[00:03] niche and then they quit within 60 to 90 days, right? But the 10% who actually pick a niche that meets all the requirements we're going to see today and a niche that they're actually passionate in can build it into a real [00:17] business. We're talking 5K a month, 10K a month, 20K a month, whatever it is that your goal ends up being. I've been growing and running Instagram theme pages from the moment I got my first cell phone 7 8 years ago and I've ran [00:31] pages in literally almost every single niche except for some of the newer ones like AI and so all the things I'm going to tell you today are from first-hand experience. I've also worked with clients across essentially every single [00:45] niche within the past year so I also know in real time what's working and what's not working and the type of brand deals that some of these people are getting within these niches. So there's a couple requirements that I like to [00:58] first one being that it's actually something that you are passionate about, right? Because at the end of the day you need to post content in it for literally every single day for the next 5 10 years of your [01:13] life, however long you want to build this page up for, right? And if you can't do that and you're not interested in it and I've tried to create accounts back when I was creating all of my content, right? Back when I was actually [01:26] the one making the graphics and things like that, it becomes a really hard becomes a really easy to burn out if you are consistently making content around a of that, you don't have the expertise like when I post about sports, right? I [01:40] can get into the comments, I can reply to DMs pretty easily because I probably watched the game, probably played the sport before. I probably understand the slang or you know, my actual audience because I was that at [01:53] one point in time. If you just choose a random niche, right? That you know, you today. If you just choose a niche because it of money and you don't really understand it, number one, your content might take [02:06] a hit. And number two, it's going to be hard for you to also negotiate brand deals and get into comment sections and actually understand your audience because you are kind of an outsider at that point in time. So, not only should [02:18] single thing I'm going to go through today and you're going to see all the common. There's a reason I put them on here, but it should also, most passionate in. So, if you're going to choose a niche and start an account, [02:33] just because you watched this video, at least have some type of interest in it. And the top five niches I'm going to run through today, guarantee that you'll have at least one of these that you have some interest in. [02:47] straight into it. But, at the end of the day, it needs to be something that you actually care about. So, you'll see here, guys, top of five faceless page faceless theme page niches in 2026. And these are chosen because they're fast [03:02] growing. They have unlimited content, meaning you can find unlimited content for these, literally unlimited. And [snorts] there's unlimited brand deals, meaning there are a ton of brands and there's always going to be brands within [03:14] these niches trying to pay these pages. And you might think, like, "Oh, [snorts] tennis is a great niche to get into because there's Rolex and all right?" And I don't I I do have a little bit of experience in the tennis niche, [03:29] >> [snorts] >> Just because the actual niche has a lot always mean that theme pages are going to be able to attract those same [03:41] advertisements, right? It's going to be really hard, obviously, for a theme page to get a deal with Rolex, for example, right? But, when we'll get into some of these niches, you'll see some niches the a lot of the ad spend from these [03:54] companies is actually coming to Instagram pages, right? Those marketers, those people have seen and have dealt with the data, understand that digital marketing does return for them. You'll see a lot of apps, a lot of [04:06] services do digital because it's a lot better than paying for, you know, a TV commercial where people can't convert, right? And then on top of that, a lot of these marketers understand and can see, [04:20] going for awareness right now, understand that theme pages are one of the best ways to do it because you're able to get that massive volume for a that, you're also going to see that a lot of these brands we're going to or a [04:34] niches we're going to go through today are very high CPM, meaning that's, you know, cost per mill. How much are you getting paid per 1,000 views? This not only goes for charging for brand deals, but this also goes for how much is [04:48] Instagram paying out for that CPM. And keep in mind, to get the highest CPM from Instagram and from brand deals, you always want to keep your audience USA, You're going to get paid the most. Anytime I post content around the NFL on [05:04] TikTok or on Instagram, I'm getting paid a lot more because it's a US-based audience as opposed to if I post about soccer or the World Cup or something like that because now I'm getting a widespread audience, right? The more you [05:16] can post to a US audience in every single niche has the ability to target USA, obviously. If [snorts] you run a cricket page, right? It's going