## Summary

The video details four income streams the creator uses to earn roughly $50,000 per month in 2026: affiliate marketing, digital products, ads/sponsors, and a small local bike rental business. The creator emphasizes diversification, lifestyle design, and using AI to speed up content creation while maintaining trust and authenticity.

### Key Points

- **Overview of Income Streams** [00:01] — The creator discusses four main income streams for 2026: affiliate marketing, digital products, ads/sponsors, and a local bike rental business. Total monthly income is roughly $50,000.
- **Affiliate Marketing Details** [00:53] — Affiliate marketing brings in about $25,000 per month, primarily through a website and some YouTube. The creator uses PartnerStack and Impact networks, promoting brands like Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Bluehost, etc.
- **Digital Products (Course & Community)** [03:57] — The creator runs a course and community called AI Income Blueprint, with 14 paid courses for one price ($997). It generates about $15,000 per month with roughly 15 new members per month.
- **Ads and Sponsors** [06:12] — YouTube ad revenue, blog ad revenue, and sponsors bring in $2,000 to $8,000 per month (average $4,000-$5,000). The creator notes that ads are less controllable than affiliate marketing and own products.
- **Local Bike Rental Business** [07:42] — A small local bike rental business generates $20,000-$28,000 per month with high profit margins. It is semi-passive, requiring only one employee and the creator's presence twice a week.
- **Total Income Breakdown** [09:35] — Monthly income: $25,000 affiliate, $15,000 digital products, $10,000 bikes, $5,000 ads/sponsors. Total roughly $50,000.
- **AI in Content Creation** [10:13] — The creator uses custom GPTs and Claude projects to speed up YouTube scripting and blog writing. AI helps generate outlines and teleprompter scripts, but the creator emphasizes adding personal authenticity.
- **Trust as a Moat** [14:17] — With AI making content creation easier, trust becomes the key differentiator. The creator advises using AI as a speed tool, not a replacement for personal input.
- **Typical Work Week** [16:10] — The creator works 15-20 hours per week: Monday prep YouTube and affiliate, Tuesday live community calls, Wednesday off, Thursday off, Friday bike business, weekend off.
- **Recommendation for Beginners** [17:46] — For 2026, the creator recommends starting an agency or YouTube channel. Agency offers faster cash flow; YouTube builds a real business with own products and affiliate links.

### Conclusion

The creator successfully combines multiple income streams with AI efficiency to earn $50k/month while working only 15-20 hours per week. The key is diversification, leveraging existing assets, and maintaining trust through authentic content.

