He presents analytics from 'Bora pra Prática' and two clip-based channels, highlighting significant view and subscriber growth, and discusses strategies like reposting validated content and leveraging TikTok monetization.

### Key Points

### Conclusion

The video demonstrates that with a strategic approach—consistent posting, repurposing validated content, and leveraging multiple platforms—YouTube growth is achievable and not reliant on luck.

## Transcript

and today I'm going to show you all the results I've had with three YouTube channels. I guarantee you that YouTube is n't about luck. The first channel I'll show you is "Bora pra Prática," which is this channel here, the one you're watching
this video on now. Then I'll show you two more channels you can create; you can make the same type of content as these other two channels. So let's believe is the channel you're most interested in. Here we have the analytics
for "Bora pra Prática." We had an increase in November, on November 25th, when this video here, the "Exposed," started getting I've made several videos on YouTube, but I went back 60 days to
this video here, "New scam: three warnings to the little bandits." I posted this video on October 11th. Until December 10th, today we're totaling 60 days, 240,000
views, 4,500 subscribers, and most of those views... They came from this last period here, right? But look, the first video was posted here on October 11th. I think I was posting one video a week, or three videos a
week, I'm not sure exactly. There was a moment when I posted a video a day, then I and then I started posting every other day with shorts. Then, after the first video, this one here, this one here, was the
here on "Let's get practical, a failed YouTuber's rant," and after that I posting videos every other day. November 21st, November 23rd, November 25th, then I started, in my opinion, to mess things up a little, because
day. So I posted exactly, then I messed up here posting on November 26th, then November 27th, then November 28th, and I also posted... It was November 29th. But
I left this video unlisted, which is about White Friday. But okay, I'm back in the rhythm, right? I even posted the video, oh YouTube, not every day, it's a huge mess, right? It was with the insights I got from posting every day
here, then I posted every other day, right? I tried to make money on TikTok, it worked, it gave a good result, and here I posted two videos on the same day too. I don't think it but I wanted to use this video here, "Don't buy Bitcoin," because I thought Bitcoin
was being searched a lot, right? Bitcoin was trending on December 5th, what would happen, and there it is. And then I let two days pass, right? Friday and Saturday. I don't post videos on Saturdays either, but here on
December 8th, Sunday, I posted the last video, and today, right? I'm going to post this video video, and today, right? I'm going to post this video that you're watching. And look, you see that exposed video, not only because of that, right? But here we're already getting back
more or less to this... It's high, right? If we keep releasing videos, I believe every other day isn't anything too surprising yet, it's clear, it's interesting, it's an interesting idea because the video, look, it has 71,000
views and in the last two days the views started to climb quite a bit again, and I think it's interesting that it seems that YouTube here, at this moment, has started delivering my content, this video here, the exposed one, to
an audience that clicks more on this type of content, okay? And you might say, "Oh, it's because it has fewer impressions," okay, maybe a little bit, delivering it now to an audience that clicks more, and it's not by chance that
the views of this video are increasing more, okay? The revenue I found interesting, The revenue I found interesting, 1.50, right? For every 1,000 views, and this year this video could have 500,000 views, 1 million views,
or it could simply die at 100,000 views. It may be that at some point someone comes along and I have to take this video down, so it's very uncertain how YouTube itself works, but the main point here is... Let's get
practical. It wasn't luck, okay? It wasn't luck that the video exploded. Like, no, it posting videos for quite a while now, nothing much, just a month posting videos, but more niche ones. Then I
went and posted this rant from a YouTuber. So it was a video that strayed a main topic, which is editing. So here I opened up a bit more, started talking about this video here in 2025, or YouTube will turn on easy mode. Enjoy! It was a good
days. I'm really liking the results of " Thank you very much also to the people who are subscribing and joining the University of Editing. And that's it, we're in this together. And if you have any
comments, I'll try to answer everyone, okay? Now let's go to another channel, which is this channel here. This channel is an editing channel. This face first. Let's get to the practical part. This is a channel where I show
my face, and this one is a channel for clips, which is the main point I want to make here: YouTube isn't about luck, okay? Because the method I'm using to grow this channel, and the other one I'm going to show you, is a method
I already taught for free on this channel, and at the end of this video I'll watch so you can make channels similar to this one I'm making. I'm posting short videos, short vertical videos, posting
podcast clips, right? Best moments. We had an absurd increase in views in the last few days because of just one clip, which is this one here that has 843,000 views. Yesterday was the day it got the most views. There's something
