# Building Wealth Is Easier Than You Think

> Source: [Building Wealth Is Easier Than You Think](https://youtube.com/watch?v=PXceNfsR2qo)

## Summary

This video explores the psychological barriers, termed 'money blocks,' that prevent people from accumulating wealth, using the story of Nirma's founder as an illustration. It identifies three primary blocks—scarcity, identity, and self-worth—and provides neuroscience-based strategies to rewire the brain's default mode network for financial success.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to Money Beliefs** [00:02] — The video opens with common phrases about money scarcity, setting the stage for discussing how childhood environment shapes financial beliefs.
- **Implicit Learning and Money** [01:20] — Explains that money beliefs are learned implicitly from the environment, similar to learning to walk, without conscious effort, and this process is called implicit learning in psychology.
- **Nirma Story: From Farm to Fortune** [01:46] — Karsan Bhai Patel, from a farming background, created Nirma detergent, selling at ₹3/kg vs Surf's ₹13/kg, starting from a small room and bicycle, eventually building a ₹7000 crore group.
- **Self-Made Billionaires Statistics** [03:46] — 67% of world's billionaires are self-made; in India, 66% of wealthy entrepreneurs are self-made, indicating that most wealth is built, not inherited.
- **Introduction to Money Blocks** [05:24] — Defines money blocks as mental blockages in the 'pipeline' of the mind, formed from childhood experiences, beliefs, and fears, which restrict financial growth.
- **Default Mode Network** [06:49] — The brain's default mode network operates subconsciously, driving automatic behaviors and beliefs, including those about money, without conscious choice.
- **First Block: Scarcity Block** [09:12] — Scarcity block manifests as fear of loss, jealousy of others' success, and reluctance to ask for more. It stems from childhood messages that money is limited.
- **Scarcity Reduces Cognitive Bandwidth** [11:09] — Research by Sandel and Elder (Princeton/Harvard) shows scarcity reduces cognitive bandwidth, impairing decision-making and creativity, even in those who feel scarcity but aren't poor.
- **Second Block: Identity Block** [12:04] — Identity block associates wealth with negative traits (ego, arrogance) and poverty with virtue, creating cognitive dissonance that sabotages wealth-building actions.
- **Third Block: Self-Worth Block** [18:04] — Self-worth block leads to undervaluing oneself, imposter syndrome, and setting a 'financial ceiling' based on perceived self-worth, not capability.
- **Rewiring the Brain** [22:01] — To fix money blocks, one must rewire the brain's default mode by replacing beliefs, not suppressing them, similar to learning to ride a bicycle.
- **Rewiring Scarcity Block: Expansion** [23:52] — Replace scarcity thinking with expansion by being curious about others' success, focusing on potential gains rather than losses, and seeking inspiration.
- **Rewiring Identity Block: Evidence** [26:36] — Break identity block by gathering evidence that wealth and goodness coexist, citing examples like Khan Sir, Alakh Pandey, and Sandeep Maheshwari.
- **Rewiring Self-Worth Block: Action and Realization** [30:08] — Confidence comes after action, not before. Take action and realize your worth through accomplishments, as illustrated by the speaker's experience.

### Conclusion

The video concludes that by identifying and rewiring these three money blocks, individuals can change their default mode and unlock their financial potential, emphasizing that wealth is a tool for good, not stress.

## Transcript

and you count how many of these lines have been said in your house also. And if your answer is more than two, then this video is for you. Money does not grow on trees that you can pluck and give away whenever you want. Son, spread your legs as much as the sheet allows. Learn to save money
spread your legs as much as the sheet allows. Learn to save money , it will be useful in future. Never take a loan or borrow from anyone. This is a very bad thing. This share market etc., all this is for big people. Don't get involved in all this. Son, when you earn yourself then you will know
how money comes. Now tell me one thing. When did you decide that I should start walking from today? I mean, when did you sit down and give a deep thought that it's okay. This is the day I will learn to walk. First the left foot, then the right foot. Yes. This did
not happen, you were just watching, people were walking in the house, trying to make you walk by holding you, your brain was observing and then one day you were able to walk [laughs] was observing and then one day you were able to walk [laughs] speaking, eating, behaving, reacting, everything happened just like that, there was
no lesson plan, there was no conscious attempt to teach, just whatever was in the environment, whatever was in the house, whatever was around, quietly went inside you permanently and this is what happened in our brain regarding money,
how much can we earn? What should our thinking be about money? What should our relationship with money be like? Is money stress or is money fun? Our
brain learned all this at the same age through the same process. And this process is called implicit learning in psychology. The things that we do not learn daily actually not learn daily actually go deepest permanently.
