[00:01] take it to the next level. So, [music] you can't just copy and paste prompts. handles things like keyword research, content optimization, monetization planning, and all the updates while you can focus on the actual strategy and [00:16] to show you the full system. So, how do you use AI to do competitor research, how to automate content and optimization, how to build systemic content update workflows to keep your affiliate content performing, and the [00:29] exact tools and prompts that I would use to build a profitable affiliate business in 2026. Now, before we dive in, if you want my free AI masterclass, I'll help content strategy. Make sure to click the [00:41] link in the description below, and let's start with why most people are using AI what most affiliate marketers are doing with AI right now. So, they open ChatGPT, they type in "Write an introduction for a blog post about [00:53] that output, they paste it into have to do. Well, that's not really true. You're really also trading a manual task for a slightly faster manual task. So, you're still making every [01:06] time, you're still handling every step of the process. So, the real power in in 2026 isn't just generating text, it's building agents that handle workflows without micromanaging every single step. So, let me show you the difference. So, [01:21] keyword research. You would use Ahrefs, you would manually check competitors. You could use ChatGPT to do that. You create outlines. You manually write each prompt, you manually format the list, you manually add affiliate links in, you [01:34] optimize for SEO, you do all of these things by yourself. If you want to scale from 10 blog posts to 100, you need a 10 times more of your time back. So, the workflows that handle the research, the formatting, the optimization, and the [01:49] updates. You review the outputs, and you make decisions. But, all that mechanical So, here's what it can do. So, instead of manually researching stuff, you just have an AI agent analyze search results, extract ranking factors, identify [02:03] content gaps, output structured content briefs. That's like a 2-hour task done in 10 minutes. And instead of manually formatting every single thing, your AI agent can take raw product data, content, and output that into proper [02:16] HTML tables, formatting all of it, get it all done. That's another 45 task uh 45-minute task done in like 2 minutes. And instead of manually updating 50 articles or pieces of content, you have an AI agent identify old links, replace [02:30] products, update content, and then flags posts for your review. That could be 10 hours done with just 1 hour of your time. So this is really the difference I'm talking about here in this video between working in your business and [02:42] business. Now before we cover these workflows, there's a foundational piece that a lot of people skip over. Uh you need a home base. Basically, if you're doing affiliate marketing with AI, you need a website that you own and control. [02:55] Because all of these AI-generated systems, they need somewhere to live. And in 2026, setting up a website takes about 5 to 10 minutes. So let me just affiliate website. So the easiest and [03:08] with Hostinger. You go to this page here, their website you view their plans, and then you can choose the business website builder plan. I'm going to choose this for $2.99. [03:21] It'll then take me to the cart. And what you'll see is you get it for 48 months at just $2.99 a month. 48 months is the best plan, it's the longer-term one. If months, you can select less. And then you would select a domain. So [03:34] an affiliate site. So let's say I want to do like AI software reviews.com. taken, I would imagine. Oh, yeah, it's not available. So you can find something [03:46] that actually makes sense for you. So I could say like adamsaireviews.com. could take that. I would select it. You get a free domain for the first year, 3 [03:58] 1 year. 1 year free. So you hit continue and information, your credit card, and then we'll move to the next step. Okay, so I going to say let AI create your online presence. I'm going to say I'm this is a [04:12] um this is a blog that reviews the latest AI software. then it's going to get a hold of this ready. [04:25] right to this website builder. It has a perfect header image, AI software reviews. The website's already built. It's already done. So it's giving me a brand name yet, but it gives you the articles, different sections, stay [04:39] updated, a full footer that's done for you, blog posts that are ready. You can just click on these to edit the posts individually. be done super fast. You don't have to make it perfect. Ultimately, I've [04:52] changed my website many, many times over the years. You can change the image so go to image. You can replace this image with something else. They have a ton of free images. AI software. I can search that and I can [05:05] tons of different options or library, all kinds of stuff, AI images even. So tons of stuff you can do, very simple to edit. Again, you put in an AI prompt and minutes with Hostinger. It's a great website plan. Again, if you want it, [05:19] description and the pinned comment below, and you can access it. You can see their website builder super easy to use. All of the stuff's on the left-hand individual elements, style it. So for example, if I wanted to add a section [05:32] right here, I click add section, and then I can choose what type of section I want. Is it a contact form? Is it a this? Is it a resume? Projects? Blog posts? Online store even with products? Uh all of that stuff, social [05:47] icons, full Instagram feed if you link that up, all kinds of stuff. So, I'm testimonials. Right there. You just edit the text. And super easy to use. You can change the styles. You [06:02] can change the colors, the fonts. You can change the fonts on everything, now, but you can change what the buttons look