# Unheard Businesses That Are Printing Money!

> Source: [Unheard Businesses That Are Printing Money!](https://youtube.com/watch?v=szGD3CmhulY)

## Summary

The video debunks four common myths about starting a business in India, using real examples of companies that earn crores from unconventional sources like waste, used cooking oil, and micro-SaaS tools. It emphasizes that success often comes from solving ignored problems with minimal capital, leveraging networks, and using AI tools.

### Key Points

- **Myth 1: Need money to start** [00:02] — Digital asset flipping: buying underrated digital tools, improving them, and selling for profit. Example: Sri from Chennai created a Twitter outreach tool (Cole DM) with no investment, sold it to Xoc Capital for $5 lakh, who then grew its revenue to $2000/month by repositioning.
- **AI tools boost productivity** [03:03] — Whisper Flow is an AI voice-to-text tool that increases typing speed from 42 wpm to 160 wpm, works across Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Docs, and other apps, and offers privacy settings to avoid storing audio.
- **Myth 2: Need a unique idea** [04:24] — Biggest businesses are hidden in ignored problems. Example: Aero (founded by Nitin and Rohan Gupta in 2008) recycles e-waste, extracting up to 98% of precious metals like gold and silver. Revenue grew from ₹4-5 crore in 2010 to ₹446 crore last year, projected ₹500 crore in 2026.
- **Myth 3: Need a factory** [07:10] — Used cooking oil supply chain: companies like Ecl, Bharat, Geeky Bioproducts, and Paran Industries collect waste oil from restaurants, aggregate it, and sell to biodiesel manufacturers. FSSAI's RUKO initiative supports this. Ecl raised ₹23 crore funding.
- **Myth 4: Need a team** [08:44] — Micro-SaaS: creating small Chrome extensions that solve specific problems and generate recurring revenue. Example: a person in Pune owns a seven-storey building from making Chrome extensions, which continue to earn years after creation.
- **Recap and call to action** [10:03] — The four lies busted: need money (no, need vision), need new idea (no, need ignored problem), need factory (no, need network), need team (no, need leverage). Encourages viewers to find problems around them and share which lie held them back.

### Conclusion

The video encourages viewers to look for overlooked problems and leverage AI and networks to build profitable businesses without significant capital or teams.

