[00:01] a scheduler. It's a complete enterprise-level solution for managing every aspect of social media at scale. So, if you're a large business trying to stay compliant, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple social media [00:14] accounts, and you're looking for an all-in-one place to do everything as streamlined as possible, Hootsuite's new enterprise tools might surprise you. In this video, I'll show you how enterprise teams use Hootsuite to schedule posts, [00:29] track trends, manage approvals, engage with their audience, and so much more. This video is sponsored by Hootsuite, so if you like what you see in this tutorial and you want to get your business onto Hootsuite, use the link [00:42] timestamps are below. Use them if you need them, and let's jump in. Once you create your Hootsuite account, you will get an email talking you through exactly your next steps. The email will look like this, so you can simply follow the [00:56] steps laid out in that email. The first recommendation is to connect your social we're going to do. In your dashboard, you will be prompted with how to connect your social accounts, so you can simply just press connect, and here you're [01:10] going to see all the social platform options that you can add that you want full control of. So, you have places like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Blue Sky, and X, or Twitter. With [01:23] platforms like Instagram, what I have found is you want to make sure that you are connecting to a business account, as Hootsuite will not connect to personal simply just click on it and follow the prompts to log in, and you're connected. [01:38] me, the next thing I wanted to do was to set up my team. So, I'm going to show you how to do that. We're going to go to our profile. We're going to go to social account and teams, and here you'll be able to manage your [01:52] organization. So, I'm going to press manage, and this is where I'll be able to invite members. So, let's say I want to add Megan on to my members list. I would just press invite members, put her email address here, and click invite to [02:08] Hootsuite. Once I invite her, she will receive an invite via email that I submitted to join. If your team member doesn't already have a Hootsuite account, the email will prompt them to set one up, so it's super seamless and [02:21] When you have your members added, you can have teams manage tasks for specific social accounts such as content creation, customer engagement, or many teams as you want, and your members and social networks can belong to [02:35] multiple teams. So, if I wanted to create a short-form team, so I'm going to put me, I manage, let's say I manage all short-form content, this, and I'm going to call this my short-form team. I could [02:50] also create a team that is strictly YouTube management, create team, and you could continue to build out different teams as your business sees fit. Now [03:02] that you have your teams added, we can start actually planning out and left-hand side, we're going to start with plan. Plan is where you're able to see your business's scheduled content, drafts that you have saved, maybe posts [03:17] waiting for your approval, and many other things. There are different calendar views here. You could do a week view, so view calendar by week, view calendar as list, and view calendar by month. With viewing your calendar by [03:29] month, you could also view the month by post status, published, or view month by social network to see all of the moving pieces. I do like the month view for seeing all of those individual pieces planned out, but usually my default is [03:44] the weekly view to see what we're currently working on, what has been done, or what's up and coming. As you can see with this week, we don't have any items planned, but we do have Hootsuite suggestions for recommended [03:57] times, for the best times to post for my Instagram or even Facebook. And it'll also show you different holidays up top, where you can utilize their AI to [04:10] generate a caption for that specific day. Up here is where you will find drafted content, content that still needs to be scheduled. If you have needs to be scheduled. If you have content in your library, and even posts [04:24] that might be waiting on your approval. One other thing your team can do is set up DM automation, so you can set up specific keywords to trigger auto responses or DM messages to your audience. So, our calendar shows us an [04:38] overview of posts that we have created, scheduled, and posted. So, let's together. To do that, you can go in the top right-hand corner, or even simply press create on the left-hand side, and it'll prompt you with what you want to [04:53] create. We're going to simply create a post together. Scheduling is super simple. I'm just going to drag and drop this clip that I want to schedule as an Instagram reel. I could also repurpose it to TikTok, and then I'm going to [05:06] choose which platforms I want to publish it to. So, we're going to choose Instagram and TikTok for this one. Into our caption section, and on the preview of what this will look like across platforms. So, this is our [05:19] preview of what it'll look like on Instagram Reels, and then down below is the preview of what it'll look like over on TikTok. If you're creating content for a team lead, or you need approval on content before it gets published, all [05:32] you have to do is under request approval, you could assign the piece of content to whoever needs to approve it before it goes out. That piece of content will then be under that person's approval list that we saw earlier. [05:44] There's also a tags feature down below that offers you a more simple way to track campaigns, organize your posts, or even give your team context at a glance. So, if I was doing my BSP launch, I could create a custom tag for that [06:00] campaign of our BSP launch coming up. One of my favorite parts about this section though is where you're writing the caption. So, I could toggle between platforms and customize the caption per platform, which I actually love because [06:13] sometimes if I'm tagging a brand, their handle on Instagram might be different great that we get to customize captions per platform. But, what I really love is their tool here enhanced with Ally Writer AI. With Ally Writer AI, you can [06:27] Writer AI. With Ally Writer AI, you can have their AI fix spelling and grammar mistakes, optimize the caption length per platform, adjust the tone even to match the business's overall tone, even inspire engagement, add a question or [06:42] call to action if you don't already have one. So, there's so many quick fixes that you could just click on right then and there. So, I'm going to click fix automatically fix and I could press use this content. Now, on the topic of AI, [06:56] if you need help coming up with fresh content ideas in general or writing captions from complete scratch, over here Ally GPT is going to be your best [07:08] friend. Let's save this one as a draft and head over to Ally GPT. For social media managers, Ally GPT is a powerful assistant because it already has context about your brand based on the social media channels that are connected to [07:23] your HootSuite account and has access to real-time social listening data, which we'll get into in a bit. There are many ways to utilize Ally GPT. You can brainstorm content ideas, research industry trends, create a content [07:37] schedule or plan, draft posts that maintain your brand voice and tone. You could even generate images and so much more. The brand voice is something that has been so, so, so important to me as I've been scaling my business and hiring [07:53] other people to create content for me. My email newsletters, writing Instagram