[00:01] stream made? $1600. Now, how about this person? $7,000. And apparently, Tik Tok Live brings in over $10 million a day, which is * 365 [00:17] * 365 E, a lot of money from sleeping or doing this. And I want a piece of it. So, I'm going to go live on Tik Tok every single day to see how easy it is, how much money you'll make, but also to see if I [00:30] have what it takes to become a full-time streamer. But there's a problem. [music] least 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the past 30 days. And I don't got any [00:46] a new Tik Tok account [music] and post every day for 5 years straight. And only then will I finally have enough followers to earn some money. But also, I figured out you can go live with only a thousand followers. And as fate has [01:00] it, I have it. I I have it. I have one. It's this one. So, I think all we have to do to go live is click go live. I don't know what I'm going to do. I Let's [01:12] just Let's just test out the waters real quick. [bell] [01:32] streaming on here and I am terrified. So, I'm just going to walk you through [screaming] WHAT IS GOING ON? WHAT AM I DOING? WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE? I I CAN'T I CAN'T DO THIS. I CAN'T I got to get out of here, [01:45] BRO. OH MY GOD. [laughter] That was terrifying. I got 10 [laughter] That was terrifying. I got 10 viewers. No money. No money. I don't I don't know what the heck my plan was. I sat there. My face was completely [02:00] straight like this. It was scary, but I liked it. And I know there are ways you can get active viewers on a live stream. I want to get people to stay. I want to [02:12] become a better Tik Tok live streamer. So, that is what I'm going to do. [02:24] >> Okay, if I want to become the best Tik Tok live streamer, I got to study from live tab and took a bunch of notes of what I saw. I saw gaming streams, people playing instruments, people trying to sell things, some guy with like a a [02:39] toilet. I I don't know, and Shaggy. I found Shaggy. And all this was really good information to find out what people are watching, but I needed more. So, I decided to ask the streamers themselves. >> All right, I found this guy called Rich. [02:51] I'm going to ask him for any tips. Hey, Rich. Any tips on how to make a good Tik Rich. Any tips on how to make a good Tik Tok live stream? [03:19] >> Uh, I wouldn't know, mate. >> I'm just starting myself, so >> No, I'm really new to this. >> And then my entire world shifted. >> Go live every day. >> Okay. [03:32] >> Be persistent. >> Yeah. Once you go live every single day, >> and you keep going, you're going to start getting your followers and your people, and they'll come in every time. [music] But once you stop going live, [03:45] it all. And that's exactly what I needed. So, I began preparing my streams sure all of them adhere to the three rules of Tik Tok live that I created. They need to be scroll stopping. I need to be actively doing something. And I [03:59] need to be interacting with the audience. All of which I didn't do in my first stream, which is probably why it only got 10 viewers. But anyways, I created three wellressearched and thoughtout streams to do tomorrow that [04:11] will be fun, interactive, and will hopefully get us some money. [04:46] GOT A speaker that's connected to classical music. I'm going to go live and just dance. This is going to be really weird. I'm really nervous and I don't know what to do really. Let's uh do let's [04:59] do let's Okay. 3 2 1 go. [05:13] stream, it didn't take long before I realized something revolutionary. I was a natural. What's up, everybody? Hey, am I hitting this right now? Be honest. Be honest with me. AM I HITTING THIS? BE HONEST WITH ME, GUYS. AM I HITTING THIS? [05:26] >> PEOPLE CAME FLOODING in and I was interacting with everyone. What's up, Sergey? >> But even with my newly discovered confidence, I could only manage to get one person to stay and watch, and it was [05:38] me on another account. So, I switched up the music to be a lot more recognizable, and it worked. People started to stay in the stream, talk in the chat, and even send likes. