## Summary

This video presents a comprehensive guide to starting a one-person business using AI tools like ChatGPT and Astra, focusing on selling AI-powered services rather than products. The creator shares his personal success story and provides a step-by-step framework for finding a business idea, building a personal brand, and securing clients within 30 days.

### Key Points

- **The Opportunity of Solo AI Businesses** [00:02] — 77% of solo businesses become profitable within the first year, made possible by AI tools like ChatGPT and Astra.
- **Creator's Credibility** [00:29] — The creator left a six-figure tech sales job in Silicon Valley to build a business in Vietnam, now earning over $100k/month using AI.
- **Client Success Stories** [00:42] — Sandy, a former insurance sales manager, now has a YouTube channel with 70k+ subscribers and earns $50k+/month. Sean, with no AI experience, became an AI specialist and got 100k+ views on a video.
- **Sell Services, Not Products** [01:24] — Selling AI-powered services is easier than products because you can sell first and build later, requiring no upfront time investment. Products take too long to build and are hard to get paying users.
- **What is an AI-Powered Service?** [02:56] — Any service where AI does 70-90% of the work, such as content creation, ad design, or job search help. Clients care about results, not the technology behind it.
- **Case Study: Content for Construction Companies** [03:52] — A client who loved content creation started offering LinkedIn content services to construction companies, charging $2,000-$3,000 per client. He got 3 clients in 30 days, earning $10k/month.
- **Business Idea: Meta Ads Creation** [05:53] — Brands running large-scale ads often lack enough creatives. Using ChatGPT and Higsfield, you can create ads at scale, charging $1,000+ per client.
- **Demo: Creating Ads with Higsfield** [06:49] — The creator demonstrates using Higsfield as a plugin in ChatGPT to generate static and video ads, including changing backgrounds and avatars, all with simple prompts.
- **Finding Your Business Idea** [11:27] — Use the 'Offer Triangle' (what you sell, who you sell to, pricing) and the Japanese concept of 'Ikigai' (intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what you can be paid for, and what the world needs).
- **Business Idea Generator** [13:15] — The creator provides a custom GPT that asks questions to help find your AI business idea, conducting research on competitors and pricing.
- **Services vs. Products Spectrum** [14:53] — Services are easier to sell (charge thousands per client, get paid upfront), while products (courses, apps) are more scalable but require upfront work. Start with services, then productize.
- **Client Acquisition Methods** [18:53] — Two main ways: building a personal brand (content on YouTube, LinkedIn) and outreach (cold DMs, Loom videos). LinkedIn is recommended for targeted outreach.
- **Case Study: Allison's Success** [20:23] — Allison, working a 9-5, contacted 200 people weekly on LinkedIn offering AI automation for ERP systems. She signed several clients within a few months, earning $5k+/month.
- **Outreach Strategy Example** [21:02] — The creator shows how to analyze a competitor's ads (e.g., 120 vs. 460 creatives), create sample ads with AI, and pitch via Loom video to show value.
- **30-Day Action Plan** [24:04] — Days 1-7: Find your idea. Days 7-14: Outreach to 20 people/day. Days 14-21: Create content on LinkedIn/YouTube. Days 21-30: Close your first client.

### Conclusion

The video provides a practical, step-by-step system for starting a one-person AI-powered service business, emphasizing the importance of selling services, using AI for 70-90% of the work, and focusing on outreach and personal branding to secure clients within 30 days.

## Transcript

30 million Americans are running a one-person business right now. And 77% of them will possible within the first year. And this is more possible than ever because tools like chat, tbt, astra can do most of the work for you.
But here's the problem, most AI videos on YouTube are telling you to build an app or do some random side hustle. How many times have you seen build a $10,000 website? Ain't nobody buying that website for $10,000. And from my experience, the easiest way to make money right now is to sell or scale online and
and have AI do all the heavy lifting for you. You see, I used to be a six figure tech sales rep working at Silicon Valley, but I left it off to build my business here in Vietnam. And today I make over $100,000 per month using AI.