And something similar happened with a boy from Rupar village in Gujarat who neither has any business background nor any blind money. Comes from a farming background. He is educated government job and has started living a normal life. But while doing his
job, he keeps observing one thing that there is a problem in every house. Laundry soap is so expensive that middle class families cannot afford it. Detergents of companies like Surf are available at ₹13 per kg and the pockets of the common man are empty. Now
here he had two choices. First, he should think the same thing that we all think. Friend, all this is the work of big people. What should I do? Or think that this gap is my do? Or think that this gap is my work. He chooses the second one. The
experiment begins in a small 10 by 1 foot room in the house. He makes the formula himself, makes packets, keeps them on his bicycle and sells them door to door while going to office. And its price is ₹3 per kg. Meaning 1/4 of the surf. People stop him. They make
fun of him saying that you will do this after leaving the government job. But then he leaves the government job and says something which is important even today that there was no example of doing this in my family which means fear of failure. No one told me
that money is not something to be held back. Money is the result of solving problems. And when their relationship with money changed, their thinking towards money changed, the coding they had regarding money, the one they had since childhood, changed, then slowly from one house to
another, from one city to another and then the time comes when there is only one name in every house in India. The name which is giving direct competition to a multinational company like Surf. giving direct competition to a multinational company like Surf. That name which even today
is a part of a group worth more than Rs 7000 crore. His name is Karsan Bhai Patel and what he created is called Nirma. [MUSIC]
This isn't just his story. According to a data, 67% of the world's billionaires are self-made. Meaning it is not inherited. In one line, whatever I built, I did it myself. But if I talk about India, 66% of the wealthy entrepreneurs here are self-
made. This means that two out of every three people who have crores today have also come from the same hardship. I have come from the same limitation. I come from the same house where they used to say, this is enough son. And this is what I have observed very closely in my guests when I
talk to them in the podcast. That when he changed his beliefs related to money , when he changed his relationship with money, then everything started changing in his life. And there was a time in my life when I used to think that I am earning. My
skills are growing. everything going well. But at the end of the month, the same result, the money came but it did not last. I was not making any big mistake. No one was spending big. The money would somehow slip out of my hands. And I kept thinking that if I
work a little harder, everything will be fine. But when I started studying neuroscience, I understood the wiring of the brain. I understood the role of implicit learning. And to improve myself, I read books, read Psychology of Money, Money Master,
Millionaire Mind, read all these books, took trainings. And what came up repeatedly throughout this process was a mindset gap that allowed these 66% entrepreneurs to break free from their middle-class trap [music]. That error, that negative programming
that makes most people want to earn money but can't, and that thing that makes even hard work [music] seem weak, is the money blocks.
In this video, we're going to break down three money blocks that can hold you back for life and prevent you from becoming wealthy. You will know in this video how it developed. How they work and how they prevent your
growth, your wealth, your income from increasing over time. And in this video you will also break these blogs. My intention behind this video is that the thing which I understood very late in my life, the sooner you understand it the better it is. So that you can do whatever you
want to do for yourself, for your family and become whatever you want to be. So first of all what are these money blocks? See how water comes to your house ? Comes from a pipeline. Suppose there are
some blockages in that pipeline, what will happen? The water will gradually start coming less. The blockage increased and the water level decreased. If the blockage increases too much, water will stop flowing. Your mind is also like a pipeline. Whatever we have experienced from childhood till now
, whatever we have heard, whatever beliefs we have formed, whatever fears we have, whatever failures we have, they gradually get deposited in this pipeline [of music]. And the blockages that are being created in us related to money, beliefs, fears,
experiences, things, we call them money blocks. I would also like to tell you about this from the perspective of neuroscience that our brain has a mode called default mode network. That means that state when the brain keeps working on its own without you knowing.