to be a little harder to target the US, but most niches and every [05:30] is, you know, majority US-based and I would even recommend to go a step deeper and with every single one of these niches, for example, one niche, sneak peek, is entrepreneurship. [05:43] entrepreneurs, really talk about US-based companies, USA, anything, you know, US entrepreneurs as opposed to maybe a that's going to, you know, be more popular with Germans or or in Europe or [05:58] something like that. So, keep that in mind when building out your page. And one of the worst things you can do is start a page and then realize after, attracting an audience that isn't even monetizable because at that point in [06:15] time there's not much other than, you know, just start a new So, why listen to someone like me, right? of the pages that I run. So, Daily Athlete is well over 300,000 followers [06:30] now. Lift Base is well over 100,000. You can see some of the payouts here. So, this is $5,000 from [snorts] a monthly deal. This is $3,500 from a monthly deal. Obviously, this isn't just one post. This is multiple posts over the [06:43] course of a month, but a lot of these are recurring, right? So, we get results We get results and then we continue to get paid month after month. On top of from Instagram. We're getting paid out just for getting a views on their [06:57] platform. And then, as you can see here, you know, 36 million views, um 80, you know, plus percent from non-followers. On top of all this, them sell digital products. Some of them do affiliate marketing. Some of them [07:10] just [snorts] focus on brand deals. It depends on the niche, right? On top of students, right? Whether they're going from zero followers to 100,000 followers with no social media experience, whether they're going from 100,000 to 600,000 [07:24] 600,000 followers and they're just trying to monetize it, right? So, I made my first $10,000 online while still in college with Instagram theme pages, obviously. Still going to class, still, you know, working at an [07:38] other things on my plate, and [snorts] still able to monetize these pages while doing it because at the end of the day, theme pages are one of the lowest lift >> [snorts] >> It doesn't take you too much time. Um [07:51] different pages and that's why I've been able to hire it out, but if you're just focused on one page, it shouldn't take you any longer than an hour a day. Really less than that depending on how high lift your content is. Obviously, [08:05] some of you guys know Daily Athlete, Lift Base, you know, some of that is a little bit harder content to make as far as the carousels go, right? But [snorts] at the end of the day, you can put like the religious pages, [08:17] things like that take very little um lift, right? It's It's very much uh just posting like Bible quotes or things like that. Some of the niches are super low lift and then some of them not so much. So, keep that in mind as we get [08:31] with that being said, some of you guys are probably new. Some of you guys may not know what a theme page is. So, you've definitely seen them before if a theme page is essentially an Instagram page dedicated to a certain topic, [08:45] whether it's sports, luxury, travel, relationships, hair, food, anything like that, you can name it. There is a theme page around it. We obviously, wealth [snorts] [08:57] being one of the biggest examples of a theme page. It's all around wealth, around money, but they've even expanded now to just posting about viral content in general. They have over 14 million followers at this point in time. [09:10] ChatGPT Tricks. This is a kind of a a sub niche, right? So, this is an AI page. 2 million followers, right? >> Um they just post about AI, they post about, you know, uh robotics, all the [09:22] stuff going on in AI, all the news and things like that. And then you see pages about, you know, leading source of luxury, 59 million dollar home, Miami Beach, uh you know, patrol cars, Rolls-Royce, [09:35] stuff like that. The best part about these pages is you >> [snorts] >> to do brand deals, to get affiliate deals, whatever it is, to drive real traffic to your page, you can do it [09:48] through reels. You can do it through videos. You don't need to show your face grow extremely fast because you literally have unlimited content. If I wanted to start a page in the wealth niche, well, there's 9,500 [10:02] posts right here ready to go, right? If I wanted to start one in AI, there's 1,500 posts right here, right? And [snorts] yourself, but you can rebrand them. You can take [10:15] their formats. You can change things up. You can use You can go through here and then create [snorts] content off of that, things like that. various different strategies. Some of them can turn into passive income [10:28] streams. So, one of my pages sells a digital product, right, for $20, $25, and it sells while I'm asleep, right? It sells 24/7. Someone could buy it right now as I speak. Um and I post the content twice or or one time a day. I [10:43] don't make the content, right? So, it's taken me about 10 minutes a day just to post them. [snorts] And like I said, it's, you know, selling consistently over time because the content is bringing in a specific [10:57] interested in the product that I've placed in front of them. So, there's a but these pages really can turn