will do exactly different things from what they have done before. If the previous videos did not actually turn out well. And this [07:53] make them even much more successful than the rest creators that are not doing the same thing. So, that lead us to the saying that the fastest growing channel are not just uploading faster, [08:06] channel are not just uploading faster, but instead they are uploading smarter. How are they uploading faster? They are learning from their previous video and they are improving on all of them and that makes them more smarter than every [08:20] other creator. Now, what do you need to do? Number one, create videos around audience interest and not your personal preference. Number and not your personal preference. Number two is spend serious time on titles. I [08:34] mean, spend a lot of time creating your titles because it matters a lot. >> [music] >> Number three is generate simple thumbnails. Make your thumbnails as simple and curiosity driven as it can [08:49] be. Number four, hook viewers immediately. That is it. The first 30 seconds rule. Hook your viewers immediately. And step number five, study analysis after every upload. Don't just upload. Ensure after you upload you [09:05] study your analytics to make up for >> [snorts] >> what you will do in the next upload. And number six, improve on viewers behavior. [09:17] So, after you study your analysis, you need to what? Improve on it so that you will have more new posts covered for your next video. And when you do this consistently, what you will notice is that you will already be ahead of many [09:32] other faceless creators out there. And that will only put you on the top. See, all of these things I'm saying are practicals and there is no way you put [09:45] in everything that I'm saying now and you won't see results because they are not one thing that is fabricated somewhere. No, these are real life research with a real life experience and [09:58] it works every time and it's the same thing that I'm using for my channel to work and before that you're even able to see my video through this system shows that something has worked.
