## Summary

This video presents a comprehensive guide to growing a YouTube channel from zero to 100,000 subscribers using a combination of two AI tools: Claude Fable 5 and Higgsfield. The creator, who claims to generate over 100 million views annually, outlines a step-by-step process covering niche selection, brand identity creation, viral video ideation, packaging (titles and thumbnails), scripting, B-roll generation, and upload optimization.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to the AI-Powered YouTube Growth System** [00:02] — The video introduces a system combining Claude Fable 5 and Higgsfield to automate channel branding, thumbnails, and footage generation, promising a path to 100,000 subscribers.
- **Niche Selection: Passion Over Profit** [00:27] — The creator advises against spending weeks researching the 'most profitable' niche. Instead, he emphasizes choosing a niche you are passionate about or have expertise in, as this sustains motivation and credibility.
- **Branding: The Key to Standing Out** [02:16] — Establishing a strong visual and personal brand is crucial. The creator uses examples like MrBeast and Greg Lab to illustrate how consistent visual identity and personality traits create a recognizable brand that builds trust.
- **Using Claude and Higgsfield for Brand Identity** [04:14] — A practical tutorial on connecting Higgsfield to Claude via an MCP connector, then using a prompt to generate a full brand identity, including wardrobe and setting, based on a personal description.
- **Viral Video Ideation: Finding Outliers** [06:53] — To get viral ideas, look for 'outlier' videos on competitor channels (e.g., a video getting 2x the channel average). Tools like 1of10 can help identify these. Also, monitor short-form content on TikTok/Instagram for trends to adapt into long-form videos.
- **Crafting Banger Titles** [08:51] — Titles should be under 65 characters for younger audiences, promise one clear thing, and avoid jargon. For older audiences, longer titles with more context work better. Validate title formats by checking if similar titles are overperforming on YouTube.
- **Thumbnails: AI-Generated and Simple** [10:22] — Use AI to generate thumbnails but keep them simple and easily understandable. Swap in realistic headshots to avoid an AI-generated look. Top creators replicate proven thumbnail formats from competitors, adapting text, face, and branding.
- **Scripting: Outlines Over Word-for-Word Scripts** [13:22] — Instead of writing full scripts, use an outline with bullet points and prompts. This allows for a more natural, authentic delivery. The outline should include a hook that repeats the title, social proof, context, and a breakdown into chapters with sub-hooks.
- **Generating B-Roll with AI** [17:08] — Use Claude and Higgsfield to generate high-quality, copyright-free B-roll footage that matches your brand. This avoids the 'amateur' look of stock footage sites like Pexels and can be created in seconds.
- **Uploading and Optimizing for Viewer Satisfaction** [18:42] — The only metric that matters is viewer satisfaction, which is invisible in YouTube Studio. Optimize by putting a link in the first line of the description, writing an accurate description with keywords, and using chapters to help YouTube understand the video's content.

### Conclusion

The video concludes that by combining Claude Fable 5 for ideation and scripting with Higgsfield for visual assets, creators can streamline the entire YouTube production process. The key to success is focusing on viewer satisfaction and delivering value, rather than chasing algorithm hacks.

## Transcript

Unstable 5 just became the fastest way to blow up on YouTube in 2026. And it's better than any other AI out there because when you connect it to another AI called Higgs Field, it stops just giving you advice and starts building the channel instead.
The branding, the thumbnail, even the footage, all generated while you simply just sit back and watch. I generate over 100 million views a year for myself and my clients on long-form YouTube. So today, I'm going to share a full guide on how to do this yourself.
go from zero subscribers all the way to a hundred thousand subscribers with the help of these two very powerful AIs. So that by the end of this video, you're going to be able to do this yourself as well, even if you're starting from absolutely nothing. Full disclosure, Higgsfield is sponsoring
this video, but nonetheless, this is truly the most powerful combination of AI tools for YouTubers in 2026. So let's get into it. Our step one is going to be to pick your niche, and we're only going to spend about five minutes on this because there's actually something that's way more
important to this that we'll get into in a second, which is branding. See, a lot of people think they need to spend weeks and weeks picking the perfect niche and maybe even using the powers of Claude Fable to figure out like what the most profitable niche is, lowest competition, and try and like
shortcut their way to success. The reality is if you're going to build an actual good YouTube channel, you need to have some kind of passion or expertise for what you are talking about. Anyone who tells you you can simply just research things online and make good videos is not lying
to you, but it's just way, way harder to come into a niche. Say you're making videos about how to make money and you've never made money yourself. It's very, very hard to make good videos. My best advice to creators is always to pick a niche where they have some kind of special advantage or passion.
