## Summary

This video presents a structured, survey-based approach to building confidence, using the story of Chris Gardner from 'The Pursuit of Happyness' as a motivational anchor. The speaker, a confidence coach with 15 years of experience, guides viewers through a five-part self-assessment to identify their specific confidence weaknesses, followed by targeted behavioral strategies and daily reminders to overcome them.

### Key Points

- **The Pursuit of Happyness Story** [00:02] — The video opens with the story of Chris Gardner, who attended a job interview in a disheveled state after being arrested for unpaid parking tickets. Despite his circumstances, he got the job, illustrating the power of confidence and self-presentation.
- **The Skill of Self-Confidence** [01:27] — The speaker emphasizes that the ability to present oneself confidently is a skill that can be learned, and that many top performers attribute their success to this skill. He contrasts this with statistics: 75% of people fear public speaking, over 50% hesitate to express opinions, and two-thirds fear judgment.
- **Not Just Tips, But a System** [02:43] — The speaker rejects the idea of giving simple 'hacks' or 'five tips' for confidence. Instead, he promises a comprehensive system: a live confidence survey to identify weaknesses, targeted strategies for each problem, and three daily reminders to sustain growth.
- **The Confidence Survey** [04:35] — The speaker introduces a five-part survey where viewers rate their relatability to specific situations on a scale of 0 to 5. The situations cover fear of judgment, shyness, self-worth issues, people-pleasing, and overthinking. The total score indicates the level of confidence issues.
- **Behavioral Solutions** [15:25] — The speaker introduces five behaviors to counter the five problems: focus shifting for fear of judgment, initiation bias for shyness, evidence building for self-worth, boundary building for people-pleasing, and ownership behavior for overthinking.
- **Three Daily Reminders** [28:10] — The speaker provides three reminders to internalize: 1) You don't need everyone's approval, 2) The world doesn't remember your mistakes as much as you think, and 3) Confidence comes after action, not before.

### Conclusion

The video concludes by emphasizing that confidence is not built through understanding alone but through consistent application of behavioral changes. The speaker encourages viewers to implement the strategies in their daily lives to become more confident.

## Transcript

There was a movie called The Pursuit of Happyness. [MUSIC] There was Gardner, goes to an interview. That too in such a condition. And the reason is that Chris is coming to the interview directly after being released from police arrest.
Who had picked him up from his house the previous day. Why? Because he had not paid many of the previous parking bills. And not only this, the
situation of his life was like this. There was neither money to pay the house rent nor to You Remember That Rents Do Next Week? There was neither any work in hand nor money for his son's education. And in such a situation, this job interview was a
seeing his condition in the interview, anyone would have rejected him. But think, even in such a situation, he gets hired by the end of the interview. even in such a situation, he gets hired by the end of the interview.
much this part life. even more surprising is that this entire story isn't fiction, but actually happened to the real
Christopher Garden. Even at that time, he used one of his skills which got him this job without any qualification. But this is the same skill that many top performances have mentioned repeatedly.
People who make fun of themselves, actually are the most confident. Other than being an hard working under [music] confident person. Always be a hard working over confident person. But on the other hand, in the real world, 75% of the people are
afraid of public speaking. More than 50% of people hesitate to express their opinions in meetings. And two out of every three people are afraid of others' judgment before doing anything. And all these weaknesses become the reason why
people get rejected in interviews. Despite being capable, they are unable to show their value in society, job or work. In relationships, we are not able to communicate our feelings and thoughts. Even in overall life, they always remain suppressed.
