you didn't notice I have not really been making content recently where have I been you may be wondering I finished I finished my sophomore junior year of college most of you know that I'm like skipping a year I'm going into my senior
year now even though I'm only 19. so that's super exciting for me kind of finals were happening we still had YouTube videos going up because Elijah he was making sure everything was good shout out to Elijah check him out over
here he uh had a new song just come out super good but anyways because I had finals and I was stressed out about that and then I had to move out and right after I moved out I went
came back here came back home from my dorm and I started being full-time at where the place I work I was full-time for a week then I went on vacation for a week uh and that's where Island Tour 3 was filmed I went to Key West Elijah
made a vlog about that you should check that out as well it was super fun and then the week I got back I was promoted it was my first week as a manager at my at my work so I am now a full-time retail manager
retail manager which is fun but can be rough um so most days when I'm coming home I'm just tired I just want to sleep but I've missed streaming and making content a lot and I have a couple days off so here
we are I'm gonna gonna try and make a video today we'll see if I can finish it and actually upload it if you're seeing this obviously I was able to but anyways that's not what this is about uh I wanted to talk to you guys some of you
may remember I had my first ever sponsored stream a couple months ago I was sponsored by raid Shadow Legends like the game that every big content creator has been sponsored by and it just felt like it was one of the first
streams where I felt like I'm a real content creator I'm really doing this it was super cool um so I kind of wanted to leak some of the numbers to you guys talk to you about how I got that sponsorship go over
all that kind of stuff so for some background information the month that I got sponsored I was averaging only about six viewers it's on the low end for me um it was just a rough month I streamed almost 19 hours which is also like
that's pretty average I guess um there were a couple weeks where I missed streams and then I got 45 Subs that month that was actually a decent month for Subs uh I just had a few really really good streams got a lot of
gifted Subs my sponsored stream was on Sunday March 12th it took me so long to make this video because I still had a contract with them until the end of the about any of this stuff none of the contract is expired I can say whatever I
contract is expired I can say whatever I want hopefully we'll find out like hey here's how much money I made if I hadn't actually gotten the money
yet because I was afraid that what if I make the video say hey I got paid this much money and then they never pay me and then there's like this big problem so I didn't I didn't want that to happen I didn't think it would happen it was
just the sponsorship wasn't like wasn't directly through raid like it was but there was also like stream elements in the middle there and I was afraid that something could go wrong there um but it didn't it went well during
that stream it was mediocre like for analytics for the sponsored stream itself I streamed four and a half hours almost just playing raid my contract I only had to stream two hours
of playing raid and then two hours with the raid overlay on my stream without actually playing raid uh but I decided if I'm doing a raid sponsored stream if I want you guys to play raid then I'm gonna be playing raid and I'm not gonna
lie I had a lot of fun playing it not only on stream but I played it with my only on stream but I played it with my roommate for like about a month after uh we would play every day we'd have to do an array dailies and it was fun we had
fun with it it just felt it felt so amazing to just get to say this amazing to just get to say this today we are sponsored by rain shadow today we are sponsored by rain shadow Legends I've always
guys don't understand so for the stream itself for the sponsorship I had a couple of goals that I needed to meet to get paid by saying I thought we were gonna get at most the
gonna hit the base goal to get paid at all I just wanted to do it for the experience but you guys really just like you crushed the sponsorship you guys did so well for me so my base goal was to get at least five viewers which is not a
lot but it's hard to like have that call to action and get five viewers to not only download the game through my link but reach level 12 in game so my baseball was to get five people to do that as well as stream four hours with
the Branded overlay stream four hours with the chat command promote raid like play play raid on stream for at least two hours and then I also had to do a sponsored tweet sponsored Instagram post I don't know if that was required like a
sponsored post on any other social I picked Instagram and I had to keep the like banners on Twitch below my stream for at least a week had the link running for at least a week I am a small streamer I stream for fun I don't do it
for the money most of my screen money goes right back into streaming that's what it was like ever since I started so the two goals that viewers had to complete uh in order for me to get paid the first one my base goal was to get
five viewers to reach level 12 and raid which takes about 10 minutes uh That Base goal I would have gotten eighty dollars for if uh five viewers eighty dollars for if uh five viewers hit Level 12. then every additional five
viewers that hit level 12 in game I would get another eighty dollars for up to 25 viewers so the the goals are targeted towards smaller content creators so we had 16 viewers reach level 12 and I got two hundred and forty
dollars from that goal alone then the other goal was to get uh two players to reach level 25. this was not a base goal this was not like necessary to get paid but if two players hit Level 25 I would get seventy dollars and it
would go on up until eight players hit Level 25 for every two I'd get seventy dollars and I had four people hit Level 25 in the amount of time so I got another 140 for that and then lastly they had a thing where if I spent money
on stream during the stream then they would reimburse me that amount of money plus an extra thirty dollars I spent thirty dollars in game they gave me 60 back so when everything was said and done I was paid
done I was paid 439.50 uh so I got 440 from a raid sponsorship averaging six viewers under 300 followers under 500 Subs on YouTube 300 followers under 500 Subs on YouTube and they still cut me a 440 check like
that is pretty crazy so if if you are interested in trying to find sponsorships I highly highly highly recommend taking a raid sponsorship I have been offered other sponsorships um but all the other games that have
offered me sponsorships kinda have been sucky games like I don't from a game that I won't have fun playing that I think is a bad game I
sponsorships as a small Creator is through stream elements if you're taking a sponsorship I personally say look into the game play the game yourself first are bad do not take sponsorships for
like companies that you don't like what they give what they provide um if you are honest with your viewers they will be more willing to actually participate in Your sponsorship but everything said and done I made 440
dollars from one stream from four hours playing raid the thing that most people into the back end of that a lot of promoting it a lot of telling my friends to be there I was even like dming all my friends my family everyone the link to