like, the colors, everything. So, I think ultimately like Hostinger at the price to create this kind of website is [06:14] a buck site builder with AI is the best out there. Again, you get 85% off and then the free domain for the first year. Set up your website in like 5 minutes with AI and Hostinger. Okay, so the home base is live. Let's get into part two, [06:28] which is keyword research and competitor analysis. So, as we know, keyword affiliate marketing. You pick keywords that can make you affiliate revenue. And most of those are done with best plus product categories and things like [06:41] versus, this product versus that product, people that are ready to buy. would use a keyword tool or like you could look at Google Trends, for example. I put in something like best software and I see some of the rising [06:53] queries, right? So, something like best photo collage apps, best property management software for small business. These are all rising and change from 3,950. So, you look for these rising trending keywords because that's what [07:06] the AI needs to find. We need to figure out what is rising and new, not what is marketing, specifically, you don't want old keywords that have been around for 20 years. You want ones that are new and rising. So, you can keep looking at [07:18] these. Free SEO software, video editing for around in Google Trends and try it. There's other ways to do this. So, we can do it super simple. You input a seed keyword into an AI agent. You can use [07:32] even like a custom GPT would work for this. So, you put in a keyword. So, it could be if your niche is running, it could be best running shoes. Or if it's Whatever your niche is. And then step two, you feed that data into the agent [07:45] with specific instructions. So, not just like analyze this, but a detailed prompt that tells it exactly what to identify and how to structure the output. So, here is a prompt that could work. Analyze this keyword data, identify the [07:58] top 10 keywords based on search volume over 1,000 monthly, keyword difficulty under 30, clear buying intent indicating modifiers like best or specific product categories for each keyword provide the exact search volume, difficulty score, [08:11] estimated traffic potential, and primary search intent. And identify content gaps by comparing current top-ranking content. Output a structured data with recommendations for content angles. So, with that, the custom GPT or the agent [08:25] can process hundreds of keywords and return a filtered, prioritized list with minutes of work done in 5 minutes. So, ultimately, we need to do how many many articles or videos or whatever our [08:38] month? Well, with this kind of strategy, instead of I used to always say like at a week, that's good. Now, I say if you can do 30 a month that are quality, that's key. That are quality. That might be a lot. So, if you can do 20 a month [08:52] that are high quality, that's still a really good number. That's 20 * 12, that's 240 pieces of content a year for affiliate revenue. That's really good. So, again, we have to not just scale to the moon without planning ourselves. We [09:05] can't take ourselves out of the strategic decision-making. So, we can you're in the running niche, there's running shoes, there's running water supplements and all kinds of different things you can take, clothes, all kinds [09:19] you'd have some pillar posts, right? The best running shoes of 2026. And then you could have other posts like the best running shoes for beginner runners, for women, for kid, whatever it is, right? So, you have all these different posts [09:34] that you strategize around a pillar post in your niche. You also want to do some competitor analysis, you take the top ranking URLs on Google for your target top videos on YouTube that you want to actually get searched on. [09:47] recommended on the homepage, obviously, in the in marketing, too, you actually want YouTube search to be one of your primary drivers. People actually searching YouTube like a search engine and finding [10:01] they're ready to buy if they're physically typing in the products that your videos are on. So, you want to look at the top ranking URLs of the videos for your target keywords and then feed them into a custom GPT or an agent. So, [10:13] the prompt could look like this. Analyze these 10 URLs. Could be video, could be blog post ranking for this keyword. Extract word count, number of products reviewed, the content structure, headers and sections, [10:26] programs used, and content gaps or weaknesses. Identify what's missing from comprehensive resource. Output a structured analysis with actionable then read all 10 articles, extract patterns, identify what's working, and [10:42] another 2 hours of manual work done in about 10 minutes. Step four, content your keyword data, your competitor analysis, you're now ready and you've can hear All right, here's the 30 affiliate keywords I'm going to either [10:58] make videos or blog posts on. You're ready to go. That is in a spreadsheet. You then can feed that to both your AI agent for content briefs. You can use make.com. I got to click the link in the description below for the AI [11:10] masterclass. You try to join us. We have all kinds of make.com automations where you can just basically download a file, input it into make, and have this done use a prompt like using this keyword data and competitor analysis, create a [11:24] complete content brief for this keyword including recommended word count, exact cover in each section, products to include with rationale, internal links, differentiate from current rankings, formatted as an actionable outline. [11:40] Okay, so now we're on the outline stuff. This is These all could be just done in complete content brief that you could yourself. Everything's researched, it's structured, it's justified. So, when [11:53] this, your role is reviewing the output and making strategic