And those who master this skill, who overcome these shortcomings, are able to create a different place in the society. Can be seen from a distance even in a room full of people. They are seen from a distance even in a room full of people. They are
able to solve their relationship problems and face even the worst situations without getting nervous. That means face even the worst situations without getting nervous. That means
no, this video is not about building confidence. join a gym, sometimes try some workout , sometimes do weightlifting, do something else but I did not get results and I used to leave it. Then I got a coach who did a
full body checkup before the workout. I had my blood tests done, my BMI checked and then I was told which workouts were best for me. Do I have any body problems? Which diet will solve it ? Which nutrition will solve it? And
I am going to do the same with you in this video for your confidence building. in this video for your confidence building. Because I have been doing this for the last 15 years. through my books, through my training programs
, I train top corporates, professionals, executives of India. Their skills, their confidence , their mindset and I understand that just giving hacks, just giving five tips does not change life, does
not bring confidence [in music]. That's why first I will conduct a live confidence survey with you. A test that will actually reveal your confidence level to you and will tell you which shortcomings are preventing you from feeling confident from within. And I
can guarantee that today you are going to give an exam which you have never given before. But this exam will not scare you. This exam will tell you about yourself. After which you will have your weak point in your hand. There will be real marks. So that
you can concentrate on the right place. And after that you will also get the specific session [music] of your specific problem in this video. strategy is available for you in this video. And finally, three powerful
truths that you will take with you. If you remind yourself every day, you will keep increasing your confidence every day. remind yourself every day, you will keep increasing your confidence every day.
confidence survey. Have you ever rated a meal at a restaurant based on your gut feeling? You must have never done this. You eat first, check the taste, compare the prices. You even look at the service there and
then decide what rating to give. Out of five, either you got five if you found it bad or you got two, three, four if you found it okay. So now if I ask you to rank your confidence on a scale of 1 to 10, what score would you give yourself? 6 7 8 What will you give?
You can give any rating you want. It cannot be accurate and 100% correct. Because most likely you didn't just rank yourself based on your gut feeling that I think this is my rating. I think
this survey is necessary to make this random judgment of yours accurate. In which all you have to do is that I will put before you five types of situations, those situations which might have happened to you in life and which you might have gone through. All you have to do is listen to them and rank them from zero to five.
How relatable are those situations in your life? Let me once this happened to me that I was drinking tea and while drinking it, suddenly it fell on me. And this was a very embarrassing situation for me. Now if you
can completely relate to this that yes friend, this happened to me too and it was a big embarrassment for me too, then what will happen? Out of zero to five, you would rate a five as someone who I can relate to very much. If you feel that this has never happened to me,
I cannot relate to it, then [Music] 0 1 2 How much do you feel, you feel that you can relate to it a little bit, yes it did happen but I was not particularly embarrassed, then there will be a relatability of three to four, this is an example I am giving you, how you have to
see, if it is very relatable then five, if it is not relatable at all, then zero in between, if low rating, whenever I give this survey to my participants in any workshop, then one thing always comes to my mind that I wish someone had given me this survey
and the sessions that you are going to get on its basis, 10 years ago, then the hard work that I had to do to build my confidence, perhaps it would have been much less. That is why for your understanding I will not only
rate myself but will also bring forward my 10 year old version and tell you that if I had to rate myself 10 years ago, how would I have rated myself. So let's start the survey. I have paper and pen and I would suggest you also to note it down somewhere. If you want, you can do it
best if you get the paper. Otherwise, please rate yourself in the comments below. But definitely make a note somewhere [music]. So first of all let's talk about the situation which is one of the biggest causes of low confidence. Has it ever happened
that while going somewhere in public, you felt that everyone is looking at me only? Thinking about you. You are judging yourself. Example: In childhood, the teacher asked a question in the classroom. You also knew the answer. But before raising your hand, the mind
says that if something wrong happens then even in today's date, if you are working in the office or going to a meeting somewhere, before saying anything, when the opportunity comes to put forward your point, you get nervous from inside, while wearing something or while playing something somewhere, while
ordering in a restaurant in front of everyone, while speaking something in a public place, while picking up the phone, if there are people around, then if you are picking up the phone, a feeling of joking, a feeling of judgment, a feeling of joking, a feeling of judgment, a fear, such thoughts come that what will people think?
We call this fear of judgment, which thousands of people go through. If I remember my 10-15 year old version, then when I was sitting among friends and a discussion was going on, I would clearly feel from within that this person is saying something wrong.
