[00:41] actually into these type of videos and I know to make more of them. Have a money management strategy. The only sure thing with slot machines is that if you play for long enough, your bankroll will eventually go to zero. So you need to
[00:53] have a plan of when you're going to take money off the table and when you're jackpot, what are you going to do? Are you going to walk away and end your playing on the house's money and risk giving it all back? I've heard a few
[01:07] money management strategies that I really like. The first one is to split your money into many parts. Say you have $200, you're going to split that into 10 $20 bills. And then you treat each 20 as a separate bankroll. Then play that 20
[01:22] until it's either gone or you double it. If you get over 40, cash out your with you. You can get a small gambler safe, put your winnings in there and strategy that I've heard is really similar. Split your money into like 10
[01:36] parts and then play each piece until it's either gone or you hit a bonus or a jackpot. If you do, cash it out and lock that money away. Doing strategies like these isn't going to increase your odds, but it's going to ensure that you're
[01:49] money. You don't have to follow these exactly, but come up with some kind of plan for what you're going to do and what works for your situation and how you like to play. Walk away when you get a big hit. People like to think that
[02:02] when they win, the machine's hot and you're going to keep winning. Machines don't get hot. It's always random. Remember that the casino always has the advantage in the odds and you're more likely to put all your winnings back
[02:14] into the machine than you are to have another big win. Bet enough to be eligible for the jackpots. Depending on the denomination of the machine, it's going to have about an 88 to 95% payout. But maybe 10% of that payback might be
[02:27] in the form of the big jackpots. So your bankroll might go down and down and down jackpot or bonus. But what if it never comes because you aren't even eligible for it? Or you could be playing a progressive machine with a huge jackpot
[02:41] that you aren't eligible for. Those are going to have terrible odds because a to be into that progressive jackpot. A jackpot that you aren't even eligible to win. A jackpot that you're building up
[02:53] for someone else to win. Don't play the max number of lines if you don't have to. This goes against everything that people say, but hear me out on this. There's two variables that you can change when playing slots. How many
[03:05] lines you play and how much you bet on each line. You should be betting enough to be eligible for the jackpots or the bonus round. So make sure you read the rules. But if you don't have to play the max number of lines, there's really no
[03:17] reason to. People say you should always play the max number of lines because those lines that you weren't even playing? And yeah, that would suck. But I say what if you hit a jackpot because you're able to play for twice as long.
[03:30] That's the reason you go to the casino in the first place, to have fun for as long as possible. Imagine you're playing the lottery. You might say, "I'm 10 times as likely to win if I buy 10 times as many tickets." Yeah, that's true, but
[03:43] that's the same odds as if you play for 10 times as many days in a row. It's the same odds, but most people are going to have more fun playing for a longer period of time. Keep in mind, like I said before, many machines you need to
[03:55] be playing the max number of lines to be able to get the bonus or the jackpot. definitely going to be wanting to do that on those machines. Play slower. The longer you play, the more likely you are to run out of money. But really, this is
[04:09] run out. Say your bankroll might theoretically allow you 350 spins. If you're fast, you could do that in half an hour. But if you slow down a little bit, that might take you a full hour. So just pushing that button a little slower
[04:24] is going to mean that you can play for twice as long. Always use your player's card. The casinos rebate back to you a percentage of your theoretical loss. The casino's entire business model is based on theoretical losses. So they'll give
[04:37] back, say, 20% to the players to try to get them to cycle even more money free gifts, and you were going to put money in anyway, you'd be fool not to take advantage of that. There is one exception to this. They base your comps
