[00:01] What if I told you that you can clone the exact formula of any clone the exact formula of any viral YouTube channel in less than an hour, without showing your face, without editing skills, and without a single [00:15] expensive tool? I know it sounds crazy, but after this video you'll wish someone had told you this sooner, because right now there's a group of beginners silently using [00:31] to clone channels that are generating millions of views a month. And today I'm going to give you the exact same step-by-step workflow that they [00:44] are using. Stay with me until the end because the last step is where the real magic happens. By the way, if you want Primo Franco to guide you through live video calls , pre-recorded classes so you can learn [00:57] at your own pace, and personalized audits of your content where I tell you what to do, what to add, what to remove, or what to change so you can get results and live off a fully automated business. I invite you to [01:11] mastermind/digitalempirescommunity. I'm going to leave a link below in the description of this video so you can enter right now and I'll see you inside. Perfect. Let's be completely honest for a second. Most [01:25] people who try to start an automated YouTube channel give up in less than 30 days. And it's not because they're lazy, it's because nobody showed them the real system. They stare at a blank screen, trying to come up with [01:41] ideas, writing boring scripts, creating thumbnails that no one clicks on, and posting videos that get, I do n't know, maybe 10 or 12 views, and only from their family members. But here is the truth that nobody wants to say. Starting from [01:57] scratch is the hardest path you can take because you're guessing everything: the hook, the script, the visuals, the thumbnail, and guessing doesn't pay the bills. However, the smartest creators on the internet don't guess. [02:11] They model what is already working, and that is exactly what we are going to do with artificial intelligence, doing 95% of the heavy lifting. So here's the plan. I'm going to break down this entire workflow into just five [02:26] simple steps. Follow them in order and at the end of this video you will have everything you need to launch your first automated YouTube channel without showing your [02:38] face. By the way, I'll leave all the command prompts I used in this video below in the description, okay?, in a link so you can copy and paste them and follow the step-by- step instructions to get results. Step [02:52] step instructions to get results. Step number one is ideation. Every viral channel starts with one thing: a winning idea. Not a random idea, but a proven idea that is already [03:04] working on YouTube right now. So in this first step we're going to let So in this first step we're going to let Claud AI or Claudio AI or Claude AI generate those ideas for us, but not just any idea. Ideas modeled after [03:18] channels that are already breaking records. And that's how it's done. Go to Cloud and create a free account. You don't need the payment plan to get started. The free version gives you more than enough, no downloads, no [03:32] complicated setups, everything works directly in your browser. Now comes the most important part of this whole system, which is once you log in, open a new chat and paste this master prompt. Remember that I'll leave all the prompts [03:47] below in the description of this video. This is the engine of the entire workflow. Then you're going to press send. In a few moments you can see that Clot is going to ask which channel you want to model. Choose any [04:01] faceless channel that performs well in a niche you really enjoy. Financial videos with stick figures, 3D explainer animations, Bible stories, AI-powered animation channels, [04:13] anything goes. Copy the URL of the channel, in this case the YouTube channel you are choosing, and paste it into clot. It's that simple and easy. Next, Cloud will ask you for the video transcripts, and this is the step that most [04:28] people skip. And that's what separates amateurs from professionals, beginners from people who are already seeing results. So, you're going to go back to the channel, click on popular videos, [04:42] open one of the top- performing videos, scroll down to the video description, and click on show transcript. Exactly as you can see here, show transcript. Then, you copy the entire [04:56] transcript and paste it into the cloud. Do this with two or three more videos and press send. What's happening now is that Cloud already has the complete DNA of that channel: the hooks, the rhythm, the narrative, absolutely everything. Then [05:14] Clot delivers 10 new video ideas, all in the same style as the channel you already modeled. Choose the one that excites you the most , the one you like the most. And that's it, step one completed. You already have your golden idea. But an idea alone is worth [05:29] absolutely nothing; what matters is a script that keeps the person watching. And that's keeps the person watching. And that's exactly where step two comes in, which is writing the script. A great idea will get people to click, but the [05:43] script is what keeps them glued to the screen. And this is where most faceless channels fail. They have decent ideas, but boring scripts, without hooks, without curiosity, without retention loops. [05:56] curiosity, without retention loops. Luckily for us, Clotas was able to write a winning script. He studied the channel, learned the pattern, and knows exactly what works. So, at this point, once [06:10] you've chosen your idea in step one, send it back to Cloud. In just a few moments you can see that Clotacta creates a complete script in less than 60 seconds, exactly matching the tone, rhythm and flow of the channel you modeled. You're going to [06:24] put or nail the hook itself, including retention loops every 30 seconds, and build curiosity throughout the video. It ends with a clear call to action. You're going to end up with a script that would cost you, I don't know, $300 if [06:39] you hired a freelancer. Read it one more time. Make small adjustments if you want to add your own voice. Then copy the final version into a new Google document and save it. And that's all. Your script is ready at this point. That's [06:52] step two. Very simple, right? However, a script sitting in a Google document is not a video. You need visuals, and not just any generated cinematic visuals that make your [07:06] channel look like a million-dollar production. And that's the next step, and this is where things get really fun. Step three, create visuals. This step is what makes people stop scrolling, very important. In [07:20] essence, strong visuals are the difference between a channel that grows quickly and a channel that fizzles out with 40 subscribers. That's how we do it. Back in Clot, the system will ask you to generate image prompts that [07:34] match the reference channel style and then ask you to