## Transcript

go over the different income streams [music] that I'm working on in 2026. So it's a little bit different than in years past. I feel like with AI making things a little more competitive, you need more diversification. So multiple
income streams, not just one big one. So the ones I'm working on right now are like affiliate marketing, mainly through my website, digital product sales through YouTube, ads and sponsors through YouTube, and then even a small
all of these aren't these typical passive income businesses. So I'm going much they're making, how I'm using AI to it's more about like lifestyle design. So if you're just starting out as a
beginner, right? How do you create a life you enjoy? Where yes, you're still working, but you can actually spend more time with your family, choose your own So hopefully you learn something in this video. Maybe maybe uh one of these
options you see is the best one that you want to get started with in 2026. So stream number one is affiliate marketing, something I've done since 2019, 2020-ish. Still makes me about $25,000 a month, mainly through my
website and some through YouTube and even a little bit of PPC, pay-per-click advertising that I'll show you. So if you look at my PartnerStack dashboard, withdrawals that I've taken over the last few months. So you can see about
16K here. This is one affiliate network. 19, 12, 15, 16, 15, 15. So pretty consistent every month over the course of time. That is primarily three to five
different affiliate brands. So if you go to my home, you can see some of the different brands here. Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Livestorm, Surfer SEO, Restream, Instapage, and these brands. And then like Impact, you can see right
now I'm just mainly in promoting Bluehost through them. You can see one strategy I'm employing is PPC. So I have this guide to how to start a blog. It's actually through paid advertising. And you can see how to start a blog in 2026,
easy guide for beginners. Here's my blogging guide. So it's this is kind of not optimized for SEO, but just for affiliate revenue. So the keywords are around starting a blog. And then this is, you know, talking about it. So this
is the blog you're at. I launched it in 2019. Even Forbes took notice. It's got my article from Forbes on here, written in back in the day when I was 32. Six six years ago now. Crazy that COVID was six or seven years ago now. Seems like
it was like three years ago. It has the five steps to get started. It has let's you're creating affiliate content, you want the first step to be use the product. Or we don't want it to be step eight, where people maybe never get to.
Bluehost, they have a promotion going on. And then a call to action. And then it really takes people through exactly like step-by-step what you actually physically have to do. So there is a special link. If you click
that, it gets to a page that is a co-branded landing page with Bluehost. So it's exclusive offer. It's got my picture on it. It kind of adds a little exactly what they have to do. Like
choose this plan, put in a domain, or if you don't have a domain, do this. Here's the cheapest pricing. Do all that, get it. Purchase was a success. And then know, the niche and keyword strategy, how to do how to build the website, the
So it's a good article. This is primarily through PPC. The other part of affiliate for me is YouTube. So like if you search for things on YouTube, I have So like that's online course platforms. This one's been doing really well. It's
just 23,000 views over nine months. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it's been getting like 100 to 200 views a day for a really long time. And it actually is leading to a good amount of sales. So if you see the video, I cover the top
five of them and then I have links to the top few. Just a couple affiliate links were just like like the blog post, the affiliate links were just in the content promoted. YouTube, it's simple in the description, top couple lines.
want like some type of emoji or something to call it out. A clear call discount? Do they get an offer? And then the links. All right, let's get to digital products or just a, you know, course and community. So I've been
running courses and communities since 2021, I believe. Started off as the original Blog Growth Engine, has upgraded to AI Income Blueprint, lots of community where there's about 14 different paid courses in here, all for
one price. So you get in, you get access to all of these. But there's, you know, you click into one of these, you can see how long it is. Like all the videos on the left-hand side, probably about 40 to 50 This one's probably got 60 or 70
videos in here, which are all could be 15 minutes, could be an hour and a half, could be two hours. Different exercises. There's Colin, different people in here, and myself as well. And then other ones, Launch 10K,
Starting an AI Agency. So I have a calendar. I do live Q&As every week. AI different, you know, AI blogging strategies, YouTube strategies. So it's basically if you're starting an agency, uh a YouTube channel, or a AI blog, any
type of those main AI businesses, you get access to 14 of these courses. So I YouTube, right? That's how uh the organic engine has run for the last four years. So I'm in these communities every week doing Q&As and
per Typically, it's slowed down a bit. I'm not as focused on it. So it's more of the math on that, that's it could be about 15 people evergreen where I'm not really running a promotion. So every other day new Someone purchases at $997.
YouTube conversion rate to that, it's like if I can get For every like, say, like if I can get For every like, say, 10,000 views on YouTube, if you can get a 1% 1% of those people to become a lead, so they join your email list,
that's 100 people becoming a lead, and I think my math is right on that. Yeah, 100 leads, and then maybe 2% to sales. So two sales for every 10,000 views. So $2,000 for every 10,000 views, roughly. So if you're getting 50,000 views a
month, you could be making $10,000 a month. I'm a I'm a little slow. I've not been getting much sleep lately with the young boys at home, but trying my best. So that one requires me basically to make one YouTube video a week. Up to