Call it unconsciously, call it subconsciously, even when you are not thinking, your brain is still thinking something. And whatever that is , it mostly comes from your programming. There will be many examples. For example, you are leaving the office and going home, where to
turn, from where to exit, which tunnel, which flyover, you are not thinking but when did you not realize that you are standing outside the house, if some elder comes, automatically respect comes out, a regard automatically comes before old age or on hearing someone's name, on hearing the
name of the ex, a kind of irritation arises inside. You are having an argument with someone, the matter gets heated and your tone suddenly becomes louder. What is all this? You don't choose this. That now I have to raise my tone. Now I want to get angry. Now if you hear your ex's
name somewhere nearby, you will get worried. Come forward elders, I have to give you respect. All this is your brain's default mode. You do n't choose, it happens. Similarly, when it comes to wealth, opportunities , taking risks,
making the right decisions regarding money , your subconscious mind has already decided. Where is he disassembling from ? Due to your old programming, your ? Due to your old programming, your default mode, this default mode which has been
your programming since childhood, is the reason why you consciously think that you you consciously think that you want money but despite wanting to, you are not able to attract money. Opportunities come but you get scared. You are unable to move forward.
The opportunity passes away. Many times you think of saving money but the money gets spent. You think you have to earn money but you are unable to break the comfort zone. By making some excuse or the other, we are not able to take action on that thing at that time. And this is the reason why
some people are earning more. They are also on good packages but are unable to become rich. And this is the reason why some people, even after earning money and becoming rich, are not able to deal with money related stress. Money is giving them tension. It all
depends on the default mode of your brain. How is your relationship with money? Unless the relationship changes, you will neither be able to make money nor enjoy it. Now we
will know which money block is inside you. Where did it come from, how is it stopping you and how can you identify and fix it. We will discuss all three blocks one by one. You may have one, two, all three. But if you identify even one block,
this video will give you lifetime benefits. First Blog The Scarcity Block. Heard about a friend's promotion. As soon as I heard this, I felt happy or I felt a little
tight inside that friend, he went ahead, which means I was left behind. A big opportunity came and the first thought was not excitement but fear that if I tried this and failed, whatever I had would also be lost. Being afraid to ask for a higher salary in an interview. Being
to ask for a higher salary in an interview. Being I don't deserve wealth. All this is a sign of scarcity block.
How is it made? Just imagine, if we hear the things we discussed in our childhood every day, then we will see that there will be no fights in the house over small things or over money. Or maybe you heard since childhood that money doesn't grow on trees. Meaning it
is not abundant. Limited. We can't afford it. One and the same thinking comes many times. If you are getting it for free then why leave it? Or if we can't take it, someone else will reach out and take it. This is very expensive. We can never take this. Gradually, not
only are we stopped from buying things but our thinking is also stopped. I am not saying that parents are wrong. He acted according to what he saw and understood. You will spend as much as you have money. That is natural. He is not wrong. But
what happens with all these incidents? He is a big man. We are small. And a programming is happening inside us. One is becoming a default mode in which money becomes a blockage that teaches us that there is scarcity. Meaning money is limited. Our mind does
not consider money as a growth tool but as a survival resource. In 2013, researchers Sandel and Elder from Princeton and Harvard reported something very unsettling in their research. They observed that when people feel scarcity,
whether it's about money, time, or resources, their cognitive bandwidth decreases. This means that the decision making power of the brain, the ability to plan the future, and creative thinking all diminish. What was
more unsettling was that this was not just among those who were actually poor. This was also the case among those who, though not poor, were feeling scarcity. Meaning, once this block is installed in the brain, even if money comes into the account, the brain
works in the same old scarcity state. As you might have seen, some people are As you might have seen, some people are not able to spend even after being rich. Now we will understand the blocks one by one. Then we will come to the solution that if this block
is there inside us, no matter how much it is, then how to fix it. Second Block The Identity Block. Let's get inside your head. Let's take a test. I will give you two statements and you just have to imagine both of them in your mind. Imagine a guy who is doing a good
government job. Departs at 8:00 am. He travels locally and reaches the office. Reaches home by 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, 9 pm. No
spends unnecessary money so that the children can study well. He is worried about what the people in the neighbourhood think. Now think about another guy whose father has a big business and he himself is doing motorbike business. Wears expensive clothes. He has an expensive watch and expensive things.
Sometimes he is busy working day and night, sometimes he is on vacation and sometimes he parties the whole night. Now tell me which of the two do you think will be the bad guy [music]? There are 90% chances that most people would have chosen the second guy.