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I AM HOT AND I AM SWEATY, BUT I HATE BEING [05:53] [screaming] SOLO. AND THE LONGER I WENT ON, the more HYPE I GOT. OKAY. OKAY. [screaming] EVERYBODY GET UP OUT OF YOUR SEATS. I don't know what monster came out of me during this stream, but I felt amazing [06:08] and sweaty. Oh my god, dude. Look at my hair. It looks like I just got out of stream, I was taking song requests, screaming at people to get up and dance, and receiving a ton of likes. I was having the time of my life. But dancing [06:22] for an hour straight is extremely tiring. So after about an hour, I had to end the stream. But yeah, thank you everybody. And I am out. Was that good, guys? Was that good? 175 viewers, two more followers, 18 comments, nothing. I [06:37] got nothing. That zapped so much of my energy, you have no idea. We got no That's good, isn't it? Hopefully next stream will be better. [06:53] The plan was basically to [music] grab my harmonica and do a harmonica stream, but all that dancing just now wiped me out. But this gives me a really good opportunity to do another popular live stream type that I can relax and I'm [07:08] going to go start preparing. Stream number two will be a sleep stream. I need to take a nap. I've seen so many people do this idea and I think I can make it work, too, and hopefully get us some gifts. Obviously, me just sleeping [07:20] to set up the stream. So, when someone donates, it plays this noise [screaming] and wakes me up. So, I prepared my sleeping area by putting up some signs that tell people if they gift, a loud noise will play. And then all I had to [07:36] do was click go live, get into bed, fall asleep, and the gift should come rolling asleep, and the gift should come rolling in. [snorts] [07:57] the most people I had in stream was two again. One of them was me and nobody said anything in the chat, but we did get a few hundred likes somehow. So, I slept, regained my energy, and waited for a jump scare that was never going to [08:11] happen. And about an hour later, I woke up to some bad news. We got 48 viewers. In the middle of that stream, I got this. I got these warnings, lowquality [08:24] content, and inauthentic gift requests, which is definitely true. I I was just sleeping. I guess that was a complete flop. I cannot believe that. The sleeping and the dancing haven't gotten me anything. So, [08:38] would work, but I'm kind of down because I thought it would be way easier than this. Streaming is actually pretty hard, and it's even harder to make money from it. But I can't quit now because we still have one more type to do. Game [08:52] game game. There's a there's a lot of games on here. And that is what we're going to be doing for our last type today. putting my phone on here. It's going to record the screen and I'm going to be [09:05] playing Geometry Dash. I don't have very high hopes for this stream. I feel like it's less engaging than the dancing one this morning and I doubt I'll get many viewers or gifts. The only incentive I have for people to gift is that I have [09:17] to go back and start from level one in Geometry Dash. Pretty simple stuff, but I think it could work, but we just have to see. All I got to do is click live and we're good. So, I'm going to be playing Geometry Dash and probably just [09:29] talking the whole time. I'm just going to get into it. Hello. Hello. Hello. All right, let's do this. And so I began the stream and it was just me playing the first level of this game, talking to myself in my bedroom alone. As people [09:43] joined and scrolled past the stream, I would celebrate by myself when I beat a level. I would crack jokes and be the only one in the audience. What's up everybody? How you doing? And I would greet people that I knew left the stream [09:55] just as quickly as they joined. I was talking the entire time with no gaps in between what I was saying. and all of my words were basically being listened to by avoid. But if I'm being honest, I couldn't care less. It didn't matter if [10:08] I was streaming to 1 million people or one people. I was having fun playing this game and yapping endlessly. So, I kept going and eventually people actually started to stick around. I went from one viewer to six. I had one like [10:21] on the stream, locked into beetle level, looked up and I HAD A THOUSAND 1.1 and people were actually starting to talk to me in the chat. Things were finally starting to look up and somehow we hit 10,000 likes and the viewer said I [10:34] should eat a weird food combination. So I ended up eating ice cream with olive I ended up eating ice cream with olive oil blown up guitar. [10:48] little bit more. And even though I didn't want to, the time came for me to everybody. Thank you. Thank you everybody. I do have to go right now. There's 12 people in here right now. Sup, Veronica? I will have to go right [11:03] now. So, I will see you guys later. Oh my god. Oh my god, dude. I cannot incredible experience I've ever had. No, I