I've talked about the exact same models I'm gonna show you in this video to some of my clients like Sandy, who went from an insurance sales manager with zero experience in AI, and now she has a YouTube channel with over 70,000 YouTube subscribers,
and she makes more than $50,000 per month. And Shawn went from zero experience in AI and barely getting a couple hundred views on his YouTube videos. But now he's an AI guy for a multi-billion dollar company, and one of his recent videos hit over 100,000 views on YouTube.
So in this video, I'm going to review the framework on exactly how you should be building your one-person business using Cat TV Teastra. We're going to dive into how to find your business idea, building a personal brand, reaching out to clients, and most importantly, how to close deals.
And I'll show you how to do this even if you're non-technical and don't have any AI experience. So first, let's dive into what exactly you should be selling in the AI space. So if you're trying to get into the AI space, the first question you should be asking is,
should you sell a product or should you sell a service? So when it comes to products, a lot of people in the AI space think about selling apps, right? The good part about apps is that you make your wants and you sell it forever. But the problem is that it's very time-consuming to create.
Sure, you can buy a quota app using CatchyBT, but chances are it's still kind of technical to actually pull it off. And even if you spend months of your life building this perfect app, it's actually very difficult to acquire paid users.
Like, how are you going to get people to even know who you are? And the truth is, the majority of apps put on the App Store or just, like, created online, they don't even make $100. Now, what I actually recommend instead of selling apps is actually selling AI-powered services, right?
Now, the beauty of selling a service powered by AI is you sell it first, and then you can build later. You don't have to spend months of your life building anything. You can just see if people actually want it. There's zero startup time for selling a service,
and it's very easy to do with ChatGPT without any technical knowledge, okay? Maybe the con of this would be that the business is built around the founder, which isn't necessarily a bad thing because you want your name to be out there. You want to build a personal brand.
You want clients to come to you. So, yeah, obviously, if you're selling a service, they're going to really buy from you. And the cool part about an AI-powered service is that even if you're doing services for somebody, you can then scale beyond the services and stop throwing your time and start creating apps, online courses.
You can even do coaching. So there's many different ways to scale a service, right? So what exactly is an AI power service? It's essentially any service that you would do without AI, and all you're doing is adding AI to it to do maybe 70 to 90% of the work. So it could be code emailing, YouTube script writing, thumbnail design, helping people get their dream jobs, or maybe like some kind of SEO or helping them rank on ChatGDT. All these things technically can be done without AI, but with AI, it just makes it so much more efficient, and you don't have to hire a bunch of people to do it. You can actually just use AI.
The reality is people don't want these complex technical automations. The only thing they care about is the results. So meaning, let's say you go to a restaurant. When you go to a restaurant, you just expect the food to be good. Let's say that you order a nice juicy steak.
You don't necessarily care how the meal is cooked in the kitchen. You only care about how it tastes. That's how you should be thinking about AI. They don't care about your complex automation, whether you're using ChatGPT, Cloud, Fable,
Astra, doesn't matter. What they care about is does it get results? Are you producing emails? Are you booking calls? Are you creating content? That is the thing that matters. I'll give you an example of one of my clients, Brandon. So when I started working with him, he wasn't really making much money on the side.
He had a full-time job in a construction company doing sales. With cash-from-out content, he understands how to sell construction, specifically glazing construction, which is this fancy glass thing of wine cellars and things like that. When we started working together, what we came up with, hey, he loves content.
He wants to help people create content. So instead of just doing sales at his company, why don't he just go to construction companies and help them with content marketing? And at first he was thinking like, oh, I don't know, like, would these guys even buy this kind of stuff? And I said, look, if you help them create content, let's say it's on LinkedIn, and they get one client, how much is it worth?
He's like, well, if they get a job, I would say it's 15k minimum, can go up to 100k or even 100k plus. So I was like, dude, if they literally paid you, let's say, $2,000 to $3,000 and you help them get one client per month, don't you think it's going to be worth it for them?
He's like, oh, well, yeah, I've never really thought about it like that. Now with our new plan, he basically went out and reached out to a bunch of construction companies, and within 30 days of working with me, he actually got three clients, each one was paying like around $3K-ish, and it was getting close to around like $10,000 per month.