This is the identity block. Since childhood, we have associated more money and less money with different emotions and definitions. Rich means a person who is a little egoistic, a
Rich means a person who is a little egoistic, a person who keeps to himself, changes after getting money, a person who must be doing something wrong. The same less money means poor, helpless, poor, very simple. Ever wondered how this equation came into society? Where did you come from? The
first one came from home. Because many times if we are not able to earn, we speak ill of those who earn. I am saying something a little bitter that friend, as soon as money comes, people change. After becoming rich, people do not remain the same as before. When a person earns a lot of money, he becomes arrogant.
He has suddenly taken the car. He must be doing something wrong. These are the If our parents did not say it, then some relative must have said it. I also heard this from my relative. You might have heard it too. If father does not
speaking then Bhubha ji is speaking. Mase ji is speaking. Someone is speaking. I am not saying that everyone's intention is that if we are not able to earn, then we should speak ill of the person who is earning. Some people speak because of this. Some may have observed it like this, some may have been
genuinely hurt. But is this true? Are all the poor in the society absolutely clean? I don't commit any crime. I don't do any bad work. He is humble. saying that from whomever we heard these statements since childhood. This was just his
excuse for not earning money. It is also possible that he may have had some such experience. It is also possible that someone may have hurt him. That's why you say that. But is it a fact that all the people who do not have money do not commit any crime, they do
they are all very humble, there is no quarrel in them, they have a completely clean record and all the people who are rich are doing wrong things, all are doing bad things, all are no one does good to anyone, is it a fact that we have made a focus that
when a rich person does something then we talk about it, it is brought in the news, we discuss it but if a person without money is doing it then we are not talking about it. Letting him go. Go back to childhood when these things are told
not listening to our own experiences, we are listening to the experiences of others. writing whatever we want on it. So what happens? Ultimately a thought gets created that people with more money and people with less money have to be seen from a different perspective. And the second
route is society. There are some values in our culture which are genuinely very beautiful. Very good. Generosity, simplicity, sacrifice, living for others. But the problem is when the way of presenting them changes. If someone
thinks about growth, he is called greedy. Using money is called showing off or not valuing money. He is called a debauchee, stupid, and foolish and is asked why he is wasting money on travel. Where is he investing money in his comfort? When it comes to
investment, it's a big man's thing [music]. You see, there has been a change in our movies for a long time now. But for a long time, who was the villain in our movies , our serials, our stories ? Most of the villains were shown as
a rich man, a businessman, a factory owner, a builder. And who was the hero? Some are poor, some are middle class, who have a clean heart , who do not have money but have values. This pattern was repeated so much that our brain
created a shortcut. Money is equal to villain energy. Money is equal to anything now. You, you are the villain. So now the thing becomes more interesting that because of these three reasons, the society, the stories you have heard, the stories you have
heard from your family relatives, because of all these a conflict arises inside your brain. Listen to this carefully. We call this cognitive dissonance in psychology. Meaning there is a conflict between two opposite beliefs inside the mind. One, I want to
earn money and the other is our subconscious which hides the belief that people with money are bad. One becomes arrogant after earning money. Money comes in the wrong way. Now this has become dissonance. There was a conflict. A new belief is coming to the brain and there is such a huge mountain
of beliefs behind it which is blocking it. It's not your [music] choice. You feel like you made a choice to let go of
this opportunity. This is not a choice. This is your biology. This conflict is not visible in your action. This is reflected in your action. The call you did not make, the proposal you did not send, the application you did not make, the
negotiation you stopped earlier, the opportunity that came and you let it go by finding some excuse or the other, all this is not visible in your action. Or it is visible in your action. Let's do a live test. Do you have this block inside you or not? Imagine
someone living in your society or colony. You don't know him. Is he a good person or a bad person? Now suddenly there is a lot of improvement in his life. He suddenly got a big house or expanded the house, bought a good car. You can see it immediately.
Lifestyle changed. What will be your first genuine reaction? That he must have done something wrong with so much money? Is this a thought or is it his first thought that he must have worked hard day and night and now that he has so much money, he will help people. We don't know that
help people. We don't know that person yet, but what is our first thought? It tells us what kind of identity block [music] you have inside about money? These blocks were inside me too. How I removed them, when we talk about rewiring and
come to the solution, I will definitely share it with you. First let us understand the third block, self- worth block. Children, you decide to freelance by using your skills to earn money. [Music] Over time, you've developed some good skills.