into passive income. And if I hired a VA to you know, that entire page would be entirely, at this point in time, passive [11:13] income for me. So, with that being said, let's get into the first niche here. So, one that you just saw. So, wealth and investing, right? So, everyone that's in interested in wealth and investing understands two things, right? Number [11:27] one, they're trying to make money. And number two, they are actively spending you're investing money, you are understand that money is a tool, right? of advertisers that want to tap into this audience. So, this is $50-100 CPM. [11:44] don't quote me on that number, but that's just a general number that I followers, how much engagement, all that type of stuff, right? So, that's going to be the higher end, but understand fintech, trading softwares, affiliate [11:57] deals, whatever it is, there are a bunch of people that want to target investors. If you have a a company that helps people day trade or you you have a you know, invest their money, whatever it is, you could even go on Robinhood [12:10] promote it on one of these pages. I think you get like $100 every time you that. You can do that. And, you know, on top deals where you are working with, you know, maybe a trading software, things [12:24] like that that you could very easily plug into your content. And, like I make money, and that's a theme you're going to see across all of these or most especially the top ones, is that the audience is, you know, they're trying to [12:39] that are trying to make money, they're willing to spend money to make money, right? So, affiliate conversion machine, digital product machine, you can build out digital products really easily, especially in the investing space. Coach [12:52] business coaches, there's a bunch of people promoting like, you know, start a vending machine business. Um you know, whatever it is, you see those coaches all the time being posted. And, you know, those people are trying [13:06] you'll get a bunch of coaches, and those people pay very high rates to promote on Instagram. Business tools machine, right? So, you can promote a ton of just post about wealthy people and provide no real value, making it [13:21] impossible to sell a product, and [snorts] the audience a lot softer. So, if you're doing like wealth, is you can actually provide value as you speak about wealth. So, wealth, this page right here, right? They're massive [13:34] right? So, understand that they're not doing this. They're They're just trying to tap into the biggest audience possible, as they should be. They have trying to tap into this very specific audience, they would just be losing [13:46] followers. So, it makes sense for them, right? But, to get ahead, right? You're game. They already have 14 million. Why not start a wealth page that's actually teaching people something about wealth, right? And then have a product that's [13:58] maybe, for example, you're teaching people how to trade, teaching people how giving it Obviously, you can't give financial advice, right? But, [snorts] whatever. And then you plug in an affiliate to [14:12] some day trading tool or something like that. That's when people are actually going to convert because now, you know, you're you're speaking to a very sub niche, very sub audience. So, that's number one is wealth and investing. And [14:24] like always, guys, drop the notes in the comment comments. always in there, always answering people. Number two is business and entrepreneurship. This, in my opinion, [14:36] but I would say that this one has always been number one. >> It's always the most profitable. Um SaaS tools, productivity apps, coaching platforms, they all have very deep advertiser [14:50] pockets, right? There's a million things around business that can be monetized. Millions of coaches, once again, paying high prices for this audience. And once again, I copied this from the other one, audience actively trying to make money, [15:02] right? So, whether it's a business tool, like this says productivity apps, productivity apps, some type of consistency dashboard, whatever it is, [15:14] those things all print on here. And you can also, once again, sub niches down. >> business in general, maybe you're talking about, you know, business is. If you can do that, then you're able to [15:28] tap into an even more specific audience, and that's going to allow you to, you obviously, your follower count is going to be a little bit smaller. You're going was literally I just typed in entrepreneurship. This was the first [15:42] page. Never seen this page before. As you can see, 2.8 million followers, and literally two their two most recent posts are ads, right? So, Claude is paying them. Uh Lovable is paying them. [15:55] Or this is actually uh Coach, right? So, this isn't Claude, but this is a Coach that's paying him to talk about his AI lead gen website. And then this is, you know, Lovable paying them to talk about, you know, [16:08] will.i.am and how he uses Lovable. Um So, yeah, those are prime example right here of of the type of advertisings you can be getting. But like I said, on top of that, guys, there's a million other ways that you can make money in the [16:21] business niche, and you're always going to have advertisers. I mean, I have program that are in the business niche, and they just consistently, as