## Transcript

Standing outside the building, I asked the watchman, brother, on which floor is this office ? So they looked at me as if I was asking a strange question. He said, not the floor sir, the entire building belongs to him. An entire seven-storey building, that too
in Pune. And when I asked the owner of that building what exactly he does? So I was stunned to hear his answer. You too must have seen many such people who earn lakhs. But no one understands how they earn money. And this is the
problem. Many lies have been instilled in people's minds since childhood , factories, and a team. But no one will tell you that in India
people are earning crores from waste, used cooking oil, Chrome extensions and software tools that you have never heard of in your life. And the most shocking thing is that many of these businesses neither need a factory, nor an office, nor
big money or a big team. Today I will mythbust these four lies one by one with real companies and real numbers. These are some lies because of which you people are afraid of taking any initiative. Firoz spent the money. Do you understand what I am
saying? Money wasted. Fly. Let's bust the first lie, and this one is the most common. Every other person says the same thing, friend, we have many ideas but we do Now you must have seen people buying property or land and selling it at a high price.
Buy cheap, renovate a little and sell at a high price. It is a classic game. But for this, capital worth lakhs is required. Right? Yes, I want it in real estate. But today people are doing the same thing on the internet without any investment.
This is called digital asset flipping. Now understand this carefully. There are thousands of tech developers in the world who n't know how to market or sell it. Let me explain by giving a real example. This is a
story from Chennai. There was a software developer Mr. Now Shri was not a big businessman. There was He created a small Twitter outreach tool that recommends people in the same niche. And named it Cole DM. And remember this guy did
not invest a single rupee in making this tool. I just used my laptop, my time and my skills. The tool is gone. Some $0 a month started coming in. Now $70 a month is not life changing money. But this is where the story gets interesting. There is an American
company called Xoc Capital whose entire business model is this. Finding such small underrated tools. He approached Sri and
investment, just created a side project and got an exit of $5 lakh. But now comes another twist. That American company just changed the marketing of that tool a little, improved the positioning and within just one year, the same $0 monthly tool started earning $2000 per month.
You are looking at the scale. Now understand what happened here. Shri had the skills but not the vision. Exo Capital had that vision and there was no big money anywhere in this whole game. This guy did all this work alone. Now the question is how can a single person
manage all this? You don't even have that much time. You yourself must be lot of your time must be spent in typing. Now you compare my typing speed versus my speaking speed.
I have to think while typing. Sentences have to be formed properly. Sometimes I have to delete and write it back, due to which my speed came down to just 42 words per minute. Now look at the other side I opened the chart GPT. Now using Whisper Flow,
Want to design my new studio and I am looking for some design. sharing my idea with someone. And Whisper Flow understood my voice and adjusted repetitions, grammatical errors, random pauses etc. to make the speed 160 words per minute.
This tool has made my interaction so fast and seamless that what can I say and honestly speaking, the prone I made while speaking was better because I did not say it after thinking. I said that after feeling it. Whisper Flow, Gmail, WhatsApp,
Google D and all the other AIs like Klout, Gemini Chat, GBT runs everywhere. Just press the microphone and keep talking. You can try it for free. Its link is You will
no issue of privacy here. You simply turn the setting on and Whisper Flow wo n't store any of your audio. But now you will say brother, I don't know coding. No blow your mind. Because you don't have to do anything in this.
Look, I don't smoke cigarettes but I always keep a lighter in my pocket to make a blast. But before that let's talk about the second lie that if you want to do business then you need a new unique idea. Only then that business becomes successful. We need an idea
that the world has never seen before. Whereas the truth is that the biggest businesses are hidden where no one wants to look. That means literally in the garbage. It was the year 2008. There were two brothers, Nitin and Rohan Gupta. All he had to do was recycle one of his damaged laptops.
But at that very moment something clicked in his mind that so much e-waste is generated but where does it go? They did not find any proper organised platform in the whole of India Now what do 99% of the people here do ? Give the laptop to the junk dealer
and move on. But what did these two do? He thought that if not a problem. It actually has a huge [musical] potential. It was from here that a company named Aero started. He developed a crazy technology
that could extract up to 98% of precious metals like gold and silver from damaged electronics like old phones, laptops, circuit boards. laptops, circuit boards. silver is literally inside the phone you are holding in your hand. And their extraction
process is so good, so efficient that NASA itself praised it. But the catch here is that only licensed refineries can do this work. Because never try it at home. Otherwise, you will be busy extracting gold from your friend's phone.
depression. Now look at their model. These people pick up junk from big brands like Samsung, Boss, HCL, Siemens in 500 stocks of the country. Now they extract gold and silver from them and sell them at market price. And do you know their numbers?
In 2010, their revenue was only Rs 4 to 5 crore. But last year its turnover was Rs 446 But last year its turnover was Rs 446 crore. And this year i.e. in 2026, this company is going to touch ₹00 crores directly. So was this a new idea? No. Because
or was it some shiny tech product? No. This was just a problem which everyone was ignoring even after seeing it. So lie number two busted. Now I know what you must be thinking, Vaibhav Bhai, what is the benefit to me from all this that you are telling me
? What will I do after hearing all these stories ? So let me tell you I have been studying finance and growth for the last 7 years. And one pattern I've seen everywhere is that people who create something new first look at everything old. Think of it as movie
making. If a person does not see different types of pictures, then how will he understand what is going on in the world. Before you can become a good director, you have to examples from the length of your knowledge. Consider these case studies.
Store them in the library of your mind. Who knows, you might also get an idea from one of these. And if you text books. Let's come to the third lie.
experience to start a business? So now the business that I am going to tell you about comes from cloud kitchens and restaurants. Its market is worth crores and there is no need for a factory in it. Its name is Used Cooking Oil Supply Chain.
You might have noticed in hotels and cloud kitchens that they reheat the oil and use it again and again. Now what happens after a point is that the oil becomes dirty and unhealthy. So what do restaurants do ? Usually they throw it away. But
behind this useless discarded product, there is an insane network. There are Bharat based in Navi Mumbai, Geeky Bioproducts in Tamil Nadu and Paran Industries in Karnataka which collect
this waste oil from these hotels, bakeries and restaurants. And they do not need to set up any factory for this. Their real job is to build networks. Now the model here is very simple. These people collect oil in small quantities from 100-200 different restaurants.
Oil is not produced by any one restaurant alone. But when the oil from 200 restaurants arrives at one place, it becomes a bulk shipment. And this bulk shipment is sold directly shipment. And this bulk shipment is sold directly
to big biodiesel manufacturing companies. That means the oil that was used to fry your samosa yesterday not some small underground business. FSSAI itself has launched an official initiative for this, named RUKO i.e. Repurpose Used Cooking Oil. The
government literally itself wants this work to be done in full swing. And Ecl, an Indian startup working in this space, has recently raised funding of around Rs 23 crore to expand its operations. 23 crore without a factory to lift the dirty oil.
And now comes the last lie of this video. I am capable, success must be coming chasing me. I am capable, success must be coming chasing me. guy from the building will also be concluded. I remember the answer that blew my mind.
So do you guys know what he used to do. That guy used to make extensions for Google Chrome. That's all, no one did any That guy used to make extensions for Google Chrome. That's all, no one did any ? Suppose a person is shopping on Amazon. If he has
installed an extension that automatically finds the cheapest coupon and applies it, then his work becomes easier, so he will use such an extension. In fact, I will use it daily. This is called MICROS, i.e. Software as a Service
but on a microscale. There is a simple funda behind this. A small product that tackles a specific problem which in return gives us recurring revenue. And the craziest thing he told me was that the tools he created years ago are still
told me was that the tools he created years ago are still make it once and earn it for life. But now a genuine question will come to your mind that Vaibhav Bhai, how do these people manage coding, marketing, customer support, content etc. alone
? We do n't have that much time. Do they have 48 hours smart and they don't do half the work. AI does. So let's recap this video. I broke four of your lies today. Need the first money? No.
You just need vision, you just need eyesight. Need another new idea? No, I don't want any ignored problem. Third, do you need a factory? No. All you need is a network. And fourth, you don't need a team. You need leverage. Tanay Kothari, the founder of Whisper Flow,
or even my client building guy, these people were not born geniuses. They just picked up a boring issue first and played on it. I have given the link of Whisper Flow in the description below. Try it for free. You will yourself understand
now it's your turn to tell us in the comments which of these four lies has been holding you back till now. Number one, number two, number three or number four. There must be 100 such problems around you too. Try to find out the solution for each.
Who knows, your story might also be there in part two of this video.