You also started getting clients. But whenever it comes to discussing the amount, you demand a little less than the market rate. Just because of this thought that I don't know whether I deserve that much or not. This can happen not only in freelance but
also be time to pitch your startup. In fact, seeing a luxury car on the road or In fact, seeing a luxury car on the road or seeing someone with a good package, many times the thought comes to mind that maybe I do n't deserve so much money. Can I be that rich
? Don't consider yourself so uniform. Do n't consider yourself so deviant. This is called self-worth block. Let me ask you a simple question. When you achieved something in childhood, did something good, won something, what happened at home? In some homes there is
celebration and praise is received. Well done, we are proud of you. Everyone is response is completely different that do n't be too happy, you will get affected by evil eye. Nothing happens once, son. Have to do it again and again. Look at him, what did he do? Whenever there is a
comparison at home, there is a comparison again and again that look, your cousin did well. Look, your friend did well. If his son did well, what is the harm in it? Our self-worth is reaching the basement. Again parents do
not say all this with wrong intentions. They say this because maybe this will make our children better. The problem is that all these thoughts build a definition within you. That I am not enough. I am not enough. I do n't have that thing in me. Perhaps what was done was
not sufficient. And all this gradually converts into a habit. The habit of always seeing oneself as small and weak. And in psychology, this is what we call the imposter syndrome. In 1978, psychologists Pauline and Suzanne. He
documented this concept for the first time. He observed that many high achieving people, qualified, talented, genuinely capable, felt deep inside that they were frauds. His success is not real. He feels that one day people
will feel that he does not deserve what he has got. And many athletes, actors, entrepreneurs have said this in interviews. Studies suggest that 70% of people who are interested in music have felt at some point in their lives that they deserve what they have received.
But it becomes more dangerous when it comes to money because imposter syndrome does n't just affect your confidence. This n't just affect your confidence. This directly sets your financial ceiling.
Financial ceiling means an invisible line, crossing which the brain feels unsafe. It seems beyond my capability. It seems beyond one's status or worth. The thought of salary going above that line makes the brain
feel uncomfortable. Impossibly, this much salary may be a little. Makes it feel impossible. Even if you can afford to buy something expensive, deep inside you feel that you are not worthy of it. inside you feel that you are not worthy of it.
not created by your capability. This ceiling is not based on your capabilities. This is created by your feeling of self-worth. I will never be able to afford Rs 2.50 or Rs 3000 for a meal. A luxury car worth ₹ lakh, this would not be possible. Earning lakhs of rupees a month is beyond
my capacity. Look, here I am not saying whether a meal worth Rs 2,500 or Rs 3,000 is right or wrong or whether a luxury car worth Rs 50 lakh is right or wrong. That is everyone's own choice. For some it is comfort, for some it is a waste of time. But to say that it would not be possible for me.
I don't even do diving. It means there is a block. Now the most important part of the video is how to fix these blocks? One, two or three blocks are inside us. Some have more, some have less. If you fix it, life will be fixed. If it is released then the
money will increase. So, that's the default mode. This is your brain's default mode. It is not in our hands. So the default mode has to be changed. How can I change the default mode? This is what we call rewiring the brain in Neurosense. Meaning there
is some wiring done. Rewire it. Society, people, parents all together taught us some things. Now reparent yourself. Now I will teach myself. I am very grateful for all the good things he taught me. We cannot thank him enough for the rest of our lives.
We cannot thank him enough for the rest of our lives. But now I have grown up. Some things that I missed, I have to teach myself. So we can't be that great of parents, but it's time to reparent ourselves. There is a basic analogy of
riding a bicycle. Rode a bicycle for the first time. It was difficult, I could not maintain balance. If you fall down, today if you sit on the bicycle, it starts moving automatically. Because what happened inside the brain? The brain created a pathway. By repeating it over and over again, he picked up patterns, learned them, and created a pathway
that is permanent. I learnt it in childhood but even now I can ride the cycle comfortably because a permanent pathway has been created. That's what money has to do with Believes [Music]. Some pathways have been built. Neural connections are formed inside. We have to
put new things into practice by doing them again and again. So that new beliefs also become automatic. Remember, you cannot sit and say that I have to give up this belief. Do n't think about this belief after today. This has to be suppressed. You will not be able to do this. You cannot suppress it.
