[00:00] What's up, creators? Here's this month's Creator  Roundup. You can now upload thumbnails in multiple   languages. Viewers will see the thumbnail that  aligns with their language setting. To add multil-   language thumbnails, head to YouTube Studio on  desktop. In the languages tab of your video,   [00:15] choose or add a language, then click "Add" next  to Thumbnail. We've expanded the thumbnail   file limit from 2MB to 50MB. This  update should help your thumbnail shine on larger   screens like connected TVs. Channel Guidelines are  specific rules you define that outline the types   [00:32] of conversations you want to see in comments,  live chats, and in your Community. We're expanding   Channel Guidelines to everyone who has access to  intermediate and advanced features on YouTube,   and we're bringing them to Communities! To set up  Channel Guidelines from YouTube Studio on desktop,   [00:47] click on Channel Settings, then Community  Moderation, then Channel Guidelines.   Viewers will see channel guidelines on mobile  the first time they post a comment,   live chat, and to a Community on a channel  that has guidelines enabled. In addition,   [01:00] viewers will also see channel guidelines at the  top of a video's comment section. Remember,   all content, including your channel guidelines,  must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines.   We're expanding Effect Maker, our tool that  lets you create, publish, and manage effects   [01:15] for YouTube Shorts. Visit effects.youtube.com  from a desktop to sign in and   confirm your eligibility. Effect Maker lets you  publish your effect creations directly to YouTube,   putting them in front of billions, which can help  you expand your reach and grow your following.   [01:29] Want to learn more about how to build effects  on YouTube? Check out our new Effect Maker   Tutorial Playlist. We're making  it easier to be discovered by advertisers,   brands, and third-party platforms! Eligible  YPP Creators can now use the new channel   [01:43] insight sharing setting in YouTube Studio. This  setting lets you share your channel statistics,   audience breakdown, and shopping performance  insights across Google tools. This can help your   channel be discovered and expand your monetization  opportunities. The setting is off by default. So,   [01:58] if you're interested in opting in, head to  YouTube Studio, then Settings, then Channel,   then check the box under Channel Insight Sharing.  You can now test out Effects before going live   on mobile! In Pre-Live, before your live stream  begins, you can now tap Retouch, Greenscreen,   [02:14] or the Effects icon to choose an Effect to preview  before you go live. We hope this update helps you   explore and plan what effects you want to use  during your next live stream! We're excited to   announce the YouTube Creator Partnerships Program -  which brings together what was previously BrandConnect   [02:29] and the Creator Partnerships Hub. This  program helps eligible YPP creators be discovered   by brands and receive direct deal outreach  from the Partnerships tab in YouTube Studio.   None of the tools you know and love are changing.  We're simply updating the names to create a more   [02:44] unified identity for both creators and brands.  We're also expanding the program to creators   in even more countries and languages. Check  out more info about the program linked below.   And that's it! Let us know what you think in  the comments below and we'll see you next time.