show you in this step like all the things I do with AI to speed up this whole thing, what my typical week looks like. But that is number two. Let's get to number three, and that is basically ads and sponsors. So YouTube ad revenue,
blog ad revenue, and then sponsors. And that's typically anywhere from 2,000 to 8,000 dollars a month, roughly. I'd say the average is like four or five. That's you see, I have a sponsorship page here on my website. Here's some of the
sponsors we've worked with in the past. And it just kind of has a little rundown of what they can get, newsletter, YouTube channel, things like that that they can get if they want to sponsor the channel or just
know, you don't want to rely on that. A lot of people that just get started, they they think that that's the main thing that they do. They just create a lifestyle type of content, and then they need to eventually, in a year or two,
they they get to like having a sponsor having sponsors and ad YouTube ad revenue. But really there's the other two are so much more in your control. That is affiliate marketing and your own products. So the ad
join the, you know, YouTube partner program when you hit the requirements, That's really all you do for that. And then for a blog, you would join Mediavine or an ad network and add a
plugin to your site, and then ads start showing up. For sponsors, that's uh you might ask to be one. You get emails to my, you know, work email for that. Or it's outbound. So we have like an outbound message, right? So you have an
worked with in the past. Check out this sponsor page. Let me know if you're Very simple outbound approach as well. So those two combined, it's uh pretty income stream number four is a small local business. It's pretty passive.
It's a bike rental business, and people can actually show up to the location, scan a QR code, rent bikes, and leave them when they're done. They get an don't actually have to be there, which is really nice. And it's kind of an
interesting one because it's it sounds kind of random, but if you, you know, we're we're averaging, you know, if the average rental price is $30 per bike, the average order value is around $80 because there's usually groups of two to
four to five to eight people that are renting. Um we're in a very central with year-round foot traffic. So in a good month, we could do 300 rentals times the average order value of 84. So we're doing, you know, 20 to 28,000
business. Pretty high profit margins on that one, too, because the only expenses are rent, which isn't that bad, uh insurance, so you need bike liability insurance, and then we have one employee, one person that works for us.
we've been buying some e-bikes, you know, you're upgrading the landscaping, projects. But that was quite interesting. I did that one because with YouTube, with blogging, with AI and everything, having something physical
the last five years. Like, "Hey, I can have something that actually kind of just stays there over the course of time." So even if I can make $7,000 a cover a majority of my bills every month, right?" Just from a small local
business. And I I go there about twice a week and work there for five hours a meet some people, hang out. And it's a really fun business to run. So that's the breakdown. 25,000 affiliate, $15,000 digital products, 10K on the bikes, 5K
on the ads and sponsors. Roughly 50K a month. Some months might be higher, some months might be lower. But the question is, how do you manage all of that? Which you start with if you're a beginner? So the main ones I teach are like running a
real YouTube business. So actually creating content that will make a lot of money, not just to get views. So that's how we've made over 10 million dollars on YouTube, which again is not typical, by the way. I want to share that. It's
system. You know, you're running back-end sales funnels, emails, and all YouTube, so it's organic driven business there. Also, there's affiliate on YouTube. That's probably the first one I would recommend in 2026. Things that are
blogging are not competitive when it comes to YouTube. So, I'm going to show you two with AI. A lot of this has been sped up, so I have a uh you can create a custom GPT, so I have like YouTube prep engine on Chat GPT, and then I have
Claude kind of finishing the video script. So, for example, I could say, give me an outline my video on how to make money on So, what this will do is it creates a production-ready outline. So, I've fed
it all kinds of stuff on my style of voice, what I'm looking for, how to do it. So, it's going to create the intro hook itself, and then it's It's going to do a full outline. I know this goes to parts. So, what I'm going
to do is I take this whole thing. It goes It goes like five main parts, cuz the main sections. And then what I'm going to do is I'm and paste it into a Claude project. So, I'm going to take this whole thing,
YouTube video scripting thing. And then I'm going to say, create a full I'm going to say, create a full teleprompter And then I just paste that in with all the information.
And it's literally pretty good, cuz then it the Claude project can also be voice, and you feed it all of kinds of information. You can feed it uh kinds of different stuff. So, what it does is it takes about 5 minutes or so,
what you want to do with this is you don't want to just necessarily just read You would rewrite the intro a little bit, make it better, and then kind of use it as a guide. So, if you're going to create YouTube videos that are set to
something. You need to be authentic. You need to be trustworthy. So, you need to example, I'm not using this exact format. I'm just kind of talking. But, this process, get a really good outline, get your thoughts together, so that you
can just sit down and shoot a video. So much of YouTube is the ideation, so the thumbnail and video title ideas. What is working right now when it comes to How can I create something that I know will work? I know that has the potential
and then I'll create it for retention's sake with good click-through rate on the With the scripting, hopefully having a call to action in there to do something. It's buy an affiliate product, sign up for the email list. And if you don't