I have a better point about this. There is a better answer. Still, many times I was not able to speak at that moment. I mean, literally, before speaking, I used to stop myself thinking what would be my image if it went wrong. If I am not able to converse properly
, am not able to express it properly and the funny thing is that later when the same discussion would end, I would be replaying the entire conversation in my mind and telling myself that friend, I should have said this at that time. So if
I were to rate my 10-15 year old Himish on the basis of fear of judgement, I think I would give myself a rating of four. People's judgments made a huge difference to me. And now it's your turn. You also see how much you can relate to fear of judgment.
turn. You also see how much you can relate to fear of judgment. Imagine you are going to a party and as soon as you enter a room full of people, everyone present there looks at you and this is the moment when you
freeze. Suddenly a fear, a hesitation starts building up inside you. Even after this, you hesitate in talking to or interacting with any new person in the party.
shinyness. This is the trade of shine. For example, if you are new in any coaching, workshop or any office and during break time everyone is sitting in their groups and talking sitting in their groups and talking and instead of going to them, you are looking here and there
or start doing something on your phone without any reason. This is that numbness which literally stops you from socializing at any place, be it a family function, office gathering or a group of friends. So if I remember my 15 year
old self, I was not shy in many places. I could talk very comfortably at many places. But there were some situations when I was sitting with some powerful people. In the case of some prisoners, especially in the case of some prisoners. If there was a new prisoner, I would feel a kind of
shininess and would think in my mind that I have to go and say this, then I have to say this, then I have to say this. But in real situations, many times the discussion remained between us only. So in this situation I would rate myself three. I relate this fear to this shyness of
my 15 year old Himish's three. And now it's your turn to rate yourself. How much can you relate to this shiny situation? Now the next situation is the one which starts situation? Now the next situation is the one which starts
Imagine you are standing between two of your friends who are finally meeting you today after many days after school and college ended. All three of you are talking about every year. You are Reviving childhood memories. And in the meantime a discussion starts as to
who has reached where in life? And at this moment when you see that neither of them is doing better than you. If someone is in a better situation than you, instead of being happy with him, you start cursing yourself from within. After some time, when you sit with yourself, you
feel that he has progressed so much and I am still at the same place. This is not jealousy. This is the low confidence trade that about 85% of people go through. That trade due to which you start considering yourself weaker than others. You
feeling small from inside. Everywhere you feel that friend, I am not that capable. This is better than me. In some group you feel that how powerful these people are. I don't have that capability. This is the self-worth issue. Himesh, a 15-year-old with self-worth issues, has a
self-worth issue. Himesh, a 15-year-old with self-worth issues, has a meeting, I am in such a situation where successful people are with me. If very capable people are with me then you suddenly feel weak. Forgetting your things
, bringing your self-worth down drastically, so I would probably rate myself a five in this situation. So let's talk about situation number four. Have you ever felt that if someone comes to you and says something, you are
unable to refuse him even if you want to? Example: Your friend asks you to go somewhere. You may not feel like it but you cannot refuse. Some group tried to include you in some plan and they forced you a little bit saying no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
and you left all your work and went away. Or else there is no desire from within to do any work. Or else there is no desire from within to do any work. But because I don't know how to refuse, I say yes. Even if there is some debate or discussion going on, it is not just in work matters.
You put forward your point but you are unable to stick to your point. After some time you start feeling that maybe the other person is right and you take back your words. Meaning that you are not able to take a stand for yourself. And this [music] we call
People Please. So the person Hinish was in Once Upon a Time 15 years ago was ago was n't a huge people pleaser either. But I would say that K was n't exactly a standout either, so I would give it a middle rating. I'll
rate him three. And this person who is watching this video also rate yourself. Then let's move on to the next situation. So let's come to the fifth situation. Overthinking is a human trait that can occur in confident people as well as underconfident people.
