## Transcript

All right, we're doing some public speaking practice. It's going to spin the timer and then I'm going to try and speak for a minute about the topic, but I selected the topic Gen Z and as a millennial myself, let's let's see how this goes. Spin. Is the that girl morning routine actually achievable? Is the that girl morning routine actually achievable? 6 months ago, I would have had no freaking clue what that phrase meant. I would have thought that this is grammatically incorrect. What is the that girl? Was this written by someone who didn't know how to use ChatGPT? But no, um my wife decided to make a YouTube video about how to become that girl and I was very confused. I was like, "What the hell does this mean?" And she had to explain to me what the concept of what the phenomenon of that girl is. My understanding is that that girl is the is like the girl equivalent of like the Huberman husband, right? You know, the guy who wakes up at 5:00 in the morning, goes cold plunge, you know, Cycle Bloom-esque, goes for a run, gets home in time to hang out with the kids, does all of the things, and has their life together, the ripped six-pack abs. My understanding is that the that girl morning routine is like that the version of that. What does the that girl morning routine involve? Probably waking up early, probably probably doing some yoga, probably doing some meditation, probably getting a matcha. That seems pretty achievable to be honest. It's much easier than going for like a 16-mile run first thing in the morning. Is that right?