The reality is it could take a long time for you to blow up on YouTube, even if you're consuming a lot of good information. And if you're not passionate about a niche and it's just something that you pick because you think it'll shortcut you to success, you're going to lose motivation and it's going to suck. Trust me. You want to pick a niche you have some kind of passion or expertise
in. Especially if it's educational. If you don't have the expertise, it's going to be very, very hard to out-compete everybody else that does, and it's also going to be hard for you to talk credibly on a subject and then make good videos. Your viewers are going to see right through you,
maybe even call you a scammer if you're doing something related to money, let's say. So what I would do is I would literally pick a niche that right now, off the top of your head, you could just speak for hours about. So for me, I played soccer all my life. I pick like soccer, or this niche right now, you can try it. I've been on YouTube for over seven years, generated lots and
lots of views, so this is my pick for a niche for you. It's going to be something different, though. Figure this out in literally five minutes. Then, the more important part comes next, which is establishing your brand visual identity. See, there's tons and tons of people making videos
in any niche that you go into, whether it's soccer, whether it's finance, whether it's crypto, whether it's food, trading, etc. It literally doesn't matter. There's going to be hundreds and hundreds of other channels making actually better videos than you, especially at first. So, the way that you out-compete channels with hundreds of thousands and even millions of
subscribers is by being different and not just being different for the sake of being different but being different for the sake of building a brand. See the top channels on YouTube are not just making good videos and they're not just coming up with viral ideas like a lot of people
say. At the root of it, at the foundation, they are building a brand that is immediately recognizable, makes viewers feel and trust them a certain way and fits with their authentic personality. Alex Formosi talks about working all the time. He doesn't smile a lot. He's always in the tank top,
always got the hat, always got his beard. It's a very recognizable brand. Greg Lab, another entrepreneur, is always posted up in like nature and talks not like an old man, but somebody who has experience, but he's not too old, right? He's still pretty young. He's pretty fit, super tan.
He's out in the sun. He's got his Bloom Energy, which is his company, and he's got his math book on the wooden table, right? This is a clear brand that nobody else has that is not just different to be different. It's different to make you feel a certain way. So Greg's whole thing is natural energy. That's where his brand comes from. Al Sharnozy is work hard, but it's not work hard
like you're lazy it's work hard you need to make a hundred million dollars look at any top channel they do this they do this visually and they do this with the way they speak dan martell always speaks a certain way he's often speaking in front of crowds of kids because he wants to be viewed as
a mentor in other niches ryan trahan always uses the most minimalist even bad looking fonts in his videos always talks a little bit very casual a little bit introverted and it doesn't necessarily like look like this big authority on camera he looks almost like a little timid right this is
all intentional this is to get you to stick to the brand it takes all of these creators best characteristics. It amplifies them 10x with everything visual, everything you're saying, and it looks different than everybody else. So to do this, we're going to use the power of
Claude and Higgsfield to create branding for our channel without us doing really any work. All right, so the first thing that we need to do is copy over this link to the Higgsfield MCP, which is going to connect Higgsfield to Claude. So we're going to go to customize,
connectors, then we're going to click add custom connector, put the name as Higgsfield, then we're going to paste in the link to the MCP, which I will leave in the description. We're going to click add, click connect. It's going to ask us to sign in, click allow on everything.
All right, and just like that, we are now connected to Higgs field through CloudFable 5. We've just actually unlocked Absolute Monster. So now we're going to paste this prompt in. By the way, if you want all the prompts in this video, I'll leave again another link in the description to just send them all over to you for free.
But we're going to paste this prompt in and we're going to change the niche. We're going to do the fitness niche for this. Then we're also going to add a bit of context. So next we're going to copy paste this prompt into Fable and fill in the blanks.