the website route, then you can take a prompt like this, which I call the affiliate marketing planner, and paste this into Chat GPT. And it says, what sub What one sub niche do you want to focus on? So, for example, this is going
find what niche you want to actually do. Let's say, again, e-bikes. I'm going to say that, cuz I know a decent amount about them. E-bikes is a great niche. affiliate articles you would write. So, this gives you legitimately the 20
gives you you start being able to plan your content. So, if you want uh my full AI masterclass plus uh the best prompts that you can get the description and pinned comment below, sign up for that. You'll get the
walk through. It'll guide you through the process, and it'll show you how to planned, your niche selected, which is and just get the ball rolling. So, if you like the like here. Obviously, one
of the best pillar posts, you like the best e-bikes for beginners. 2,000. So, how would we write this? Well, we can kind of start with another prompt, and say, all right, got this. What's your target keyword? I'm going to
say best e-bikes under 2,000. And then it'll start kind of creating just the outline for me, and start templating things. I'm using Chat GPT here, but I I personally like Claude better right now for everything. Create Claude projects.
website, too. It'll do all kinds of crazy stuff, but AI, you don't want to do anything too fancy or too crazy, then just use it with some prompts that, you know, you
use some prompts, and you'll come a pretty long way. It'll give you all the you're adding in again. We're coming going through the lens of trust. If anyone can create content with AI, and it's crappy, then trust is the true moat
is what you want to focus on is building trust. So, pasting AI content won't do that. Adding your own take on things and using AI as a speed tool will help. So, production process if you're doing YouTube. It can speed up the entire
creating content. It can also speed up the entire agency process. So, if you want to sell simple services, copywriting, lead gen, website design, local AI services for businesses, you can just create a very simple one-page
website, and then have standard operating procedures for AI and agency program launch to 10K. It's like, here's all the SOPs, the workflow, everything you need to do to the seven services you're going to offer, the pricing, how
simple stuff so you can just get started that way. With this PPC page, I didn't use AI at all. I just wrote this all myself. I think if you're spending money on paid ads, you can use AI to speed things up, but ultimately, if it's
targeted and you're spending money on it, I don't I recommend you really this like some of the paragraphs I got help with, but I think for the most myself. And honestly, for the local business, the bike business, I use AI
for more of the creative tasks. So, like logo design was AI, t-shirt design was but it's website design uh not really. I just used WordPress for that. Ultimately, AI can speed things up. It's a local
helps you from that creative design aspect. So, you can create your own branding, your t-shirts, your all of that. Kind of help you. It helps me with like asking questions around filing this
LLC, doing this type of task or that task. So, really, AI is implemented in every single income stream. It helps me write my sponsorship emails. It helps me funnel that. It helps me generate all of the content faster. It helps me It's
kind of like the content manager and the graphic designer all in one, so I can run this business. So, a typical week, on Monday, I'll probably sit and prep some YouTube videos, and look over my affiliate marketing stuff. Really
simple. I put all my YouTube videos in a spreadsheet, you know, title, thumbnail ideas, scripts, all of it. Do that on Monday. Maybe I do a little bit of out to some people. Tuesday, I do some lives for my community. So, I'll do I do
communities for school. So, I do those. Tuesday. And I'll actually shoot Sometimes I'll shoot a video before like today is Tuesday. I have a live I'm going to jump on in about 18 minutes.
I'm shooting it now. So, I have my video done for a couple weeks ahead, so this video will come out in about 3 weeks, maybe. And then I'm jumping into a live call for 2 hours. One 1-hour block, and then another 1-hour block. Wednesday, I
kind of work at the bike business. I hang out. I don't do anything online. Thursday, I'm off. Friday No, sorry. Wednesday, I'm off. I don't do anything. Thursday, I'm off. Friday, I work on the bike business, hang out
business, hang out there. Sunday, I'm off. So, I'm kind of working 4 days a week, maybe 5 hours 3 to 5 hours a day. So, maybe 15 to 20 hours a week total to make $50,000 a month on average. Now, this is not typical. Again, it's kind of
leveraged over the course of time through a website I started in 2019 that is making affiliate commissions still, a YouTube channel I started in 2021, bike business I just started. So, it's kind of how can you just use AI,
If I'm going to create something, if I'm going to actually build a business in 2026, what is it? Is it an e-commerce brand? Is it a blog? Is it a YouTube channel? I would probably recommend right now that it's either an agency or
faster way to make money. If you sell services to people, you can get paid a lot faster than if you're just waiting long-term for the content game. If YouTube, bring valuable content to a conversation. Don't just do Instagram or
TikTok only. That can get a lot of views, but it's hard to build a real compared to YouTube with your own products, your own affiliate links. With that, there's tons of ways, you know, to do it. There's tons of ways to slice it.
now. But again, I've had to pivot over the years. 2019, I was only blogging. In 2021, I was doing both. Now, I'm kind of adding layers to it, trying to build you just have to do what's best for you. So, if you're just starting out, uh
choosing a niche? Is it choosing a business model? And kind of where you're at, and I'll do my best to comment back. I hope you find this video useful. Again, if you want the free AI prompts uh to get started, and the free AI
description below. I hope you like the video. Please like it. It helps the channel a lot. I really appreciate it. Uh subscribe if you haven't, and I will Uh subscribe if you haven't, and I will see you in the next video.