decisions with the keywords to target in the right places. You can also check my channel for full click the link in the description below and join us, we have full complete [12:06] stuff. All right, so we've made it all the way to the content brief. Let's talk about using AI to actually create the content and then optimize it with the human input that we need. All right, so step one, content generation from these [12:18] workflow, you have your content brief from the research phase, and now you So, the traditional approach is you would write 2,000 words manually or you Claude. All right, you prompt it, you have a 3,000-word article from Claude, [12:33] doesn't necessarily work the best cuz that's just AI, right? We need to have content for the algorithm that humans actually enjoy, you're building trust the goal here is you would feed your [12:46] complete content brief into an AI agent with detailed instructions for producing this. So, here's the prompt to use. Using this content brief, create a complete blog post or YouTube video that includes engaging introduction that [12:58] hooks readers and establishes expertise quickly. Detailed coverage of each outline section with specific examples and explanations, natural transitions recommendations with clear reasoning for each choice, comparison tables for key [13:11] specifications, FAQ sections addressing common questions, and a conclusion with So, that's maintain helpful authoritative tone, use active voice, include specific details rather than generic statements, output as formatted [13:25] markdown ready for WordPress. So, the key is that this prompt specifies bunch of decisions to AI. You're giving it as much information and a complete Uh so, this agent will create a draft for you in 3 to 5 minutes, and then your [13:39] accuracy, adding your own unique takes. You have to go to the intro and say, product. This is what I didn't like about this product." Format it correctly, make sure the pricing information is correct and updated and [13:52] pricing from last year that's not correct. So, you have to add human experience. And then step two could even be getting a more data on the products with the AI approach. So, you give your AI agent a list of products URLs or [14:05] software, just the software URLs of prompt could be like, "Visit these product URLs, extract the current price, key specifications." Cuz that's key for affiliate marketing, differentiating [14:18] different products. So, it could be if it's a boat, for example, it would be or a kayak, it would be weight, length, comfort level, things like that. If it's software, it would be something like the trial experience, [14:30] features, pricing, and all of that, right? You can also say, "Get the Get key specifications, customer rating, number of reviews, notable pros and availability. I'll put this as a structured data table ready for content [14:45] insertion in HTML." So, that you could just go into WordPress, paste in these tables that have all of that information for you. Claude could just design it super quickly, and then you paste it in as a custom HTML block. Editing it, of [14:58] course, based on your own expertise. And then the next step could be optimizing really helpful, especially at the beginning of your articles and at the end. They distribute the page authority, keep visitors engaged, but manually [15:10] finding them can take a long time. So, give your AI agent or custom GPT your post content and the list of your existing posts with URLs. So, then the Our would be like, "Analyze this new post, identify five uh [15:23] opportunities for relevant internal links from existing posts from this list. For each opportunity, specify the exact anchor text, where to place the is contextually relevant. I'll put as actionable linking instructions." So, [15:36] then you have that, boom, automatically done. That is inputted into you just yourself. This one is a little can be a little bit tricky. You could have an AI workflow in make.com to do this for you, but it's a little bit easier to just [15:49] then step five is optimization. So, before publishing, you want to make sure the content is properly properly optimized for search. So, feed the optimized for search. So, feed the complete post into the AI agent or GPT, [16:01] and then the prompt would be, you know, "Analyze this for SEO optimization. URL, headers, and naturally throughout the content, meta description under 160 characters uh that includes the target keyword, image alt text, internal [16:15] external links, content length compared to competitors, and readability score. specific fixes." So, again, this sounds like a lot of steps, right? There's like be done in a single workflow. So, again, [16:28] manually doing everything, we're typing everything in, we're pasting it, we're adding images, we're doing all this stuff. Uh one to two high-quality posts per week used to be the norm. Now, with this more [16:40] agentic workflow AI approach, you could produce, you know, five to seven high-quality posts a week, the same quality level. So, over a year, again, that's 240 posts instead of 75. So, three times the content, three times the [16:54] same time investment. And then the next thing to think about is, okay, we know right? We know that it takes real work. We're putting work in, and we're building a real brand. Again, AI aside, we're building an audience with trust, [17:09] our teaching, our recommendations to actually help in a given niche. Affiliate marketing is a part of that. Informational content and affiliate different revenue streams. Again, I teach all of it in the AI Masterclass. [17:22] But ultimately, we also know that we can't have a garden without watering it. YouTube, you publish and you continue publishing. Blog posts, you can update the content. So, every 3 to 6 months, you need to know which posts to actually [17:35] update. So, the traditional approach is manually reviewing, looking