I leave a link in the description to just send you all of these prompts for free if you want them But we going to throw this into Fable we going to fill out these blanks so for the purpose of this we going to do fitness niche just because i not in the fitness niche and we going to say design the full brand identity positioning one sentence generate pictures of the wardrobe plus settings
so it's going to generate pictures of me wearing clothes i need to wear plus the setting use a description of you so we're going to say curly haired white guy boom then you think feel the generate channel banner profile picture and here's a little about me to make this easy so when you're using AI, the single best thing that you can do is talk to it. If you just use simple text prompts
like everybody else, you're just going to look like everybody else and AI is not going to give you the best response. Best thing you can do is talk to it. So here's what we're going to do. We're going to use this little voice bar in Claude and I'm going to say, I was actually really skinny when I was in high school. When I got to college, I started eating a lot and I got really, really
fat because I was just door dashing all the time. And eventually I realized it was making me really unhappy. I locked in and went to the gym and started eating good. And now I'm like super jacked. I don't believe in strict diets. I don't believe in super big, like, supplements.
I don't believe in drugs, Zempik, or anything like that. I really just value natural weight loss and just eating right. I think that's the best thing to do. And also nature. I love nature, too. Okay, so we gave it a bunch of context. We're going to click enter, and we're going to see what it does.
We're going to click always allow, and it's going to generate us some images. This is actually, like, really, really cool. So notice how now we're not just, like, this generic, like, fitness influencer. It's saying that we're going to film outside, not in a gym, not in some, like, guru wall. We're going to film in a place that actually fits our brand.
The color palette feels very natural, very in line with what I've just told it. Alright, you can see it's starting to generate things. This is actually really, really thick. This doesn't look like me, though, so we're going to actually put an image of me in here. Alright, we're going to take a picture. Alright, and just like that, we have a banner, we have a profile picture.
Obviously, I would take better photos for this, but for using a terrible photo I took on my phone, this is actually fire. But a channel people recognize still gets zero views if the ideas aren't dialed and super viral. And 99% of channels that aren't successful right now are simply guessing what their next upload is going to be.
So next, we're going to figure out how to get viral video ideas for this channel. I have a full video that you should watch after this one where I break down the five ideation methods I use to consistently come up with viral videos that get us over 100 million views a year for our client.
But for the purposes of today, I'm going to keep it very short so that you can at least just get your toes in and then go more advanced once you have the basics down. Basically, there's two main things you should do to come up with your viral video ideas. Number one is to look at outliers in similar niches and your niche from your competitors.
What is an outlier? An outlier is just a video that is overperformed by a certain multiple on a channel. So if a channel averages, let's say, 100,000 views and a video gets 200,000 views, that's a 2x outlier. There's something that that video did really, really well.
For example, right now, and you can find these with a tool like 1 of 10. 1 of 10 is free. If I look up quad, look at all of these outlier videos, these videos that are overperforming. That's a signal to me that I should make a video about quad. So the best thing that you can do is look at your niche.
So if you're in fitness, like I am, then you're going to look at a bunch of other fitness creators, big, small, whatever. And you're also going to look at adjacent niches. So think like nutrition, food, self-improvement, niches that are like kind of similar but not the same thing. And you're going to see what types of outlier concepts are going viral.