And that's like 30 days, right? He was struggling to really build a business for a month. It was only that little shift of promising people results and delivering that got him to that number. Now where AI changes the game nowadays is that when you're using ChatGPT and Astra, you can actually get AI to do a majority of the work.
So if you think about content creation, ChatGPT can find a content idea, research for you, write the scripts, do the video editing. It can even create the graphic for you. Like literally, ChatGPT and other AI tools put together, like you can literally do the whole thing.
So your job when you're starting a one-person business is to be the architect, the brain behind all of it. Number one, get the client and build a relationship so that you actually bring money in. And two, once you understand what the client wants, you want to use AI to do maybe, it's going to be like 70 to 90% of the work.
Usually it's never going to be 100 because you still need to oversee it, make sure it's doing a good job, but you're more of the facilitator, not necessarily the person working with their hands all the time, right? Because over time, as AI gets better and better and better, the ones who are going to capitalize the most and be successful are the ones that get paid for their thinking.
Because AI is going to do all the work, right? Don't work with your hands, work with your brain. Now, to illustrate how powerful tech EGT is nowadays combined with tools like Higgs field, I'm going to give you an example. One really hot business idea right now is creating AI ads specifically for meta.
So the opportunity is that brands are running ads at scale, but they just can't make enough ads to get the best ROI. So if you started a studio and you started making all these ads with AI, like TagGPT, using Higgs field, then they would essentially outsource the work to you, and then you would just deliver it on to the creative.
So how does this work? TagGPT use it for the ideas the hooks the angles right all the copywriting and research And then you would use Higgs field for the images and the videos And don worry I show you a demo in a second So how would you start You essentially would go on a Facebook ad library find brands that are already spending
money, but they just need more volume. And then you want to make some sample ads and just pitch them, right? So you can charge like $1,000 to $5,000 a month, even more. It just depends on like how much volume you're doing. So I'm going to dive into TechGPT Astra and show you exactly how this works.
Now, start using Higgs fields with TechGPT Astra. All you have to do is go into the Higgsfields website and actually put a link in the description for you to check out. And then from here, you will select ChatGPT if that's what you're using, and then you press Add Higgsfields Plugin. Once you have it installed, you can try it in chat.
So using ChatGPT Astra, using the highest version, we're going to use Higgsfields. We're going to create three size kind of ads for the Apple Duo. And we just put in the link here, and it's going to pull from all the images we see on the Apple site, and it's going to create some ads for us.
So after I put it in the website, it went ahead and generated three ads for me. You can see Apple Duo. It basically took the new phone. same style as the Apple website, and you create three different ads that all look pretty good. Now, obviously, this is just an example of using Apple, but you can do this for practically any
other company out there. So if I go to my chat and I say, hey, let's go on the brand here's Facebook ad library, and let's find their top performing static ads. And then we want to use Higgs field inside ChatGPT, which is called a plugin, right? So that means you can use apps
within ChatGPT. And I want to generate six static ads. And then I want to create this very nice HTML pitch deck that I'm going to use to pitch these brands. So you can see here within ChatGPT, we are on Meta, Meta ad library, which is free. And you can essentially see everybody's ads for
free. And you can see how long they've been running the ads because if an ad has been running for months, it's definitely making money. You can see on the left side, ChatGPT is looking through all the ads, trying to find the best ones. And then it's using Kegsfield to replicate some of these
ads and create new versions of them. So it's creating all these ads for me, right? I literally haven't designed anything. I was just using some prompts. And so first they created the six different ads. They're all black and white. I'm like, hey, that's not right. Let's make it a color. And then
from there, it went ahead and added all the color. And you can see from here, it made the static ads, right? Now I organized it in a way where I can use it for a pitch. And I'll show you how to actually get clients doing this kind of work. But I just want to show you the output first. And so all
of these are actually pretty comparable to the ads that hers is already running, right? So it's not like AI thought. If you get the ad, they're already running ads too. And these ads is like the same thing right and so these are yeah pretty I would say like pretty good so if you
can showcase that hey I can produce these ads at scale go to another company and say hey you know I made a sample for these guys your competitors I can do this for you as well chances are they're gonna be open to talking with you now one cool part is not only can you make static ads using chat gpp and Higgs
field but you can actually take a video ad so you can actually take a video ad here so it has like some AI voice to it and motorcycle going so let's take this ad and then create our version of that using Higgs field as you can see I'm
