if you're experiencing reduced or no suction the dirty water tank may be full or there may be a clog in your system first remove the dirty water tank empty and rinse it be sure to check the filter basket and clear out any debris under running water remove the nozzle cover and rinse it as well to remove the brush roll lay your cleaner down and use a phillips head screwdriver to remove these six screws clean the brush roll and inlet with a claw replace the brush covers and tighten the screws back in place put the nozzle cover back on and secure the tank back into place and that's it if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us if your powerdash pet is not dispensing first check that the handle is secured to the base and that the clean water tank is filled and firmly seated in place with your power dash turned on prime the pump by holding down the trigger for 30 seconds if it still won't dispense there may be a clog at the base turn it off unplug it then remove the dirty water tank and pull here to remove the nozzle cover rinse it under running water and clear any debris to remove the brush roll lay your cleaner down and use a phillips head screwdriver to remove these six screws clean the brush roll and inlet with a cloth replace the brush covers and tighten the screws back in place put the nozzle cover back on and secure the tank back into place and that's it if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us