long as [snorts] have people that are wanting to pay them [16:35] for ad space. The next one here, guys, is The next one here, guys, is luxury and real estate. estate, these first three kind of all fall into the same category, right? So, [16:50] Obviously, right? You're selling watches on Instagram is a little bit harder now. Uh maybe back in the day, right? But this is just an example. >> If you were to sell, you know, a watch. So, if you post about luxury, right? [17:04] people that are luxury themselves, right? You know, but you're also going to get people that want to be luxury, right? That's why they follow these pages to get that dopamine hit of seeing someone else, you [17:17] know, seeing someone else's house, whatever. So, if you were to the watch if these people want to be luxury, maybe you're selling a $500 watch or you're selling a $1,000 watch that looks like a Rolex, but, you know, it's a little bit [17:30] it is. And then you're getting $200, $500 commission. Now, this is where you can really start to print because of page like this, right? I mean, you can pages are still probably doing the lovable, the, you know, [17:45] things. But on top of that, they could be running some type of a commission-based thing, too. And, you know, this is one to be doing that, but that's something that you could do on your way [snorts] [17:58] architecture, high-end fashion, real estate. When it comes to real estate, guys, it's a massive untapped thing. You'll actually get be able to get promotions from real estate agents to promote their houses, especially if you [18:10] have a big page, and you can get a lot of money from that. So, real estate agents love Instagram and will happily pay you for promotions, whether it's a story post because they got, you know, open house, whether it's, [18:22] is. They They want eyeballs to their $2,000 for some real estate agents is is nothing. Monetization: luxury affiliate, brand deals, own product, luxury product line. [18:35] I don't actually mean create your own luxury product line. I mean, you know, being an affiliate of one. But understand that everything that you are selling, everything that you're promoting on these pages is something [18:48] that's probably going to be, you know, more higher ticket, meaning that your money that you make from it is going to be a lot better. I personally like out of, you know, I like real estate more than luxury at this point in time. [19:00] pages, and I think, you know, it's kind of the the engagement has been, you know, kind of going down on these pages, whereas real estate, right, has been [19:12] going up. There's a lot of There's There's pages around athlete homes. different types of things and understand those pages grow quickly and then they gets, plus real estate agents and [19:25] coaches and things like that. So, before we get into number four, guys, if in building one of these pages yourself, if you are interested in taking your page to the next level, whatever it is, you've maybe watched some of my videos, [19:37] maybe you thought about it before, click the first link down below, guys. Go talk about it. We'll take a look at your page. We'll see obviously it's an application process, right? I work with five people one-on-one every single [19:49] you're someone that's ready to take this to the next level, ready to really to that next level, whether it's with whatever it is, click that link down below and schedule the call with me and [20:03] we can have a chat. Understand not every single person gets accepted, but, you know, if you are looking to start a page, maybe you have never ran a theme you know, you're you're analysis paralysis, whatever it is, click the [20:17] link. Let's talk and let's get you to that next level. It's the first link With that being said, guys, the next one is fitness and wealth. here, obviously, because this is my page. But, understand that supplement [20:32] companies, fitness apps print money on influencer marketing. Pre-workout, protein, vitamins are very high margin and recurring affiliates, it's very easy, right? I mean, even peptides now are coming into the game [20:45] and and you can promote those. Uh there's a million different fitness products and they all have very high margins, meaning, you know, vitamins don't really cost anywhere near $60 to sell [20:57] So, that means that they're able to pay out a lot more to in commission to to the affiliate. The clearest path to your own digital product, too. Obviously, programs, plans, things like that, depending on who your audience is, [21:10] is very easy. If that was my goal with Lift Base, I think I would go like all, you know, female posting, maybe, attract a female audience, and that, or go all male, something like that. [21:24] Um, and really hone in on on the digital product. Everyone does workouts, nobody storytelling. So, for example, all the fitness influencers, a lot of them, you know, they're some that do you know, they are teaching, but most of [21:38] them is just like them, you know, flexing in the mirror, whatever. There's know, like me are doing kind of education, studies, things like that, and then plugging a newsletter in on the back end, building out that newsletter [21:51] affiliates with supplement companies and things like that through the newsletter. run a faceless page targeting lifters. That's