literally just putting the link nothing more and then it's gonna find the video and it's gonna create its own version let's go ahead and play the ad that I created literally within one problem it's not the end it's not the trap it's the way to get through it but yeah for the most part actually if you look at
this particular AI I guess avatar like you wouldn't even be able to tell if it's a real person so I'm gonna get this video and then let's say I want to change the background of the entire setting so instead of 5d ocean we want
do it in New York City. So I have the city of New York right here and we're gonna swap out the location. All I gotta do is use Higgs Field Genjutsu which allows you to do this. I just drag and drop the reference here. Then I put in the prompt I want to recreate this ad to change the setting
to New York at night and let's see what we can do. All right you can see from the variations it took the same exact ad and then it just swapped the location into New York. So you can see the guy's same guy but now he's in New York City right. Actually created two of them here. So it's just a
different samples, different locations, and if I want to get more specific on what these places will look like, or if I want to take this person to Japan or something like that, then Hexio can definitely do that. And if you want to, you can actually change out different products, or maybe
you want to change the color of the gloves, all these little individual elements you can change as long as you prompt it. So hopefully you see the power of what you can do with AI. As long as you have the creative direction of what you want to do and the outcome you want to produce, you can
use these tools to just basically do all the work for you and then you just focus on getting the client. Now if you want to try to create images and videos like I have in this video, I actually put a link in the description for you to give Higgs Field a try, which is our partner for this video.
Now real quick, if you're looking to dive deeper into how exactly you should be starting your one person business, I invite you to a free live training that I have coming up. In all that training, I'm going to show you exactly what business idea you should be picking for your AI
business, how to generate leads and build a personal brand so clients come to you, and most importantly how to actually close and I'm going to be doing some live sales role plays with some of my clients last time we had over a thousand people come live so check the link in the description to secure your spot while
they last but if you want to skip the line and work directly with me and my team you can actually book a call using the link in the description and we will help you map out a custom plan for you to build your one-person business while working a full-time job so I've given you a couple ideas on the type of one-person
businesses you can start using AI but what about finding your own idea so next we're going to be covering how to find your AI power of business idea using a special method I developed. So the problem that most people have when they are looking for an idea is they have
too many choices and they end up not taking action. You go from side hustles to side hustles and eventually you just can't do any of the real work. And a lot of people are actually smart, they're talented, but they're afraid of choosing the wrong idea or picking an idea that they don't
really have an advantage in. And the worst thing is if you try to do a business that you don't like, it just ends up being another job. But the beauty about the method I'm about to show you is remember we're selling an AI power service which is essentially just a
promise you don't have to invest any time or money into really building anything you just try to get the sale until someone pays you and then you start doing the work now in order to find your business idea I have something called the offer triangle and you're essentially looking to answer three
simple questions number one is what you sell so what level of service do you want to provide are you doing coaching consulting are you doing services as in doing the actual work right that's the first thing what are we selling is it a marketing agency, recruiting content, you know, whatever it could be. Number two is who are we
selling it to, right? Who is our ideal client? Is it businesses, regular everyday people? Is it governments, right? And number three is going to be pricing. How much do you want to charge for your services so you actually hit your goals? And for a lot of people, I know you guys are looking
to make that $10,000 per month. So obviously, you have to do the calculations, right? If you have three clients each one paying you three to four days then yes you can get to plus per in a month fairly quickly And I find the simplest way to find your business idea is to use this Japanese concept called the easy guy Now the easy guy is a Japanese concept that essentially means your reason for being
And all it is, is finding the combination between what you love, what you're good at, what you can be paid for, and what the world needs. And when you put this all together, you'll find an idea that you can stick with for a long time and also makes a lot of money. Now, to help you out with this entire process, I actually have a free gift for you, and it's called the Business Idea Generator.
All you have to do is go into the link in the description, download it, install it into your chat UDT, and then it'll give you instructions on what to do. Once you install it, it's going to look like this. You just type in AI Business Generator, and then this one will pop up. Essentially, it's a skill.