But this situation is not about that. It's about another concept associated with it. Suppose a friend of yours comes to you. His call comes. He says, friend, let's go to the pool in the evening for swimming. And you
say yes, yes let's go. Just give me time till evening, then I will confirm. But after this call the real thing starts. Are you thinking whether to go or not? More money will be spent. There are a couple of other things to do. What should I say to the family? I should give them time to
go there. If you don't enjoy going there. If I get insulted in front of people in the pool, thoughts are your overthinking. And the problem here is not overthinking. The problem is that because of all this, we are not able to take decisions. This is one
of the biggest weaknesses of underconfident people. You must have seen this happen with many people. It may happen to you that if you are given the responsibility of some work among four people, then that if you are given the responsibility of some work among four people, then
Before buying something, before posting something on social media, while wearing something, while doing any work, if you feel that I should take his suggestion, ask him, how would you feel? Is it right or not? If you are not taking action,
delaying the decision, waiting for people's approval , waiting for your thinking to be sorted out to be finalized and then after delaying, you are either taking the decision or not taking the decision at all. This is called decisional paralysis. In this, if I had to
rate the old Himish, I would rate it three. Tell me what is your ranking. So these were the five situations which you must be going through every day somewhere or the other in some way or the other. But whether you have to watch this video further or not will depend on what your total
marks are. If you have rated yourself 15 plus , it means somewhere we fall in the low confidence category. However, it will be clear to you which part of all these you will be lagging the most in. Maybe someone is
afraid of what people will say or someone has a lot of hesitation or self-doubt. It is possible that someone may be busy trying to please people and someone may be underconfident due to not being able to take proper decisions. In one line, it is
very important. Listen carefully to ensure that you are not an underconfident person. You are just lacking in some behaviors related to it, which we will resolve in our next stage, Stage 2. There is a very popular saying that only poison can cure poison.
I mean that many times the solution to our problems is not found anywhere else but is hidden within those problems themselves. herb. What you need is an alternate behavior. Meaning,
now we are going to talk about those five behaviors [music] that will help you handle these situations. You will be able to deal with these situations in a way you never could before. So let's start with behavior first. The first behavior
is focus shifting. This stands for Fear of Judgment. What was our problem here? The problem was what would four people be thinking ? Are they looking this way? If you are watching, what are you thinking? Are you judging me? What would you be judging me for
? Actually, this happens not only with you but with thousands of people. And this is not discussed in psychology. This has been termed the spotlight effect. According to which, we always feel a spotlight on ourselves
that yes, I am the main character and the attention of the entire world is only on me like the audience. And whenever this fear comes to your mind, then actually the main problem is not yours but your focus. Every moment, every time, the mind focuses
on the people around us instead of itself. And that's why we need focus [music] shifting behavior. Think how you will feel. You left in the morning, reached the office or went to some function and as soon as you reached, one or two people said, hey, it looks very nice, friend.
presentable. How will your confidence be that day? What will you think when other people are looking at you? You will feel good. Oh, I look good today, right? That guy had said it earlier in the morning. So you will say that people are looking at me
After speaking something in such a meeting, you are told that the point you made was very good. I was very needy. What a point? Now, next time you speak in that meeting, you won't be nervous. Why? Because the focus has changed. This is the focus
Because the focus has changed. This is the focus shifting mechanism. Look, the truth is, the reality is that people are not thinking about you as much as you think. Not everyone cares about you. But it is not so easy to remove this thought. It is not so
not thinking about me. But it's easy to shift focus. It is difficult to remove. It is easy to shift. The mind has to focus somewhere. So the focus should be on the fact that people must be thinking good about me. Because they are thinking bad. You are
is also imagination. He is thinking well. You are thinking well of me. This is also imagination. You just have to imagine. If we have to focus then it should be done on what benefits us. Why do anything that will harm us? If both are not true then
choose the truth which gives us confidence. If you mechanism once. Try it just for one day. Try spending a day
with this shift in focus. And give yourself marks again the next day. I guarantee your results will be very different. Now the second problem was shyness and its solution is initiation bias behavior.