n't suppress. No, no, I wouldn't can replace it. You can create new pathways. A system of belief has been created. We will create new beliefs. He will be replaced by them. Our default mode will
change. Remember there is a trainer in training programs. It is very famous. He repeatedly repeats that you cannot suppress your beliefs. You can replace it. Who was the trainer? Himesh Madan. So the first block we grab is the
scarcity block. How can you change your default mode in this? Scarcity Block Rewires from Expansion [Music]. This means that in small moments you have to go against your scarcity response. How it will happen? If you
listen to a friend and he has achieved something , earned something, taken something, then being genuinely curious means not feeling threatened, but being curious as to how he did it? What did you do? If you see any opportunity, then the first thought is, whether you do it or not, you can take that
opportunity or not. But the first thought should not be what will I lose? What harm will this cause? First of all, what will be the benefit if this is done ? Will I learn something, what will I become, what skills will be added? This is not a big decision. These are microseconds.
Change your thought for a few seconds, What hard work, what effort, what journey was behind this? Do n't think about the opportunity and how it will make me uncomfortable ? Or what harm will it do to me?
Thinking about what this opportunity will teach you? These are just your microseconds. There are microseconds. One thought change is that now we are thinking expansion [music] instead of scarcity. now we are thinking expansion [music] instead of scarcity.
no money to earn from a very poor family. I have ₹50 in my pocket. And watch the movie Trishul. In the movie Trishul, they see how Amitabh Bachchan becomes something from nothing. How does how Amitabh Bachchan becomes something from nothing. How does he earn? If he can create so much wealth from nothing,
why can't I? He comes out with this question. Thinking changes. One gets inspiration that there is possibility for a person. And today the same Raja Nayak got inspired by that movie. Started taking action, started working. The
annual turnover is Rs 100 crore. I also give my example many times in my training programs that around 2016-17 I felt that some creators were doing better than me in my field. Some coaches who started coming on YouTube felt
doing it for so long or I have come suddenly and am doing it so fast, so I felt jealous that their views are increasing. His business is growing. Of course, from books, mentors, training programs and when I understood that
jealousy harms you. Inspiration benefits you. I changed my thought. Scarcity was changed to an expansion, if they are doing it then why are they doing it? What are they doing better than me? What can be learned from them? What are his
qualities that are missing in me? If he is doing it then I should be happy for him because the one who is working hard is achieving. If I am not happy in this then how will I work hard and achieve. And trust me, when I
started releasing this blog, a lot of things started changing in my life. Negative emotions turned into positive emotions. Positive emotions make enjoy your work more and when you have fun, you
remain consistent and disciplined. And when you remain consistent and disciplined, growth is inevitable and growth did happen. How does the identity block get rewired? I will give my example here also. When I started, I used to
earn ₹500-3000 per month. I used to travel from Amritsar to Jalandhar every day in the general compartment. And General Box means your entire circle will be those whose income is similar to yours. Some are earning Rs 1500 per month , some are earning Rs 2000. So someone was a plumber, someone was an electrician.
