## Transcript

a $3 job translating texts, there are five invisible jobs that pay 5, 10, or even 50 times more. The problem is that nobody is doing them, not because they are difficult, but because nobody knows how to find them, and today I'm
show you aren't magic app tricks , they're real jobs that digital companies are desperate to fill, but they can't find people to do them because everyone is distracted doing the same old thing. I'm going to
show you where they are, how much they pay, and exactly what you need to do to find them before everyone else. Let's start with the first one, which is ironically the one everyone thinks will take their job away. In this job you get
paid to tell GPT chat that it made a mistake, literally. Look, many people are afraid that artificial intelligence will take their jobs. What they do n't know is that AI is like a child; it needs someone to correct it.
Large companies like Google or Meta pay people to check if an answer is coherent, offensive, or correct in Spanish. Alberto, one of my students, got his first remote job on the Appork platform.
His job is as an artificial intelligence trainer, and I want him to tell you how he found it. This company, located in Palo Alto, is company, located in Palo Alto, is called Scal or Scale AI, and they are dedicated to
educating artificial intelligence. In other words, all artificial intelligence works very well, we have seen that, but country by country there are regionalisms, there are
idioms, there are words, even expressions, sayings, customs that artificial intelligence does not understand. Then they explained to me that they were looking for people from every country and in this case the posting was for someone who
lived in Mexico. Then they told me, you have the profile and we want to invite you not to work, but to take some tests. Then they sent me some tests and I started answering them. Well, I did it and passed it and then they gave me
a contract. They told me, "Um, you've already been selected for the job." I had the perception that age had a lot to do with it, but in the case of this job I think it worked in my favor because if they are looking for
someone who knows about a country, who knows the language, who knows regionalisms, in short, sayings, customs and so on, it is surely someone who is of a certain age. If you give that task to a 24-year-old, he probably won't know many
proverbs or sayings. So, I think that in this case, To find these jobs, follow these steps. First, go to www.apwork.com.
Second, write keywords like AI or artificial intelligence. Third, review the proposals. And fourth, apply to the best ones. For example, this is a recent remote job offer. Keep in mind that on Appor you need to have their
virtual currency called connects to apply, but if you don't have them, don't worry because the next job is surely for you. You don't need anything here. In fact, this second job takes advantage of the laziness of
content creators. Content creators, like me, often throw like me, often throw away 90% of what we record. And that's where your money is. Let me explain, a video like this lasts 5 to 10 minutes,
but platforms like TikTok or Instagram need videos of 15 or 30 seconds. The problem is that many times I don't even have time to take out the important clips, and that's where you come in with the role of Clipper. A Clipper is a
person who uses an artificial intelligence tool to turn long videos into interesting micro-clips . They add subtitles and send them back to the content creator. And to get these
jobs you don't have to pay anything. Nobody looks for this at Appwork. If you're interested, you simply go, get the email of a creator you're interested in, and write to them directly, that's it. It's as simple as that. And how do you get their
email address? Here I show you. First, you open YouTube. Second, you're looking for a content creator. I hope it gets between 2,000 and 50,000 followers. Go to their About page and click on see more. And there you have it, your email address. Now
irresistible proposal so that he hires you. Parenthesis. If you want to learn how to make irresistible proposals, that is, proposals that your potential recommend joining my free remote learner school community
. I'll leave the link in the description and in the first comment. And speaking of communities, let's move on to the third easy remote job that nobody is doing. I want you to forget Facebook; private communities are
the new gold mine and they need people like you. Online courses and communities have evolved. Facebook groups are no longer used, now we use school. The problem is that business owners don't have time to be
interacting with everyone in the community, answering technical questions, or keeping the conversation going. This is where you come in. Your job is to keep the community alive. The fourth remote role is vital. Without this,
companies lose customers from day one. Look, selling is difficult, but making the customer feel welcome is easy and just as important. Within my community there are people who decide to take
paid programs in which I help a limited number of people find remote work. When each of these people accesses my programs, there is an onboarding team whose sole role is to make the student feel safe
and have the best experience from the start. Go to LinkedIn and search for customer service or remote customer onboarding. Software companies and marketing agencies are always looking for this. This is one role, for
You simply go to LinkedIn, search for jobs, and in the jobs section you look for customer onboarding, you can search for customer service, etc., remote location, and that's it, you'll find them there, you'll find these types of offers. And the
fifth role is my personal favorite; it's the highest paying on this list if you're good. Basically, here you earn sales commissions without having to sell anything. This is the secret of the high-value product business. A setter or
appointment fixer is not a salesperson, he is a filter. Your job is to go into the Instagram or LinkedIn profile of a person, a coach, your client, the person who hires you, or someone who sells services, and respond to people who
are already interested in the service or product. You're going to ask them some questions to see if they qualify, and you're going to schedule those who do qualify for an appointment with the sales closer. You get paid for the scheduled appointment or a
commission if the sale is closed. Here, you don't look on job portals; here, you search on Instagram using hashtags like " appointment setter" or "appointment fixer," or you look for business coaches and write to them directly offering your
services. Julis, one of my students, works as a date fixer for less than 4 hours a day and is happy doing it. Yes, it's currently also a dating fixer, a US company.
The schedule is completely autonomous; you only need to guarantee an hour and a half of connection per day, and you must have 36 hours per month. Then it's like you know what you have to do. There's no one behind me saying, "It's
4 p.m., you haven't logged on." It's more about your discipline in the afternoon and this many hours in the morning to meet my goal, and for you to meet yours meet my goal, and for you to meet yours ." I get paid per appointment and per
." I get paid per appointment and per sale. Thank God I learned a lot, and the first day I joined the team, I created a schedule. So, I've already earned money, I've already generated income with them. Schedule qualified appointments every Tuesday
them. Schedule qualified appointments every Tuesday and sales every two weeks . You receive $100 for a qualified appointment and $200 for a sale. So, you can earn $300 from one appointment, and you receive payments
every Tuesday. So there you have it. Five blue oceans where almost no one is fishing. But first, a word of caution: this requires action. Finding remote work requires action. I love
principles, and as Proverbs 14:23 says, every effort has its reward, but staying only in Words lead to poverty. We're not here to talk about wanting to work, we're here to work smart.
So I hope you take action, and the first step, if you don't know where to start, is to join my remote learner community. I've left the link in the description and in the first comment. Like this video if you enjoyed it