And then you press enter, and it'll say, okay, let's find your AI business idea. And then it's going to ask you a series of questions to figure out, okay, like, what's your EP guy, what is your passion, and what business idea best suits you. If you give an example of what the output looks like once you answer all the questions,
it's going to basically do all the research to figure out a proven business idea. So in this example, we set up the easy guide from what they love, what they're good at, what the world needs, what they can be paid for, and they found that, hey, this person is really suited to help lifestyle and wellness brands basically do Facebook, meta ads, static
ads, video ads, like similar to what I showed you before, right? And it also even has the offer triangle of what you should sell, who you should sell to, and what price you should charge per client. And generally, if you're in a local client, I would recommend $2,000 plus if it's some kind of service.
The beauty of the skill, it basically does all the research for you to figure out like, hey, who's buying this stuff? Who needs it the most? What are their paying points? Who are the competitors? How much are they charging? All the key information for you to decide like, hey, is this the business idea for me?
And it's even going to give you a detailed pricing to your list on different things you can do based on the research of what's already working in the market. So if you want that skill for yourself to try it in ChatGPT, again, link is in the description and it's free. So once you find your business idea, the next step is thinking about how to deliver on your AI-powered service.
So in general, when you're starting a business, the goal is to deliver max results, basically create the highest value possible, while doing the least amount of work. Because the opposite is doing a lot of work and getting paid very little, right?
So you want to get paid a lot and do very little. So you want to design your business in a way that supports the lifestyle that you want to live. So the way I see it is there's a spectrum between services and products. Services are actually easier to sell because you can charge thousands of dollars per client,
get paid right away, even if you don't have much proof or result, because you're basically just saying, like, hey, you have this problem. I can solve that problem. This is how much it costs. It's very simple, right? So some services, you're essentially trading your time, in a sense. You can be an agency, freelancing, contract work.
But because AI does the majority of the work, it's actually not that much work. The other end of the spectrum is going to be products and knowledge. So when it comes to product acknowledges, there's a couple forms you can take, right? I'll start with the knowledge first. So when it comes to information, it could be coaching, consulting, right?
So for a service, let's say you're running meta ads, you're doing the work for somebody. But if you're going to coach someone or give advice or consult them, you don't really have to do anything. You just give them advice based on what you know, right, which is more scalable.
The other form of that is if you just take what you know and you create an online course and, you know, you make it once, it's a product and you can sell it forever. And on top of that, you can do different apps to solve a specific problem. So I'll give you examples of services, through products, through selling knowledge, so you get a spectrum and menu of what you can do.
Now, the easiest to start is going to be services for sure, right? Because you don't have to create anything. You can just validate based on making a promise. So let's say, for example, you're running meta ads, right? All you need to do is think about three main problems on what the client has and how you're going to solve them.
So if you're running meta ads, number one, what's the biggest problem people have? Research. Probably research with their competitors to find out the best strategy and find their best ads and reverse engineer, right? And with ChaiGPT, you can do pretty much all the work using ChaiGPT nowadays.
Number two is generating the ads. So use ChaiGPT for the copywriting and ideas, take fields, like I showed you earlier, for the creative. Number three, taking the ads, looking at the performance to figure out what to double down on, what to improve, and then you repeat the cycle again and again and again.
So selling a service, this is essentially what you would do. Now, if you were to turn it into a product, for example, you can create a website like this, where instead of you creating the ads for your clients, I just did a mock of this real quick. So let's say you had a bunch of construction companies, you're helping them with ads, right?
