## Summary

Joshua shares a system for making money from a faceless YouTube channel by selling AI-generated digital products, moving beyond AdSense. He outlines a four-part process: identifying audience pain points via YouTube's Ask Studio, validating product demand with Google Trends, creating or sourcing products, and promoting them organically and through paid ads.

### Key Points

- **The Only Way to Make Money on YouTube** [00:02] — Joshua claims the only way to make money on YouTube is by selling AI digital products that solve audience problems, citing his own earnings of over 25 million naira in 6 months.
- **Four-Part Video Structure** [00:38] — The video is divided into four parts: identifying audience problems, creating or sourcing products, promoting products, and (implicitly) scaling with paid ads.
- **Using Ask Studio to Identify Pain Points** [01:28] — Instead of traditional methods like polls, Joshua recommends using YouTube Studio's Ask Studio AI assistant. By pasting a prompt, it scans comments across your posts and lists frequently asked problems and questions.
- **Generating Product Ideas with ChatGPT/Claude** [02:21] — Copy the list of problems from Ask Studio and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. The AI will generate 3-4 product ideas per problem, along with relevant keywords.
- **Validating Demand with Google Trends** [03:13] — Use the keywords from ChatGPT/Claude in Google Trends to check search frequency over time and by country. This validates that people are actually searching for the product, ensuring demand.
- **Selecting the 'Hot Cakes'** [04:42] — From the initial list of problems and product ideas, narrow down to about 6-10 products that have proven search demand. This is the 'hot cakes' list.
- **Create or Source Products** [05:21] — Two options: create products yourself (e.g., ebooks, PDFs, video tutorials) using AI prompts, or source them from marketplaces like Think Out, which grant resell rights.
- **Listing Products with Ecom Niches AI** [07:44] — Use Ecom Niches AI to list your created or sourced products on your store, making it live in minutes.
- **Promoting Products Organically** [08:38] — Organic promotion includes putting the store link in your YouTube bio, linking products in video descriptions, and adding links to short-form video captions.
- **Scaling with Paid Ads** [09:59] — For more sales, use inorganic methods: AI-generated UGC videos and paid ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok, targeting users searching for the product.
- **Upsell: 100-Minute Roadmap** [10:25] — Joshua promotes a 100-minute detailed roadmap covering the entire process, including prompts, tutorials, and sourcing products for as low as $2-3 and reselling for up to 8x.

### Conclusion

The core takeaway is that by systematically identifying audience pain points, validating demand, and leveraging AI to create and promote digital products, faceless YouTube creators can build a profitable income stream beyond AdSense.

