# Your Likes Are Public, You Hypocrite

> Source: [Your Likes Are Public, You Hypocrite](https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZYYa5wvOro8)

## Summary

The video criticizes online users who virtue-signal about fictional content, like an anime figure, while ignoring real-world issues such as Epstein and UK/EU grooming gangs. It exposes the hypocrisy of individuals who apply double standards and emphasizes that their outrage is performative, aimed at engagement rather than actual concern.

### Key Points

- **Example of Hypocrisy: Stellar Dog.png** [0:27] — A user complained about others comparing fiction to reality in February but later compared an anime figure to a real person.
- **Ignoring Real Victims: Ballz McGee and Others** [1:34] — The same user had no posts about Epstein or the 250,000+ victims mentioned in a UK/EU inquiry report.
- **Performative Virtue Signaling Over Real Issues** [3:24] — Despite claiming to care, users invest energy in criticizing fictional content rather than addressing real harm.
- **Easy to Evidence: 30-Second Search** [3:59] — Searching for 'Epstein' on these accounts revealed nothing in 30 seconds, showing their selective outrage.
- **Appreciation for Good Smile's Stance** [5:07] — The company Good Smile US is praised for not caving to criticism and standing by its product.
- **Broader Platform Issue** [6:35] — The hypocrisy extends to TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram, not just Twitter.