What was the problem of the second situation i.e. shine? hesitating and getting left behind just because of shine. And it's not necessarily
because you're afraid of people's judgment [of music]. Many people are unable to start a conversation because they are not looking for perfection. And the more you wait for the perfect moment, the more awkward that moment becomes. The more you
delay, the stronger the hesitation becomes. And actually there is no problem with knowledge. The problem is of initiation, start, beginning. You know how to talk. You know what to say. Just
because of awkwardness and hesitation, many times, not many times, those chances are missed. You know that if you had taken initiative there, perhaps many relationships, taken initiative there, perhaps many relationships, many opportunities and many stories would have changed
and your initiation bias behavior can beat this. What does bias mean? To tilt the mind to one side. And in this case, you have to tilt your brain you have to tilt your brain towards action with the five-second entry rule. Whenever you are
you feel that yes, you are hesitating , feeling a little shy, then remember this rule. , feeling a little shy, then remember this rule. You entered a party. Just the first five seconds of saying hi to someone [music], interacting with someone. If you are
in a group and everyone seems to be talking and I am quiet, then you have 5 seconds. If you want to say something, challenge yourself. Even if you compliment the person in front of you. Tell me something about yourself. Give me your small point of view.
Add a line. But something must be done in 5 seconds. It doesn't matter what you are saying. Remember what you're saying [music]. Do n't make it high quality. At this point, it doesn't matter what you're saying [musically]. At this time it is important that you
[musically]. At this time it is important that you initiate. You are adding something. 90% of people are afraid to start a conversation, they hesitate and whatever they do, they automatically become noticeable. I understand this will not be easy and it is
Sometimes, in the rush of five seconds, you may say something which you later feel could have been better. Say something you think you shouldn't have said. But your brain will get into the habit of initiating. Once in a while something will go wrong. Once in a while something
unpleasant will come out. You won't abuse me, will you? You wo n't harm anyone. You are happened a little bit, it was not that good. But your brain is getting into the habit of taking fast action, initiating, getting involved, contributing something,
saying something. Look, this practice doesn't have just one goal. Do n't give your mind a chance to start overthinking. Because it is your thoughts that create awkwardness and hesitation within you. Next behavior evidence building behavior which is the suggestion of
self worth. The problem in this case was that I always felt that maybe I am not enough. that I always felt that maybe I am not enough. not having a strong feeling about oneself from within even if one wants to. Now how much of this is true or not
Now how much of this is true or not depends not on the truth but on your perception. There was depends not on the truth but on your perception. There was Where the show host first asks a common girl to throw a ball in the basket
and obviously she fails every time and after that she is asked to do the same thing by blindfolding her. But the trick was that the people standing near him were motivating him even when he threw wrong. They start chairing. And then when her
blindfold is removed and she is told to hit the ball normally, she is successful four out of five times. In fact, they do the same process with a professional basketball player who initially makes all the throws correctly.
Then when he is blindfolded, instead of cheering, the crowd starts demotivating him. He starts doing it. The result is that when his blindfold is removed later, he is unable to make even a single throw successfully.
This entire experiment was a prime example of the fact that when you are negative or positive about yourself from within, then in reality your strength and ability are affected accordingly. The reason for all this is that our brain is actually
like a lawyer. Whatever kind of case we give him to fight, he starts collecting evidence by putting in his best efforts without looking here and there. The
many things and many achievements in the life of all of us. We all have many qualities and trades within us. Because of which people like us. We value ourselves. Even whatever you have today, you have achieved it with your efforts.
But despite knowing all this, we consciously start giving ourselves weak thoughts after looking at others. That means, your lawyer, your brain, you give him this case thinking that perhaps I am not that capable. He collects evidence at that very moment.
Evidence is collected that yes, I failed then. I remember that time I was insulted in front of everyone. The person in front of me was so much smarter than me. No one was looking at me. This is the problem as well. This is the solution also. Start giving good cases to this lawyer.
The results will change. It's like you have to decide whether you have such a strong lawyer. He will fight the case in your favor and the lawyer is against you. This is the solution to both behavior, boundary building behavior and people pleasing. It is
very difficult to not be able to tell people. I can relate to this [music]. Of course, on moral grounds, we like it very much that I do not refuse anyone. I agree with everyone. I help people. I walk with people
and it's all right. The problem is not that we say yes to everyone. The problem is that we do n't know our limits. We don't know how to set our boundaries. Just think, if we keep giving all the time, then at the end our hands will be empty.