at Google looking at the rankings, and prioritizing which articles to update. We know the things happen. Internal links break, affiliate links change, all [17:48] same thing. You build an AI agent or a custom GPT that automates and audits the content automatically. So, you export the site's URL, basic data, you feed this into the AI, and then the prompt could be something like this. So, [18:02] "Analyze these blog posts and their performance data, flag posts for updates based on publishing date over the last 6 months, traffic decline over 20% in the potentially outdated based on publishing date, or target keywords that have new [18:16] competing content. For each flagged post, specify update priority, high, medium, low, and reasoning. Output this as a prioritized update list." So, this will then give you the exact rank list of posts that need attention and [18:28] updating, so you know what to do. Um and then what you can do is actually feed the entire post into another custom GPT or your same agent, and then have them do the update itself. Add 250 new words of content, make sure it's [18:41] products for any updates, and all of that. So, it's a lot faster. So, all really narrow it down and break it down simply. So, you're going to use an LLM, Claude, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini. I like Claude the best for this. I think it has [18:56] that I would use. $20 a month, that's fine. You've Eventually, you'll hit a cap. So, try it at $20 a month, see how it goes for you. If you need extra, then Ultimately, you need an automation platform to connect these tools, Zapier, [19:10] Make.com, or n8n. n8n's is little more, you know, a little more robust, but it's make.com is what we use in the community. We have tons of automations Google Sheets, you know, Google products with actual where you put keywords in. [19:24] You can start things, add it add your workflows and things like that in there. can be more sophisticated for your database. And that's pretty much it. Uh keyword research tools are optional, [19:36] too. Adding something like Ahrefs or you can use something cheap or like Key doing YouTube keyword research, I would need. And then again, you need a WordPress website with Hostinger, again [19:49] 85% off. That uh plugins for affiliate management. So, I like Thirsty all of your links in one place. Rank Math or Yoast for SEO. And then TablePress is pretty good for table insertion. I also use TranslatePress. [20:03] You can translate your articles into multiple languages, so ranking in other aren't doing that yet. All right, so let me run you through this whole business in 2026. So, month one is the foundation and the infrastructure. You pick your [20:16] niche based on affiliate program availability and keyword opportunities. You set up WordPress and Hostinger with the proper plugins. You get a keyword tool. You get Claude or ChatGPT Plus. You set up an automation platform. This [20:29] you know, not a whole lot. Maybe it's $20 for your AI tool and then $2.99 a month for your website. You then build your first workflows. That could be the keyword research to content brief, content brief to draft, product research [20:42] updates. So, these are the core workflows you'll use. And you can generate 20 to 30 content briefs in your first week. That gives you a content roadmap for the next month or two. And then you can produce and publish 10 to [20:54] 12 posts the first month using the content generation workflow. Then month production. So, you my goal would then be to go from 12 to like 15 to 20 posts the next month. Implement your internal linking system. Every new post gets [21:07] will eventually get updated. You don't have to worry about that right now. And monetization focus. So, this is where, you know, you have 35 to 50 posts live by month the end of month three. You're starting to get some traffic. Or again, [21:22] views. You're starting to see which stuff is performing best. And then months four through six, expansion. Continue publishing. When you're a When you're an affiliate marketer, the content production doesn't necessarily [21:34] producing. It's a numbers game to get more clicks. Then you can expand to a second traffic source, Pinterest or YouTube, using similar workflows. So, by month six, you could have 75 to 100 posts published, maybe 20,000 monthly [21:49] posts published, maybe 20,000 monthly sessions to 50,000. Right? So, at the end of a year, you'd have 150 to 180 posts, traffic coming in, and then business. AI's handling the research, formatting, some of the publishing. [22:02] thing. And then you are really managing. The other thing you have to do, joining affiliate programs, talking to affiliate managers, adding the links in, ad network once you get to 10,000 visitors. All right, doing the [22:15] monetization things. If you're doing YouTube, you have a whole affiliate description. You could have your own digital product with links to that, and doing the things you have to do to make money with your own personal brand, your [22:28] own affiliate business. Using AI is a speed tool to kind of manage this content workflow. So again, wrapping it up, AI is a great speed tool. You can create workflows to automate the content creation process, but ultimately you [22:41] can't replace you, your trust, your recommendations, what you are saying, what you are putting out in the world. If everyone can publish AI slop, then elevate yourself above everyone else, and create real trusted content for your [22:54] audience, whether that's on a blog, YouTube channel, social media. And we monetization at the beginning. So, we have to know how affiliate marketing works, know that we need higher ticket commissions, know that we can also sell [23:06] digital products, ads, what their actual revenue sources are, and then we can So, if you want the full AI Masterclass and content plan, again, click the link in the description below.