you here, which is this clip. This clip that I posted was the first clip I posted on this channel, on November 5th, and it got 8,700 very interesting metrics, like how many people watched it. This
70% of people here stayed watching when the shorts were right there in the person's face. How many people stayed on the video and also its retention time. I found it interesting, like, people are watching more than 100% of the
video, right? It's looping here, so what I did was I thought, "Man, this cut is good, YouTube just didn't deliver it." So basically, I remade the cut and posted it now, like, I posted it six days ago, and it's the same cut, it's the same cut, okay
guys? The only difference is the editing style, you understand? There are two cuts. I explain it much better in the " University of Cuts," which is the first link in the description, but it's the same cut. I reposted the cut here and it got a
deliver it, if TikTok didn't deliver it, many times it's because YouTube itself, reach because I know these videos are good, they're already validated videos, so sometimes it's worth reposting, right? So I'm sticking with this strategy and it's
giving quite a lot of results, but guys, I'm not... I've been posting only on YouTube for 60 days, and then I also posted on TikTok. So, I have this same account on TikTok. And yesterday, December 9th, we monetized this
TikTok account. In this case, we hit 10,000 followers with this account here. Let's go to followers, we put in the last 60 days. We started on November 4th, and here, it hasn't been counted yet, right? On December 8th, we had 9,500
followers. Then yesterday, the 9th, we hit 10,000 followers. Here it is, 10,700. I'm going to show you this account because it's an account I show in a as an example here to show you how I monetized
TikTok accounts just by posting podcast clips. At the end of this video, I'll recommend this free lesson teaching you exactly how to do this, exactly, you understand? How to grow these accounts and make some
going to become a millionaire doing this. So, you're going to make extra income with clips, right? In this case, TikTok is monetized, YouTube isn't monetized yet because I need to reach 10 million views, and so far I've
reached that. It's going to update now, right? For today, let's see. It updated to 1.3 million views, so we're still 8.7 million short. So, here on TikTok, we got 3 million views. At the end of the video, I
we got, all the subscribers we gained too. Okay, so in this million views in 60 days, minus 35 days, and here on YouTube we got 1.3 million views. Now we're going to show
another calculation that follows the same model as this one, which is a clip channel, but it was the first one I created, and we've been posting on it for 60 days. I started "Bora pra Prática" and started this calculation on practically the same day,
result... We're already at 8,000 subscribers in total. We've had almost 1.7 million views on this account here. This one views on this account; we have 318,000 views. This is
absurd! Look how many people watched it? 82%. If YouTube sends this video to 100 people, 82 people stay still, like watching the video. And the engagement... the video is watching the video. And the engagement... the video is one minute long, and the
worth delivering this video because it knows that many people will stay and people who stay and watch the video will stay watching for at least almost a minute. And this same account I have on TikTok, right?
It already has 16 million views. It monetized here on November 9th, not November 8th. Let's look at the followers. We go back the last 60 days; we hit 10,000 followers here on November 8th. So, from
November 8th onwards, we monetized this account. It's monetized. And so far we've had 16 million views on this account, which is a very interesting number. We already have 70,000 followers on this account, and in the end, here
we have 97,000 subscribers/followers and 22 million views in 60 days. Do you think that was luck? I do n't think so, leave your opinions there because I'm already someone who knows a
lot about cutting hair. I was basically just not doing it for a while, I mean, not not doing it, I used to do cuts but for my clients, now I'm doing it for myself. And I time in myself, like, let's get practical. I don't post cuts, I post these videos
I talked about YouTube here, saying, "For me, it's all luck. Educational content doesn't have a chance. If the wheel of fortune is pointing at your channel, congratulations, you'll grow. Otherwise, it's very difficult." I completely disagree, man. Luck is there for the guys
who are posting and evolving, you understand? It's not a matter of luck, nothing against physics for curious people, but it's a mentality. Look, you'll see the other comment here, I... I'm a living example of this, man. I posted
my first video here on the channel on November 1st, 2024, and it's what's driving the channel as a whole. It's incredible! Start your own channels! I went to the guy's channel, and the first video he posted had 19,000 views. But it's not luck,
monetize with just one video. I've seen videos on YouTube where a guy monetized with two videos and made R$15,000 in two months. I was like, "Wow, man, that's awesome!" People really need to understand that YouTube didn't
choose that channel, you know? It doesn't work like that. In this case, with these clip-based channels, man, I made the video, and at the end, on the final screen, there will be a lesson where I teach you to do exactly what I did with that
technique from that video. I got 70,000 followers on one account and 10,000 on the other. I already have two monetized accounts on TikTok and I'm working on getting two more to on TikTok and I'm working on getting two more to monetize on YouTube as well.