upload from the channel. These are simply screenshots of the type of images or scenes that the channel you modeled actually uses. Go back to that channel, open some [07:49] videos, and take between five and ten screenshots that represent the visual style, characters, backgrounds, colors, and overall vibe. Upload all those screenshots to clot and write "attached images". And here's a very professional piece of advice, [08:05] one of those tips that obviously makes a difference. Don't exactly copy their style, add your own twist, make it, say, more 3D, more cinematic, more pixel art, whatever feels fresh. That way [08:20] your channel will stand out instead of, I don't know, looking like a carbon copy. Then, Cloud studies the captures and reverse engineers the visual style. Then it generates around 20 detailed image prompts, one for [08:35] each scene in your script. Now open Google Flow, the tool we'll be using for each visual in this video. It's free to get started, it works in your browser, and most importantly, it gives you access to two of the most powerful AI models [08:49] two of the most powerful AI models on the market right now. Nano Banana 2 for images and BO3 for video animations. Let's start with the images. You are going to create a new project in Google Flow. Change the model to anano banana 2, [09:02] take the first cloud image prompt and paste it. Before you press generate, do this little trick. First, upload a reference image, something that shows your main character or the main visual style you want to keep [09:17] consistent. This keeps each image consistent throughout the entire video. Same character, same face, same colors, same world, and now, press generate. You can see that in seconds Nano Banana 2 creates a [09:32] stunning image that matches your prompt and your reference. You're going to download it. Repeat this for each prompt that Clotho gives. In the end, you'll have all the visuals your script needs. And now we move on to the animations. Go back to Clot and ask him for [09:47] video prompts based on the image prompts. Clotud takes each image prompt and turns it into a cinematic video animation prompt. Thus, each static image now has a corresponding motion promo. [10:01] Back in Google Flow, change the model to BO3, upload the image you just corresponding video prompt, and press generate. Now BO3 brings it to life. to that [10:13] static image. Camera movement, character movement, atmosphere, depth. It looks like it came from a high-budget animation studio. Do this for each scene and you'll have a complete library of [10:27] cinematic videos, no cameras, no animators, no editors, just Google Flow doing the heavy lifting. That's step three. Your visuals are ready at this point , but moving images without sound are just a [10:43] silent film and nobody watches silent films anymore. So in step four we'll give your channel such a human voice that viewers will swear it's you. That is step four, which is generating the voice in o. The voice itself is what gives [10:58] your channel personality, it's what makes viewers connect, it's what turns a random video into a brand. And best of all, you don't have to record a single word. Yourself. You're coming to Eleven Labs, and it's the best AI-powered [11:11] voice tool on the internet right now. The free plan gives you more than enough to get started. Create a free account and once inside, click on the text-to-speech option in your dashboard. Now take the [11:24] script you saved in step two, copy everything, and paste it into the Labs text box . Then choose your voice. Eleven Labs gives you dozens of integrated voices: male, female, young, deep, calm, energetic. Choose [11:38] one that matches the vibe of your channel. One piece of advice I'll give you is that if you modeled a fast and energetic channel, choose a voice that is also young and confident. If you modeled a narrative or documentary channel, you can choose a [11:51] deeper, slower voice. The voice you choose defines the entire atmosphere of your video, so do n't rush this decision. Once you've chosen your voice, press generate and in about 30 seconds Eleven Laps delivers a voice that sounds like a [12:05] real human, without a robotic tone, without strange pauses, just clean and professional audio. You are going to download the MP3 file and save it in the same folder as your script and visuals. Now you have everything you need: [12:21] script, images, animations, and voice- over. All generated with artificial intelligence and ready to become a complete video. Now it's time to put it all together into a finished video that your [12:33] stay with me because this is the most important thing. Step five, assemble it all. That's the final step and the best part of the whole process. You're going to open CapCat or CapCut, which is my favorite editor. I'm going to leave a link below in [12:48] the description of this video so you can create an account right now. Start with a free account, it works on desktop, computer, mobile, absolutely everything, and it's made for beginners. If you've never [13:01] edited a video before, don't worry. I'm going to show you the exact flow. You're going to start with the voiceover. Drag the 11 Laps MP3 file to the Capcat timeline. That's your base. Every visual you add from [13:14] now on will follow the voice in OP. Then add your visuals. Drag each image and animation you created in Google Flow to the media panel. Then place them on the timeline one by one, following the order of your script. [13:27] Match each visual to the exact moment the voiceover mentions it. And if the voice says, "Let me show you something crazy," you immediately cut to the shocking visual. Keep the cuts quick. A new visual every 3 to 5 [13:41] seconds. That's what keeps viewers glued to the screen. Long, static shots destroy retention. Quick cuts save her. Now you're going to add subtitles. Capcat has a built-in [13:55] automatic subtitles feature. You're going to click on it, let it scan your voiceover, and in seconds you'll have the full subtitles. Style, for example, I don't know, clean, easy to read. Highlight powerful words in a different color, [14:09] words like money, artificial intelligence, free, fast, secret. Only this can double your retention. Then you're going to add sound design. Add a soft background music track , it can be lofi, techy or, I do [14:23] n't know, cinematic. They work perfectly. Keep the volume low, around 15 to 20%, so it doesn't compete with the voice. You're going to add sound effects to the transitions, such as wheezes, clicks, [14:37] bell sounds, small details that make your video feel professional. And finally, add subtle transitions, for example, fades, blends, slides, and quick glitches. But don't exaggerate either. A transition every 10 [14:51] to 15 seconds is more than enough. When everything looks clean, press When everything looks clean, press export. Choose 1080p at 30 frames per second and you're done. Imagine this.
