[00:14] and there's a couple of colleges at Silverstone, I believe but actually getting that hands-on experience is vital. They start in Formula Ford,
[00:28] so it's a great training ground for mechanics. you know how to use torque wrenches. you've worked on your motorbikes,
[00:43] What do you do next? Pester me, pester the guys that are working on the team. But certainly, you know,
[00:56] Formula 2, Formula 3, they support a lot of the F1 races. you're traveling with the teams, is strapping George Russell in the car on the grid.
[01:11] and you know, getting used to the amount and dealing with all that side of Formula 1, being a good team player.