Usually it's not going to be like one word or a certain title format that's going viral. It's going to be a thing. For example, Claude right now is super, super viral. So do this with your niche. What I would recommend is making a new YouTube account where you just watch a bunch of competitor videos
and then scroll through your homepage and you can see what videos are overperforming right now or use a tool like one of 10. Again, just use your brain like what's the most trending thing you think in your niche. If you're an expert in fitness, you're going to know that like some kind of diet is maybe super trendy or some kind of format. Just look at the top creators in your
niche. Look at small creators. Also look at short form as well. If you have a piece of short form content, you can show it's TikTok, Instagram does really, really well and you keep seeing something on your feed of this piece of short form content that's doing well. You can easily just replicate it and turn it into a long form video to base your video ideas off of. Moving on, once you have
banger ideas, you need to package them up with great titles. And step three is to come up with banger titles that get people to click on your video. There's some general rules I have for titles. Number one, if you have a young audience, keep your titles under 65 characters. This way,
they're very easy to understand and immediately get clicked. People don't have to think about it or read too much. They don't cut off on the YouTube homepage. But if you have an older audience, say like 55 plus, then you should actually have longer titles because older audiences from our data, actually read the titles more, and if they have more context, I'm more likely to click. Your
titles should promise one clear thing, be very, very simple, avoid any sort of jargon. So if I'm in the fitness niche, avoid words like cardiovascular, exercise. Instead, use words like workout, lose weight, diet. Very, very simple things that a broad market can understand, and you will get
more views. So I have a video about the 10 methods I would use to lose 100 pounds in the next 30 days. Can you come up with 5 to 10 titles for me? No em dashes. All right, then for each of these titles, what you're going to want to do is you're going to look them up on either YouTube or 1 of 10,
and you're going to figure out if other people have done these formats and they've worked really well. How I'd lose 100 pounds if I had to start over. Just throw this into here, and we're going to scroll through, and you're going to see that there's actually a lot of people that are kind of doing similar titles to this. So how I'd lose 30 pounds in 90 days if I had to start over. Great,
this title is overperforming by 2.5x. We can even click similar titles if you pay for 1 of 10, or you can just look for more people trying to do this. If a bunch of people are using a similar title format and it's working really really well chances are it's a good title format even if one
person is it's fine ideally more people are using it though and you can basically just take this format and put it to your own video as well super easy all right now that we know how to generate banger ideas and banger titles we need thumbnails to accompany both of these things so that we really earn the viewer click and get more views So in 2026 YouTube is actually heavily cracking down on AI so it very very important that you listen to me right now okay
You should use AI in your videos to make them faster and make them better, but what you can do is use AI to make your thumbnails as long as they don't look sloppy. As long as they look good, honestly, 99% of thumbnail designers that you will hire right now are going to use AI, at least all the ones that I know.
So I would also use AI if you're going to be making your own thumbnails. It'll be much faster for you. I'm going to show you exactly how. In general, to make a good thumbnail, you want to use very, very simple elements, make them very, very big, and keep your thumbnail very, very simple and easily understandable.
The more detail you add to a thumbnail, the worse it gets because it's harder to immediately understand on the YouTube homepage. On top of this too, your thumbnail should be very easily visible from a small size so people can view it on a phone. And on a big size, there shouldn't be all these like little imperfections
because people are going to be watching it on a TV. You need to optimize for both types of viewers. We can actually use Higgs field for this. We're going to say, here's my video title. And I've given this prompt a bunch of thumbnail rules that I use personally that I would recommend you use as well. So in Higgs field, we're going to go like this. Boom. Here's my video title, how I'd lose
a hundred pounds if I had to start over. Boom. Easy. And then we are going to click generate. All right. And just like that, it's actually given us some pretty decent thumbnails. What I would do now just to avoid myself looking super AI generated, because I just gave it like a shitty
photo. So I'm going to look at all the headshots in these thumbnails and I'm going to take actual pictures of myself with either a camera or a phone, have a field actually swap these in. Very, very easy. In general, to avoid your thumbnails working AI generated, just use as
realistic headshots as you can. This is what all top channels do, by the way. Typically, they'll mock up their thumbnails with full AI and then have the creator take actual headshots and then swap them in. Very, very easy. In fact, these thumbnail concepts are actually really,
really good. And if we want concepts that are even more proven, we can go back to a tool like one of 10. So say we really like this thumbnail. We're going to screenshot this. We're going to saying replicate this thumbnail format for this video for me. Swapping text, face, and branding.