captions, even prepping launch content. All of that that I used to do has to be [08:05] if I want to scale my business. And so, the importance of those people under standing my brand voice and being able to write like Milli is so, so, so important. So, that's why having AlliGPT understand your brand voice and allows [08:18] understand your brand voice and allows your team to write for you or write for your business while maintaining your authenticity and the brand voice guidelines. That's something that is so powerful and can save so many people [08:31] time because you already have AlliGPT doing that thinking for you. As you can see here, there are sample prompts to help get you started. Let's just use this one to give you an overview of how it works. So, what are five content [08:44] ideas for a post reel? I'm going to say for a reel or TikTok for my brand this week based on videos that are already performing well [08:56] videos that are already performing well and send. As you can see here, AlliGPT generated five content ideas for me. Behind the scenes of content creation, quick tips for growth, trending challenges or sounds, myth-busting [09:09] content creation and success stories. All of these are really in alignment with the type of content that I'm already creating on these platforms and to also give more further suggestions on the direction the video could go. It's [09:23] creating and definitely would follow these suggestions. I love also below that there are suggested next prompts that you could ask in return. So, this Let's suggest trending sounds for these ideas, and Ally GPT will find trending [09:39] sounds for us to use. Similar to other AI tools, you also are keeping track of all history of conversations on the left-hand side. So, that's great to reference for future or to come back to. Let's say you had a [09:55] "Oh, shoot. I can't get into this now." You could come back to this at any time because those conversations are saved. Now, I want to go over three more things that can drastically scale the impact of your business. First up is Inbox 2.0. [10:10] Inbox 2.0 is an advanced customer care communication hub that helps you and your teams seamlessly engage with your audience. Here, you can receive and respond to multiple messaging channels and social networks in one place instead [10:24] of having to try to manage DMs and comments through every platform individually. The conversation view will show you individual social messages from show you individual social messages from every platform, and within each message [10:38] thread, you're able to view the entire history of a customer's interaction with your brand. Now, you could even take it a step further, too, with more a step further, too, with more customization options like adding topics [10:50] of the conversation. Let's say it's like billing, support, content feedback. All topics you can add here. You can even add tags on specific messages to make finding certain conversations easier. And my favorite is being able to assign [11:05] conversations to different team members. Another amazing resource at the bottom, right here, is saved replies. This is where you can create custom template responses for any common question that you might be answering on a day-to-day [11:19] basis. So, this is one question that I get asked all the time. It's about one-on-one coaching. So, I have this auto response already here, so that my team can just plug and play this right away, and it helps again keeping your [11:34] brand voice consistent no matter who's replying for your business. Next up is our analytics, and I want to show you some cool things inside of here. Under your analytics, you'll be able to keep track of your social media performance. [11:49] Here you can understand which social networks work best for your brand, as well as which types of posts will be grabbing attention, driving engagement, or grow your audience. Your social performance score and insights section [12:02] just provides you a weekly snapshot of your social media overall performance. Now, you could get recommendations to help you improve and strengthen your overall strategy. This is great for just like your week at a glance and your [12:15] personally love going over here under organic reporting and choosing post performance. This is really going to allow you to dive deeper into your posts and really understand which ones are getting great traction and great [12:31] engagement with your audience. Here you could choose the platform that you want to study, the time frame that you want to be looking at, the overall view of posts, and you could even apply certain filters. For me, I typically like the [12:47] list view here. And then for each column, you simply click on a column and column, you simply click on a column and it'll sort the rest of the list by high followers, or if you click it again, it'll be by lowest. So, I typically [13:00] leave it high to low, and I'm going to analyze those top performers. The viral post The viral post column shows you which posts are currently getting the most engagement and interactions from your audience. Now, if you want to pull [13:15] more specific reports, all you have to do is go to reports and then choose new report. You could choose any of the templates reports that are shown here, [13:27] templates reports that are shown here, or you can create a custom report and resource if you're somebody who is pulling analytics or metrics for a team, for somebody else to review, you can always customize the reports that you [13:42] are sharing with others. Next up, we have listening. I know I keep saying I have Oh, this one's my favorite, but listening is a powerhouse tool that is inside of Hootsuite. This is going to be huge for any enterprise because you're [13:56] able to track and analyze conversations happening across various social media channels, which means you can literally track and monitor mentions of your brand to see in real time what customers are saying about you. Or you could simply [14:10] track industry-related keywords and competitors so that you can have a real your industry. So, I want to look up content creator search. And when you run [14:22] content creator search. And when you run a search, you're able to filter by date, by specific platforms where conversations are happening, by region, or even demographics. So, there's a lot of filter customizations that you can [14:36] apply to really see who's talking about you, where they're talking about you, is it positive, is it neutral, is it negative, is it important for your brand customization tools are really resourceful in terms of social [14:50] listening. As we can see, content creator has quite a bit of results over the past 30 days, and the overall sentiment for it is positive. Right now, we are looking at all media types, but I would want to see just TikTok and see [15:07] what conversations like are over on TikTok in terms of content creation. You can also, on the left-hand side, search other categories that might be important to you. So, top themes when it comes to content creation, influencers who are [15:21] really leading the charge in those topics, demographics, you could even see like the world map of hotspots and where these conversations are most popular. Looks like content creation is super popping over here. You can see [15:36] influencers that are leading conversations or websites that are creator and it's super interesting to see X has the biggest pull right now with that phrase. Makes me think I should be over on X. And again, you [15:49] could do this with your brand and look up your brand to see what people are saying about it. So, there is your full overview of Hootsuite for enterprise from team setup to scheduling, analytics, and social listening.