only way you can make money on YouTube. I made over 25 million naira in the last 6 months selling AI digital products to my audience, solving their problems and their pain points. And in this video, I'm going to teach you how to set up a
system exactly like this using the demand discovery system. How to create or source for this product and how to promote this product that it is not going to reach all of your audience, but the exact part of your audience, the
exact people that are looking for these products because that is only how you are going to get massive sales. My name is Joshua and welcome to the channel. Do not forget to subscribe for more educational content like this. So, let's
get right to the video. This video is going to have four parts. So, the first where you are going to learn how to identify the problems and pain points of your audience based on their engagement with your content on your faceless
channels and even your regular channels based on their comments, the questions that they have asked, and also how to create or source for digital products that are solving these problems so that you can sell to them. As we all know,
every billionaire out there, what they did is that they identified a problem and they started selling the solution to that problem. That is how every wealthy person today got rich. You need to identify the problems. You need to
identify the pain point of your audience and you need to create a solution. You need to create a solution to that problem and sell it to them. And now, how are we going to do this? You do not need to go down the traditional route,
start accumulating comments or creating polls to ask them questions. No, we do not need to do that. We are going to use AI. So, you are going to head over to your YouTube channel, head over to YouTube studio, not the YouTube studio
app actually, YouTube studio on probably your desktop or on your browser. Now, going to look for this right here. This is Ask Studio. Ask Studio is basically like an AI assistant built into YouTube studio. So, you are going to paste in a
prompt like this on Ask Studio. Now, what this prompt wants you to do, it is going to go through the comments on all of your posts. You can tell it 1 month, 1 year, or even since the beginning, since your channel has been created. It
comments, and it is going to make a list of problems that your audience have been complaining about, questions that all your audience have been asking that we So, it is going to make a list of those problems
based on the frequency, based on the ones that are frequently asked the most. Now, after getting a list like this, we have the problems and the pain points of that we are going to do, we are going to copy all of these from Ask Studio, take
it over to ChatGPT or Claude. Now, once that is done, you actually paste in a and it is going to ask you for your niche. Once you answer this question, ChatGPT is actually going to take these problems, these pain points. It can be
12, 16, depending on how big your channel is, how much content you have put out there, and you know, how wide your niche is. So, a lot of problems that your audience have been going to be asking about. So, ChatGPT or Claude is
actually going to take out each of these problems one by one, and it is going to give you at least three to four product ideas for each of these problems. So, problem one, you are going to get three product ideas, and it will not only give
you these product ideas, it will also give you these keywords. Now, what are these keywords for? These keywords are basically not just only for SEO, but right now, you take these keywords and go over to Google Trends. What is Google
Trends for? If you paste in any of these keywords on Google Trend, you click on this right here, as you can see on your screen, you are going to see the rate at which people are actually searching for these keywords. If you click on this
right here, you can change this from 24 hours to like 1 month to 6 months, and you click on this right here. You can also change your country. I'm currently in Nigeria, I can change it to worldwide or any country of my choice. So, Google
Trend actually allows you to see how frequent, how often people are actually searching for a particular word or a particular term. So, you can use this also to identify out of this list that Ask Studio gave you because if you are
you need to make sure that it is something that people are actually to ChatGPT or Claude like a lot of people are telling you now on TikTok that go over to Claude, tell it to give you product ideas. No, it's Nobody is
going to buy it. You need to make sure that you are actually creating products searching for. You take these keywords from ChatGPT or Claude, you paste it into Google Trends, and let's say you got a problem and you got three product
ideas. Now, for the three products, if you see that it is only one out of those three that a lot of people are actively searching for, you put it in your list. So, now let's say you got 12 problems from Ask Studio, ChatGPT gave you three
product ideas each. Our goal now is to select the hot cakes. You can bring your list down to just eight products, but you make sure that these products are A channel. A lot of people are also searching for terms related to this
is solving, a lot of people are searching for it on Google. That is going to validate the product. That is going to validate the demand for the product. So, now after doing this, we have made a list of the hot cakes. We
have identified the products that we are going to create. So, for a start, six, going to create. So, for a start, six, eight, or 10 products is enough.
sourcing for this product. You either create the product or you source for it so that you can sell it to your audience. Let's get right to part two. Part two, create or source the products. So, after you get the list of the hot
cakes, you get the list of the digital products that we are working with. [music] You have two options. Option one is you create these digital products yourself. Depending on the type of problem that the product is solving,
some of it are actually very easy to create AI [music] while the other and some require actual like, you know, screen record video tutorials, step-by-step tutorials. So, it is not every problem that you can solve with an
ebook that you generated with AI. You need to actually have knowledge about this problem. But, if you see that here there is this particular problem, a lot and you do not have enough knowledge or you do not just feel like creating the
over to marketplaces, [music] digital product marketplaces like Think Out. You can, you know, search for the keywords, the keyword related to those of products that actually solve these problems, too. [music] So, that is what
we refer to as sourcing for products. So, option two is sourcing for products. You're going to buy this product on marketplaces like Think Out. [music] that gives you the authority to resell
this product to your own audience. So, you can use AI, change the name, the product, repackage [music] it for yourself, and sell it to your audience. Anyone you decide you can either create or source. So, if you are creating your
own product for simple products like ebooks, PDF, or Docs file that are like, written guides, it might even be with like images for visual representations, [music] you can just make use of a prompt like this on ChatGPT or Claude.
So, the prompt is going to walk you through getting a product name, the short description, the long description, and also, you know, it's it's going to even generate a prompt for you which you can take over to Google Flow to generate
an image for your product. You know, like I said earlier, if you have enough product, if it is so a problem that you [music] provide all this information to the AI. You can do a little bit of
research and even ChatGPT or Claude can just check on the internet for you and together into [music] the product for you. So, you identify the problem, you go in with a prompt like this, it is going to create the product [music] for
you have generated six or eight products, some might [music] be videos, the rest might just be, you know, text, the rest might just be PDFs and ebooks. You have identified and created or sourced for products that are actually
The next thing we're going to do, you can go over to ecom niches AI and you are going to use the AI to actually list [music] these products on your store and in just few minutes, your store is going to be live. So, you have added all of
the products, you know, let's say 10 or 12 products that you created, you have added everything to your [music] store using AI. So, we used AI to identify the problem of your audience, we used AI to also validate the fact that people are
searching for this particular product and we used AI to create the product and also list the product on your store. AI is doing everything. Once your store with the products is done, you now have an audience looking for these problems,
these problems. Now, this takes us to part three. That is, you know, bridging, promoting these products to your audience. And you can do this in many ways. We have the organic ways and we have the inorganic ways. For the
organic ways, you do not have to do anything extra. You can put the link to your store in the bio of your YouTube channel or even your faceless social media pages. And even if you're a creator, you can just, you know, let
all of the problems that they have been asking for, all of their questions, it is now on the store. And as a creator on YouTube, especially faceless content creator, if you are creating any content that is related to any of those
to not just the store, you can actually put the link to that product directly from your [music] store also in the description of the video. So, as they instead of them going to drop comments asking about the same questions, they
can just see a link directing them to go and buy the product. You can also use AI your store and actually put it in the caption of your short-form videos. So, link in your faceless channel. So, that covers the free and the organic side.
That is how you are going to let your audience know. Even through your videos, you can promote this product. Anybody that asks questions related to the product, just redirect them. They are definitely going to buy the product. So,
that is it for the free and the organic ways. And if you want more sales, >> you want more traction, more traffic, more sales to your products, you can also use the inorganic methods. Number one is using AI to create UGC videos
promoting this product. And number two is using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic to your store and product massively. You know, you need to make sure that you are directing these ads to people that are
also searching for this product. If not, your ads are just going to keep getting have taken my time to explain everything, how everything works inside this video. But, if you want to learn everything on a deeper, a more detailed
level with tutorial demonstrations, I have created a 100-minute long road map from how you are going to identify the products that your audience truly wants in a more effective way than what I have just explained with access to all the
prompts that you are going to use, more detailed tutorial using the AI inside YouTube Studio, and also Google Trends. And how you are going to create different type of products, both video, both ebooks, PDF, how you are going to
create product, how you are going to transfer value into those products that your audience are not going to complain or they are not going to regret after buying these products. And also, how you can source and buy digital products for
as low as $2, $3, and how you can resell it to your audience for as much as 8x going to repackage these products and resell. Everything has been broken down
of information that people charge a whole lot for, but I'm giving it to you access this roadmap with the link in the questions or anything you are confused about, you can actually ask in the
comment section. So, I either reply or I explain it in my next video. So, that enjoyed it, make sure you like and subscribe to the channel.