Boom. Easy. And we're going to let it cook. All right. And just like that, it has literally just recreated a viral thumbnail format and adapted it for our video. This is what all top creators are doing. Top creators are taking thumbnail formats and title formats that are already
working well for their competitors and people in similar niches and adapting it to their video. It's literally what we've just done here. And obviously this image of me looks AI generated. I'll just take a better picture. Like I took the worst picture of all time. It still made something that's actually like really good. Like I could post it. This is my brand, right? I told it I
want to be in nature, that I want to wear this type of clothing, etc. And it's done that for me. This is actually game changing for creators who no longer have to spend hundreds of dollars per thumbnail on a designer. It's actually insane. And by the way, the reason that we're doing our title and thumbnail before we actually make the video is so that we can get our packaging right
before we actually are stuck into whatever we just recorded or edited. See, the reality is that if you were to click, they won't watch the video. So getting the click is the first thing that you actually want to make sure you get right. A lot of people will save their title and thumbnail for
last, when in reality, it should be one of the first things that you do, because once the video is edited, it's kind of hard to just like do a new thumbnail concept. Imagine there's this packaging that's working well for all these other creators, this title and thumbnail combo, and you just can't do it because you've already made a video. Versus this way, we can figure out the best angle, maybe
change our video or like our plan for the video, get really, really banger packaging that will get people to click, then we make a banger video to follow it up. The rest is easy once you get the packaging. I would say around 70 to 80 percent of your time should be spent on your ideas and
packaging. That's at least how it is for me. Now, the packaging gets the click, but the next thing that you need to actually get viewers to keep watching is a banger script. And especially, you need banger hooks in that script because the first 30 seconds of your video are going to decide
whether or not people keep watching. So, step five is to script a really banger script structure and hooks for your video before you hit record. I personally never write word-for-word scripts because it takes way too long and you end up sounding like a robot.
For this video, I actually only have a script outline. And for all of our clients, again, we get over 100 million views a year for our clients. They all record with script outlines. So here's an example of what a script outline looks like. Notice how first we have word for word hooks.
The hook structure is very, very simple. First line, you always repeat the title in some way. This way, viewers know their time is not going to be wasted. You are immediately confirming the click. The second line or like second part of the hook is going to be your social proof.
So if you're telling somebody, here's how I make a million dollars, here's how I'd lose 100 pounds in a few days, here's how I would learn day trading. It doesn't matter what it is. You need to give them proof that you're actually legit and not just like a stammer or just like using chat TPT. So for me, I was like, some of these channels have under 10,000 subscribers and they're making this much money.
Or it could be like, in this video, I said I get over 100 million views a year on YouTube. For you, it could be like, I've been a coach for 20 years. I've been a pro player in this video game. I've made $10 million day trading. It doesn't matter. You need some kind of social proof.
And the third line is any additional context you may need to give the viewer. For example, in a day trading video, you might be, these are the 10 trades that you need to make to become a millionaire in 2026. See, I know this because I've been day trading for the last 10 years.
I made over $100 million with this system. And the next part of the context is like, see, 99% of people actually get this wrong. They think that they need to make thousands and thousands of trades, but the reality is the same five trades appear in every single millionaire's portfolio.
So in this video, I'm going to walk you through all 10 trades, exactly how to do them, why they work so well, and common mistakes that you find at each level so that you can do this yourself Super easy Next you notice that the script outline is split into different talking points or you can call them chapters or sections right So if it the 10 trades you have to make each one is going to be a section or if it seven levels
each level is going to be a section. Principles, methods, however you have your video split up, you can split it up into different chapters or sections. Each chapter has first a long-form hook, then notice how each talking point is split up into a sub-hook, which is word for word,
so it's like a re-hook. If you don't have these, then people will dip out of the video between sections. Then it's split up into three parts with third person bullet point prompts. This way, if it's in third person, if it's me, experience X, I can't just like read off the screen and sound
like a robot. So now, because I'm already an expert in what I'm talking about and I'm given an outline that's just prompting me, I'm speaking more from my brain. I'm sounding more authentic, more like myself. And I'm going to give better information because if I'm an expert in something and I'm just being prompted, maybe I forgot to write something if I'm doing a word for word
script. This way, which is actually what I'm doing now, I'm able to share stuff that I wouldn't normally write down. Stuff that just comes to my head. Stuff that sounds like me if I was talking to a client, somebody on a coaching call, on stage, doesn't matter. I've done all these things. I found