Therefore, it is very important to use boundary building behavior. Boundaries do not mean being conservative, nor do they mean being selfish. This does not mean being an agent. It's just that you know what I need for myself and what I don't.
Definitely it is important to respect others but not by ignoring yourself. But practically most of the people are not able to say no because they feel that the other person will think that I am arrogant or my image will be spoiled in front of them. My
relationship will get spoiled. Therefore, one should not say no directly. How will the other person know What is going on in your life? So there was a small framework I read. That framework helped me a lot in solving this thing which was RDR framework Reason
Denial Respect. For example, in the last two-three years, many times people have approached me to invest in their startup. You invest in our business and I cannot say yes everywhere. You don't do it in majority of places. You invest in only a few startups.
So many times I did not reply. Sometimes I ignored it and sometimes I did even invested in it due to friendship. So now let me clearly tell you the first reason why I am refusing that right now my focus is on something else. Right now I'm focused
on building something else. Then denial so I won't be able to invest right now. And respect but I am giving you best wishes from my heart. I wish you all the best for your business. If you are working anywhere else in any form, please let me know. So instead of
ignoring or instead of saying yes there is a suggestion or DR framework. Fifth behavior is ownership behavior which is the susceptibility to overthinking. What is overthinking? I often say in my workshops that overthinking is the no-action avoidance loop
[music]. There is a loop of avoiding action. Your mind is thinking something or the other to give you comfort, to save you from action, to avoid it, so let's
trying to solve it emotionally that if it happens like this then it will happen like that, if it happens then it will be plus or minus. And in this process, your options, your fears, your confusion increase further. Avoiding further action. And that loop keeps getting bigger and bigger and we keep getting swept away in overthinking.
And the best way to stop overthinking of any form is to take a small, sweet, tiny action. Take any one action.
Take even the smallest action. That breaks the loop. The brain can see it. Action was taken and nothing like this happened. It is safe. Move a little further. Action taken is safe. To give the brain the safety that we are safe even after taking action. You are not getting safe just by thinking.
You can kill the action-avoidance loop only through action. You can only cure poison with poison. If you are having emotional overthinking, some negative emotions are going on in your mind, take some action. Action can be to write down whatever is going on in your mind, journal it somewhere, and
bring your feelings in front of you. Sometimes you keep thinking that you have to create content, make a video, post it, give some small action. Stop overthinking. Post something today. Create something today. Open your laptop today and write two lines. I should apply for a job there
message him, apply. Leave a message. Write hello. Break the loop by taking an action. So the best session for overthinking is not to think anymore. Whenever you are overthinking, remember that thinking more will not help.
break the loop and you will continue moving into the action. So if you look carefully, every solution is actually a behavior. Shifting the focus, starting a conversation , proving yourself, using your lawyer , not reacting, or
taking action. Confidence is not being built, your behavior is being upgraded. And when behavior changes, confidence comes automatically. So remember not to push your confidence. Fix the behavior. Therefore the next stage
is very important. So that we can remind ourselves daily. We should be able to take the gist of this video We should be able to take the gist of this video We should be able to make those fundamentals, those truths a part of our lives. Quickly
cover three important fundamentals, three important truths, three daily reminders in the third stage. Third Part, Three Important Patterns. You understood your problem, you understood your patterns, accepted them, and
saw their solution. But if we say here that now you will definitely gain confidence. No you have a twist. The twist is that just taking action is not enough. If the thinking inside is old. If you are trying new things but doing it with an old mindset, you
may go back to default mode. If you make a little change from outside but the same from inside, the result will also be the same. That's why we talk about neuroplasticity. Talk about rewiring the mind. Talking about training the mind, it
is important to keep giving yourself those reminders. It's important to keep telling yourself. It is very important not to let yourself forget this. So I'm giving you three important reminders based on this video. But you
subtract reminders according to your specific problem. But you will understand why it is important that after this video, three, four, five lines should always be in front of us. Whether it is in front of our room or in our phone. Unless we are satisfied in our confidence journey
that yes, there has been a change in my behavior now. You started a restaurant. You made a lovely dish. You said said it is very good. But some people came and said no, we like spicy food. It should
be a little spicy. You added red chilli to it. Then some come. He spicy. You also put sugar in it. Some came and said no, no, we are non-vegetarians, there should be some chicken, you added chicken as well. Some came and said
added oregano and someone said my favourite is South Indian, so you added 65 spices and curry leaves in it. Someone said I like Chinese, so you added soya sauce vinegar in it. Ultimately, what will your dish become, will people like it, will
people join you or will the restaurant start getting empty, people will start abusing you, you cannot please everyone in your life, you cannot follow everyone's wishes, you cannot understand everyone's preferences. Any restaurant that tries to
please everyone will fail. Some people are fans of a singer and some people say that says wow, what a movie it was. Some say it was a bad movie. Some are fans of Kohli and house. Someone is trolling Shahrukh Khan. This is what happens in childhood.