mean, no. That was amazing. I'm so happy. Look, look at the stats, dude. 936, [11:17] six new followers, from 135 comments. I reached 1,000. I cannot believe I almost got 1,000 viewers. I didn't make any money, but this feels so rewarding. And that's the [music] moral of the story. Money isn't everything. Thank you all [11:30] for watching. >> Wait, wait, what is that? The end. >> HELL NO. >> Do you guys actually want me to make [11:42] >> Yeah, that's the reason we're here. >> All right, then. I guess I haven't even used my trump card yet. >> The NPC stream. This is probably the someone can do on TikTok. Basically, you just need to act like an NPC or a [11:54] specific character the entire stream and say the same lines over and over when somebody gives you something. So, right now, I'm coming up with all of my lines and everything my character is going to do in my NPC stream. Oh, what character [12:07] do in my NPC stream. Oh, what character is it? Uh [12:28] Hey, it's me, Goku. Hey, it's me, Goku. This is going to be the weirdest thing I have ever done. This is the Goku NPC experience. Basically, you're fighting against me if you donate. If you donate a rose, you'll throw a punch. [12:41] >> Too slow. If you donate a finger heart, you'll shoot a laser blast at me. >> If you donate a boxing glove, you'll punch me really hard. Huh? You're >> If you donate a donut, you'll fire a giant energy wave. [12:54] >> If you donate confetti, you will defeat me. >> Impossible. This power. >> And if you donate a galaxy, I do my final attack. >> And to fill in the gaps, I have a few [13:09] comfortable doing this at all. This is the weirdest thing I've ever I have ever done. What am I doing, dude? What am I doing? But hopefully this can get us a ton of money. All I got to do is set up the live. Throughout all the types of [13:24] seems the most profitable by far. So, gifts cuz it has all three things a good Tik Tok live needs. It's scroll stopping. I'll actively be doing stuff and I'll be interacting with the [13:37] audience. The real thing I'm worried about is just doing it, dude. Like, this is way out of my comfort zone. But I got to do what I got to do, I guess. I just really hope this works. All right, three, two, one. [13:57] [snorts] M. thought a ton of people would stay to watch and maybe donate, but that was [14:09] only kind of true. People were staying somewhat, but nobody was saying anything somewhat, but nobody was saying anything or doing anything. But unfortunately, or doing anything. But unfortunately, the worstc case scenario happened. [14:30] to send it to his friends. They were all just watching me and laughing at me. And to add on to that, nobody knew was joining. There were no gifts and it was again. This was not how I expected it to go and nothing seemed to change as time [14:45] go and nothing seemed to change as time went on, so I just stopped. Well, this was my uh final attempt. That failed horribly. That got 10 more views. 10 more views than the sleeping one. I really thought that would work. I I put [15:01] a lot of effort into that and I really thought that would work. thought that would work. >> Streaming sure is hard. Well, I don't >> Streaming sure is hard. Well, I don't know what to do now. [15:25] and to see them just fall flat like that is extremely [music] disheartening. I have basically run out of ideas and don't know where to go from here. I know you guys wanted to see me make money. I did, too. [15:41] make money. I did, too. But I'm done. It's not happening. >> That is until I remembered something a wise man once told me. wise man once told me. >> You're going to lose it all. [15:59] easy it was, how much money I would make, and to see if I had what it takes to be a full-time streamer. And I learned that it was incredibly hard. I would make zero dollars and I definitely didn't have what it takes. But there's [16:12] one thing that is far more superior than any money or viewership count, which is [music] connection with others. And as it turns out, that's all I really needed to get a bunch of donations on a [16:27] Geometry Dash stream. Wait, wait, wait, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. YOU SAID THE WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. YOU SAID THE ROSE. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THAT. OH MY GOD. HE DID IT. HE DID IT. HE SAID THE ROSE. [screaming] [16:40] A HAT AND MUSTACHE. WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. You just like clutched up the video, dude. Shout out to Zills. Oh my god. And I'm I'm I made 52 cents.