the same in those as I do in my YouTube videos. A lot of people sound like a robot in their YouTube videos, but sound awesome in person. With this method, you're able to just sound natural no matter what you do. And you don't even really need Cloud Table 5 to do this because I actually wrote
a cloud script outlining skill that works on any of the cloud versions and just does all of this for you. I'll leave a link in the description to just give it to you for free. It's my treat. All right, so now once you've scripted your videos, you're going to need to give your editors
or yourself, if you're editing, B-roll to make the video even more engaging. For this, we're going to use Cloud Table and Higgs Field to generate really high quality B-roll that is completely copyright free. So B-roll is just a term, if you don't know, for like little three
to five second inserts of video into your video. So what you're seeing right now is A-roll. If I overlay something that is just what I'm talking about, say I'm talking about working hard and I have some guy like working hard or even better, me working hard, then that's B-roll. And it's just
a retention tactic. It's very classic in video to just keep you engaged. And a lot of people will use the same stock footage sites. Like I used to use this site called Pexels. It's actually like really, really good. The thing is, everybody found it and everybody uses it now. So immediately
whenever I see Pexels, I'm like, damn, this guy's like low-key and amateur. Instead, we're going to use AI to generate visuals that don't look like AI and actually make the video more engaging. So we're going to use this prompt here. Again, link in the description. We're going to say, here's my
video script you'll paste the script for the purposes of this I'm just gonna generate like a couple scenes but I'm just gonna say how to lose 100 pounds eat healthy and go to the gym I'll say this is a simple script just do the two
shots then it's gonna generate videos for us to put into our main video in about like 10 seconds it's generated off some videos and it has sounds too usually you don't want sounds in b-roll but this is like really good this looks like
super super real alright then this it's me in the gym that is actually insane This looks almost better actually, I would say. I'm not even joking. This looks better than like stock footage because it's original footage. And it's like a little bit tailored to my brand too.
It's got the green shirt like I wanted for the fitness channel. That is actually insane. And it looks like here too. And I can also prompt this even more to get very, very specific D-roll. That took like five to ten seconds. That is actually crazy that I can do this.
All right, and the last step of this process is to upload our videos. So you really don't need to overthink this. The reality is, in 2026, YouTube cares about one thing and one thing only, and that is a metric called viewer satisfaction.
It's actually invisible to you. It's nothing you're going to see in your YouTube studio. It's simply a measure in which how much a viewer was satisfied or enjoyed with your video. So this is measured, and it's a combination of things like, did they like the video? Did they comment on it? Did they share it? Did they watch a lot of it? Did they go watch another video? Et cetera.
All of these things combined to basically allow YouTube, with its very, very advanced AI algorithm, to know whether or not viewers enjoyed the video. So things like hashtags, public time, little algorithm hacks for settings you need to turn on, it's actually all just like propaganda. None of that matters.
The only thing that matters is how good is your video. Now, there are little optimizations that I would make when you post your video. That's just going to give YouTube an easier time to recommend it to the right people. The first thing is your very first line in your description should always be a link.
The reason is you'll notice that only two lines appear above the fold in the description before somebody has to unfold it, and 99% of people are not going to unfold it. The next thing I would do is link your other socials. No harm in doing this. Then I would write a short description of the video that is accurate and not just keyword spam.
Like actually make it make sense, but do like slip in some normal keywords for your niche. So mine is YouTube strategy, so I'll slip in words like video editing, AI, cloud, go viral, subscribers, views, monetization, etc. Make it an accurate description of your video so that when YouTube is scanning your video with its AI,
it's going to know exactly what it is and how to push it out to the right people. The last thing I would do is always use chapters. Again, you can use cloud for all this. When you upload your YouTube video to YouTube as unlisted, you can actually click show transcript down here. You can copy the whole transcript into Cloud
and ask it to generate chapters for you. The reason you add chapters is it's going to make the viewers' watching experience better because they're going to be able to skip around to different sessions that they want and gives, again, YouTube more data on what your video actually contains and is about so it can recommend it to the right people.
And that is the Cloud Fable 5 and Higgs Field AI system that I would use to blow up a YouTube channel in 2026. Thank you again to Higgs Field for partnering up with me on this video. The tool is genuinely game-changing and if I was using it when I was first starting,
how we've been able to make better videos way, way faster. And if you want to learn my five methods that get us over 100 million views for our clients on YouTube every single year, check out this video next.