Some were labour people, some of course were office people also. And if I recall, some of them were very nice. Always came in handy. Some people were very selfish. Some people were big hearted. Some people had very narrow thinking. They used to fight over every issue. That
means we all were people with less money but some of us were good and some were bad. live, there live very accomplished and CEOs live. In fact, famous YouTuber Triggered Insaan Fukra Insaan
also lives here. So here also I notice the same thing. Some people are very good at heart. Always do charity. They are useful to others. Think about the country. Think about the environment. And here too there are some people
Those who have some or the other ego within them. So I have understood one thing in my life that money multiplies morality. Meaning, just like your morals, money only multiplies them. If you are good and think about people,
money comes to you and you think about people more. If you don't care about people , you are very selfish, money comes and you become more selfish. But honestly this not stop me much but I definitely used to think that people who have a lot of money are
lot of tantrums. He does not think about others. All these blocks of mine broke when I started interacting with such people. And this is the only solution to remove your identity block and that is evidence. Providing proof to yourself,
reminding yourself that earning money doesn't mean bad. Making money doesn't mean I'm going to be the wrong person. Give yourself such examples. So, the examples that were given to you in childhood and which became your default mode, should now change. If you are earning then you
you have earned money without compromising your values, without giving up your integrity, without doing wrong things, then it means money can be earned in the right way. After this you can give yourself evidence of others. The doctor who takes genuine care
and charges a good fee. The teacher who has deep values but is also financially secure. That uncle or that friend in your circle who is rich but is also a good person. There are so many famous examples. Is Khan sir a bad person? There
is money. Is Alak Pandey a bad person? Made a unicorn. Did Zakir Khan not get the money? But he is a good person. Does Sandeep Maheshwari not have money? But he is a very nice person. But no. The only example that will come to our mind is the one who used to
sell liquor and went to London. Or the diamond seller who goes to London, why do all these people go to London? When the brain gets examples that wealth and being a good human being are both possible together, then the foundation of your identity block starts shaking
and it gets replaced with a new foundation and your block breaks. Your default mode changes. Let's talk about the third block, the self-worth block. It's not [music] counter intuitive. People think that first I will gain confidence and then I will take
action. First I will gain confidence and then I will take action. Once I gain confidence, I take action. But it works the other way around. Action comes first. Confidence comes later. As you keep taking action, your confidence keeps increasing. The more you act, the more
you understand. I can do it. I can at least try for it. So if there is a question on worth then do two things. Action and realization. Take action and yourself first. Whatever may be its result. Make yourself realise that you have taken action, you are worthy of it, you
are capable and if you take action 10 times, will there be any loss in all 10 times? No, there may be loss eight times and profit twice, you understand that you are an action taker and you are getting benefited. Action and realisation: If you are going for an interview or selling a product, then do
not undervalue yourself, quote what you think is your right price, there will be discussion, there will be questions, have the capacity to answer, take action, realise, do not heard in the interviews of many accomplished people
worthy of what they have done. I also suffer from what we Feel I have an imposter syndrome. Even If I Go To The Next Today I Feel Like This The Guy Be Playing For 20 Years. Journey from the Imposter Syndrome I think. Oh
my God, people are going to know at some point that I am not good enough. helped me with this. We were coming out of a very large university. Were coming back towards Delhi. My team was with me in the car. So, while
sitting and looking outside, a question came to my mind. I said, friend, these are so many senior professors and the guests who had come to the university were founders of big startups. They were owners of big companies and politicians. Why were all these people
giving me so much respect? Someone has more knowledge than me. Someone has more wealth than me. He has so many achievements. But everyone was giving me so much respect. I was the chief guest there. Everyone was standing up for me. Why so much? And
then one of my team members said, Sir, you have been changing people's lives day and night for the last 10 years. Sometimes you wake up and read books, in the evening you read books, take courses reaching out to everyone, doing podcasts , making reels. You are so serious about your passion,
your profession, your audience. This respect that people are showing is for your hard work. This is the respect people are showing for that journey. People are showing this respect for those actions. This is being done at the risk of respect. And that
was a realization moment for me that yes, this is God's blessing and my hard work. Action and Realization. I will keep working hard. May you continue to receive blessings from the almighty. May you continue to receive the love of the audience. I will keep my team working. So we derive growth. It is
our worth that we should grow because we have worked hard day and night with a true heart for years and will continue to do so. So the team made me realise it and it was possible to realise it only because there was action along with it. If he had just made me realise and
I had never taken any action, then that realisation would not have changed my worth for me. So keep taking some action and keep realizing. I am not talking about being overconfident but don't always underestimate your worth.
ends and yours begins. Sit down and introspect, reflect. Do introspect, reflect. Do sit with yourself for some time after watching this video. See what impact these three blocks have on your life.
Which blocks are part of your life and how do we fix these blocks. You have to change your default mode. So that brought a big change in life. We were able to fulfill our dreams. Whatever comfort we want to create for our family,
whatever lifestyle we want to create for them, whatever life we want to give ourselves, whatever we want to become , whatever we want to do for the world, for the society, for our family, we should be able to do all that. Don't let your single life be wasted just because of a few blocks. Take wealth as enjoyment,
not as stress. Take it as a tool through which we can create jobs. You can help the world. You can help yourself. You can improve your lives of people around you. For the past several years, my videos,
training programs and books have been geared towards helping you move forward. I will continue to be your companion in your journey like this. I will keep making videos. See you again in the next video. Till then stay happy and keep sharing happiness. I love you all.