## Transcript

This post is going viral and causing the
exact people that you would expect to
get completely upset, unable to separate
fiction from reality. And I kind of want
to expose the hypocrisy of these
individuals on how this is all very
performative and it's not about
protecting real people. It's about just
saying the things to get your Twitter
likes, to get your engagement online,
and you don't really have any principles
or anything that you actually care
about. It's just all about seeming like
you're a good person. So, I want to
start off with example A, which is
stellar dog.png, which if we go to this
post right here, if you go to their
account, you type in their account name,
and then you type in, for instance,
Epstein, you will see literally just a
few months ago, they were actually
complaining about people not being able
to separate fiction from reality. They
were actually upset that um there is
people that, you know, are actually
comparing fictional stories with real
life victims. This is what Stellar.png
said back in February of this year.
However, if you go to the post that is
on the a windy figure post from Fairy
Tale, they had this to say. They had
this to say where they're basically
comparing an actual anime figure to a
real life living breathing person. And
it showcases that something happened
here. Either a their morals shifted
completely since, you know, a few months
ago or they never had really any care
whatsoever for real victims and they
were more or less virtue signaling and
being performative from the very
beginning just to get those Twitter
engagement and likes. This is uh
obviously probably what's going on here.
And it just I this is a a very rare
example. Actually, not really rare
example at this point, but an example of
just the hypocrisy how these individuals
don't really actually care for anyone
because let's go to example B, which is
this one. So, this is uh Balls McGee,
which um showcasing their comment.
They're the top comment right here. And
if you go through this and you search
for let's say Epstein, for instance,
which is a a a notorious and infamous
criminal that hurt a lot of people. They
have nothing to say about Epstein, but
on top of that, they have nothing to say
about what's going on in the UK or EU
with over 250,000 victims that was in an
Aquiry report. And so it showcases that
this person rather virtue signal about
fictional content, a figure that
actually deal with real problems and
real victims. But don't worry, let's go
to exhibit C. Exhibit C, we have Tomago
Neco, which if you type in once again,
very similar thing on all the different
tags, there is nothing that appears.
It's the exact same thing. This is what
they said as well. You can see it right
here on the bottom. So, yeah, they have
literally no principles whatsoever. It's
just about being very performative and
virtue signaling. Now, let's go to this
one. So, this is a a big example of the
quote retweets on the post that Good
Smile had for this windy figure that was
getting advertised. And you can see the
individual once again comparing a figure
to an actual living uh breathing human.
And you know, if you see a real being, a
real human in this, I think there's
something wrong with you. you might uh
yeah, honestly it says a lot more about
you and you might be a little bit weird
if you think this is actually a a real
person. But uh of course when you search
this person's name and you type in for
instance Epstein or stuff that's going
on in the UK or the EU, they have
nothing to say about the situation. Once
again showcasing the performative nature
and virtue signaling from these
individuals that don't actually care
about real people. Because if they put
the exact same amount of energy that
they do towards fictional content, then
maybe something could be done. maybe
voices would be raised to where there
actually could be justice for real
victims. Victims that, you know, are
still having no justice for them. But
for some reason, people rather just
virtue signal about fiction than
anything else. So, getting into the main
case and point of this, this entire
situation is so performative. It's
actually just annoying how you could
just see repeated examples over and over
again when you get into these type of
conversations that people are really
fake. They don't care and that it's just
literally all about engagement. And I
feel like I said the perfect example
here is literally this person. Like back
in February, they just straight up said
they don't like people comparing
fictional stuff to real life victims.
But then they go on to say this on the
Wendy post. It's just like the hypocrisy
is insane. Like, did you think that
nobody would actually look up your post
to see what you have to say? Like, this
was that easy. All I had to type in was
literally Epstein and I instantly found
it. It I I didn't even deep dive. It
took me literally 30 seconds. And if I
could find that in 30 seconds, I could
not imagine what else I could find if I
did a deep dive on some of these
accounts in these posts. And this is one
of the big things that really like uh
goes back into what I talked about
yesterday when it came to that, you
know, registered offender that I
showcased with proof on the side that my
haters were defending. You know, if
likes were public, oh my god, the amount
of people that would get exposed for
actually not caring about people would
be insane. Like career ending, people's
entire career would be ended overnight.
They would literally that everybody like
so many big content creators I think
would just legit collapse overnight
because of the controversy on what
they're actually liking and how they are
hypocritical and don't really have any
moral standards or anything like that.
they don't they don't hold true to what
they actually believe in. But um
anyways, with that being said, I really
do appreciate Good Smile that um is
advertising this figure. And let me
explain why. Because this is the
American version of this company, Good
Smile US. And obviously, we know how the
2020s are. We know how it comes to anime
content and all that, depictions of
anime content. Something like this could
easily have been like, for instance, not
done, advertised, made or whatever. Good
Smile could have not even made an
official post about hell. They could
have already have taken it down and
basically locked the comments, but they
still haven't done that even a day or
two later. And I think it really kind of
showcases that they um they stand their
ground. They are an actual true weeb
otaku company that knows their
consumers. They know that, you know,
it's just fiction. It's not real. It's
just anime figures. I mean, look, I have
a bunch of figures. Like, look at this
one. I I'll show this one. I have a Ram
figure. Okay. I got like a Ram figure or
not. Oh my goodness. I just pulled the
who's rim that I got the rim figure, you
know, like I got a, you know, a Meiku
figure as you could see here. Like I
have a bunch of different figures. Hell,
I even have Shirou from No Game No Life
as you can see here. What I'm trying to
say is is that um figures have always
just been unique. It's for the true
dedicated hardcore fans of certain
franchises. And Good Smile knows their
consumer base. They know who's going to
buy it. And I'm glad that they don't
listen to these freaks that legit cannot
separate fiction from reality. I
appreciate Good Smile just standing
their ground having a spine because it's
honestly it's rare nowadays and I just
praise to them. I I really do praise
them on that. And if you think this is
only something that happens on Twitter,
you would be dead wrong because this is
also an issue that's happening on Tik
Tok, Reddit, Instagram, and various
other platforms. Like here's a good
example from Tik Tok that was literally
trending yesterday and uh people
complaining about a mahi hero figure
from you know ani that was released by
studio bine. So uh yeah you could just
see that this entire issue is just not
isolated to Twitter and you have people
that legitimately in mass just do not
know how to separate fiction from
reality. But with all that being said
though, I just dude,
I wouldn't even be making this video and
calling this stuff out is if these
people were not so performative because
there is actually it makes me so angry
when I see people all in these comments
making these posts get like a million
type of views. Like the actual Wendy
posts getting almost a million views and
they're complaining about this figure,
but you see them literally not saying
anything about the rape gangs within the
EU and UK. You see them not talking
about real victims of Epstein or
anything like that. They're not calling
out actual real criminals. They they
rather post on figures, anime figures.
It's just like we could see your
priorities. It's obvious. And I think
people are growing very tired of this.
They are really done with this because
this is not working anymore. People are
legitimately done with this
virtue signaling. They don't accept it
anymore because there's so many other
ways they could fight to try to fight
for people, but they're not. It just
hypocrisy, man. I really hate
hypocrites. I really do. But, um, I'm
going to leave it at that. Tell me your
honest thoughts in the comments below.
How you feel about this situation. Um,
are you going to get the figure? Are you
not? Be honest in the comments below.
How do you feel about it? Tell me your
true thoughts below. But, um, be safe,
stay healthy, and I love you guys. She
be out.