Instead of you creating the ads for them, what if you created a platform where it's the same thing, but instead of you doing it, you just have the client go into your platform and create the ads the same way you would have done it anyways. This way you can essentially scale what you were doing
and instead of selling your time, you're just selling the end result. So I like this way of building products where you first validate with a service that, hey, people actually want this, and then you can turn it into a product once you can just basically sell to a client and start
making money on day one. So I wouldn't create a product first unless you have a service and you've proven demand. Now I want to give an example of online coaches. So one of my clients, Sandy, basically when we started working together, we did the eeky guy, all that kind of stuff. And she went to the AI agency, right? So the first client was actually from Upwork, sent them a
message, loom video. And then she found a client doing like SEO automation for $3,300 per month, even though she had no experience doing that. And so, but she was so good at her job within the first month, second month, they bumped her pay to actually more than $5,000. But for her,
you know, she was like, I don't really want to start an agency. I want to be a creator. So she took the success she had from having that client and then she started making YouTube videos from zero subscribers. And then basically, you know, I can follow my method on how to create content, AI, whatever, and now she has over 70,000 subscribers. So with that audience, what she
did was she actually created a full community where she just teaches people how to build a personal brand, how to create content using AI, right? That's the little thing. As you can see, she already has like 200 members in the community.
It's definitely making more than $10,000 a month. Basically just teaching a new skill, using AI to create content that she's just learned in the last couple of months. And now she's able to turn it into an online course. On top of that, there's a service element of coaching part of it where she just gets on the call with all the clients
and teaches them what's going on in this space once a week. So there's so many different ways to go about it. For like information, coaching, consulting, it's viable, but you kind of need an audience first. But for services, you can just outbound people.
You don't need a personal brand and they will actually pay you. So now that you understand how to deliver all the services you provide, the next step is actually how are you even supposed to sign these clients? Now, there's really three ways to sign clients, right? The first one's ads, which I don't recommend for beginners because you have to spend money to get started.
So let's just take that one out. Now, the next way is actually building a personal brand and creating content, right? So whether it's YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, depends on the platform and where your ideal customer hangs out. This is essentially when you create content like let say I do on Instagram and YouTube and clients come to me right Now the other way to reach out to people if you don have a personal brand because creating content does take time is just through outreach You know reach out to clients that would be a good fit for your services
And yes, people actually do respond to cold messages even if they have no idea who you are, if you do it the right way. So LinkedIn DMs, code email, loom videos, all that works. This current market, I would highly recommend doing LinkedIn outreach just because it's highly targeted.
People actually respond. You don't have to do a lot of volume and it's not that complicated to start. So at the end of the day, this is how it works, right? you have you over here. Two ways to generate leads is personal brand and outreach. Two ways to generate leads is going to be personal brand for YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram, or even X. And
then the other way to do it is outreach. I would recommend LinkedIn, but you can do Upwork, email, like whatever holds your goal, right? Like everything works. It just depends on what you want to do. And if you're selling services where you're going to be charging, let's say like $2,000 per month or more, I would do sales call because not many people are going to close for $2,000
over a DM if they don't know who you are. But if you can get them on a call and convince them, then yes, it is possible, just like how my clients have done in the past. I'll give you a perfect example. Allison, one of my clients, she actually was just working a 9-to-5 job earlier this year,
and she started AI automations, helping people with ERP automation specifically. If you don't know what that is, it's just like inventory management and stuff like that. And all she did was just connect with 200 people per week on LinkedIn, business owners in Canada,
and then she would just pitch them on these AI automations, and then she eventually signed a couple clients. Just a couple months ago, she made like $50K in one month, and that's her first year pretty much in business, right? And I actually do know that these outbound do work
because I see my clients do it all the time. So to give you a taste of how to actually do it, let's say I'm selling meta ad services, right? And I want to reach the founder of this company, Earpiece, which is going to be a competitor to hers, right? Now, the main thing I'm going to do is
I see that this company is only running 120 ads while this one is running 460 ads. So obviously, the more creators you have, the more you can test, and basically, the better ROI you will get.
So if I look at their page, I mean, their ads don't really look that good, first of all, and they're not running that much, right? So if I create this whole, let's say, like case study of how I, you know, created these sample ads for the Herb's brand and said, like, hey, I can do it for you.
I'll show you how it's done, right? So on LinkedIn, I would basically send, let's say that your guy's name is John. I would send him a message and I would send him a Loom video, right? So it would be something like, hey, man, I did a breakdown of how I can help you with your ads. Do you mind if I send a Loom video over?