We were the same people. Some people found me funny, some found me annoying, some found me average. In college, one group likes your humor and the other says that you talk too much. You are helpful to someone in the office and someone says that you are over involved. And
and slowly lose your original version. So this reminder we have to remember that I don't need everyone's approval to move forward. Everyone should approve me. I should seem right to everyone. I should act according to everyone. Make everyone happy. This
is not possible. You understood the whole video. So remind yourself every day that I don't need everyone's approval. Some people will stay with me, some will not. Some will like it, some will not. I will keep taking action. I should continue on my journey of confidence.
Seconds come on reminder. Suppose you have installed a CCTV camera in your house which many people have access to. And you feel that the people who have access are watching you and noticing your every move.
But do you know what the twist is here ? The camera is not on. You are ? The camera is not on. You are And this is what happens to us. Sometimes in your childhood, while saying something in front of the whole class,
you suddenly went blank. One day in college, while giving a presentation, you made a mistake. He said something like this on stage. Missed some point in the office. Now, after a few years, do you think all your school friends remember you? It has been
five or six years since college. Everyone remembers your mistake. You missed the point in the office 5 years ago, does anyone remember? Only you remember. And because of that you are carrying fear within you. Are you increasing by participating next time. You are afraid to raise your hand. Something the world doesn't
even remember. Only you remember. Meaning the problem is not your reality. This is your interpretation. The fact is small. The story gets bigger. The fact was small. I went missed. But I made the story so big that I would not dare to do it later. I became underconfident in my life
, became shy and started hesitating. The fact becomes small talk about the third reminder. Suppose you say I want to practice swimming, I want to become swimming. You arrive. The coach says let's do it. The coach says
stand on the edge and jump. But you don't say anything. Let me feel a little more confident. Then I will jump. The coach is calling from behind, jump. And you say no and feel confident. Then I will jump. Think about it if you are standing there. If you are
not jumping, you will feel more confident and your fear will increase. If you are not jumping, you will feel more confident and you are increasing your fear. This is a small example but it is applicable in every situation of life that if you are not jumping
then you are not increasing your confidence, you are increasing your fear. Confidence comes after the jump, not before. And the more you wait for the perfect movement, the more your fear increases. Waiting for the perfect moment is detrimental, fear is increasing
and confidence comes only after taking the jump. So start jumping. Perfect feeling does n't wait. A perfect feeling is created. You don't take action with confidence. You become confident by taking action. So next time your mind tells you that you
are not ready and cannot do it right now, then remind yourself that you do not have to be perfect to start. It remind yourself that you do not have to be perfect to start. It Action is taken and confidence is gained. Now the stage that is
coming after this is the most important stage. The next stage is not in this video. The next stage is not in this video. The next stage is in your life. Now it is not a matter of understanding. Now is the stage to apply. So wish you all the best for the
next stage which is to apply it, implement it in your life, and make yourself a confident personality. So that
And when that happens, I will feel that my efforts were worth it. For the last several years, the only goal of my videos, my trainings, my books is to help you, to help you move forward in your life, to move forward. This is my satisfaction. This is my
earning. This is my happiness. See you again in the next video. Till then stay happy and in the next video. Till then stay happy and keep sharing happiness. I love you all.
