[00:02] is crazy good. I've built drop shipping stores from scratch, started software businesses, and created AI automations as a complete beginner. But if there's one thing that Claude code sucks at, it's social media. It creates terrible [00:14] scripts, horrible content plans, and uses outdated trends. Admit it, you've definitely asked Claude to help you go viral before [music] and got 200 views. But that's all changed because last week, I plugged real-time social media [00:26] week, I plugged real-time social media data into Claude code, and the results Okay, so for some background, last week I dropped a video about six features that 99% of AI users don't even know exist. And one of those features I [00:38] covered is called connectors. Connectors are a built-in feature to Claude, which enable you to connect external data sources directly into Claude code. Think data when it's currently got access to. [00:51] And loads of companies have MCPs, model context protocols, which is just a fancy word for that data you can plug into Claude. And one of the websites we're going to be covering is Volo. Volo is a short-form data aggregator, which [01:03] videos on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. With the goal being to pull out the outliers from these videos to spot trends and help you go viral. And you guessed it, Volo has an API, which can be directly plugged into Claude to [01:16] give Claude access to social media data. I'm talking about giving Claude real-time access to video views, engagement rates, follower counts, [music] hashtags, posting times, amongst a bunch of other data points. Using [01:29] those metrics to build out a proper content system and viral scripts. Okay, comment, I'll leave a link to the Volo API so you can sign up, top up your account, and generate your API key. You'll be needing an API key as this is [01:43] Claude can collect the data on your behalf. Once you've got the API key on Volo, back on Claude, go to where it says settings, connectors, and then add a new connector. You'll want to label the connector as Volo, and then plug in [01:56] the link underneath the API key. Click next, and then on the next page, plug in the Verlo API key that is private to you. And that is literally it. Once Claude has direct access to the millions of videos scanned across Verlo. Now, [02:09] when you ask Claude questions like, "What is going viral on TikTok?" rather than discombobulating, it can actually take the data directly from Verlo. Okay, so we've given Claude the social media brain, but we can go a step further and [02:21] never heard about skill files before, I'm going to break it down super easily for you. They are instructions for AI models. Literally think about it as an SOP or standard operating procedure that you would give to a brand new employee. [02:34] Step-by-step instructions, like building a LEGO set or cooking a meal. You literally cannot go wrong. You follow the instructions one step at a time, and you'll get to the desired outcome. Now, you can create your own skill files on [02:46] features most Claude users aren't using video, but you can also just take already existing skill files on GitHub. So, Verlo's got its own built-in skill file, can download and apply with Claude. This is completely free to [02:59] download on GitHub, and you can utilize it alongside the Verlo API to create social media content for you. Okay, so once you've connected the Verlo API to from GitHub, which I'll link down below, the next step is to create the social [03:12] asked Claude code to come up with some viral ideas for me to post about on wanted these ideas to be based on what is trending for my industries. Now, [03:24] it's got a pretty good context as to who I am, my businesses, and the niches I post in. So, when I asked Claude to come up with concepts for me, he knew exactly search in with the Verlo API. But, if this is a brand new Claude account you [03:38] have enough context about you and your businesses, I would upload what's called a master document. This can be like a free four five-page document which just your business accomplishments, etc., etc. Basically, anything relevant that [03:53] AI models should know about you so when it comes up with scripts and ideas, it your tone. If you're really struggling to make this, no problem, you can and just say, "Claude, interview me. I [04:06] about myself." You'll probably end up answering 10 to 20 questions and then prompting you back and forth with the answers that it needs. And so with that generate the scripts and ideas for you. Now, the trick here is that all of the [04:21] not just blind suggestions. They're not just guesses. They are based off data points extracted from Outlay videos across millions of content posted across that Claude gave, I'm going to add all of them to my list of content that I [04:36] asked Claude to analyze my current social media accounts. This is important because alongside content that's gone viral within your niche industry, it videos that have gone viral on your own account because that is proof of [04:50] concept. And then the final thing is I asked Claude Code to generate a Verlo Comet which will refresh weekly with content around my niche industry. A Verlo Comet is a 24/7 content agent that will collect data for you across [05:03] Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, whatever you decide on a cadence that you decide as So you've got a refresh of data plugged is powerful because obviously trends change day to day, week to week and you [05:17] don't want to create content two months from now from the data that was relevant Comet, Claude will continuously call the Verlo API to collect fresh data for you so you're always creating scripts based [05:29] proposed the keywords within the Comet that it will search for me. You can see AI, SaaS, technology, etc. All very closely aligned to the sort of content I true and say, "Yes, let's run this Comet." This is cool because now all of [05:44] the Outlay videos around those keywords will be collected [music] and processed by Verlo in Claude so you can create content suggestions based off that data. And using some of these ideas, I've even managed to break 1,000 views on a brand [05:58] new Instagram account which started from zero followers only a couple of weeks ago. That showcases the power of using viral concepts that align with your industries and niche. I even went a step further and prompted Claude code to make [06:10] me an entire week-long plan and it came up with all the scripts, the ideas, and the posting schedule all utilizing the social media brain that we gave it. So that is the power of plugging real-time social media data into Claude code. With [06:24] Verlo, you can quite literally turn Claude into your full-time content and social media marketing agent. For some reference, I run Sanka Media which is a full-time media and marketing agency and we've been utilizing Verlo as our [06:36] content agent for our clients. So it saves you time and costs manually researching and hiring freelancers to do this sort of stuff for us. And it works across a range of industries because you can set up a Verlo content agent across [06:49] whatever keywords that you decide. Whether that is AI and SAS like I choose to do, or personal training, cooking, football, the choice is yours. Because if social media content has been posted around those keywords and topics, Verlo [07:02] organic social media content, if you are looking to use Claude to do marketing for your brand, you'll probably need to create ads. Ads are the only real proven way to scale an offer fast. The problem, ads can be super expensive and difficult [07:17] because there's a way to clone some of the most profitable ads on the market right now in under 5 minutes. If you want to see exactly how, check out the video right beside me as I break it down in its entire depth. I'll see you there.