They'll say, yeah, sure, I guess. Then I'll make the video, send it over, and I say, hey, John, what's going on, man? It's Patrick. Now, I was actually just taking a look at your meta account, and I noticed that you were running about 120 ads. And yeah, I mean, some of the ads are pretty okay, but I'm kind of surprised that you're
not running more. I mean, like some of these creators are exactly the same, right? Because when I was looking at your competitors like hers, for example, you know, they're running 460 ads, many different creatives from video, static ads, all this kind of stuff,
right? And I feel like, you know, for you to compete in the space, get a better return on investment for your ad spend, you probably should create more different ad creatives. Now, for example, these are actually some ad creatives that I was able to generate at scale with AI, right?
I'm just using hers as an example. But you see, like, you know, these are all generated with AI, and I can do them for you at scale. So we can try different creatives, see what works, and optimize to see what's going to get you the best results, right? So it's not about just making something pretty, obviously.
It's about conversions. And I can even make video ads for you as well. There's actually an ad inspired by hers. And then if we make something for you, for your niche, then, you know, we could do that feel and test it out. Now if you're interested in me helping you with this we can actually just continue the conversation in the DMs or we can actually jump on the call and I can help you out.
And then I would basically cut the loom, send it over and then if they liked all the demos and everything that I showed them they would be like sure man let's get on the call. Now if you're creating some UGC ads all you need to do is you want to find a brand that you like. Let's say I'm
looking at IM8. So it's a pretty popular I guess call it like health supplement kind of brand. It basically just makes powder and water and that's pretty much it right. So if you look at ads to run in 2000 and let's say we like this ad where it's just like this guy he's drinking beer
it's like an AI voice in the background nothing crazy right so it's like literally an AI ad so I went ahead and downloaded it and then we're going to run it through Higgs fields to see if we can recreate it and if we can recreate it we can actually just swap out the product with any
other product so what we're going to do is we got the video here from that ad we're going to drag and drop then we're going to say hey recreate this version of this ad replace with a new character I'm going to use Higgs field here directly into chat2dt so Higgs field actually made the video
and it replaced the avatar so let's see what the final output looks like. So off the bat the UGC character actually looks just as realistic as the other character in the ad that we took inspiration from. So overall I would say pretty good, very comparable to the original and obviously if you
want to make a difference you don't have to make it exactly the same as the inspiration. You can you know direct it, have the person be in different places like the bar or maybe a different bedroom or whatever it is. You can pretty much do everything with Hitchfield. Now the key here is that you
Identify a problem that they have, compare them to a competitor, show how you can help, and actually show samples of your work so they get an idea of like, okay, if I pay this guy, this is what he's going to do for me. So if we were to give you a 30-day game plan on putting this all together, days 1 to 7,
find your easy guy, find your business idea like I showed you, use the cloud scale, link in the description, and just get a direction, right? It doesn't have to be perfect, just start. Days 7 to 14, just do outreach, you know? 20 people per day, that's only 100 people per week minimum.
Eventually, someone's going to respond if you follow that loom video system that I just told you right now right i'm literally giving you the keys days 14 to 21 you should start creating content on linkedin or youtube depending on what platform you want to show people you're a real
person right because i think in the era of ai personal brands will be at a premium and i think everybody will want one because clients come to you and days 21 to 30 ideally you get on the call and eventually you close your first client now clients like brandon for example he closed three
clients in 30 days sandy closed her first client in two weeks and that was from upwork if these people are doing it while they have their full-time job, the question is, why not you? All right, so now you have the complete system on how to start your one-person business in the next
30 days. Now, most people don't even make it to the end, so if you did, type in made it to the end in the comments so I know who the real ones are. Now, this is just a roadmap, and you might have some questions like exactly what business ideas should you pick, what you should say in your
outbound messages, or what kind of content you should be making, and even what to say once you're on a sales call with a potential customer. Now, for those of you who need a little guidance on starting your one-person business while you have a nine-to-five job, you have two options from here.
Number one, you can actually sign up for my free training where I'm going to dive deeper into all these subjects. And number two, you can actually book a call with me and my team and we will create you a custom strategy on how to do this for yourself. Now, if you just want to watch another
YouTube video, check out this one right here where I show you some of the best AI side hustles you can start this weekend.