the thing about all these guys, person that runs Wealth, but maybe he doesn't even know anything about Wealth, [22:07] running the biggest page, right? No one High competition, a lot of people in this niche do prefer actual influencers. I mean, take a look at Cbum. He's got I think [22:19] you know, I might be wrong, but I think he's got over 10 million followers, and that's more than most athletes, right? So, there's a ton in need there's a ton of uh competition in this niche, but [22:32] understand that if you can break through, there's a massive ceiling for But, a lot of people, right? Cbum's got 14 million. Is there a theme page with Um [snorts] that's typically how it goes, right? So, [22:45] understand there's a lot of competition, and people do prefer influencers, you probably buy from influencer, but if you can put a good product in front of them before, people always, you know, convert. So, [23:00] the next one here, once again, maybe slight bias here, right? Sports. Um but I do think that sports is always going to be up there, right? My page has been growing very quickly recently um over the last few months. Trending [23:14] topics uh you know, there's always explosive growth windows. So, the World Cup, you know, the the Super Bowl, the NBA Finals, whatever it is, there's always times where you can really hone in and take your content to [23:27] the next level. Um sports are year-round. There's always something to post about. Current [snorts] posts always perform well, right? So, if I'm posting something that happened 5 years ago, even if it's still super viral, [23:40] most of the time, the better performing post is going to tonight or or, you know, something that happened in trading yesterday. So, something like that, right? It's a very high CPM for views and [23:55] Obviously, the NFL being number one because it's so American-based. Um you know, you get very high CPMs uh especially from Instagram. Monetization is fast growth, you brand deals, you can promote other people's merchandise for [24:10] jersey sales, stuff like that. Uh build your own community out. Gambling is the highest spenders on Instagram right now besides AI tools. A little foreshadowing there. And it rewards speed, right? So, [24:22] obviously, if you're someone that's going to compete with the ESPNs or, just posting news, you got to be ready to post a lot, and you got to be ready basically 24/7 to get content out. But, if you look at my [24:37] page, there's not much posts about trending news, and that's the way that we do it on purpose, right? Cuz we're not competing with the ESPNs of the world. The last one here, so it's actually six. [24:51] I thought it was five, it's six. Is AI and tech. So, someone that's really interested in AI, really interested in learning about AI, start a theme page around AI. It's the fastest growing category on Instagram, [25:07] in general. AI tools, tech news, productivity hacks, tools you need to know. There's so many brands that are trying to start starting AI products, whatever it is, that are willing to pay a lot of [25:22] Um for example, I mean, once again, they you see the same ad as ran right here. I mean, this is these are screenshots from, you know, an hour ago. Uh will.i.am's on here. Fable 5 is [25:37] back. That might be an ad. Um Yeah, I mean, there's a million. This is an ad. This is an ad. There's three ads on this first uh page [25:49] that there's a million different uh companies are paying a lot of money because they want to be the number one in the AI there's a not a lot of people that are doing AI content well. Obviously, you [26:05] know, as we speak, more and more people are, but AI has a massive gap to it. And, you know, monetization, SaaS affiliates are huge, tool sponsorships. You could create your own AI, you know, guide. You could have like ChatGPT [26:20] they're doing. They have an entire store right here. I would assume they have probably for 20, bucks, that's, you then they probably have a bunch of affiliates, and then they probably have [26:32] you know, I don't know exactly how they stacked it up, but there's a million different ways that they can monetize. So, those are the six niches for multiple different reasons, high CPM, very good affiliates, [26:47] digital product, or, obviously, a couple digital product, but there's a very high and and easy way to monetize them, right? So, that's one of the if any of these you're like, oh, I'm passionate in [27:01] lot, I would recommend starting it. If you're like, oh, you know, I don't something that you're passionate in because I promise you maybe, you know, profitable, but just no one's doing it, right? You never know. So, do whatever [27:16] you're you're most interested in and if you made it to the end of this video down below and if you don't mind, go follow the new Instagram. It's linked in the caption below as well. The old Instagram got disabled. I'm posting on [27:30] guys through my day-to-day processes, how I build these pages, how I, you and we are posting every single day on the stories again. We took a little bit back. Doesn't look like it's coming back, so we are going all in on the new [27:45] page. Go follow, let's get to 20,000 followers and this far and if you have any questions or if you want to work one-on-one, the link is in the bio and drop your questions in the comments.
